ITS A FELONY TO DO THIS as 7 US Attorneys have told me over the last 25 + years as it has continued in multiple agencies on my personal records and filings in multiple agencies. must exist for those govt contractors involved which have not been for over a decade. And in my case part of the international cabal with CEO Lynn Blodgett doing the dirty work ageist me with lies rumors and gossip so bad it has almost cost me my life multiple times and livelihoods and may still do so as he carries out the order "let her die" which he has been given on me and is witnessed. WAKE UP FOLKS, DEATH PANELS ARE REAL AND HAVE BEEN FOR DECADES IN THE FEDERAL SYSTEM. which everyone is now under though the guise of health care. Granted some lives have been saved as the new insurance has been able to get some medical issues treated. But with nearly half of the USA on the sub standard Medicaid program now in all but some of the "RED" states, many are finding out what those who were already on it knew or those who have a working knowledge knew about: MOST MEDICAL PROVIDERS DON'T TAKE MEDICAID PATIENTS.
The payment is too low and nothing was given in return for an incentive like free access to the 'common working file' for billing which billions have been spent so they could even file an insurance claim. Its already paid for by us, so why not let them have it for free for taking a t certain number of Medicaid and Medicare patients who often find it difficult to find medical too?
SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST DOES NOT CREATE GOOD HEALTH CARE OR LOWER COSTS
Recently some HHS officials were speaking to a Congressional committee on c span and lauding the greatness of competition. HEALTH CARE IS NO PLACE FOR IT.
It does not work well for any one. What has occurred is a 'dog eat dog' down right skullduggery and too often criminal actions to get govt contracts for the right to even have patients in an area and then still be able to cherry pick what patients they want in a system that has done nothing but breed corruption and harm and DEATH PANELS which I have written about here as I am caught in such now. I do not mean to infer ones good doctors are doing this but their management firms mangers often are involved in this and the companies which will be paying them for services rendered, and WHY DO THE BEST EDUCATED ONES IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM HAVE TO BE 'MANAGED' NOW? l
FAIRNESS AND TEAM WORK IS THE BETTER WAY for good health care for all and most cost effective as cost effective ways are more easily discovered in delivering the care and the process should be in place as it used to for those to be approved for payment with some haste.
IF THE GOVT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT OVERHEAD EXPENSES ONES DOCTOR HAS, AND WHAT IS A FAIR PRICE FOR EQUIPMENT AND FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED then someone needs to get out of the office and go find out what a typical eclectic bill is for a doctor's office or a hospital, etc.
if I need my appendix taken out, I do not need the best surgeon in the world , I just need a competent one who is part of a team that is there to help me get my medical needs taken care of. MEDICARE SOME YEARS AGO WENT TO INCENTIVE PAYMENTS AS IF THEY HAD TO BE COERCED INTO CUTTING COSTS, ETC. What often has resulted in a coercion to cutting care and is against every principle of why most entered the field of medicine, which is to preserve life and keep patients as healthy as possible.
COMPETITION JUST DOES NOT FIT IN THE MIX AND NOW WE ARE FACING MEDICAL SHORTAGES ALL OVER.
All who are certified to care for patients in what ever medical way, should be allowed to do so and let the fair market be the competition as patents find their way to them,
All medical supply places should be allowed to provide medical equipment and oxygen and other needs if they meet some basic requirements and these need to be updated as medical science changes, too. by allowing the cheaper method of just exchanging filled liquid oxygen tanks, etc.
GOVT IS STILL IN THE DARK AGES OF MEDICINE LAGGING DECADES BEHIND WHERE MODERN SCIENCE HAS TAKEN US. Oxygen patients used to get such for three years as they die is the way the payment schedules are set up.. IF PRESERVING LIFE IS THE OBJECTIVE THEN SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST DOES NOT BELONG IN MEDICINE AT ALL And right now Health and Human Services and other govt entities seem to think that cut throat competition is the better way and its not. What has happened is that those I engaging in unethical behavior have turned themselves into a criminal enterprise as govt contractors running the whole of health care in the USA and ethical companies and individuals are not able to survive. WHEN DID THE UNETHICAL AND CRIMINAL ELEMENT BECOME THE FITTEST?
ITS NOT THE US CONSTITUTION THAT NEEDS OVERHAULED, ITS THE GOVT ITSELF COMING BACK TO OBEYING THE RIGHT WE ARE ALL TO HAVE UNDER IT. COMPETITION IS ALLOWING EVERYONE TO DO WHAT THEY CAN AND IN HEALTH CARE TEAMWORK NOT COMPETITION IS THE BETTER WAY FOR ALL OF US AND IN THE LING RUN THE CHEAPEST WAY AS GOOD AND BEST HEALTH POSSIBLE MEANS HEALTH CARE COSTS DECLINE,
There is a lot the patient can do that used to cost money. I have a blood pressure kit, an oxi meter, a peak flow monitor and if the competitive bid fiasco had not disrupted it, blood glucose monitor, etc. and many of these instruments of minimal cost mean less doctor visits and better data for them when I do see the doctors and they want to know how things are going. The data is there.
COMPETITIVE BID HAS RESULTED IN DIABETIC TESTING COSTS TO SKY ROCKET AS PRICES RISE INSTEAD OF FALL. There is a generic brand, that I found just as good, and insurance companies have made deals with the more expensive ones. There is a fair price to charge for things in a region of the country and that is not hard to determine is it? Govt programs should find that price and then say this is what we will pay for such and such and any one who wishes to offer the product or service, provided you meet some basic qualifications ( like being licensed to practice medicine by going to medical school, etc.) should be able to open up shop and let the patients come.
If diabetes can prick for a blood drop, then why not other patients do this every so often and send in for analysis etc. for other diseases, etc. TEAMWORK IN MEDICAL CARE IS NOT JUST THE SURGICAL TEAM IN THE OPERATING ROOM,;ITS FINDING WAYS TO CUT COSTS BY USING SOME COMMON SENSE ALONG WITH NEW SCIENCE. AND EVERYONE WORKING TO TAKE CARE OF THE VAST MEDICAL NEEDS WITH PLENTY OF PATIENTS TO GO AROUND. TEAMWORK COULD HELP STOP SOME OF THE 'POISONS' ALLOWED TO BE PUT IN OUR FOOD , ETC, AS OUR MEDICAL PERSONNEL ARE WELL TRAINED SCIENTISTS WHO WORKING TOGETHER AS A TEAM CAN MAKE BIG CHANGES OCCUR.
THE GUISE OF COMPETITION CREATES OBSTACLES IN SOLVING MEDICAL PROBLEMS OUR OWN GOVT HAS ALLOWED TO BE CREATED THROUGH BAD POLICIES AT THE FDA, ETC.
As a follower of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, the word competition in caring for the sick, doesn't seem to fit anywhere in His teachings and one does not have to be a believer in Christ to understand the general wisdom.
Got to get back to the Mountain of paper work and keep on filing and pray they get read and answered in a fair and just way which has been lacking for much since 1/10/89 when a toxic cloud enveloped us at work. and I was the only one not turned away form the hospitals in Jersey City on that day to become a precedent case for my office of 90 blacklisted HHS-SSA employees and then on to become some sort of national a precedent for toxic and chemical injures when my non controverted federal worker comp case was approved and then the felony disappearances began in earnest not long afterwards of any govt file of mine in any agency with disruptions in payments due to these felonies and always eventually got back until the US Dept of labor turned the entire control over to AFFILIATED Computer Services which ignores the judges and hides the file from the agency (even the judges orders have to go to them before my claims examiner can see them to act on them and she can't HAVE THEM SAYS CEO Blodgett. and has shredded it etc. as the law does not apply to them so VA is not the only place lawlessness goes on for a long time. The intentional hiding that they have over a decade of oxygen claims not input because they would be paid as their company says and their cut throat competition to get the contract means some other forms of income is being made to deny life and livelihoods to so many injured federal workers and NOW THEY ARE TAKING OVER STATE WORKERS COMP SO DO NOT LET YOUR STATE LET THIS HAPPEN. SHARE WITH YOUR STATE OFFICIAL HOW BAD IT IS TO ADOPT ALL OF THESE FAILED FEDERAL PLANS. FAILED AS THE US CONSTITUTION IS TRASHED. DEATH PANELS IS NOT THE LEGAL WAY NOR THE ETHICAL WAY TO CUT HEALTH CARE COSTS IN ANY WORLD WHERE HUMANS ARE TO CARE FOR ONE ANOTHER AND HAVE THOSE PRECIOUS INALIENABLE RIGHTS OF LIFE LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS EXIST. THE GOVT IS TO UPHOLD THOSE RIGHTS , NOT TAKE THEM AWAY. Those debating the possible missing period in the Declaration of Independence. night find this to be the alternative meaning, THESE ARE RIGHTS NO GOVT IS TO TAKE AWAY.
