Am sharing the submission to the Medicare judge who was only permitted to rule on the one hearing request and only only a narrow issue which was already resolved. What did miraculously be found were the 8/09, 2010 and 2011 hearing requests that had disappeared from SSA ;s system and paper files prepared by their contractor of ACS ET AL. Bit the files and documents attached were missing and we were able to reconstruct much of this. which shows the whole things belongs with SSA . The judge said at our telephone hearing that he had almost dismissed the case, but decided to let us speak and present out case and we did get in recorded testimony on the matters he would not hear as they were not assigned to him although in the file he was sent from the CLEVELAND ACS et al? OFFICE. and some one from the SSA Birmingham Program Service Centers which is not the one for my SSN nor Doyle's to have come from So SSA had forwarded it to them, first and that may have been an ACS et al group, too.
Through the routine at the contractor , the missing hearing requests surfaced? I was represented by Doyle by husband as we have no money for an attorney but every govt and military retiree should be concerned as it affects every one as to how the math is done for the GPO offset and its not being done per original training and no where can we find any info for SSA or the public to know what is the correct math as its is mysteriously silent . The issue is that originally the Medicare premium is subtracted first from the gross SSA payment before the offset formula is applied. Plus I am being assessed a penalty for being retired when I AM STILL ACTIVE DUTY PER FEDERAL WORKERS COMP LAWS AND THE US DEPT OF LABOR HAS ME IN THEIR SECURED SYSTEM THAT WAY AS WAITING FOR ACS TO ALLOW THE FEDERAL WORKERS COMP OFFICE TO HAVE MY FILES SO THEY CAN RULE ON A PERMANENT DISABILITY AND SO FAR THAT HAS BEEN BLOCKED BY THEM. AND MONIES FOR PAYING MY AND OTHERS PERMANENT MEDICAL COVERAGE THAT MANY OF US HAVE ALREADY DUE TO LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL NEEDS LIKE OXYGEN HAS ALSO DISAPPEARED, TOO. AND THIS IS JUST ONE HUGE SUM OF MONEY FOR FEDS BENEFITS OF ONE KIND OR ANOTHER THAT HAS BEEN HACKED? AND DISAPPEARED OVER THE LAST 15 YEARS OR MORE.
This is not new issue, but a well covered up on by those in highest positions in our land. AND WE HAVE TO VOTE IN SOME THAT WILL OVER SEE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH OUR RIGHTS AND OUR MONIES THAT WERE TO BE USED FOR PURPOSES CONGRESS SAID AND NOT STOLEN AND DISAPPEARS DIVERTED BEFORE OR AT THE FEDERAL RESERVE FOR WHATEVER THEY WOULD DIVERT THEM TO BE USED FOR. AND WHERE? A few are trying and and we need to keep them.
But at the reconsideration level the bogus tax return amounts of me having a 6 figure income was taken off, but the part b premium amount was and still is wrong and its the issue in the other sent with this last hearing request . And the Medicare judge could not do anything about those as he was only sent the one issue by SSA re te enhanced premium for having the high income which did get corrected by SSA.;
MY GUESS IS THAT THE REPORTS OF THERE WERE OVER A BILLION DOLLARS OF THESE BOGUS RETURNS FILED WERE TRUE AND THAT SOME ONE WAS USING THE BEST DATA BASE TO STEAL FROM AT SSA OR PART D MEDICARE AS FEW OF US HAVE ENOUGH INCOME TO EVEN FILE A RETURN, AND BE CAUGHT UNTIL THE MONEY WAS SENT OUT AS REFUNDS. AND SSA WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THAT INFO TO ASSESS CORRECT AMOUNT OF PREMIUMS TO COLLECT.
BUT IRS ASSURED ME THEY NEVER SENT ANY OF THE INFO TO SSA AS THEY CAUGHT THE ONE ON ME AS BOGUS AS WE HAD ALREADY FILED A RETURN EVEN THOUGH NOT ENOUGH INCOME TO DO SO AS A PRECAUTION AND IT BLOCKED THEM PROCESSING THE BOGUS ONE. AND WHY I FLED AND NAMED AS A PERSON OF INTEREST ,CED LYNN BLODGETT OF AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AS THE ONE WHO WOULD HAVE HAD ACCESS TO ALL THE INFO TO SHARE AND SEND IT ON TO SSA TO CAUSE A LOT OF HARM TO MANY OR AT LEAST TO ME.APPARENTLY SOME OF THESE RETURNS DID GET PROCESSED AND LED TO SSA ENDING UP WITH HEARINGS FILED AS NOT RESOLVED BY A RECONSIDERATION.
DUE TO OUR HAVING FILED OUR REAL RETURN, I GOT IT RESOLVED BY IRS AND SSA AT THE RECONSIDERATION LEVEL FOR THAT ISSUE, BUT THE PENDING HEARINGS ON THE AMOUNT AND HOW THE MATH IS DONE IS STILL PENDING AND THE AMOUNT IN QUESTION IS NOW OVER TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. AND GROWS MONTHLY, AS I AM FORCED TO PAY DOUBLE AND A PENALTY NOT DUE. BECAUSE LYNN BLODGETT WILL NOT POST MY WORKERS COMP FILE SO A PERMANENT DISABILITY CAN BE PROCESSED BY MY CLAIMS EXAMINER WHO NEEDS THAT TO DO SO. HE IS IN DEFIANCE OF 18 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES NOW AND AS MANY LOWER ONES AND HEARING OFFICERS. AND SSA ONLY SENT HIM A NARROW ISSUE TO TAKE CARE OF SO HE COULD NOT DEAL WITH ANY THINGS ELSE. SO HE SYSTEM WILL SHOW DISMISSAL AND THE FULL TRUTH NOT REVEALED OF WHAT HAS GONE ON AS THE OTHER HEARINGS STILL ARE NOT ON THE SYSTEM FOR ALL TO KNOW HOW MUCH IS LEFT UNDONE. AND NOT AFFECTED BY HIS RULING. OR IS IT. 60 DAYS TO FIGURE IT OUT AND SEE IF SSA WILL OBEY THE LAWS AND JUDGES, ETC AND OUR SIGNED AGREEMENT WHICH DID NOT SETTLE THE WORKERS COMP AS THEY WERE NOT PRESENT. BUT THE LAW SAYS SSA IS TO COOPERATE FULLY SO.....
I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED BY IRS , AS THEY NEVER PROCESSED THE RETURN IN MY NAME ONLY AS THEY NEVER PROCESSED IT. so.........who did this? CHINA ? KNOWS WHO I AM AND DID ALL THIS JUST TO ME? THE thieves are much closer to home and why internal audit oversight and criminal investigations of documented crimes need to occur with our govt contractors just as they do for any one else in the USA. Will Congress wait unit the last dollar disappears in the USA and we cannot even afford the ink to print more.?
To my many new online friends you can learn more of the total history of what is going on inside the govt that few who work there are even aware of by doing a Google search of ":Linda Joy Adams" + Violations of civil rights page :" there are 50+ now and most are more than q page but they are actual submissions to the govt. etc, and since our constitutional rights have been so abridged and nothing being processed or if done not correctly that often we just resend a signed copy and add in the identifiers such as ssn's etc.
ACS ET AL IS A CONGLOMERATE OF OVER A 100 COMPANIES WHO ARE UNDER CEO LYNN BLODGETT OF AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AND SEEMS ACS WAS ALWAYS A XEROX COMPANY. THE SEC HAS NO BUDGET TO OVER SEE WHAT IS GOING ON AND NEITHER DOES ANY OF OUR FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, BUT DOCUMENTATION CLEARLY SHOWS THERE IS NO SECURITY ON SSA AND MEDICARE SYSTEMS THAT AFFECT EVERY ONE AND HUGE SUMS OF MONEY ARE BEING STOLEN FROM INSIDE THE GOVT & CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE BECOME IMMUNE FROM ANY CIVIL IR CRIMINAL LIABILITY DUE TO CONGRESSIONAL ACTION OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF DECADES.
All the public is hearing is about Chins peeked as the personal records of our spies and their families, but SECRET hearings were and are? held with those who has our documentation of the bigger issue and congress seems officially gagged to not let the public know about what affects each and every one.?

REQUEST TO JUDGE BENNETT ENGLEMAN; Your honor:
You have small pieces of various hearings all put under one number. which is written above. Also, you have a remand order from Social Security Judges that clearly belongs at SSA. the remand order says that SSA has unprocessed reconsideration on the Disability Insurance program. the remand order shows [ (correction) Linda's social security number for my retirement claim under Doyle when it should show his with subscript ] Which began the issue of the payment of and the correct amount of the past B premiums which is now you in this hearing.
As stated before we know that the judge did not have the Aug of '09 hearing file or any systems record of the Aug-09 hearing.

There are several hearings at the Miami Medicare hearing office which have been filed over the last few years (about 6) years) that have had a hearing scheduled or even a docket number put on them. And we constantly follow-up on these. by fax, write and e mail. Phone calls do little good because these hearing requests and extensive documentation are held up at their contractor AC et al. ACS at al. (Since ACS is over 100 corporations plus as many partnerships we are simple referring to it as et al. for purposes of this hearing-if your honor , please. )
Their CEO Lynn Blodgett as been personally involved in a campaign of mis information and obstruction of our rights of due process and our constitutional rights as such.

This is in regard to our claims appeals and pending matters in the several Government agencies as well as our health plans which he has control of the flow of information data and files . This control determines who gets what and those who receive information have no way to verify that what he verbally says is factual. he does not sign anything. Unfortunately, there are government official (sic) s who take his verbal misstatements of fact which are blatantly false , and they put into writing. and pass, pass it on as if they had access of files and data as if making conclusion as if they had the total files and data -but these are being withheld from them. We understand the chaos that was presented to you from ACS et al under this case #
