Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 12/2/16 MEDICARE MELTDOWN CONTINUES AS MORE THEFTS OCCUR
See a series of links to my Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found Medicare system in complete meltdown and began an in depth audit of what is going as I would do if I was doing the audit which no one in the government has done since the COUP of 2002 when congress took away the funding for any one to know what is going on inside government contractors with massive amounts of monies disappearing and no funding for criminal investigations either. Plus the SEC defunded to help prevent the same international cabal from getting all the conflicts of interests total control of the USA. at all levels contracts also..
NOT ONLY IS THE NEW SYSTEM LESS SECURE THAN EVER BEFORE, but all kinds of rewriting of laws to suit contractors is going on plus the looseness of peoples' rights to be notified before hacking into systems illegally and altering info forbidden to be changed by law or contract with even ones employer group health plan policy deleted maliciously when it isn't without any due process notifications just so they can do an illegal 'dump on to Medicare? and the source is not the agency that awarded the benefits not ones employer that one has the policy with in the first place as I began to glean bits of information... and its not easy to get this.

mymedicare. gov shows he same info before for health insurance and my Fed Blues is on there but flipped to secondary as of 8/1/2004 illegally and three different wordings and differing dates as this is three differing bits of info called in via Lynn Blodgett's management firm?? there to the Medicare Coordination and recovery unit(BCRC) contractor a subsidiary of Emblem Health. formerly Group Health Inc of NY. and on the MSP page it shows my open Federal workrs comp case of 1/10/16.
Few anywhere seems to understand that most employers are posting direct to the Common Working File system at this contractors and THERE CONTRACT SAYS THEY ARE NOT TO ALTER THE INFO FOR ANYONE, NOT EVEN ME.. and this meltdown of the system is good enough reason not to ... AND HAVE BEEN DOING SO BIWEEKLY WITH AN ILLEGAL SOFTWARE PROGRAM THEY RUN WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER THE POST.. WHICH OCCURRED ON 11/22/16 AND MANY SAW IT AS I CALLED VARIOUS PLACES ETC. AND THEM IT WAS ALTERED ILLEGALLY so Medicare could be stolen and never recovered.
Medicare CAN ONLY LEGALLY PAY WHEN ONES PRIMARIES DO NOT WHEN ITS LABELED A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND THE RECOVER UNIT SENDS OUR DUE PROCESS LETTERS TO GET THE MONIES BACK. Few claims are even getting sent there and few even know that is their basic job anymore. WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH THE BIG MONEY THE GET TO STOP THE ILLEGAL DUMPING ONTO MEDICARE.. WHICH INSIDERS SAY IS ABOUT 3 TRILLION DOLLARS DUE BACK and its going on daily yet from systems that are designed to facilitate theft and now having to file a paper claims to label if conditional.
If its not then patients' heirs inherit the overpayment and doctors, etc. could be fined and penalized and worse for filing a fraudulent claims when all they have to do is says its conditional so it goes to recovery and then its up to the government if they wish to get trillions of dollars recovered from insurers who decided they just do not wish to pay when they are currently obligated to do so ..
In my case,, due to a 1988 labor law, I have had permanent and total medial from FECA for 22 years when they put me on home liquid oxygen for life. and now they can delete the screen so that the doctors,etc. cannot even see that there is that plan.. and often do not even get I have another plan Federal Blues.
And THEY HAVE PAID BILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO Clearing Houses including his and he is info giver to all.. as this info is linked to this website. as one can do a word or phrase search at the top. TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM AND GETTING GARBAGE... TIME FOR THE AMA etc.?? TO FILE A REAL LAWSUIT ON BEHALF OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND GET A HUGE REFUND FOR THEM.
We, the taxpayers, have paid for this system and they should be able to access it directly ... as its just what ones health plans are and who pays first. etc. One more scam for Lynn Blodgett et al to gouge the medial profession which is going on and its plain extortion that is also illegal under our law. They get forms, ,etc. from other companies... health care costs are high due to a lot of shuffling of data to created big money to contractors when it should all be done by systems already paid for by taxpayers.
on mymedicare.gov it shows a date in one place of 2/28/2010 when they flipped Fed Blues from primary to secondary the month I turned 65..
But other places show it terminated as at Medicare coordination has had this and now being told due to a phone call on 11/10/15 from a person who they said gave the required id's etc. that they were from Blues and said the policy was terminated on 2/28/19 and Humana, Doyle's Part D Medicare Policy claims payer for all the part D Insurers, Lynn Blodgett's company which also will not input an process over 15 years of my FECA oxygen claims as they would be paid and 'let her die " order on me took the Blues off as of 2/28/10) and they will not accept any kind of proof he is still on my policy and he has had to often pay co pays when Blues would pay and why has signed up with Humana and they have a deal with Walmart to not pay more than $4 for generic. We have about $2000 in co pays we have no idea how to get back as we Feds HAVE NO WRITTEN COORDINATION POLICY WITH OUR Policy as we clearly do with Parts A and B of Medicare.
AS party D MEDICARE IN 10 YEARS AND OUR POLICY SAY THERE IS ONE BUT NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT IT IS.
NO INSURANCE AGENT WOULD BE ABLE TO SELL SUCH A POLICY REGULATED BY A STATE IF ONE HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WOULD PAY AND WHEN AND WHAT AMOUNTS, Etc./

if the SWAMP IS TO BE DRAINED JUST READ WHAT IS ON THIS BLOG SINCE IT WAS STARTED IN 12/08 AND ITS A MICROCOSM OF ALL THAT HAS GONE SO WRONG WITH OR HEALL TH CARE SYSTEM BY A GOVERNMENT THAT HAS NOT BEEN IN CHARGE OF HEALTH CARE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 WITH REGARD TO ITS OWN GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS AND NOW CMS IS OVER EVERY ONES HEALTH CARE.

has the Blues one there effective 8/1/2004 with only partial claim number that has the last 2 digits missing and has added three at the beginning. That is new. info never seen before. so no claims is going to get paid or verified with that bogus info .. where did it come from?/ as the employer post bi weekly has the correct info. they show two days that Blues was flipped from primary to secondary to Medicare 8/1/2004 and another flipped as of 8/1/2006 like I went back to work and then retired again?? with info provided for them on 7/7/2014. I was transferred to a supervisor and told that they showed the FECA began the same day I got Part A medicare and deleted 10/6/16 but updated 11/29/16 but it is still in the system but now Lynn Blodgett will not send it on to the doctors, etc. through Avility clearing house. why??
The deletion only removes it from the screen so no medical providers nor an oxygen supplier can see it.. and then has no way to know who the primary payer is to be when oxygen claims for injured workers are rejected by Medicare system for having a primary payer.. and claims have not been able to be filed electronically as a conditional payment to Medicare since 1/1/06 as using the correct injury date will not go through the system and this is intentionally done to prevent claims from getting to recovery as another method of an illegal bail our of the insurance industry ..and the taxpayer paid for a system that used the right date.
Even though mine is paid for my the US Taxpayer. Too many have died and do not let this occur with your loved ones. . get the prescription and buy a 200 lb tank and you cannot buy from a supplier and bill insurance and find a gas company that still sells medical liquid direct to a patient and keep them alive until we get a Congress that will put the budget authority back to get inside these contractors and stop REAL DEATH PANELS CREATED LONG AGO..
Of course I get hung up on several times trying to get this basic info on my own records and a lot of training is being done by me for a new group of nice , intelligent people who work in these call centers and that is raising the ire of the ones stealing as the are learning and maybe they will save a life or two by just having the right info to give them''
Again I could not believe how badly trained they are. Some medical providers are sill not paid at all from no hacking while Homeland Security could monitor for Russian or China hacking and determined?? they were not.. and had to leave and then the hacking began again from the owners.
They pulled up the claims and saw that Medicare did not pay for being secondary and that the system is now saying it is primary they thought it would be OK to have Medicare pay.. as if anything I had said and mess of charges on the system clearing shows it needs to be a conditional payment and be sent to recovery for all the due process letters to go out. and get signed answers and appeal rights too. applied for all in the matter as would be OK for them to bill and get paid.. legally so no over payments against doctors, etc. and patients or their heirs.
SOME STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS IS THEFT AND THEY ARE LOOKING AT A FRAUDULENT HACKING OF THE SYSTEM TO FACILITATE THEFT .
MEDICARE COORDINATION AND RECOVERY
This is where I found out today why often the cyber cloud has the Blues terminated as of 2/28/10 when other times its on there as having it but flipped to secondary from what my personnel office posts from the US Department of labor which becomes one for injured workers transferred there when they are under FECA . which for feds is the US Department of Labor personnel office. and not FECA.. Its what my last official personal action paper said.. so my post for me and those on my policy that have Medicare cards ITS IS AN OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT FILE BEING HACKED.. Not just a private or stock market company's posts.
And its been the law of the land since 1994 that no one is to touch the post.. If someone thinks ones employer plan is paying bills they should not then turn them in to the legal system ... Group health Inc has been doing this hacking since the COUP of 2002. on my records. And still holds the contractor with Medicare despite a 6 million dollar theft on our records alone and that includes the 4 million stolen by one claims payer when they went offline as the system is not secure as paid for by the taxpayers.
And helped themselves paying each of my clams another 16 times creating bogus claims numbers. an now the system is clearly less secure than even before .
MEDICARE MONEY GONE.. AND PATIENTS AND DOCTORS, ETC. LEFT WITH OVERPAYMENTS. AND FOR PATIENTS HEIRS TO INHERIT. and over at SSA they turned the pending waiver requests t over to Lynn Blodgett their controller?? now and none answered..
For this kind of waiver one gives no financial info and say its "against equity and good conscience as how can a patient enforce the laws, when the government itself has decided not to ..
WE ARE HELPLESS WITH NO GOVERNMENT TO STOP THE THIEVES THEY ALLOWED TO STEAL FROM US AND OUR PUBLIC TREASURY. and even defies Medicare judges who got the real info as they could do so and they get it also bi weekly and ignore the judges, the laws, and the terms of their CMS contract. they should have lost years ago for this illegal acts...
So BCRC has my Blue terminated today as of 2/28/10 and the supervisor I was transferred to REFUSED TO TELL ME WHAT THE FECA SHOWED TODAY.
But their own phone verification menu indicted I have it but unclear about the Blues.
I an sensing some change of attitude among many at BCRC that they are beginning to realize that something is badly wrong they never realized was as they too often gave out wrong info as they were trained to not know the truth . But the first supervisor I got transferred to was pure harassment and derision of me and hung up on me... I called back and got a more professional response.
I am getting disparate treatment as say my name and get transferred to a supervisor but am able to get some info first .. and is invaluable to figure out what is wrong and they do not seem to understand life and death matters could be their own issues in an instance just as occurred with me back on 1/10/89 and a toxic cloud enveloped me as I was doing my job and HHS gave me awards for doing it very well..
GOLDMAN SACHS SUB SUBSIDIARY CALLED
they are the fraud line for Federal blues and for most companies in the USA and world now and is really not a fraud line but an ethics. line. Blues needs to know they are being blamed for something they may well not have done. This is the USA where one is innocent before being proved guilty.
Even THOUGH A COUPLE OVER THE THERE HAVE CONTINUALLY PHONED IN TO BCRC AND GIVEN FAKE RETIREMENT DATES THEY CLAIM THEY GOT FROM ANOTHER LYNN BLODGETT et al Company THAT IS an OPM contractor. He's their info giver also yet the head people keep real files yet.. and for good reason as a few years ago
WHEN THE HEAD HAD MY FILE AND KNEW I SAID I WAS STILL Employed.
As there is NO INACTIVE FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT.. She also said NOT TO FORGET THE FECA LAW OVERRIDES ALL ON ME .. ETC.
So OPM contractors are using bogus info from Lynn Blodgett as he is here info giver when the official files show something different.
THIS IS ONE TIME I DOUBT THAT THE BLUES MANAGEMENT? COMPANY ACTUALLY GAVE A TERMINATION DATE.. AT ALL
Why now on 11/10/16.. I suspect its from Lynn Blodgett as one o his companies is a share holder in the new Medicare systems company and was fined by the SEC a couple of years ago with dealing with that company as non government contractor. or within Emblem Health International that this was done as the cyber cloud is "DRAINING THE SWAMP" AND KEEPS TRYING TO POST ALL THE DATES OFTEN THROUGHOUT THE DAY.. AND THE REAL INFO FROM MY EMPLOYER IS IN THERE ALSO.
So I filed a complaint and the lady who took it finally got what I was trying to say.. THAT SOMEONE WHO SAID THEY WERE FROM BLUES AND GAVE THE RIGHT IDENTIFIERS TO BE RECOGNIZED AS ONE FROM BLUES GAVE THIS BOGUS INFO.
And Blues should be very concerned over that just as an ethics violation apart from the unethical fake retirement dates called in over he years that is now melting down the system as its all in there and the crookedness is getting exposed by the ALL SEEING EYE OF CYBER CLOUD..we just have no money allowed to be spend by the real government to bring them to justice and stop the theft of Medicare.
If anyone at Blues is doing this they should be able to stop it. or need to find out who is doing this act in their name.... or who impersonated a Blues official? using bogus ID numbers of partial plus some human added numbers etc. from the real one showing up that is not a clerical error as its too intentional and nothing that exists in any system at all

They have my federal blues on there as of 1991 date.. when I switched to them as many feds did as the policy is over all a better one.. at least on paper. AND GOT A ID NUMBER plus a confirmation number also ..
I WONDER IF BCRC WOULD GET ON A CONFERENCE CALL WITH ME AND HEAR THE REAL INFO FROM BLUES SYSTEM ITSELF?? And they have a valid legal reason to call and get it too, I would surmise...

Many need to be concerned about what is in all these systems records that too often are getting illegally messed with and its not CHINA OR RUSSIA BUT PLAIN OLD GREED BY THOSE wishing to get our of paying..
the big issue at Blues is that FECA is to be paying all of my bills, anyway and I would not even need them if it were not for others on my policy.. Indications re they are too close to the liability insurer for the owner of the building HHS was renting space in . ????
CONFUSED BY ALL OF THIS.? .. THINK OF THE BILLING PEOPLE FOR YOUR DOCTOR AND HOSPITAL,ETC GOING THOUGH THIS INTENTIONAL HASSLE ALL DAY LONG. Give then an extra gift in their stocking this year!. Its pure luck our good doctors, etc. get any pay at all..
