THAT IS A PLUS FOR JUSTICE AS THOUGH THE JUDGE DID NOT RULE ON THOSE AND THEY ARE LEGALLY STILL PENDING PER HIS DISMISSAL ONLY ON THE ONE ISSUE AND NONE OTHER. OTHER JUDGES MIGHT HAVE JUST DISMISSED EVERYTHING, AND HE DID NOT. HE RULED ON $0 ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF, BUT WAS NOT PERMITTED TO RULE ON OVER $10,000 STILL AT ISSUE AS WE POINTED OUT AND THE FILE CLEARLY SHOWED BY WHAT WAS SENT TO HIM THAT WAS IN THERE FOR WHAT REASON, ID UNKNOWN BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE TO NOT HEAR THOSE ISSUES. that belong back at SSA? And why the hearings were filed with SSA in the first place. This is on the cover sheet sent to him by a P Winston?
THE BAD THING IS WHEN IT GETS ON THE SYSTEM IT DOES NOT REFLECT WHAT ACTUALLY DID OCCUR AT THE HEARING AND THAT CREATES ISSUES FOR THOSE NOT TRAINED TO UNDERSTAND IT AND HAVE ACCESS TO FILES ANYMORE.
I wait and watch for any running for president to speak out directly on this. A few have come close, but the most important issue is our tax dollars are being stolen along with our constitutional rights and none mention it nor introduce a bill to stop it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

SO NO BUDGET INCLUDES EVEN MAKING SURE THAT THE SYSTEMS ARE SECURE AS THEY ARE ALL PRIVATELY OWNED ALSO WITH OUT PUBLIC MONIES USED FOR THEM AND GOING THROUGH THEM TO BE SPENT LEGALLY OR ILLEGALLY BY THEM AS THEY CONTROL WHAT OCCURS. SO MUCH EVIDENCE HS PILED UP OVER TH LAST SEVERAL YEARS THAT EVEN A MILLION DOLLARS WOULD SHUT IT DOWN? THE PARTIAL AUDIT OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE WHERE SOME OF THESE MONIES SEEM TO BE GETTING DIVERTED TO WHERE? REVEALED A FEW YEARS AGO THAT THERE IS 23 TRILLION DOLLARS OF OUR MONEY NOT ACCOUNTED FOR. WHERE IS OUR MONEY?
SO THE CASE GO DISMISSED ON THAT ISSUE ALONE, EVEN THOUGH IN FILE WERE OTHER HEARINGS THAT HAD NO DECISION ON THEM EXCEPT FOR A PARTIAL ONE BY AN SSA JUDGE THAT THERE HAD BEEN NO RECONSIDERATION DECISION ON THE DISABILITY CLAIM AND REMANDED? THAT BACK IN 20111 AND NO ONE KNEW OF IT AT SSA? And what of the issue that was appealed for a hearing on the amount and method of math used for what I was to pay for Part B Medicare premiums That has yet to be heard or ruled on by any one. And SSA never addressed the issue either in doing the lower appeals. Not even to cite laws or rules, which THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY OVER THE LAW 30 YEARS AS HEADS HAVE WRITTEN POLICIES ON THEIR OWN AND THIS MAY BE ANOTHER MAJOR EMBEZZLEMENT OF SSA AND MEDICARE BY ITS OWN CONTRACTORS ABUSING THE RIGHTS OF GOVT EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES AND DEPENDENTS.PROGRAMMING THIS TO OCCUR.? After all that has been discovered over the last 15 years, what is another billion or trillion missing? Just poverty for those we the people ant to share and help and our wishes have led to the money for those who need our help being stolon from budgets to help. TO STEAL FROM THOSE MOST UNFORTUNATE AMONG IS MUST BY THE WORSE ABUSES OF POWER FOR WE ARE HARMING THOSE LEAST ABLE TO GAIN RIGHTS OR ACCESS TO THEM. ONE CANNOT RETIRE WHEN THEY ARE INURED ON THE JOB UNTIL WORKERS COMP PUTS ONE ON PERMANENT DISABILITY . AND THAT IS THE OFFICIAL RECORDS, BUT SSA SYSTEM ILLEGALLY HACKED FOR SELF AND APPARENTLY FOR MANY THAT WERE TRANSFERRED TO US DEPT OF LABOR JURISDICTION AS WE SEEM TO BE AMONG THE 85, OOO THAT DID NOT GET THE OPM HACK LETTERS AND WE ARE THE ONES MOST HACKED IT SEEMS.? MEDICARE JUDGE ON CASE M09-1406 UPHELD THE LOWER JUDGE THAT I WAS ACTIVE DUTY AS THE SYSTEM SHOW AND ITS HACKED INTO AFTER POSTED OT THE COMMON WORKING FILE AT THE MEDICARE CONTRACTOR TO TRICK ALL PROVIDERS INTO AN ILLEGAL DUMP ONTO MEDICARE. WHICH PUTS THEM AT LEGAL RISK INSTEAD OF THE ONE TRICKING THEM,

HE IS ABLE TO DEFY 18 APPELLATE JUDGES ORDERS now IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES FOR YEARS AND NO ONE CAN MADE HIM OBEY AS HE HAD AND HAS CONTROL OF OUR DATA AND RECORDS. AGENCY HEADS HAVE TO ACCEPT HIS VERBAL WORD FOR THE FACTS AND OBEY HIS ORDERS GIVEN TO HIS VARIOUS PARTNERED CONTRACTORS AND HIS OWN OVER 100 COMPANIES TO HACK IN TO THE SYSTEMS AND ALTER OFFICIAL DATA THAT IS ILLEGAL TO ALTER OFFICIAL INFO AND PROVING THAT SECURITY IS NON EXISTENT ON THE SYSTEMS THAT HOUSE EVERY ONES PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR WHEN WE NEED MEDICARE SOCIAL SECURITY AND ALL OF OUR MEDICAL RECORDS ARE NOW 'OWNED ' BY THIS CABAL AND THE GOVT HAS NO HIPPAA LAW NOR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CANNOT OVER SEE ALTERATIONS IN EVEN DIAGNOSIS CODES THUS SKEWING MEDICAL RESEARCH WHICH SHOULD BE ONE BENEFICIAL ACCESS OUTCOME FOR LEGITIMATE RESEARCHERS..
AGENCY OFFICIALS HAVE NOT RIGHT TO SEE THE JUDGES ORDERS IF CEO LYNN BLODGETT DOES NOT LET THEM . EVEN IF I HANDED THEM TO ONE, THEY CANNOT ;OFFICIAL SEE IT OR ACT ON IT AND THEY HAVE NO WAY TO POST A FILE SO IT CAN BE WORKED EITHER. THE PERSON RUNNING THE USA DOES NOT SIT IN THE OVAL OFFICE SO WHY IS ANY ONE PRAISING OR CRITICIZING HIM? UNTIL POWER IS GIVING BACK TO OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, THEN OUR LEADER IS A MAN FE W, EVEN KNOW HIS NAME AND HE IS JUT THE ;HIRED HAND"
I thank Judge Engleman for holding the hearing and allowing us to submit much of the files that go with the unheard earlier hearings which do pertain to issue of the part B Medicare premiums , but not of the specific issue ruled on in 2/15 yet the issue of paying double premiums and a penalty since the employment roils of the feds have been hacked into also under CEO Blodgett's orders for those out on workers comp? My entire personnel file is missing and even my FOIA REQUEST TO FORCE THE ISSUE GOES UNANSWERED TOO.. and whether Social security is doing the math correctly as to when the premiums is deducted from ones check, before or later the GPO offset still has not had judicial review for over 30 years as no one has questioned it , I am aware of. This is moot as in 2009 the appellate judges at US dept of Labor said I did return to work in 1990 as all obviously knew I did and rifling of the file made it seem I did not and that my records should be used to prove it and that should have reinstated me which means the estimated temporary civil service payments would be repaid from the back pay and the difference paid to me. And since I was put on oxygen 21 years ago by workers comp and paid the request for permanent disability filed soon after that should have led to finalization of all years ago.
The path to ending this should be approved as the oxygen is the over all key to all of this and its like a 'domino effect' only stopped because a contractor will not input any oxygen claims since he took over. and ALL medical bills paid by them from the money all say was put into a fund for all of us with older established cases before ACS took total control of our workers comp and now every one's in the USA. But CEO BLODGETT will not allow one oxygen claim to be input in 15 years as 'THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THE GIG WOULD BE UP AND ALL OF MY MEDICAL BILLS WOULD BE PAID. AND TO 'LET HER DIE!' Is the order on me. The oxygen is key to the official system that shows I AM ACTIVE DUTY AND APPROVE FOR TOTAL MEDICAL FOR LIFE 21 YEARS AGO AND WHY IS THE IMPASSES FOR ONE CIVIL SERVANT WHO WENT TO WORK ONE DAY 1/10/89 AND DID HER JOB AND A TOXIC CLOUD IN A BILLIONAIRE'S NEW BUILDING OVER CAME US ? WITH GAS DETECTORS TURNED OFF TO PREVENT CONDEMNATION AS UNSAFE BY THE JERSEY CITY FIRE DEPT UNKNOWN TO US INSIDE.?

AND FOR FOR OVER 26 YEARS NO SECURITY ON ANY FILE OF MINE INSIDE THE GOVT OR ITS CONTRACTORS SINCE. AS I BEGGED AS ITS BEEN TH BIGGEST PROBLEM OF ALL THAT THOSE MAKING DECISIONS ON ME DO NOT HAVE THE RECORDS. ITS WHY I KNEW OVER A DECADE AGO THAT THERE WAS NO SPECIAL SECURITY FOR OUR SPIES RECORDS AS OPM SAY S WAS JUST BREACHED AND GOT SOME HEARINGS SCHEDULED IN CONGRESS. I ASKED FOR THAT SECURITY AND FOUND OUT THERE WAS NONE ON MEDICAL RECORDS OR DATA FOR WORKERS COMPS AND COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. NO ONE LISTENED TO ME FOR A DECADE UNTIL THEY SAID 'CHINA' DID IT;.
The issue of the government pension offset itself has been questioned and that law was not over turned. But the law is simple and how the math is done has CHANGED WITH OUT ANY CHANGE IN THE LAW OR A JUDGE SAYING IT
NOT BEING AN ATTORNEY, I HAVE NO ACCESS TO LEXIS NEXUS ETC. BUT THEY WAY THINGS ARE NOW, EVEN JUDICIAL DECISIONS ARE NOT POSTED TO EVEN ONES OWN PERSONAL DATA FILES IF THIS CABAL DOES NOT WISH THEM TO BE. AND THOSE THAT ARE OFTEN HAVE MISLEADING INFO AS TO WHAT WAS RULED ON SO NONE NEEDED TO KNOW, CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT HAD OCCURRED IF THE FILE ITSELF IS NOT POSTED.

So over ten thousand dollars is still at issue and the amount grows monthly on going with out judicial review as no consolidation of hearings was permitted. Even though we pointed this all out in the phone hearing.
BUT THERE IS A RECORD OF OUR STATEMENTS AND THE SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE HEARINGS THAT DID NOT GET HEARD AND PRAY THAT THIS CABAL DOES NOT DESTROY THEM AS THEY MAKE THERE WAY BACK TO WHEREVER THEY ARE TO GO AND DISAPPEAR AGAIN FOR SEVERAL MORE YEARS.
The appearance of all these hearings missing for several years ( any many more are still missing with no hearings head for over 6 years now, means we have had all this formally put in front of a real judge.) And that is a major accomplishment as its no longer my word against a hacked in system that govt employees are still being lied to and told its secure when my case proves it has not been for over 15 years in any agency.
It does clearly show that Social Security has open reconsideration even on the the disability claims and maybe that can now be worked and brought to conclusion.
This indicates to me, that ACS ET AL IS NOT DESTROYING THE DELETED OR DISAPPEARED RECORDS BUT ARE CHARGING THE TAXPAYER TO POST TO SOME OFFLINE SYSTEM THAT REAL GOVT EMPLOYEES HAVE NO ACCESS TO AND THEN DOING SOME SORT OF ;WORD SEARCH; WHEN THEY CHOOSE TO DO SO AND CAN THEM USE WHAT THEY WISH TO USE. TO SKEW THE OUTCOME?
They found no decisions on the hearings, but the hearings have been withheld from the judges that should have had them to schedule hearings and make decisions on the legal issues. What did occur several years ago with the 8/09 hearing in the part b premiums being wrong, was split into two parts for SSA and Medicare and we know that the judge ruled on the SSA part without the file or data available and ended up with a remand orders on the disability claim still with the local offices.
The reconsiderations still not answered are not only the ones on the disability claim where no legal medical decision was ever done since 1990 when the raw test data showed the full medical issues but no doctor had been allowed to comment on anything but lung injury and not mention the hears and kidneys damage and other physical damage done.when remanded from the appellate judge to do and the acting comm? of SSA ordered my records not be use nor contact my doctors and the consulting exam OK state agency sent me to for SSA with aboard certified pulmonologist in OKC disappeared also with test results that seemed consistent with all others done before and since by doctors as I did take down the numbers but none ever got a copy of that as requested as I was told my entire file was shredded so illegal acts keep going on to hide a
precedent case that could held millions?"? or is it my medicals show why some of my co coworkers died and someone charged with negligent homicide even at a later date. ones filed on the retirement and survivor trust fund from 2006 and the SSI one from 2002 for months already over 20 years ago still open and pending on a 26 year old SSA AND SSI claim still open and pending . nor the Medicare and GPO offset math as applied ones from 2006 2009 and 2011 with the amount and how the math is done on over 10,000 dollars and rising monthly of the Medicare premiums I am still paying double on is my legal contention based on history of what has occurred at SSA over the last 30 years, with no judicial review.plus A PENALTY FOR BEING EMPLOYED AND THAT NOT ADDRESSED AS WELL AS AN UNPROCESSED REQUEST FOR COVERAGE NOT YET PROCESSED EITHER BUT PERIODICALLY ALL PENDING MATTERS ARE FOLLOWED UP ON WITH NO ANSWER AS THE CONTRACTOR OR SOME HIGH LEVEL OFFICIAL BLOCKS IT? ITS ALL LEGALLY ACTIVE AND PENDING AS ITS THE LAW.
That still leaves several hearings as well as lower level appeals over that Medicare's contractors as well as Administrative Lew Judges in Miami as well as couple of appellate appeals that need to be remanded back for hearings that got dismissed with no hearings held due to a mix up by ACS et al ?giving the wrong info to us and govt employees as to which hearing was to be held and instead of rescheduling; the chief judge dismissed both and thus my struggle for life to over turn the regulation that one cannot get Medicare to pay for home oxygen if there is no supplier and has to get tanks filled at the gas company directly has not been heard yet with CELERIAN GROUP owed by South Carolina Blue Cross Blue Shield and bought from Cigna. REFUSING TO ISSUE ANY MORE Decisions SO ALL THE CLAIMS CAN BE APPEALED TO . NOW THEY HAVE YEARS OF CLAIMS/APPEALS UNPROCESSED FROM ME. AND THE LAW IS CLEAR THEY ARE TO PROCESS THE INVOICES ATTACHED TO A FORM 1490- WHICH ALSO INCLUDES WHERE EVEN THEY HAVE ME APPROVED FOR LIFE AND CURRENT DOCTOR SCRIPT, ETC.
I AM APPROVED FOR LIFE FOR HOME LIQUID OXYGEN BY ALL THREE OF MY HEALTH PLANS AND MEDICARE HAS ALREADY PAID IN THE PAST AND ASKED ACS TO PAY THEM BACK AND HIS VERBAL ORDERS WAS TO DESTROY ALL RECOVERY EFFORTS THAT THE MEDICARE CONTRACTOR HAD DONE OVER THE YEARS AND CONTINUE THE HACKING INTO THE COMMON WORKING FILE ALL USE FOR BILLING BY ALL OWNED BY EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL FORMERLY GROUP HEALTH THAT HAS OWNED OUR RECORDS SINCE 1999 AND DELETING THE PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN OFF THE SYSTEM FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY MEMBERS ON IT AS WELL AS FOR ANY OTHERS IN THE USA THAT HAS A PRIMARY EMPLOYER PLAN THAT MUST LEGALLY GET BILLED FIRST AHEAD OR MEDICARE.
OXYGEN IS ON A SECURITY LOCK ON THE 1988 LABOR LAW THAT MAKES IT WORKERS COMP FOR ALL, WHEN CODED FOR LIFE AND ITS NOT JUST FEDS ?AND THUS WHEN ACS REFUSES TO PROCESS A CLAIM TIMELY IT BLOCKS ALL OTHER PLANS AND GOVT PLANS FROM PAYING TIMELY SO THAT A SUPPLIER MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT OVER A YEAR FOR ANY KIND OF PAY FOR SERVICES AND WILL NOT TAKE ANY WORKERS COMP CASE DUE TO THIS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR BY THE ONE NOW IN CHARGE OF EVERY INURED WORKERS RIGHT TO BREATHE, A LAW TO SAVE LIVES AND GRANT ONE PERMANENT MEDICAL BEFORE OTHER WORKERS COMP ISSUES ARE SETTLED HAS ENDED IN THE ULTIMATE DEATH PANEL.
MEDICARE IS BEING STOLEN DAILY AND HACKING GOING ON BY ITS OWN PARTNERS AND NO ONE KNOWS IN THE GOVT AS CONGRESSES HAVE TAKEN AWAY ANY MONEY TO STOP THIS YEARS AGO. WHY IS SUCH TREASON ALLOWED. What is going on is just as harmful as a foreign army invading our nation. WE ARE BEING ROBBED OF OUR MONEY, HEALTH AND LIVES BY AN INFILTRATION OF THOSE IGNORING THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ALL BY SOME ALLOWED TO OVER THROW THE GOVT ALREADY.
MANY GOOD PEOPLE INNOCENTLY GO TO WORK FOR THIS CABAL AND FIND THEMSELVES UNABLE TO QUIT AND GET A JOB FOR A COMPANY THAT DOES BUSINESS IN AN ETHICAL MANNER.
Even private industry " can not buy or sell' unless they hire one of this cabal's management firms and the SEC HAS NO MONEY ALLOWED TO BE SPENT EITHER AS THEIR DIRECTOR MARY JO WHITE BEGS FOR A BUDGET FROM CONGRESS, TOO.
SO CONGRESSIONAL HEARINGS HAVE TO BE HELD IN SECRET OVER SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE VERY PUBLIC. WE ARE UNDER ATTACK FROM WITHIN AND PAST CONGRESSES HAVE DONE IT TO US. EVEN CHINA HS TO HIRE ONE OF THIS CABALS MANAGEMENT FIRMS TO DO BUSINESS IN THE USA. SO WHO IS THE CHINESE HACKER?
If these were public then would be closer to the ideal of 95% of the citizens voting in every election and letting it be known to those elected to all offices that WE THE PEOPLE ARE STILL THE BOSS IN THE USA?
I still am looking for which candidate should get my one vote next year, but the rich man or woman still only has one , too. No matter how much money the rich spend to convince us, we still do have the right to choose for ourselves whom to vote for. THERE IS NO SECURITY ON THE SYSTEM AT MEDICARE IF EVEN ONE PHONY NUMBER CAN BE USED. ITS THAT BASIC OF AN ISSUE.

ITS BECAUSE THE MONEY IS BEING STOLEN BY AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT CANNOT BE ARRESTED FOR STEALING. Unlike the citizenry that is under the laws of the land, PAST AND CURRENT CONGRESSES HAVE GAGGED THEMSELVES INTO NOT ALLOYING ONE PENNY TO BE SPENT TO STOP THEM AND HIRE SOME WHO WILL NOT STEAL AND HACK AND ABUSE POWERS GIVEN THEM OVER ALL OF US.
Its why we have a civil service which is still under the laws and subject to audit of the work and can still be arrested for crimes. AND THOSE THAT PROPOSE DOING AWAY WITH THEM, AND CONTRACTING THE REST OF THE GOVT OUT, THINK ABOUT WHY THEY WANT THAT WITH NO INTERNAL OVER SIGHT OF WHAT THEY DO WITH OUR RIGHTS AND PUBLIC MONIES AND NOT BEING UNDER CIVIL OR CRIMINAL OVER SIGHTS IF THINGS GO VERY WRONG AND THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED BY THOSE WHO WILL STAND UP FOR THE PEOPLE AND OUR US CONSTITUTION. MOST WHO DO THIS GET TURNED OVER TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM TO FACE A CRIMINAL JUDGE.
Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus surely must be weeping, as the song goes over what we have done and are doing to ourselves, But being created with FREE WILL. we have to learn on our own from our own mistakes, and I pray for just s little intervention and guidance at times to know what to do.
