This is a series of DAILY RECAPS THAT GOES BACK 20 10/25/16. When I discovered my MEDICARE RECORDS IN A COMPLETE MELTDOWN WORSE THAN JUST HE ROUTINE HACKING AND THEFT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 BY ILLEGAL ACTS OF THE OWNER CONTRACTOR. FORMERLY GROUP HEALTH INC of NY.
The Coup of 2002 is when Congress voted for no money to be spent by agencies for internal audits nor criminal investigations of government contractors and the USA monies began to be stolen and disappear.. and the over payments against the victims as patients are then inherited by ones heirs and every medical professional in the USA has been entrapped to illegal billing by 'rigged' system that are designed to entrap and misinformation passed around contractor call centers as facts to 'seal the entrapment' and cause thefts of the innocent.. Billing people just trying to get bills paid for their clients in the medical profession. While paying billions for access to hacked systems that should be free to our medical profession as the taxpayers have already paid for them And Call center people being duped by their owners at the head of their companies,
Congress gets false info from agencies who can not verified any reports filed by a contractors as truth .. and who would file and admits to criminal wrong doing when it would rebuilt in the one thing the real government can still do! Cancel or not renew a contract! Hard to do with no proof of wrong doing and that is why patients auditing their own files can be crucial when crimes are witnessed by those inside the call centers who are willing to pass on the best hard copy evidence direct to the real government as their government contracts say they are to do.
As one has risen to the top of a beast system as the head with dictatorial powers as named by high level official in writing and verbally including his own management as to who they take illegal orders from and carry them out..
LYNN BLODGETT.. has anyone gotten stronger. or bigger??/ and now overtaking the international cabal he once was invisibly buried in?= the murky 'swamp of murky beast system that is not a government and has had little regard for laws, human rights or serving the people lawfully ..??

No change in info from yesterday and still hacked and a mess of confusion.. This info has not changed since I got back on as few weeks ago .. and its three versions of working for Blues and some have it primary and secondary at the same time. and

Phone verification.. still hacked and Blues illegally flipped to secondary for us.. but FECA is indicated as on there. This is a different system ? and again one set of facts and all these hacked variations left on the older system s that should all be tied to the same bi weekly post from my employer that three Medicare judges and I agree is accurate.

SURPRISE NEW INFO MELTED DOWN FROM THE CYBER CLOUD..
FECA is shows as on there and CONFIRMED THAT I HAVE IT.. that is new! But still not using the 1/10/89 injury date so Medicare can not be billed conditionally.
The Blues is flipped to secondary and he said as of 8/1/2004.. with an update of 7/7/2014... he did not know that as of last week my employer posted it primary and then CORPORATE AT BCRC hacked the system a few hours later and there have been numerous meltdown postings as the cyber cloud tries to correct itself.
Its as if Lynn Blodgett et al now in total control is using an antique system that is very insecure and using it tied to the cyber cloud. And now able to delete the screen that shows all the hacking changes and the medical profession is not BEING SHOWN THERE IS AN OPEN WORKERS COMP case even if the wrong injury data used as of the day one gets Part A Medicare so they can at least make a call to get a confirmation number even if there is no OK for payment before they go on to other health plans. which for me is next to Fed Blues.. Nut the proves is a few minutes not months as some have been sent in circles not knowing that the claims to Medicare needs to be a conditional one so that I and they are not overpaid and its up to the government if it wants to go get trillions of dollars back owed it. The people would then know the real figure and vote in a new Congress who would tend to the business of he people and not ?
WHY SHOULD THEY BE PAYING ALL THIS MONEY TO LYNN BLODGETT'S CLEARING HOUSE AND HE AS INFO GIVER TO ALL OF THEM FOR THIS GARBAGE? THEY NEED A REFUND AND DIRECT ACCESS. AS THE MESS THEY WOULD THEN SEE WOULD IMMEDIATELY INDICATE IT NEEDS TO BE A PAPER CONDITIONAL PAYMENT.
BUT THE SYSTEM IS RIGGED SO IT WILL NOT TAKE IT ELECTRONICALLY BY NOT USING THE REAL INJURY DATA. EVEN THOUGH CMS HAS SENT MANY, MANY MEMOS FOR THEM TO DESIGN THE SYSTEM DIEFRENTLY BUT NO WAY TO KNOW IF THEY DID NOR CAN THEY MAKE THEM DO IT.. .. AND HAVE NOT SINCE 1/1/06 WHEN THEY EVEN TOOK OFF THE EASY ONE OF 'PRIMAY PAYER ISSUE" or use to do it electronically.
SO IF FEDERAL WORKERS COMP CONFIRMED NOW BY SOMEONE WHERE? ITS DONE BIWEEKLY BY DIRECT POST.TO THE SYSTEM FROM THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR PERSONNEL OFFICE WHICH BECOMES OURS OFFICIAL FOR THOSE UNDER FECA.. THAT IS MY LAST TRANSFER PAPERS! before Lynn Blodgett got control of we injured federal employees rights or non rights. The real government offices are not allowed to see even the judges orders. but the personnel office deals with the basics of status and coverage. and that is what Medicare is concerned about.. PERMANENT AND THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ANYTIME SOON IF I CAN CONTINUE THE FIGHT FOR SURVIVAL...
STILL ACTIVE DUTY .. AND NO CHANGE IN THAT CAN OCCUR UNTIL THE JUDGES ORDERS ARE OBEYED AND WE GET MY FILE RECONSTRUCTED SING MY RECORDS AND OTHER MATTERS PROCESSED AND I HAVE MANY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES STILL NOT PAID ME. BACK AS THE LAW SAYS.I AM DUE. AND NOTHING IS NEW TREATMENTS FROM WHAT HAS ALREADY BEEN APPROVED AND PAID FOR IN THE PAST. ETC. PLUS THE OXYGEN MAKES IT TOTAL COVERAGE.
ITS THE LAW FOLKS, AND MAYBE EXTRA CAUTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY ALL WHO WERE TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE WE WERE IN A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT AS NOW WE KNOW WE WERE NOT!.
AN ALL THE UNPROCESSED LEGALLY FILED AND LEGALLY PENDING MATTERS INCLUDING 15 +YEARS OF OXYGEN INVOICES SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
AND THE REQUEST FOR PERMANENT DISABILITY AND SCHEDULE AWARD NEGOTIATION TAKES PLACE AND THERE IS A LOT OF BACK LOG TO BE PAID BACK TO ALL AND ME. AND AT MY EMPLOYING AGENCY THE PAPERS WERE IN ORDER FOR THE LEAVE BUY BACK WHICH IS NEARLY A YEAR OF THAT.
My health was price less to me.. and that can never be put back.. The law is there to ensure when things occur we workers are not case aside as worthless for some to go on with their carelessness and disregard for human life.
Then we go to court too see what can be salvaged on the third party law suit to reimburse the taxpayer. that has been waiting in a county court house in NJ for the federal government to figure up the damages.
Its not just reviewing some medical records. and 4 parties sign off on it and my claims examiner who will do the first level is not one of those. either..
There is no indication that Lynn Blodgett is going to start paying the bills since the COUP OF 2002. WHEN Lincare was as MY OXYGEN SUPPLIER AT THE TIME.. BY HIS CALL CENTER telling them I had a MILLION DOLLARS to pay and they asked me for the money. Of course I have never got such and never would as the FECA law has n such provision.
I am dependent on my loved ones and good neighbors to haul 200 lb. liquid oxygen tank to the gas company to stay alive. as even the next supplier was put out of business as small companies were all over the USA by a regulation that made no medical sense. The only winners were the larger companies to get rid of competition when they went to competitive bids for territories..
LYNN BLODGETT HAS NOT INPUT ANY OXYGEN INVOICES TO THE REAL FECA SYSTEM SINCE HE TOOK OVER IN 2002.. His management said "because they would be paid and the 'gig ' would be up and hey would have to pay for all of my bills and the order on me was "let her die" from him.....
A MILLION DOLLARS PER ABOUT 200 OF US OLDER ESTABLISHED CASES IS WHAT I WAS TOLD OCCURRED with the permanent medical like, me. ON A FEW OF US MEANT WE HAD BEEN SENT THAT TO PAY FOR OUR OWN MEDICAL CARE.
No such law exists at FECA and the money as told was about 200 million for about 200 of us who already had permanent medical and life threatening medical needs such as oxygen .. NO RIGHT TO BREATHE. AND HE NOW HAS CONTROL OF EVERYONE;S WORKERS COMP IN THE USA AS CONTRACTOR WITH THE INSURERS. YOU WANTED THE FEDERAL PLAN... I TRIED TO WARN ALL OF YOU BUT I AM ONLY A SMALL VOICE IN THE BIG WORLD OF THE INTERNET..
WELCOME TO THE REAL DEATH PANELS WITH NO ONE TO TURN TO FOR HELP TO STAY ALIVE.. YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN..
OIG FOR OPM CALLED IT AN EMBEZZLEMENT RING BUT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 WE FEDS HAVE BEEN 'LEFT TO DIE' AND NO BUDGET ALLOWED TO BE SPENT TO FIND OUT WHERE IT DISAPPEARED TO .. LAST SEEN AT LYNN BLODGETT'S COMPANY now hundreds of them and as many partnership deals. WHICH HE BOUGHT OUT FOR ABOUT THAT SUM OF MONEY LINKED TO A COMPANY LINKED TO THE CLINTON FOUNDATION..
Until Congress acts to allow current budget to be spent even the FBI cannot find out whether the links are real as it involves investigating government contractors. There are bad people inside the real government as there always are some around. BUT THE REAL MURKY DEPTHS OF THE DC SWAMP IS THIS UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTORS allowed to do as they please since the COUP OF 2002 AND SOME APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE FOR THE PURPOSE OF THEFT BY A FEW BAD APPLES AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT AS FAR BACK AS THE CLINTON Administration.
And some even before that for obscure beginnings that was planned step by step... as I have shared here over the years. 1984 happened as the real beginnings lead aback to events and meetings and actions from that date as far as I have been able to trace it back. when a decision was made to 'steal the free labor of machines from the people and control us with the new generation of computer systems that was being used at that time. when we should be laboring less and have a better quality of life for each and every one of us... we are hiring this cabal to shuffle more data than any real government file clerk shuffled paper who was trying to do it more efficiently..
But the cabal in opposite intent figures out more rules and levels to shuffle if more. and get lucrative contracts to do so . AND GETTING BY WITH IT AS THERE IS NO MONEY ALLOWED TO BE SPENT TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING..
OR IF THERE IS A MORE EFFICIENT WAY.. a rigged system in place to allowed real theft of the USA HAS BEEN PUT IN PLACE AND ITS BEEN AND IS BEING DONE. WITH THE BURDEN OF DEBT ON INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES. NOT EVEN ON THE NATION WHICH IS BURDENED BY THE STOLEN/disappeared MONIES FROM THE PUBLIC TREASURY.
Then since the COUP Of 2002 allowed to gain power and control of more and more of the USA. as we get robbed of lives, monies and livelihoods of the people and companies as well as the nation itself public monies and assets.
I asked the gent to please get a print out of the screen and ask his supervisor to send it to CMS directly.. IN isolation, he does not seen the whole picture of a system meltdown.. but if every one I have spoken to would have done this , then CMS would be able to know even more than I do on the outside and occasionally getting a print out the medical profession gets from their clearing house. which is not all that they can see at 1-800 Medicare THAT HAS THE BEST AND MORE COMPLETE INFO .

Do not forget his warning words. heal the sick and feed the hungry ore we are headed for hell. and for too many HELL ON EARTH IS HERE NOW. from our own choices of letting evil over come rather than we cover come evil as its been too easy to cover up evil and not face it ..
