Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 12/4/16 MEDICARE MELTDOWN - CMS WARNS DOCTORS, ETC. THAT THE CONTRACTORS WILL BLAME YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY LIED TO YOU.
This is a series of Daily Recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal government data at Medicare, in the total control of an unaccountable contractor since the Coup of 2002; in complete meltdown and less secure than ever before.. as the cyber cloud "drains the swamp" of the ongoing corruption at Medicare contractors and trillions of dollars stolen that  Congress knows nothing of.. as no budget allowed to be spent since the COUP OF 2002 for internal audits nor criminal investigations of government contractors and no funding for the SEC to stop one entity from holding all contracts in horrendous conflicts of interest..
        Even Homeland Security which monitored the new system  for a few months did not? discover that what ones employer was posting and  although was not illegally altered while they were was often deleted from the screen for the clearing houses that ones medial billing people use plus the  new clearing  house of Blues under the control of this entity and  info giver to all and controller of the new system for Medicare now.. TOTAL DOMINATION ACHIEVED??  .
 It can now NOT GIVE ONES DOCTOR. HOSPITALS WHAT THEY WISH THEM TO HAVE AND NOT WHAT IS THE REAL INFO ..  AND THEY  ARE ALL PAYING BILLIONS? OVER THE YEARS.  TO CLEARING HOUSES TO GET THE CORRECT INFO FROM ONES EMPLOYERS THROUGHOUT PLUS OTHER INFO ACCURATELY VERIFIED. 
   BCRC CONTRACTOR has continually violated there contract with CMS  never to be allowed to alter what ones employer posts. and changed the info so that primary  payers DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THEIR the bills when they their  job  is and has been since 1999; to make sure THEY DO PAY THEIR BILLS. and if they do not claims are to be filed as a conditional and sent to their recovery unit to go get the money back for Medicare. A POWERFUL LAW THAT MAKES THE WHOLE INSURANCE INDUSTRY BEHAVE ITSELF and why Medicare has never been going 'broke' as the original actuaries  got the 'math right'. but never figured for a government to let massive thefts to occur by those running the program.. which is unaccountable  contractors since the COUP OF 2002. ,              Medicare  has been and is being robbed with no one in charge to make sure its not.  The real government has no way to know the job is not being  done and 'thinks' health care costs are just higher when they have manipulated every possible what to get Medicare to pay others legally obligated  bills

                    Throughout the days since 10/6/16 when they began hacking again.. and after  I began tracking this after 10/25/16  , the official bi weekly  post from the US Depart of Labor personnel  office that shows my two PRIMARY PAYERS: FECA AND BLUES AS ACTIVE DUTY JUST OUT ON WORKERS COMP BUT THEY HAVE NOT YET PUT ME ON PERMANENT  DISABILITY ALTHOUGH  I HAVE HAD PERMANENT 100% Medical since FECA put me on home liquid oxygen for life 22 years ago
   .  SINCE Lynn Blodgett et al as controller of nearly all of the USA since the COUP of 2002 he had defied even the judges orders to even post my file and has never input an oxygen claim to the real system at all..
        He et al  is now doing this all over the nation as he is  processing/paying  for all the workers comp insurers and costs are down as he has   convinced Medicare contractors that after one has a Medicare card for 6 months.   Medicare then pays the medical bills. 
       CONGRESS DID NOT PASS THAT LAW.  and if they did why are employers paying higher premiums and not less.??? One more scam to get Medicare to pay bills that belong to another..  and will not post my file even defying  a former Sec Of Labor who attempted to get it done and they threw away the orders and the files. etc. over and over.  And my claims examiner in the local regional office has no clue what is going on as no access to files not even her own judges orders as to what needs to be done.. on an established case.. All she has is Lynn Blodgett's verbal lies to go by and no way to rebut that.    
        If Medicare  has to pay, it can only legally be done as a conditional  payment  and that relieves patients and providers any more legal risk in the matter. as its sent to the recovery contractor whose job used to be inside the real government to collect and not recover. I personally have signed such orders that went to the US Attorney to collect the money form the primary insurer in the past myself when the law was enforced and its a powerful law of 1980 that the whole insurance industry hated but got 'neutered' in the back room of the White House in 1993  but existed to recover  until contracted out in 1999 to Group Health Inc of NY  and turned into an illegal bail our of the insurance industry  and not recovery at all after the COUP OF 2002. A step by step process that gets worse and worse until now the system is designed for one doctor, etc. to pay Lynn Blodgett, et al big money and not even get what the real system is saying .. when THE ACCESS SHOULD BE FREE AS WE TAXPAYERS ALREADY PAID FOR IT. 
     This law ended all kinds of hassles to get paid and turned that over to the real government and now to a contractors with deals with the ones they are to make behave. instead.   Few claims are getting to the recovery unit contractor  where  all kinds of due process letters go out and must be signed  and Lynn Blodgett threw all away and never let any one see them at the US Department  of Labor  as that could cancel his contract  by just the answers ? WHY DID YOU CHANGE THE INFO WE SENT YOU FROM THE EMPLOYER ??  It is  the evidence of what he was/is  doing if  officially known.
                 1-800 Medicare
My last call to day was three attempts to get the info on my records from 1-800 Medicare (they do not like the exposure on this blog on just my own records being violated?.)  and few  understand what is going on and I even had one say that since they have updated the system and made Medicare the primary that all the medical providers could now bill them . they have no concept by some of what theft is .. .. THAT IS THEFT AND THEY DO NOT EVEN REALIZE IT WHEN THE RECORD THEY WERE SEEING HAS  ALL KINDS  OF ATTEMPTS TO ALTER THE INFO AND CHANGE THE INFO  that in itself is enough to send it to recovery .. WHICH IS THE VERY COMPANY DOING THE ACT TO STEAL AS THEY HAVE A CONTRACT THEY SIGHED THEY WOULD NOT..  if they think my employer is giving false info then they should look at the three  Medicare  judges rulings, I got  from the real info they verified.   .. that said the bi weekly  posting is accurate.  and nothing has changed since.  ...  They are seeing the very reasons one would make it a conditional payment except the violators is now to make it right.. and they could stop it on my record?  THEY SEEM MORE OBLIGATED TO THEIR ILLEGAL SECRET DEAL PARTNERS IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY THAT THE USA OR THE CONSTITUTION OR THE LAW,  CONTRACT TERMS OR JUDGES AS THAT IS WHAT THEY SAID TO ME WHEN I GAVE THEM THE FIRST MEDICARE JUDGES ORDERS. AND THEY DISREGARDED THEM and the following ones also
            Finally one I spoke to SHARED A PERSPECTIVE  I DID NOT FULLY REALIZE WHAT SOME THOUGHT THEY WERE SEEING ON MY RECORDS.
What was actually occurring g on three  new illegal hack dates he had visible  to day and they vary all day long and in different components that have access and in differing parts of the USA.  As the cyber cloud which has the official biweekly posts  from my jurisdictional personnel office at US DOL.  .
     Plus all the fake retirement dates called in over the years by primary payers who often say they  got their info from other companies of Lynn Blodgett's  not even knowing there were speaking to them and not any real government officials as its tracked back to he  et al as the source to where  its coming from ..  Some is intent to defraud and others are just being 'ignorant?" and not wishing to know??  OTHERS JUST DUPED !  
     Even real government offices are passing on his verbal words as if they are facts. and are not and not even able to verify their accuracy as they have no data or files they control of their own agencies  anymore .   So they illegally make Medicare primary so its stolen and over payments created against us and medical billers getting their clients real legal jeopardy as they are now trying to blame them for it and I AM WILLING TO BE WITNESS TO ANY OF OUR GOOD DOCTORS,ETC  WHOM THEY TURN ON..   AS THE CYBER CLOUD IS CATCHING THE CORRUPTION   ADN THE MELT DOWN IS JUST THE FIRST EXPOSURE OF WHAT IS AND HAS BEEN GOING SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
     To this one agent it ..what he saw on my records  made it look as if I was a 'job hopper' when I went to  work in 6 68 for the same agency I am still employed by but under transfer  to US Department of Labor and the only personnel action  I currently have open  which is the only one that really knows my official statues right  now as Lynn Blodgett went from agency to agency heads  involved  in various parts of my cases and lied a few years ago when  appellate judges in multiple agencies  came down on him and ordered him to do things and he never let any agency see those orders from their own agencies ... as  he lied and said I 'had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and there was nothing to do my my case"
at their respective agencies... WHEN HE HAD THEIR OWN JUDGES ORDERS AS HE WOULD NOT LET THEM HAVE  AS HE CONTROLS WHAT EACH AGENCY CAN EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO OF THEIR OWN DATA AND RECORDS
      QUITE THE OPPOSITE WAS THE TRUTH  AND LOTS TO BE DONE AND LOTS TO BE PAID AND PROCESSED. INCLUDING REFUNDING MONEY TO MEDIARE FOR THE BILLS HE WAS TO HAVE PAID OVER AT FECA as already approved for life and that is all he bills including the 15 years + of oxygen claims never input as his own manager  said 'they would be paid the  gig would be up.  . and they would have to pay all of my bills and her orders were "let her die' on me.
So when this one agency at 1-800 Medicare contractors General Dynamics looked at my screen file today.. he saw not hacking done .... an illegal act but it could also look as he was seeing it at first glance that  I was a 'JOB HOPPER' / and he saw new dates that the cyber cloud is now trying to post and a possible new pattern from the cloud   trying to correct the hack   and this may well be what we track through  the next week along with the real info from my employer. which is to post again on Tuesday unless they block it as they tried to do on 11/22/16 and posted it later in the day and witnesses all over saw the real info with the two primaries  ahead of Medicare for about 2 hours until they ran the illegal hack software and the meltdown began all over again. .
 A MELTDOWN AND MY DOCTORS, LABS, ETC  ARE ONLY GETTING MEDICARE AT TIMES AND THEN A GARBLED NUMBER .
           It looked to him as if I had been working for one employer when I gor Part A Medicare as secondary to primaries   before the Coup of 2002 and then on
8/29/2007 they deleted the primary payers as I had retired and BCRC made Medicare primary and then at some point in time I returned to work and got another primary payer and then on 2/8/12; I again retired and they deleted the primary payers and they made Medicare primary again and then at some point in time but  he could not see when the change took place on his screen.. but I AGAIN RETIRED ON 10/6/16 FOR THE LAST TIME  AND THE PRIMARY PAYERS WERE DELETED AND I AGAIN HAD RETIRED AND MEDICARE  BECAME PRIMARY  since .....
He was actually seeing theft of Medicare by manipulation or  hacking  of the system  that the taxpayer  has paid to block any attempts to  alter what ones employer posts since 2002  when it was set  and we the people of the USA need a refund for paying for what we do not have.???
      .And  tricking medical billers to not do a conditional payer claim and creating overpayment  to their medical providers or even fines and penalties  as me and my heirs inherit overpayments to Medicare  and no one is processing  a wavier request either. for us . as one can get on a stolen credit card  instead.     Few  understand the concept of the CONDITIONAL PAYMENT  LAW OF 1980 due to intentional mistraining . so that Medicare pays when its not the legal primary and then never gets sent to get the money back,..
BCRC , a subsidiary of the former Group health Inc is not in today and the phone verification system was down.
over a Blues their phone verification system was down also and they are not in today .

mymedicare.gov is the same as it was yesterday .. and shows in one area an open worker comp case.. but not the claim number and not the date it  was originally opened back in wen I got Medicare and none of the past recovery letters sent out are on there either that Lynn Blodgett never let any one in the real government they were sent.
congress and the real government does not know 'officially'  that trillions as insiders say has been stolen from Medicare BY THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY NOT  paying THEIR ALREADY LEGALLY APPROVED  BILLS.
    But many do know from me and others that it is massive and until Congress allows money to be stolen  from what they already have no agency is secure with the monies given to contractors which is often the same international   cabal of companies now from local to state to federal government with  reports  coming in that the UN is having the same issues with this bunch  and their monies.
     Ones health care is at grave risk and no one who is providing treatment knows whom to bill , one can end up with no life sustaining  medical care .. as they did not take a vow of poverty and even those folks have to pay the electric bill. to treat. 
THIS IS OUR MONIES OF THE PEOPLE BEING STOLEN FROM US WHAT OUR GOVERNMENT SAY SHOULD BE USED FOR US AND NOT ALLOWED TO BE STOLEN AND CONS  AND SCAMS AND INTENTIONAL HACKING OF SYSTEMS TO DEFRAUD THE TAXPAYERS. ..

May the peoples of all nation. convince our leaders to be at peace in this world and get along.. for the good of each one and each of out nations . War had no winners, just a temporary controller of both or all the left destruction and death on all times. Christ spoke of a time when each one would sit under their own fig tree and vine.. and we each have a sense tat we are to have something that is ours to go home to .. no matter how modest, its ones home.

AS  SUNDAY I CHECKED AND FOUND 3000 BANKS IN THE USA ARE NOW ALL TOGETHER AS THEY ARE PREPARING TO GET RID OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE AND GO TO A NATIONAL BANKING SYSTEM INSTEAD IS WHAT HAS BEEN REPORTED AND AT FIRST I HAD SOME ISSUES TRYING TO GET IN  AND ONCE GOT A SCREEN SAYING I HAD $0.00 balance. but finally found where to sign in with the same pass words I already had . .. When I got in to the bill pay part the format seemed to all by the same.  but getting to is was not...   I have one payment sent Thursday through the bank they have a direct system to and  that  creditor had not received it yet .. and need to call to make sure it arrives. ..maybe even paying a minimum until located.
