But miraculously several hearing pending since 8/09 appeared in the file that had been deleted from the system by inside cabal hacking? and paper files disappeared and now how do we get Justice as the damages continue as the laws are not obeyed? And the US Constitution trampled b those who have decided that not all should be equal before the law.
Starred items in parentheses are additions for clarification by you ,since the actual documents mentioned are not posted. This is minus the identifiers like SSN's. These 37 Judges are agency Judges on just my cases and other family members and we are over paying what the law says and need someone in congress who allows over sight of this out of control contractor and system and those who go along with anything their CEO Lynn Blodgett says since they have no access to files or data of anyone in the USA now.
And no one stands up to this international cabal of over 100 companies who has taken control of the USA as our case well proves and all need to not wait until you become expendable to their agenda which does not seem to be one of rights and caring for others as our monies are being stolen daily and Congress allowed no money to be spent to get over see them civilly or criminally for at least 15 years since I had to find out why my own files and data and rights were being taken away along with my own right to life. All I did was go to work one day in 1/10/89 and the rest is history my family and I have struggled through as the system failed the people and us over and over due to internal corruptions allowed to take hold.
When we first received the notice of the recent hearing we had no indication which hearing was to be held since so many have been bending since 2009 when 4 appellate agency judges affirmed and uphold lower who ruled against CEO Blodgett and his cabal of companies. and he defied them and began going from agency to agency lying as to the truth of facts saying I had gotten a workers comp settlement and there was nothing to do on my cases. As he withheld from officials, the US Dept of Labor Judges who said that gossip and rumor had run amok and to ask me for the facts as no one else seemed to know AND WITHOUT THE ENTIRE FILES HEY HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING and he was to post my files from my records and process, and pay etc as he is to do contractually and refused to do so to his day and the retaliated is horrendous but his partner does the whistle bower intakes and that attempt is mockery of justice.
Obstruction of medical care goes on and theft of medicare and hacking orders all over and I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus hat he will repent and change his ways as we have no one in govt to stop his actions. Every one is under his control at all levels now and all need to get involved and vote and show that we do not wish to be overthrown as we need a VOTER;S REVOLUTION TO TAKE BACK THE POWER OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TO HOLD IT UNDER OUR US CONSTITUTION THROUGH WHOM WE ELECT TO OFFICE AT ALL LEVELS. Other pray or think good thought in your own way and all WHO HAVE A JOB TO DO WITH ANY PART OF MY FILES PLEASE DO IT AS THE LAW SAYS IS TO OCCUR WITH MERCY AND FAIRNESS. Post all the hearings and other appeals so that others know what needs to be done yet. This illegal and unethical activity has caused great chaos for any one who even wants to do what is right and should be done as a mater of routine as part of their job. STOP LISTENING TO GOSSIP AND RUMOR AND ASK ME. IS THE JUDGES; ORDERS.

AS WE CANNOT DO IT UP AGAINST A TOTAL CONTROL OF OUR CARE FROM ALL ANGLES BY THIS CABAL. THAT YOU MAY NOT BE AW\WARE THAT CMS IS NOT WHOM YOU DEAL WITH BUT THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO SAY THEY ARE THE GOVT WHEN THEY ARE NOT AND ARE TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS A CONTRACTOR OF THE AGENCY.

victimized because there's been no investigation, made her files more vulnerable to those who don't want to go to jail-as we conduct our own investigation mad more facts and evidence build up as the parties interest build up.
What has led to high level officials in several agencies naming CEO Lynn Blodgett. he is the CEO of Affiliated Computer Services -over 100 companies and as many secret partnership deals. This man has total control of health care in the United States and as well as control of all the government files, data, and medical records of the people.---.
Medicare is not a government run programs and has not been since 2002. On his orders files and hack systems hacked into , etc. Usually done verbally.

much of the information on by high level gov. officials is coming from him__. As they have not files to refute what he says. At Social Security, my employ(ing) agenc(y) ies do not even have copies of various orders from FECA. SSA and OPM. This has led to the Employees rolls being hacked into obstructing the Bureau of Interior which maintains my (Linda's)* personnel file which I have been trying to locate for nearly a decade. I (Linda)* has a Freedom of Information request pending with SSA that;s gone unanswered for nearly a decade---.
Instead of coming out (of) premiums paid to the insurance company under FEHB, 50% ( as illegally secondary)*
of Linda's bills is being paid instead of 100% (FECA rate )* which indicates there is a huge sum of money gone. "some one is embezzling"

Patrick McFarland 's predecessor said there was a suspected embezzlement ring due to various complaints from many like Linda. No Director of OPM has authorized them to investigate which led to the congressional testimony of July () of 2013. Congress has still not provided for investigations of these gov. contractors all connected to ACS et al.
From now on we will refer to compan (ies)ys involved as ACS et al.
We have come so for the rights of the individual being violate(d) by the govt contractors that apart from training given to government employees that the print out from SSA-MBR On Doyle's and ________ is a clear violation of their privacy rights. and has no business being in Linda's Medicare hearing nor in Doyle and ________ Medicare hearings____.
( In this Medicare hearing file was personal data of others system records from SSA and that should not be in Linda's file without written permission. )
Older employees seem to know the laws and rights , but fewer of them are on duty anymore as new hires have virtually no training and little available to access to know. AN INDICATION OF PRIVATIZATION OF SOCIAL SECURITY IN TO THIS CABAL IS FAR MORE THAN PLAYING THE STOCK MARKET WITH THE TRUST FUND. YOU WILL HAVE NO WAY TO QUESTION ANY POINT OF LAW AS THIS CABAL APPLES IT TO KNOW IF IT IS BEING DONE CORRECTLY. AND MY FILES AND OURS SHOW THAT IS WELL BEING OBSTRUCTED NOW AS MOST OF THESE FILES ARE COMPLIED AND CONTROLLED BY ACS ET AL FOR THE LOWER JUDGES.
There is an article linked on line of 33 things occurring next month dealing with prophetic things for the most part. BUT NEXT MONTH, per their press release, THE CMS CONTRACTORS ARE BEING GIVEN THE AUTHORITY TO INTERPRET THE LAWS AND NOT THE JUDGES SO ALL THE JUDGES SKIRTING THE ISSUES OF DEALING WITH THE LEGAL ISSUES PRESENTED IN OUR CASES. YOU MAY HAVE WELL BEEN ELIMINATING YOUR JOBS AS IF YOUR ARE NOT TO INTERPRET THE LAW AND AGENCY POLICIES ANY MORE, THEN THE FIRST LEVEL OF ACCESS TO THE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION HAS BEEN DONE AWAY WITH. AS ONE DOES NOT GO DIRECT TO US DISTRICT COURT WITHOUT ALL THESE AGENCY APPEALS GONE THROUGH AND JUDGES AT VARIOUS LEVELS.
