See a link to a series of Daily recaps that began on 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data records in complete meltdown with the one in charge of he USA with no oversight of thus cabal of government contractors since the COUP of 2002 by act of Congress which most did not know and still did not know was voted on in a huge budget bill that was changed in the middle of the night as evil is a sneak; and then voted on in the 'morning' unread ... not in control of the entire system through a cabal of control of major companies as well as his own and partnership deals. and I still do not know the real mastermind behind it all.
Even though George Soros has reputedly said he is the 'mastermind' an 'god of the world?' If he is, Lynn Blodgett's ultimate 'boss' he has done it with monies stolen from the USA and other nation's treasuries. I only know of him as stated by high level government officials and his own managers as the one they must obey with out question or ability to verify what he says or orders them to do Even if it means defying federal judges, the law or terms of their government contracts.
The COUP OF 2002 left government contractors with no one in the real government allowed to spend one penny to do an internal audits and that includes systems audits. We do not have the systems the taxpayer paid for on some of the biggest posts of public monies that contractors have control of the monies being paid our of. nor arrest any one who is a contractor let alone investigate and this cabal virtually runs the whole nation now from local to federal..
But law the patient has the overpayment against them and their heirs inherit even though their info and data is controlled by this cabal that did the stealing in their name. Laws that were only public for a few years then pulled from view decades ago under the "paperwork reduction acts; which was nothing but pulling the rights of the people from knowing what the laws were and are that could be used against us...
I am only stating what was publicly known from the time as due to laws that I am under cannot tell you what is now.., but judges rulings I have indicated NOTHING HAS CHANGED. AS THE PEOPLE BEAR THE LACK OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN THIS MATTER WHEN OUR PUBLIC RECORDS THAT ARE ENTRUSTED TO OUR GOVERNMENT TO KEEP SECURE AND SAFE FROM CRIMINAL ACTS has been turned over to those they have no oversight to make sure they still are secure and the opposite has occurred.. Little is safe anymore.
This goes beyond privacy rights of surveillance. which is now in the control of these unaccountable contractors also..
Far worse than if real government employees subject to strict laws to protect us from misuse of data on each of they may capture in a wide net of official use looking for a terrorist, etc.. These strict laws still exist for prosecution for not keeping data and records on each of us safe from abuse of use. even if innocent peoples' phone calls and e mails, etc. are captured in a wide sweep of info looking for the alleged guilty .
I do not like the intrusions of our privacy either, but its worse than portrayed when the ones in control are not under the control of the real government and us as voters without out elected officials sewing to it our data and records are protected anymore as primacy and HIPPAA medical laws do not pertain to contractors. of the government. .
When those records of each of us involved and affect our medical care. we are no longer just referring to just personal information nor even our financial interests but OUR VERY LIVES are affected. And when the data and records of each of us are used to coerce and extort a modern era 'protection money; to the extent of corporate and personal bankruptcy of our good doctors and others in the medical profession. we have all lost our rights of any kind... as our medial infrastructure fails along with our roads and Bridges. Also.. Look around as to what all is 'falling down; and its not just our budges
I PRAY TO YAHUSHA WHOM WE CHRISTIAN'S CALL CHRIST JESUS THAT THE ILLUSTRIOUS AND WELL KNOWN AND WEALTHY BEING ASKED TO SERVE THIS NATION IN THE PRESIDENT TRUMP ADMINISTRATION MAY BE ONES POWERFUL ENOUGH TO STAND UP TO THE INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT HAS NEARLY OVERTHROWN THE USA AND FOR MOST OF US HAS LEFT VERY FEW RIGHTS OF EVEN LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD AVAILABLE. My prayers for them as they choose to serve humanity from the blessings of government and wealth they already have and could many have come our of retirement to give back tot the nation and people . FEW HOUSEHOLDS ARE NOT AFFECTED IN ONE OR MANY WAYS NOW.. AND THIS CABAL HAS MASTERMINDED HOW TO TAKE THEN FREE LABOR OF MACHINES THAT BY THIS ERA SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ALL OF US A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE AND EACH AND ALL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE OUR BASIC NEEDS WITH LESS HOURS WORKED PER WEEK/
A MASTERMIND HAS BEEN ABLE TO SHUFFLE MORE DATA AROUND NEEDLESSLY WITH MORE REGULATIONS THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BUSINESS OF EACH PART OF GOVERNMENT BEING DONE BETTER AND SAFER AND MORE EFFICIENTLY costing less over all. Each 'shuffle' means another 'shell' company and more contracts as they end result of this can go on and one. and we all suffer as in health care less and less is going for direct care as the medical profession spends more and more and shuffling data that modern systems can do for us. if they were not being designed to steal more and more from the public treasury and us . Medical billing has been ended with the doctor etc on the lap top and payment should be on the way to the bank as soon as ones doctor pushes "enter; at the end of the medical visit. WITH ONLY A FEW HIGH TECH AUDITING AT THE BACK END.
Patients have been excluded from any input into preventing any over payments to themselves and the real danger from unprotected medical data bases after medical claims are filed. OUR MEDICAL PROFESSION IS RUTHLESSLY AUDITED FOR PROTECTION OUR FILES IN THE MEDICAL FACILITY OR THEIR SYSTEM S, BUT the Hippaa law is not over contractors at all and that is the databases shared ND BEING HACKED ALL THE TIME TO FACILITATE REAL THEFT and there is no prohibited for those being shared to any who wish access. since the COUP OF 2002. And since 1999 when the contract was given to Group Health Inc of NY for the nation. Its a deadly mess and the patient has no right of access and worse is the typos and glitches and other patients medical records co mingles with ones own that as Congressional study of 10 years ago showed it has had deadly consequences used especially in a busy emergency room. Even the doctors whose info has gotten altered etc. has no right to get it corrected either.
My opinion from years of inside the government and as a patient is that most medical malpractice has its roots in the government not securing and protecting our data and records. etc. and laws and regulations that subvert good medical care.
For about 11 million of us, with toxic and chemical injures, we have had no new treatment in over 2 decades and most of what we did have that has worked well for us. is now being taken from us that has proved to extend life for decades when we used to die in a few years. from our injuries
WE ARE STILL EXCLUDED FROM CLINICAL TRIALS FOR ANY NEW DRUGS AND THERE ARE NOT EVEN WARNING LABELS TO LET OUR DOCTORS KNOW WHAT ALL IS IN A PILL AND MORE RECENTLY NO WAY FOR EVEN THE PATIENT TO CALL AND FIND OUT IF THE CHEMICALS THAT ARE LIFE THREATENING FOR THEM MAY BE PRESENT . I have had three potentially life threatening reactions in the last couple of years from this LACK OF RIGHT TO PROTECT EVIN OUR OWN LIFE FROM THIS CABAL RUNNING THINGS AND BEING ALLOWED TO GET BY WITH IT BY OUR OWN ELECTED OFFICIALS.
And indications are we are going to be having a lot more that can cause harmful mix of toxins and chemical to occur and the treatments are not there. anymore to test and treat. A new generation of doctors do not even have hands on treating anymore to even know.. as older doctors who knew well have retired .. Even the testing that I and others were able to get to determine proper dosage and correct medications.
Also, since 2008 this cabal is even changing diagnosis to every one being a COPD patients when medically that is only a one group among all the others who may have some chronic obstruction, but not a variety of other lung diseases that go with that. This can be life threatening as there is not one treatment for all and some diseases are treated the opposite of others now all lumped together. that is not the medical treatment standards of the medical profession but OUR DOCTORS ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF MEDICAL IN THE USA ANYMORE AND MUCH OF HE WORLD EITHER UNDER THIS CABAL.. .
NOT ALL ASTHMA'S ARE AN ALLERGIC REACTIONS AS ALL especially in our group have had Our treatments and tests is not being paid for by current plans and polices even though they are medical standards/. Left Ventricle heart failure is not treated until one is near death as all the heart needs to work not just part of it. but that is missing from this cabal's logic??
We cannot even get a timed release diuretic as each breath causes fluid build up .. unlike those with other causes, etc. AND IF THEY DID COME UP WITH ONE , WE WOULD BE EXCLUDED AS I AFFIRMED WITH THE FDA A FEW MONTHS AGO TO KNOW IF THERE WAS SOMETHING THAT COULD CAUSE LIFE THREATENING INFLAMMATION.
At the same time BCRC AT GROUP HEALTH INC SUBSIDIARY NOW EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL AS MOST ARE INTERNATIONAL NOW;. they were give the 'watch dog' duty to make sure the whole insurance behaves itself.
But has become the facilitator of theft as they changed the info our employers post directly to the main Medicare system that all use to bill and whom to bill. More importantly find out what treatment will be paid for .. If no one can pay , then prescribing is not going to get it done for the patient. Many of our good doctors have come up with all kinds of ingenious solutions to work with insurers and plans and little of that is being utilized to reduce health care costs .
most use it to know whom to bill and the BCRC is making it so that the primary payers do not have to pay their bills. and this causes CHAOS IN MEDICAL TREATMENT as well overpayment to patients and their heirs (most have no idea they are getting overpaid as they get lied to over and over by this cabal and even the real government officials who accept the same lies as the only access they have is the cabals;' verbal word for things and too much of that has occurred on my records also they are smart enough not to put it in writing. ..
The medical profession has tried to distance itself from knowing anything about billing to try and protect itself as the USA Supreme Court ruled recently that one id not immune from what their contractors do or do not do legally and conditional payment have to be done on many, not just me to legally bill Medicare even if call enters lied to them and say "they updated the system and its all right to bill Medicare now:' Its like a 'mantra' I have heard that quoted over and over until its a believed lie as they are not told the update is an illegal hack. and the call center people do not know it is as thy are told the same lie also .. only the corporate headquarters at BCRC know it and their new contractor of a company that Lynn Blodgett has a major ownership in through another company and he is and has been the 'mis' info giver to all for a long time anyway.. and the total misinformation 'vehicle' is in place.
Not even Emblem Health International and BCRC .. is immune from what their contractors do as they are lied to all over by this cabal's call centers to convince them that if they illegally hacked the system that its all right for them to bill medical and not make it a conditional payment recovery letters are sent out to the primary payers.
Making a claim as a conditional payment means neither patients nor medical PROFESSIONAL ARE AT ANY RISK AS IF THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT RECOVER MONIES DUE IT, THEN HOW CAN WE DO SO ? I recently discovered that one doctor , several years ago must have sent the money back and why I lost him as a doctor. If he had let me know what was going on I could have helped. as they are not to pay back the PRIMARY PAYER IS.. Keeping all the parties not working to together on this means these kinds of things can be done to all of us.

mymedicare.gov is the same t day and I am learning that it is the most out of date and often one of the least reliable source of info and that is what the patient can access.
1-800 Medicare showed no Federal workers comp and the new system is able to delete it off the screen although its still in the cyber cloud.
Our medical profession has paid billions of dollars for access to a system we taxpayers have already paid for and now they are able to delete the very vital info they pay to get to protect their livelihood now no one is going to be given they have an open workers comp case and need to make a call to protect their rights and get at last a confirmation number. before filing a conditional payment for the BCRC to sort it all out with the signed and returned primary payers .. But when the US Department of Labor real personnel office gets those they will wonder why the Sec of Labor is paying back bills for Medicare that already are to have been paid all along by Lynn Blodgett as contractors. WHERE IS THE MONEY HE WAS GIVEN TO DO SO .. GONE TO BUY OUT MORE COMPANIES AND LOBBY CONGRESS FOR PROTECTION MONEY ?? as its that system they have access is the very one that posts bi weekly. that I have the active duty and coverage of the two primary payers fro self and those on my primary Blues Policy that have Medicare cards
.AND THE ONE THING THAT COULD STILL OCCUR IS CANCELLATION OF AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES FROM CONTROL OF FECA WOULD HAVE ENDED AN DHOW MANY MIGHT STILL BE ALIVE TODAY ??? this is one thing an agency can still do with evidence and why no recovery letters got or are being sent to the real government as it would be at the highest levels that a check would be sent direct to CMS HHS not to a contractor to disappear it ?? ... NO WONDER I AM BEING TREATED SO BADLY .
Today BCRC showed Federal Blues my other primary payers as flipped to working aged a secondary to Medicare as of 3/1/10 the month I turned 65.. THE WORDS WERE NOT CHANGED AS WORKING AGED IS THE TERM FOR WHEN ONES EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLANS IS PRIMARY AND this data is just one of many called in from Lynn Blodgett companies over the years as insurers and others Lynn Blodgett 'controls' company management to get them from having to pay primary .
Changing plans does not change who is running things at all.
Often its not even given to medical profession as primary or seconds as it gets deleted in the bi weekly hack soon after my personnel office posts my two primaries payers. and since I have some on my Blues who have medial cares all of us are being overpaid and we have no way to stop is as even appeals and judges rulings that the post is accurate as they verified the info has no POWER OVER THE OVER THROWN OF THIS NATION INTO THE CONTROL OF THIS INTERNATIONAL CABAL
I called back to check on a claim and this time they had my Blues second as of 8/1 2004 which is another date melted down out of the cyber cloud that was illegally called in an input trying to "correct the hacking" A date which that has nothing to do with my permanent medical at FECA or that they have yet to approves my request that was ready for review when he took total control just before the COUP of 2002. for permanent disability from FECA as Lynn Blodgett who also got control of AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES ABOUT THE SAME TIME AND NOW HAS 200/ COMPANIES AND AS MANY ILLEGAL SECRET DEAL PARTNERSHIPS ALL OVER .. TH NATION AND WORLD will not obey even the judges orders I got to post my file so my claim examiner can know what is going o. THE real officials ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO OFFICIALLY SEE THEIR OWN JUDGES ORDERS AND ALL OVER THE WORLD THE SAME IS OCCURRING..
THE REAL GOVERNMENT DOES NOT EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO OUR RECORDS AND DATA EVEN THOUGH THE CONSTITUTIONAL PUBLIC TRUST IS TO PROTECT AND SECURE OUR PERSONAL GOVERNMENT FILES THAT ARE to be used for official purposes and not to be used for primary payers to get our of paying their legally obligated bills .
most I spoke to today with courteous and professional., but some were down right harassing. and I have gotten to not even being very shocked at daily crimes against my records and me and loved ones.
One had my Blues even terminated again
and I then called Medicare coordination and recovery (subsidiary of the former Group health Inc.)
This is hyper gone wild. in many ways. and its not pleasant
The phone verification indicates the FECA is in the system even though 10800 media either cannot see it or some could see if deleted from the screen after 10/6/16 to sell false info to the medical profession.
AS FAR AS THEY ARE CONCERNED THE INTENTIONAL RETALIATION IS GOING TO CONTINUE AS THEY LEAVE MY PRIMARY BLUES OFF THE SCREEN EVEN AS A SECONDARY PAYER?.
AND THIS IS WHAT OUR MEDICAL PROFESSION HAS BEEN DEALING WITH FOR MANY YEARS. THEY HAVE HAD NO LOBBY GROUP FOR MANY YEARS. AS THE AMA WOULD HAVE GONE TO BAT FOR THEM ON THIS.. BUT THEY BLEW IT ON THE LAWSUIT ON MANIPULATION OF CLAIMS THAT HAD ALREADY BEGIN BACK IN THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION AND LEFT THE PATIENTS OUT OF THAT AS IF THEIR ATTY HAD HAD MY INFO, I DO THING IT WOULD HAVE TURNED OUT DIFFERENTLY .. BUT THEY TRUSTED THE ORGANIZATION THAT TURNED ON THEM BIG TIME.
many got a few dollars, but got left with being extorted and there is general real fear all over to be involved in any part of billing. It is heart wrenching to see this as a general observation, and not just from my those who care for me.. APPRECIATE YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSION TRYING TO CARE FOR THE INJURED AND SICK AND KEEP THE REST AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE UP AGAINST A BEAST STEM WHICH DOES NOT PUT HOLT CARE OF THE PATIENTS OR THOSE WISHING TO PROVED IT AS HAVING ANY RIGHTS IN THE MATTER.
And take a good look at our own local places of medical treatment as the infrastructure is crumbling there with monies going to pay Lynn Blodgett cabal companies for all kinds of things that have nothing to do with providing good direct medical care.
MORE SHUFFLING OF NEEDLESS DATA. Medicare began with a pretty fair way for all to be paid. and the new coding system should have made it more simple and fair and less costly as payment should be on the way to the back as soon as ones medical visit is over. and ENTER is hit on the laptop. BUT CONTRACTORS AND DATA HAVE TO BE SHUFFLED AND RESHUFFLED AND COBBLED THROUGH Regulations THAT HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH GOOD CARE. better to pay that monies for research for cures. instead.???
HOW DOES THE PATIENTS PROTECT THEIR FINANCIAL RIGHTS
The whole system and call centers and mistraining is getting most clams being paid and never identified as CONDITIONAL PAYMENTS TO GO THE RECOVERY UNITY . for the due process letters to timely get out.
And that puts the responsibility on the patient along with the overpayment,
NEW TRAINING IS ON LINE FROM 10/16 ON THIS BUT AT THE HEAD IT SAYS THAT ALL OTHER REGULATIONS AND LAWS STILL APPLY. unless you read that you might think there is no way that the paint is liable in cases like mine which is more the norm and we have no clear instructions as to how to self report as the RECOVERY UNIT IS IGNORING THE EXISTING REGULATIONS AND LESS ON THIS. after they arrive there.. I just wanted the proper format to speed up processing as I was having difficulty finding it in the newer info . the ones for we patients to follow.. Lots on their about our attorneys and what they are to do THIS IS NOT WHAT ONE WORKERS COMP ATTORNEY OR ANY OTHER IS TO HAVE TO DO . ETC AND WHO CAN AFFORD AN ATTORNEY WHEN THEY ARE IN POVERTY .??? Lynn Blodgett is able to control an attorney better than the patients as they have to deal with him and his all over and even in their own professional groups.. THEY ARE ANOTHER PROFESSION SUBJECT TO ALL KINDS OF COERCION . as the patient is only after life and livelihood that is mostly stripped from them already as has occurred in our cases. .. and we are getting ignored and self reporting is being blatantly defied us.. In my case backed up by medical its ruling on my bills and the laws itself ply the by weekly post they hack and later and not make sure ones medical sources never seems is.. billing does not even get what the patients hands in or even paper work filled out to follow. ... as they are told to ignore by this cabal's call centers. a
Last year we spent a week faxing tubs of claims to be processed and they never even answers us as that would generate a right to appeal if they anssered, appeals and grievances are being ignored also.. and all of these are under the control of Lynn Blodgett et al.. Hearings are backed up for years past what others have had to wait for or there would be hundreds more against him, and not just 38 he is in defiance of in multiple agencies. Civil rights does no good and over 100 of these none are being allowed to be prepared for review. and wavier not answered and the civil rights could have saved many lives if the issues and been allowed to go forward. Cover letters are in the "Linda Joy Adams" + "violations of civil rights: pages" 1-58 on this blog and reposted with and updated periodically as forms is what we retort to as they will all be ignore as PATIENTS HAVE NO HUMAN , CIVIL NOR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS IN ALL OF THIS UNDER THIS CABAL .. My last call ended up with a man I spoke to at the recovery center who is a supervisor and it was not pleasant. R. F would not answer what format should I send in the claims to be recovered again as I have noticed all and they are not under any time limit to not repays as hose on other patients are. .. One cannot call them direct any more and as one gets the coordination unit and then transferred over. and not easy to get through ..calls to audit my own records should only take a 1/2 hour at best turn in to hours of waiting for calls to be answered and then often terrible unpleasant responses mixed in with decent buy ill trained among group and how long will the good ones last among this lot??? BASICALLY no recovery efforts they are contracted to do is being done. AND HE WOULD NOT ANSWER ME AT ALL.. I AM A NON PERSON TO THIS CABAL AND AM MORE TYPICAL THAN NOT. AND THE RECENT TRAINING PACKAGES HAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PATIENT TO FOLLOW TO PROTECT OUR RIGHTS AT LL IN THE MATTERS,. One has to dig into older ones and the numbers to call and us may not even be good ones anymore.. BUT AS THE DISCLAIMER THEY DO HAVE, THEY STILL APPLY EVEN THOUGH THE LAST LAND GRAB CAN TAKE PLACE AS OUR HEIRS HAVE NO IDEA THEY HAVE INHERITS OVER PAYMENTS THAT THEIR LOVED ONE COULD NOT STOP AND OFTEN HAVE NO IDEA OCCURRED AGAINST THEM. WHERE IS OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF DUE PROCESS??? GONE!!!!!ALONG WITH OUR BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD. and most have no idea the 'hell on earth in the 'SWAMP OF CORRUPTION' our medical profession is going through either just trying to care for all of us to preserve our lives and health
