Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 1/24/17 MEDICARE MELTDOWN; COORDINATOR CONTRACTOR REWRITES LAWS TO JUSTIFY ILLEGAL BAIL OUT ? WITH ILLEGAL HACKS
This is a series of linked Daily Recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data files in complete meltdown worse than ever since the COUP of 2002.
And the looting and meltdown has not stopped and the owner of the system under sub contract to the government contractor Emblem Health is in worse panic than I discovered in my contract with the real government in DC to day.. They all ;know ; who I am and are forbidden to give me any info on my own records as I try to get them to stop hacking my employer bi weekly post by using fake policies and policy numbers to allow my primary payers to get out of paying, Its not going to work anymore as the artificial intelligence cyber cloud KNOWS BETTER THAN DC SWAMP DWELLERS DO THAT THIEVERY IS ILLOGICAL TO HARMONY OF THE UNIVERSE..
Since 2002, congress has not permitted one penny to be used to do a real internal audit of a government contractor nor a criminal investigation..which has become more needed as time goes on with. blatant illegal acts and theft of the public treasury on going by the contracted out government.
I called HHS today and tried to get to the IT office as I know they have one, even if they cannot do an internal audits.. and I found them in real panic modes.. there.. NO ONE IS HERE TO TALK TO WAS THE FIRST RESPONSE.. I said you mean there is no regular civil service home , working even if the political appointees are gone and not yet replaced? The man who said he was a real federal employer said yes and hung up on me.. I called back and finally he got the message. that THOSE still on duty needed to make sure the Sec Price when he gets on duty would be asking for reports, etc. and the various offices must be able to tell him the Medicare system is in real meltdown and my personal audit records shows how bad.
Its like the whole health care system is rudderless as the Lynn Blodgett cabal that has been running things and more illegally than legal... is in panic mode.. and there was no one to answer the phone at the IT section... in the real government.. I lived through
WATERGATE.. when the agencies were in panic mode at the top and little policy decisions were getting made. BUT THE RANK AND FILE CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE NATION WENT RIGHT ON DONG THE WORK WE HAD INSTRUCTIONS TO DO .. AND EVERY MANGERS OFFICE HAD A STACK OF CASES WAITING FOR A NEW LAW, REGULATION OR POLICY DECISION SO THEY COULD BE WORKED WHEN WE FOUND OUT WHAT WE WERE TO DO ON EACH OF THEM.
Watergate did not halt the peoples; business as the work was done by career civil servants who would be there to obey the laws of the land when they got made or changed. . And we were already in a major overhaul of federalizing the state welfare programs for the aged blind and disabled into the new SSI program with many not automatically getting state Medicaid and all the other work needed to be done and regulations and polices needs to be done as to how to proceeds on things.
WE CIVIL SERVANTS WERE NOT A SWAMP OF CORRUPTION THAT NEEDED TO BE DRAINED .. AND WE WERE THE ONES THAT REALLY WERE DOING THE WORK OF THE PEOPLE FOR THE PEOPLE AND UNDER THE DIRECTION OF REAL GOVERNMENT LEADERS.
Now the ones in the swamp of corruption are in panic mode as they are and have been running the country for over 15 years now and not upholding the laws of the land, but there own law of profits at any cost, including illegal acts to gain power, and wealth and control etc.. in an international cabal with loyalty to whom is hard to fathom.. This bunch knows full well that RENEGOTIATING CONTRACTS. AND DEALS, MEANS THAT THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET BY USING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE LIKE A DOORMAT TO BE WALKED ON AND LOOTED ANYMORE.
And I had reported here some time ago that most HHS regional offices do not even exist anymore as there are few doing the work of the government that are real government officials anymore. And in DC when the man who answered the phone said that no one was there ... AS IF HE WAS SITTING IN AN EMPTY BUILDING WITH THE WHOLE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM UNATTENDED. he was telling the real and whole truth.. THERE IS NO ONE THERE IN CHARGE AND HAS NOT BEEN SINCE THE COUP OF 2002... AND WORSE AND WORSE AS TIME GOES ON.
But there are no rank and file civil servants still there trying to carry on as once a civil service did in governments and nations no mater what happens at the top and has done so to serve peoples and nations since ancient China came up with the professional civil service that has loyally and with integrity served government and peoples for thousands of years. and gave continuity of government even if the leaders changed. So who will Sec Price get reports from when he arrives for his first day on the job? Lynn Blodgett ? et al and since that is unverifiable ,, what then??
I left a message and the answering machine said I would be called back in 2 days.. I am not holding my breath. on this.. for a call back.. But those still on duty need to make sure that the new head is told the whole truth and not hold back on issues that have to be faced. We cannot afford another health care fiasco.. and lose the ones we do have on the way either. OUR PHYSICAL LIVES DEPEND ON THIS AGENCY MORE THAN MOST OTHER.S.
Now over at EPA etc.. they and their opponents as well as supporters seem to be in panic mode either. LISTEN CLOSELY TO OUR PRESIDENT TRUMP HE SAID AMERICA FIRS.T AND I AM CONCERNED ABOUT WATER AQUIFERS BEING CONTAMINATED ALSO.. but it seems , from what I heard , that if that pipe line steel fails, to protect the contents and pollutes the water supply of a major part of the USA, . ITS GOING TO BE AMERICAN MADE STEEL that fails us AND NOT SOME FROM CHINA??? that may or may not be made well..
When we do things for ourselves we know that its our own water that is being protected by Americans making well made products .... And whatever product is made, for us, its for us and our lives and livelihoods depends on it being well made for us. Its being done to protect our own.... loved ones... and neighbors and not some members of the human family a world away that we have no direct contracts wit.. not that they are not worthy of care and compassion and a good product.. But its in our innate sense of life to care for our immediate loves ones... and to protect them.. Its what and how we were created to be. And the human family has survived with this care for each other being s supreme calling. we come into this world as small humans unable to care for ourselves and we are put in families with that innate protective feelings called love.. And for humans it does go beyond just our immediate families. we created.
IS DC IN PANIC DUE TO THE LOSS OF THIS INNATE SENSE OF CARING FOR OUR OWN AND OTHERS? Will the swamp need to be drained to find that caring again so we can have a great nation and no one be harmed among us so we can then joining others in this world to help others in need. to help themselves too. ? But is we cannot care for ourselves, how good are we to others?
Our prayers and good thoughts for those trying to do their best as the panic mode has to get turned into positive and better paths.

still hacked with the same four fake Blues policies flipped to secondary . FECA is on there but those tubs of claims to be recovered are not yet either. they have at the BCRC contractor. no new claims illegally paid today.. but it may be awhile until my next round of appointments are done and claims in. Are they all waiting for some new directions as to what to do ???

PHONE VERIFICATION MENU STILL HAS THE HACKING TO FLIP THE BLUES TO SECONDARY FROM WHAT MY EMPLOYER POSTS BI WEEKLY AND IT INDICATES THERE IS the Federal workers comp on there. its has never changed as if someone has posted manually and then never allowed the bi weekly post to affect the insurance or health plan info..
After I spoke to 1-800 Medicare I called them to ask them where these fake policies are coming from , etc. and got switched to a supervisor with no info from the coordination call centers after they had begun the questionnaire I am not even to be asked.. bout employment and where I had another prescription drug plans. and I have two primary one... from FECA and Blues. I could not get any info from them.. as I kept on explaining what was going on.. etc,
The call did not go through as some transfers do not.. and I called back.
wait times are upwards of an hour at times. to get through so is there a major problem.. I would say YES! as this is worse than ever over the 15 years I can recall.. I got to a supervisor and it was not good. and I was denied the right to knows what they had there for me to day. but I did plead that they tell there corporate to stop the hacking as its not going to work anymore. . and its never was legal etc. and in my case defied 3 Medicare judges.

The manual decision entered was on there that Medicare is primary as the hack...that changes soon after the bi weekly post. that my active duty status post from my employer to retired. But the system in meltdown with duplicate posts. as it keeps trying to correct the illogical hacking humans.. trying to get our of paying bills they are to pay..
They had the "WORKING AGED" CATEGORY FOR MY EMPLOYER BLUES. PLAN AND REAL ID WHICH IS THE CATEGORY FOR THE PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN . AND THE REAL FECA WAS ON THERE ALSO. Both of the real ones showed open and not terminated but that the screen was deleted on 10/6/16 so that the medical community has been and is paying billions for bogus info that Lynn Blodgett wants them to have as he has been the info giver to them for years. and now has the control of the last part of the system to split the info so that the real info is not seen by anyone but 1_800 Medicare.. not even the call centers at Coordination of Benefits is able to see it as they struggle to do jobs hey are not even being trained to do .
And the fact of my open and permanent medical at Federal workers comp that is 100% for all claims due to the home liquid oxygen they put me on 23 years ago .. needs to be addressed.. and read former posts of the missing hundreds of millions from the funds for us injured federal workers.
Noe Lynn Blodgett has control of all workers comp in the USA as subcontractors with the insures with his dump onto Medicare complete as he now has total control and for the first time since the COUP of 2002 no one is being allowed to know there is an open workers co p case to address first, by at least a phone call and confirmation number. as files are not posted and no payments being made by him.. at all. as his orders are to let her die and dump onto Medicare S HE HAS REWRITTEN THE LAWS. AND ALL OBY HIS AND NOT THE REAL ONES. AS THERE IS NO REAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO ENFORCE ITS LAWS FOR US , BY US AND FROM US. SINCE THE COUP OF 2002,
The man I spoke to in DC is right, there has been no one home at HHS for years, not just for a few days. in the real world of things hidden by the murky mire of the DC SWAMP THAT IS IN A REAL STIR RIGHT NOW .. with ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE STIRRING THE CORRUPTION RIGHT TO THE SURFACE AND MADE VISIBLE FOR ANY THAT CAN THROW A LIGHT INTO THE DARKNESS TO SEE.
But 1-800 Medicare also had another fake blues on there today and fake ID number and listed as open also and not deleted from the screen . that added a couple of numbers and took off a couple at the end of my real Blues Id number and effective 8/1/2004. When no change took place on my health plans or status since before I got part A Medicare 20 years ago.
I have linked Politicos 45 post to this web site as they seem to be doing an excellent job of keeping track of a very busy President Trump as he takes the reins of leadership.. A lot is getting done and being set in motion.. and whether one agrees or not,, it is movement that has not been seen for a long time. and reported on and debated and protested as well as agreed with..
We had a flurry of hidden things that went on that never got the light shined on them.. some good but a lot not good at all... I try to listen to our president as he does seem to say what he means and a lot is said in few words from him..
My prayers for all those in leadership position that they be guided by the good and may Divine love of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus hold them up.. Especially our president whom we elected to do an awesome job in a real mess. that has been unattended for way to long by those who came before for years. and ignored the swamp as its got worse and worse.
Our US Constitution is based on Christ's teachings that the least among us should not be harmed.. and is precious life.. Our founders designed an ELECTORAL COLLEGE FOR THAT VERY REASON.. AND THE SPIKE IN VOTES IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.. IS WORTH CONSIDERING.. SHOULD THE ENTIRE NATION BE GOVERNED BY THE CULTURE OF ONE PART OF A HUGE NATION OF VERY DIVERSE BELIEFS AND POLITICAL LEANINGS AND WISHES AND DESIRES..
I have things I want and desire to occur.. so this 'least one among all is not harmed.' But as Christ taught, we have to be aware of whether what each of us want is going to harm anyone else. and if it does. find another path around that harm of the one as all find a better way for all of us.
My prayers for future Sec of HHS Tom Price. that he be able to accomplish good health care for all in some way.. and we may have to all changed our ways of thinking to put this back for medicine to be thee prime objective and be the best for each one of us. Amen !
Currently watching the confirmation exchange between Cong Price soon to be Sec of HHS Price and Sen McCaskell as they skirt the issue of mentioning Lynn Blodgett et al and when one wades into what future Sec Price is saying he seems to be more in agreement with my wishes on the matter. MY DOCTORS SO NOT NEED TO BE MICROMANAGED BY LYNN BLODGETT ET AL OR ANY OR HIS COHORTS.. My doctors went to school and know what medical care is supposed to be... and its about time to let them decide what is best care.. the last time I checked it was not Blodgett MD on his resume. Or any of the others that think they know more than a doctor. and never went to medical school. they have professional organizations to go to for info if they need to consult, etc. and I would rather they spend their time reading and learning about better health care means etc. then how to get paid as they mess should ever have devolved in to the skims and scams it has. o that a cabal can get more money from our precious health care dollars. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE MORE COMPLICATED, BUT LESS. And we have gotten far afield of what one is being treated for as the foundation of what the pay for the service should be as once it was. ITS CALLED FAIRNESS AND JUSTICE AND IN THE LONG RUN THAT IS THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY .. AS GOOD HEALTH AND GETTING AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE IS THE BETTER WAY..
Why is the medical profession having to pay this cabal for garbage info .. to find out whom to bill, IT SHOULD BE FREE AND ONCE WAS AS WE THE TAXPAYERS HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR IT.. TO BE USED BY THE MEDICAL PROFESSION Its time that the 'free labor of modern machines be used for us" and not stolen by those who would figure out ways to shuffle data around and around needlessly. taking those precious health care dollars from the need for direct care. and fair pay for services rendered. I am not a doctor, but have enough common sense to now we NEED A DOCTOR IN CHARGE OF HEALTH CARE AS THE FIRST STEP TO BETTER HEALTH CARE IN THE USA .
