This is a series of Daily Recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found my cyber records in meltdown at Medicare far beyond the ongoing hacking and thefts since the COUP of 2002
For details of terms do a word or phrase search at the top of this blog, or read the series and realize that many are having the same crimes being committed against you and yours and that thefts in your name are over payments your heirs inherit plus the on going obstruction of medical care.. if accurate info is not available to ones doctors, etc. to even know what treatment will be paid for. and work with that.
Since the COUP of 2002 no one from the real government has been allowed to spend any money to do an internal audit of a contractors and bad laws are being passed based on false data as all they know is what they are being told in reports and verbally .. In my case well documented lies as even agency Judges orders are withheld by Lynn Blodgett the USA head controller et al. and his that say and order the opposite. There is some links o the Clinton FOUNDATION THAT HAVE BEEN LINKED TO THIS BLOG FROM MAIN NEWS SOURCES. Today an online source linked said that the New York FBI has reopened ? the investigation of the Clinton Foundation where the head , former Sec of HHS Donna Shalala set much of the current meltdown in motion over 20 years. ago.. as I was her employee and ended up with EEOC sanctions against her for physical torture to the point of dying on the job.. in a massive cover up of the predecessor of 9/11/01.. which our 1/89 injuries have already led to too many deaths over the years and most of us will die before our natural time do to those injuries.

what should only take about 1/2 hour has again led to hours of phones being hung up on me and some nasty supervisors, mixed in with other who have been courteous and professional. Plus those in some of the call centers who ;do not wish to be involved in witnessing crimes? WHICH IS WHAT OCCURS AS SOON AS THY PULL UP MY RECORDS. and then will know they are also witnessing crimes when they pull up those of others.
These mostly very nice people have become the witnesses of the stealing of the USA and are being ordered ;NOT TO SEE IT. when they will detect it first as people call when they know something is amiss .even if they do not know exactly what... common sense knows.
I put that together with past training and experience on the job and in a real life and death struggle for self and family its imperative to find out all that one can.. AND THAT IS PUBLIC INFO THAT ALL HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW of the general process of what is happening with ones personal records that are not protected in any way in the control of government contractors. and laws being defied all over that are their to proved the protections we are to have. for ourselves, records and for the nation in general.
This is not just health care that this stealing and obliteration of rights is going on at all. And the real government and Congress has no way to 'officially know as the defunded that in the COUP of 2002 and so far have not had any indication it has been restored. This is why Obama care did not work as it was contracted out to this cabal . and scammed us all. And NO HEALTH PLAN TO REPLACE IT WILL WORK IF ITS CONTRACTED OUR TO UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTORS. either.
Its the same cabal under Lynn Blodgett as the USA head that made a scam our of Part D Medicare and Medicare in general and he now has control of the new system that is less secure and worse than ever.. YET THE CYBER CLOUD OF ALL THE FALSE INFO FED INTO IT OVER THE YEARS SO PRIMARY PAYERS CAN GET OUR OF PAYING in the 'MEDICARE FREE FOR ALL PAY FOR ALL' IS 'MELTING DOWN' AS IT TREES TO CORRECT IT SELF.. AND BE ACCURATE.as our employers posted accurate info that in turn was illegally altered by the contractor.

no changes to day .. and still shows the illegal flip of Medicare made primary and FECA on there as open but buried ..with few claim to be recovered is on there as Lynn Blodgett told them to destroy it all as he never let anyone at the US Department of labor see the letters to answer ad refund the money to Medicare as they would prove his contract should have been ended years ago.
He would not be running the USA now? in virtually all areas and levels as even states have been unsuccessful getting their federally funded programs out of his control. if just a few letters had gotten through and had to be signed by the Sec of Labor as its that office that send the post bi weekly and they would have know that FECA was to be paying and why wasn't the contractor paying and defying judges etc.
ONE THING THE REAL GOVERNMENT CAN STILL DO IS CANCEL A CONTRACT BUT UNDER OUR LEGAL SYSTEM ALL HAVE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, EXCEPT WE NOW AT THE MERCY OF THIS CABAL AND PROOF IS NEEDED AND THE PROCESS BY THE OTHER CONTRACTORS WHICH DO AS HE SAYS AS PARTNERS, ETC. OBEY TO COVER UP THE VIOLATIONS....
Nothing of the info I provided for us a year ago. and ignored. as the patient has no rights of life and health and livelihood and neither does their heirs. Everything is being done to make sure we are LEFT OUT OF THE WHOLE PROCESS UNTIL WE END UP WITH NO MEDICAL CARE OR MONEY . I just followed the rule and laws. and no response at all. as the people have no rights when we have no government in charge.
WHEN ONES PRIMARY PAYERS (MINE ALL UNDER THE CONTROL OF LYNN BLODGETT ET AL) DO NOT PAY THEN THE CONTRACTOR, BCRC IS TO SEND OUT DUE PROCESS LETTERS AND GO ASK FOR THE MONEY BACK OR GET SIGNED ANSWERS AS TO WHY THEY THINK THEY ARE NOT TO PAY FIRST. OR AT ALL.
THE CONDITIONAL PAYMENT PROCESS IS BEING OBSTRUCTED AS THE LETTERS WOULD END THE CONTRACT OF THE FORMER Group health Inc. of New York.. etc. AS WELL AS Lynn Blodgett's company. who is no even sending out the letters and letter the primary two year limit of due process run? but the rest of us have no time limit and our heir inherit. the over payments.
WE GET NO BREAK AND WHEN THERE IS A LIABILITY CASE.. IT CAN ALTER THE APPEARANCE OF THE SEVERITY OF AN INJURY IF THERE ARE LESS MEDICAL BILLS. AND THAT CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT ONGOING MEDICAL CARE.. BEING PAID FOR..
1-800 Medicare took awhile with a lot of hang ups etc. but finally did have then verify that they had no FECA visible as they can no deleted it off the screen as Lynn Blodgett's companies now pays every ones workers comp as contractors with the various companies and is using the tactics he has perfected against us feds since the COUP OF 2002 in the USA now and he has all convinced that 6 months after ones gets a Medicare care that MEDICARE NOW PAYS ALL WORKERS COMP MEDICAL AS IF ITS THE LAW.
Russian readership of this blog is higher than in the USA and news that is linked her in the past shows how RUSSIA KICKED OUT THIS CABAL IN THE EARLY 90'S BEFORE THEY GOT VIRTUAL CONTROL OF THE USA. AFTER THAT IN STEP BY STEP PROCESSES AND DEALS AND SNEAKY CHANGES IN HUGE BILLS NEVER READ BEFORE PASSED.
I share my personal experience ad knowledge and ask all to check it out and if I am wrong in any way leave a comment and the source so can all know.. I try to be careful in what I share.. and just repeat the words and source. even if not the names of those that 'just work there; who are intentionally badly misinformed. in their training. its often the process to have those 'checks and balances' that is missing that causes the collapse of the whole as money is stolen in the chaos that ensues.
They showed that Medicare was flipped to primary as of 8/1/2004 but another showed it was as of 3//2010 as he cyber cloud tries to 'dig into the past; to correct the hacking of the correct bi weekly post from the US department of Labor personnel office.

the phone menu VERIFICATION indicates that FECA is on there but that Blues if even there as sometimes its been entirely deleted if not made secondary in an illegal flip. by them
I got switched to a supervisor of two that had no respect for humans rights of life and livelihood. but did reach the OHIO call center who has the file clearly marked that an employer posts
Somehow the system has dug out of cyber cloud a 2007 form I had filled out they said, and its now posted and shows two listings for FECA one is 1/10/89 as and open case and the other is dated as the injury date as all are of the date one got Part A Medicare which blocks electronic conditional payment from being made, which is the legal way to-do it when primaries will not pay. The taxpayer paid for the system that works and this new one is worse than ever and less secure.
Back then I had not found out that my personnel office is not my employing agency as the form asked for it in the wrong way.. THEY CAN'T EVEN FIND MY PERSONNEL FILE AND LYNN BLODGETT NEVER DIGITIZED IT EITHER.
I am just one more of us have gone to the 'disappeared federal employees'?.
Its the US DOL personnel office that knows... what the real status is and its accurate as it posts and three Medicare judges say it is. but then its hacked by NCRC to facilitate the primaries from getting out of paying a or injured workers
Back then I had not gotten the judges rulings and as I recall had not spoke to the former Director of OPM and general counsel at the time who had my file herself and said to not forget that Federal workers comp law overrides all on me and that there is no inactive federal employment..
Heads of agencies have the real records but the contractors have created a different version that is being used and spewed out as facts and are not. Live and livelihoods and the nation are robbed due to all this .. She said one is employed until they are put on permanent disability with FECA. The medical being permanent 22 years ago has no relationship to the other issues of who's to pay those bills on me as oxygen is total medical care.
But for those on my employer group health plan it foes and that is where it become crucial for whether the schedule award and permanent disability by FECA and not anyone else has been done. LYNN BLODGETT IS LYING THAT IS HAS BEEN DONE. AND THE REAL SYSTEM THAT POSTS KNOWS IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE YET.. and cannot be done until he posts my file and uses my records to do so.
My claims examiner then can review and approve what was pending and several other high levels official s have to sign off on this also.. It was ready when he took total control.. plus upon a real retirement I have a lump sump of annual leave to be restored that was all ready to be paid back in 2002 when he took over and cannot get paid either. THE MEDICAL WOULD BY FECA ,or Contractor FOR THEM AS THERE IS NO LAW TO PAY ME FOR IT IN ADVANCE SO WOULD STILL BE PAID UNTO DEATH AND I DO NOT PLAN TO LEAVE THIS PLANE OF EXISTENCE ANYTIME SOON EITHER.
I GOT A FOLLOW UP LETTER A FEW YEARS AGO BEFORE MY FORMER CLAIMS EXAMINER DID RETIRE AND REMINDED ME IT WAS STILL PENDING AND THAT THEY NEEDED ACCESS TO THE RECORDS TO APPROVE IT, I RESPONDED TO IT AND GOT ONE REPINES NEEDING ACCESS TO THE RECORDS AND I RESPONDED BUT LYNN BLODGETT NEVER LET THEM HAVE THAT EITHER. AS THEY WERE ASKING ME TO RECONSTRUCT AND LYNN BLODGETT WOULD NOT DO IT AS HE HAS HAD SEVERAL AND WILL NOT SET UP MY FILE EVEN WHEN JUDGES HAVE NOW ORDERED IT DONE. BEEN DONE OVER AND OVER AND HOW CAN I GET IT TO THEM WHEN THEY CAN ONLY HAVE IT OFFICIALLY FROM LYNN BLODGETT.? WHO IS NOW THE DEFACTO DICTATOR AND DECIDER OF ALL FACTS. AND APPROVALS.? And who is his boss???
But in 2007,I had not even learned all about he posting etc. yet and the whole process and don't want anyone to know.. that is how they have gotten by with an overthrow of the USA so completely. Even the good people they hire in their call centers do not understand and are not informed either. And I listed the two primaries and she did not tell me what they showed for that as she hung up? when I asked. I have copies of all and know it was listed first.
I called back AND GOT A FEW MORE HANG UPS and finally got what the system is showing that open FECA but no one else is seeing that now.. and that the system was updated 11/2/16 to make blues secondary of as 2/28/16. We all know that they have been flipping is to secondary all the time sine the COUP of 2002
But the recovery letters are still missing and all claims for all of us on the Blues policy have not given to recovery either.. All are under appeal also and that is due process done in the two years limit.. and all to be recovered back to Medicare by the primaries not by us nor our good doctor and medial personnel . . even if we have sent them in multiple times

OIG FOR OPM SAID THAT THEY WERE WANTING TO INVESTIGATE AS AN EMBEZZLEMENT RING BUT CONTRACTORS CANNOT BE UNDER THE COUP OF 2002. AND HIS COMPANY IS THE LAST PLACE ABOUT 200 MILLION DOLLARS? WAS SEEN AND GOT ON OUR INDIVIDUAL SCREENS FOR THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE TO SEE BACK THEN. .
Lynn Blodgett's company was given the money by the US TAXPAYER AND THE SAME DONE ON WHAT I WA TOLD WAS ABOUT 200? OF US WHO ALREADY HAD PERMANENT MEDICAL FOR LIFE. DUE TO LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL NEEDS AND OXYGEN SEEMS TO BE THE MAIN NEED THAT QUALIFIES .. and have than for 22 years. no. and its for all bills, not just the ones that would seem to be connected like on others' cases as its oxygen and no healing or life exists without it. WE GOT DUMPED ILLEGALLY ONTO MEDICARE. and all over the lies got passed on as facts. instead as he is always the source when one tracks back though numerous call centers and contractors and agencies as to where the lie came from. Its all here on this blog over the years.

As the BIG LIE THAT IS REPORTED IN WRITING AND VERBALLY FROM SEVERAL HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS AND HIS OWN MANAGERS AND PARTNERS IS THAT I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED. BEFORE HE TOOK OVER FECA. A LOT OF MONEY WENT MISSING AT THE TIME HE ENDED UP WITH MONEY TO BUY OUT AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AND THEN GO FORWARD TO BUY UP AND FORM ANOTHER HUNDRED AND MORE AND MORE AND RISE TO THE TOP OF A REAL BEAST SYSTEM .. ???

I had to rest. and King of Shamhala, who writes for Before its News and has reposted many of my blogs on this has sent me some e mails of posts over at Before its News and Sheriff Joe apparently never went to Topeka KS to get President Obama's real birth certificate. as the race for US Sec General is being campaigned? for by the birthers who are another group duped into doing the opposite of what they thought they were doing. or the Hawaii records of his grandmother's original forgery that never got certified there back in 1961. He is an always has been eligible to be president if the people chose to elect him.. from any standpoint one might garner up..
One can read the real details of his birth in Topeka KS here that I shared he whole as eyewitness back in 7/26/12 and through the Fall of the whole and many do know story. But not knowing he is the baby in the horror of the lynching of Rosa Parks nephew who got a white girl pregnant.. which is a horrible way to tell it as they were just another teen age couple who got pregnant and sat down on the bank of the Kansas River to figure out what they were going to do , Jim was 16 and she 15 in 3/61/and three died that day.
The president unborn and his mother were to have also by lynched. and then in 5/61 a direct attempt on ,my life when it was learned that my parents had guardianship of my dad's great niece. who later married the Obama's in a marriage arranged by her dad to give him his name and her a marriage certificate. Her dad, my first cousin. of my dad's sister and husband was Daniel Wayne Pope who took the id of the older Stanley Dunham to go to WWII at age 14. another young pregnant couple?.. A Divine Intervention moved me out of the way just before my head would have been crushed. and to deny what occurred is to deny the DIVINE.. force we call GOD.
Facing death now has not been the first time in my life, but its not pleasant and its evil personified for such to be going on and too many have already lost their lives in the COUP OF 2002.
AND ITS NEEDS TO BE ENDED. We cannot make America greater than every before until we have justice for each and every one. and those who do not care about others and do them harm . those who do such evil need to be dealt with by our legal system which is not even in existence right now to stop those causing so much harm so they are not allowed to harm anyone else or the nation and humanity again. . there is still not justice for the three that died in 3/61 including the president's real dad, as I know it from them and 'every one knew' As many do not know the baby they have heard about is now the 44th President of the USA now.
My sharing of that is about the healing of the past and justice for the dead and not about the politics. I have had some grave concerns about things that have occurred in the last 8 years, but just as much has gone wrong before that as we live with the culmination of the total and its time to take a turn into a new path for good.
There is a wall to overcome even before we build a wall that POET ROBERT FROST WROTE "GOOD FENCES MAKE GOOD NEIGHBORS." WE HAVE HAD A SWAMP THAT IS NOT DRAINED TO THIS DAY AND ITS A DEEP AND MURKY ONE .. A good wall is built to be a symbol of respect for each others 'boundaries 'and ensure they are respected. But no matter how strong or high it will sink if its mired in a swamp..
Pray for our leaders who are being put to the test of righteousness and good so they resist the temptations of evil that great power and wealth can tempt beyond what most of us will ever face. .
I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus for mercy and justice and that all who do harm to others stop it or humanity make sure they are stopped and do good instead. . Amen!
