This is a linked series of Daily Recap that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found total meltdown of criminal activity against my Medicare data on a new system completely unsecured and entire medical community at the mercy of what once was called the largest RICCO CASE IN THE HISTORY OF HE USA. AND NOW IT IS WORSE THAN THEN.
Since the COUP of 2002 when Congress defunded any monies allowed to be spent on internal audits of government contractors not any for criminal investigation.. the amounts of outright blatant criminal activity has grown to near total over thrown USA. down to even the local level as this cabal is the management firm named that also poisoned the Flint Michigan water. but the company official of Lynn Blodgett et al have congressional immunity over this..???
This is not just total controllers of health care which direct care is dwindling as the monies go to the contractors for skims and scams to shuffle data ad out wright theft with their illegal deal partners in the insurance industry who has fired this cabal to cover up and do the dirty deeds in their name thinking that they will not be accountable? US Supreme court recently said that the parent company is responsible for what their contractors do .. .
PLEA TO ALL CALL CENTERS THAT DEAL WITH MEDICARE
many of you have not fully understood why I an so insistent that you get a print out or picture of the hacked mess you see on my records. and get it direct to CMS.. via your management who also need to be doing this as part of your CMS contracts and duty to the USA and humanity in general.. And do this on others when things do not seen right or the patient etc. indicate that something is wrong.. An isolated screen is not always going to show the entirety of the matter.. Mine is bad enough that common sense tells you its a crime in progress. .and common sense indicates that this is not just occurring on my records alone. and has been documented that it is not.
If all the screens were put together on others a pattern will begin to emerge for that the real government can take some badly needed action of at least get an systems auditor in that works for the people and not for the cabal that is now in control and has been since the COUP OF 2002.
CALL CENTERS for MEDICARE AND THERE ARE MANY WHO ACCESS THE SYSTEMS FOR VARIOUS DUTIES FOR VARIOUS MATTERS
PLEASE GET A PRINT OUT OR PICTURE OF THE MESSED UP AND HACKED DATA OF THE PATIENTS AND GET THAT DIRECT TO THE REAL GOVERNMENT NOT TO THE CONTRACTOR.. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND HAVE NOT BACK TO THE COUP OF 2002.
What is going on now is worse than anything that has gone on since then.. with the cyber cloud 'trying to correct' the ongoing illegally hacking of the system by its owners who are continuing to hack the system as they have done for years in violation of their CMS contract to not alter when an employer posts the patients' official info.
In their illegal secret deals to allow primary payers and others not to have to pay their legally obligated bills or to help cover up other crimes such as negligent homicide etc.. And the system seems to be completely off line with access to spend the Medicare trust fund with no cross checks with any real official info to detect and stop any massive thefts.
CALL CENTER CONTRACTORS: USE YOUR COMMON SENSE AS TO WHAT YOU ARE REALLY SEEING AND REALIZE YOU ARE THE EYEWITNESSES THAT ARE NEEDED TO STOP THE MELTDOWN OF MEDICARE.. WE CANNOT LOST ONE OF THE MOST VITAL SOCIAL PROGRAMS IN USA HISTORY THAT HAS SAVED MANY LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS OVER THE YEARS.
Isolated cases and screens will not always show the total devastation.. Its the ongoing patterns that detect this and there is no reason that isolated screens are not shared directly with CMS and THEY NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND GET THIS TO CONGRESS SO THEY GIVE AUTHORITY TO GET SOMEONE THAT REPRESENTS THE PEOPLE AND NOT SPECIAL INTERESTS TO GET IN AND AUDIT THE SYSTEM AND STOP WHAT IS A MELT DOWN... AND GET THE SYSTEM THAT THE TAXPAYER'S HAS PAID FOR .. AND HAVE NOT HAS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
Then the extortion of our fine medical profession can end and the monies for health care go for real direct care and sharing of knowledge to find better ways to treat, that often are cheaper and get these approved for payment along with real medical research that is not going to be good with the deadly mess of the national data base that has never been put under any kind of HIPPAA law and has cost too many lives as Congressional study indicted a decade ago and no action.. as well as the skewed research data from faulty info.. just as Congress passes laws based on faulty unverifiable info.. that turn out to be disastrous and filled with skims and scams for the international cabal in control of this nation. to waste more money and set up schemes for direct theft. WE ARE NOT THE ONLY NATION THAT HAS FALLEN TO THIS CABAL NOW WITH THE OK OF CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF 2002..

All life is a precious gift and we need to cherish each and every one of us.. even if we do not agree and a few do evil things among.. us that we need to stop by our legal system.. which is not in place right now. and needs to be put back as once it was and all government will always need a fair and just one for the US Constitutional mandate of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." what you are eyewitness to is .. harming the people and security of the nation.
WE ARE BEING ROBBED OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD AND YOU ARE ON THE FRONT LINE OF SIGHT TO GET THE MESSAGE OUT AS YOU ARE THE WITNESSES TO THIS.. YOUR CMS CONTRACTS CLEARLY STATE THAT YOU ARE TO SHARE ISSUES AND PROBLEMS WITH THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND THOSE INSIDE MUST WAKE UP TO WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 15 YEARS NOW. WITH MASSIVE LOSSES OF HEALTH CARE AND PUBLIC MONIES BADLY NEEDED TO PROVIDE THAT DIRECT CARE. .
I am only able to audit my own personal records. and what I glean daily from my DAILY TRACKING IS only a small snapshot of the whole. I have found most in the call centers as decent people with a desire to serve humanity and are being put in positions to not be able to do that... and that is part of the total entrapment of this cabal into a 'beast system' that serves only its evil master. YET TO BE FULLY REVEALED

No change in info and the info and has Blues worded incorrectly several ways and hacked to flip it to secondary .. FECA IS ON THERE BY MOST OF THE RECOVERY LETTERS ARE MISSING UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S ORDERS TO DESTROY THEM A FEW YEARS AGO AS HE DID NOT WISH TO GIVE THEM TO THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND ANISE AS IT WOULD DOCUMENT HIS CRIMES AND BLATANT DEFIANCE OF LAWS. CONTRACTS AND JUDGES ON MY CASE TO NOT BE PAYING MY BILLS ETC , AND HIDING THAT I HAVE BEEN ON HOME LIQUID OXYGEN 24/7 SINCE THE TOOK OVER IN THE COUP OF 2002.BY NEVER INPUTTING THOSE CLAIMS as if the approval for the years before that did not exist.
'You' deleted much of that from the online screen, but I have the hard copies that even the regional office sent me from before you took away their access to the entire file.. so your crimes against me an mine and all of us are well document if we only had a government in charge that would uphold the rights of life and livelihood and the nation. .. He now has control of every one's workers comp in the USA and has reduced health care costs substantially by illegally dumping onto Medicare with the patients' heirs inheriting the over payments, they do not know they have.

Phone system indicates that FECA is on there and that Blues has been illegally flipped to secondary for myself and those on that policy who also have Medicare cards. to steal Medicare in our names as the medical billers are being talked out of a legal paper filing as a conditional payment ,
Intentional false training to the call centers and will all please stop saying. "THEY UPDATED THE SYSTEM AND YOU CAN BILL MEDICARE NOW. when the info clearing shows it was altered retroactively and often... a clear red flag of need to do it as a conditional payment so the recovery unit can send out all the due process letters etc. that in the end would expose the ongoing 'organized crime' and loss of the contract of the ones which are to recovery the money.. Again, most of the people who work there for public service reasons, have no idea what is going on that they are in the middle of. a scam on the USA.
All have said the skullduggery is going on in the corporate headquarters in NY. with the false info put out for the call centers to follows.
They were the final call today . and after pretty good cooperation today , I ran into more opposition. THEY HAVE VERY LITTLE ACCESS TO ANY INFO AND STILL SHOW MY PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN , FEDERAL BLUES TERMINATED BACK ON 2/28/10 WHEN 1-800 Medicare has it visible but flipped on a different date today.. AT FIRST THEY SAID THEY HAD NO BLUES AT ALL ..
THEY SHOW NO FECA THEY SAID. And finally found out they are being told only to share what is currently on the system as if that is accurate. and finally I found out they showed that on 11/2/16 and again on 10/7/16 they showed it ad twice deleted it illegally with no documentation and in violation of their CMS contracts after my personnel office posted it which for all of us injured Federal employee is officially a real government filing from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND DONE BY AN IN HOUSE SYSTEM THEY MAINTAIN.. AND ITS ACCURATE AS ACTIVE DUTY AND TWO PRIMARY PAYERS FECA AND BLUES AND BLUES IS PRIMARY FOR THOSE WITH MEDICARE CARD ON MY POLICY THAT THE TAXPAYERS PAY 3/4THS OF HE PREMIUMS FOR US TO HAVE
BUT BCRC in collusion with others decides to go in and delete and flip and scams and steal from the nation and do harm to me. and mine..
The impasse is when I began explaining that for the first time since the COUP OF 2002, THE CLEARING HOUSES OF AND INFO TO BY LYNN BLODGETT AND CONTROLLER OF THE NEW UN SECURE SYSTEM IS NOT SENDING THE REAL INFO AT ALL BUT IS SENDING THEM AN OFF LINE SCREEN THAT IS NOT SHOWING ANY OPEN FECA CASE. no one is being shown an open workers comp at all either .HE HAS ENDED WORKERS RIGHTS IN THE USA AS HE NOW CONTROLS ALL OF WORKERS COMP AS A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO WITH A WHOLE NEW LIST OF COMPANIES HE HAS TO CONTRACT WITH INSURERS .
Employers premiums are going up instead of going down...seemed illogical with Medicare convinced they are to pay the bills now?.
No way to do an easy electronic legal filing as a conditional payment as the wrong injury date of the day one became entitled to Part A Medicare and shy they cannot do an electronic filing as a conditional payment and easily just click workers comp , auto accident, and the field for 'primary payer issue' has been missing since the last 'new' system of 1/1/06 and what got all claims payers going off line using a phony Medicare number to get a a payment out wen they should have been doing conditional payments then...
OFFLINE IN ORDER TO STEAL
(That going off line led to the massive hefts and phony numbers created on many and in my case 16 phony numbers putting various subscripts after mine and Doyle's SSN and $4 millions stolen from Medicare in my name by SC Blues subsidiaries of Palmetto GBA and Trailblazers who still hold contracts with Medicare although CMS did not renew the one in our area. and now own the former Cigna government services who got out of the corrupt Medicare organized crimes running it as they renamed 'Celerian group' They will not process claims I had to file myself, for years nor any appeals, and I wonder if they are paying my Diabetic supplies in multiples too ?? ..)
DUE TO THE MASSIVE DOCUMENTATION DONE BY 1-800 MEDICARE. SO THE CALL CENTERS CAN BE VITAL IN HELPING ON THE EFFORTS TO STOP THE THEFT OF THE USA.
That call TO BCRC was physically too much and did get to a supervisors I had spoke to before and emphatically begged him to document what was on my screen... ITS NOT GOOD FOR ME TO HAVE TO CALL THEIR OWNERS ORGANIZED CRIME BUT WHAT IS THIS BUT THAT .. THE EVIDENCE IS OVERWHELMING OVER ALL THESE YEARS. AND MEDICARE JUDGES AND LAWS, etc. BACK ME UP ON THIS. STOP MESSING WITH MY GOVERNMENT Records YOU ARE CONTRACTED TO HOLD THEM IN TRUST AND NOT VIOLATE. YOU THINK THEY ARE NOT RIGHT THEM TURN IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND CAUSE THEM TO CHECK THINGS OUT FROM YOUR COMPLAINING AND BEGIN CANCELLING SOME CONTRACTS . The one thing the real government can still do it they have needed proof.
And stop stealing in my name.. You have a due process system in place at recovery and get the letters out on every one of my bills that Medicare had paid as all time limits are not run as I have had them under appeal at some level all the time. THERE COMPANY DOES NOT WISH THEM TO REVEAL THEIR ILLEGAL HACKING AND THAT IS WHAT THEIR CALL CENTER PEOPLE ARE BEING ABLE TO SEE AND I HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW . Its been pure retaliation for them to only show Medicare for me. as they know how deadly that can be for me and many others they would do this to. . A CIVIL RIGHTS PUNITIVE DAMAGES

Third time she said that it showed that Blues in on their as secondary as of 8/1/2004 and FECA deleted from the screen as of 10/6/16 The wording for the Blues seems to be the one used by Autumn at Lynn Blodgett's management company over there.?? he has total control remember and its not just health care.. Your own private company has to hire him companies to deal with his government contractors through-out the government at every level from local to federal in order to survive and ANOTHER REASON INDUSTRY HAS LEFT THE USA. ITS NOT JUST CHEAP WAGES AND HEALTH CARE COSTS.. ITS LOSS OF CONTROL OF THEIR OWN COMPANIES AND SKULDUGGERY THAT TOO OFTEN HAS OCCURRED WHEN THEY TAKE OVER.
Many regulations have nothing to do with doing things better or safer. etc. but to cause more contracts to shuffle more data needlessly. COMMON SENSE HAS LEFT US IN THE COUP OF 2002.
If the real government needs to send out a letter to a large group all they have to do is ask an already hired civil servant to write one and push enter and send it out.. MAIL AND PAPER BEING THE ONLY COSTS
No need to create a contract and all the over head for just a few letters to be sent.. even if done yearly etc. And some that have been sent out make no common sense to even be sending them as it duplicates what the government or another government contractor is already doing in another way that is gathering the same info .. and no need for a letter unless a discrepancy or issue arises.
SO MANY HAVE DIED IN THIS COUP OF 2002 AND MY LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD ENDANGERED DUE TO IT. I wish I could be legally retired and be able to do something other than fight for survival of those who hang up the phone on me in denial that my struggle is also a struggle for them to have the right to even breathe.. and they are not willing to admit it to even themselves.??
