Daily Recap 2/7/13: Chaos! President Obama Born In Topeka Ks:
 Finally warmed up later this PM and sun came out from behind fluffy white clouds and I went out and sat down in the garden and planted another patch of radishes, turnips, carrots and a sprinkle of lettuce. The plantings form last month are already up and will need to find some stakes for the Snow peas and the kind I planted will need some. Looking forward to some of that great stir fry' Doyle creates in his gourmet cookery.
 Doyle made some small repairs and then we sat down and wrote up a letter to a doctor trying explain to the billing service what we'd done on appeals, and that one date of service apparently had not been billed yet.
Federal workers comp won't pay any thing but they have some write backs for more info even if they never pay anything referring to the missing million dollars that no one want to investigate these huge embezzlement's of public monies that are missing in multiple agencies. Of course other parties need to get the info so they know what I'm doing and the SMART law HR 1063 hasn't caused any changes yet, although its supposed.
to.I haven't heard back from Novatis ( High mark) as to what they have been able to accomplish on all the inherited (from Trailblazers);the unfinished appeals and getting everything since 8/1/00 over to  Medicare secondary payer recovery to get the money back from Federal workers comp and /or Federal bBue Cross Blue Shield for those secondary and tertiary issues that have yet to be reviewed for acceptance. which medically have been in oher federal ageinceis. like VA on similar injureis. Everyting filed tiemly and followed up on repeatedly and chaos exists and govt  has done nothing to get its money back from the liale parties. as Medicare gots budget cutted as money is missing.
 The letter today was not published, but its basically the same as has been posted here over and over since 12/08 since I got on the Internet and started 'publically  'blowing the whistle' having given up on federal agencies enforcing the laws as the nation dissolved into CHAOS and the public monies kept diasppaeaing and computer systems hacked into and no one in charge seems to care or do the share some intentional guilt?I do file the requied cmplaints and reports and that just makes some more enraged  whose job is to stop illegal and unethical acts.. Hard to determine when the on y criminal investigation is being done form the outside by the patient up against the Goliath of an international industrial  military complex in charge of most health care in the USA and over seas in other Nations by the same interlocked  conglomerate's subsidiaries, etc.
 Now the process is taking place for all to go private and no one will be able to even know who owns what as the Securities and exchange commission won;' be able to without any legal authority as they are only over publically traded stocks, etc.  Who is worth so much to merge and own this? We are at the mercy of something we can't even identify and they stole our money to buy it?
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS:
Most focus is now on what the President is saying and signing. Which is where it should be..  Another of Pres Obama's relatives, on my Dad 's side, is out there after the TEA Party persons, which is not all in agreement about who belongs in the group. I joined because I checked I am for upholding the Constitution and there are many matters I do agree on, but not at the expense of compassion  and Justice for all. And Socialism is not a dirty work, fascism is. But in moderation with the people still in charge which means every eligible voter needs to be voting unless they have a consciencious objection to it and then I ask them to pray for  the rest of us to pick the candidate with the values that reflcet the founding principles of this nation which s a process of human understanding.
 Some are screaming the president is becoming a dictator and signing executive orders of near martial law.. If Congress allows this nation to dissolve in to chaos and the people's very life and liberties are at stake. The Constitution provides for this and it doses allow for a marital law take over. What we as the people of this nation need to do is not let everytihng get out of control and  Congress is the key. There are some fundamental principles that all should have no problem agreeing on, if some are not being told what to do by some other entity besides the people.
Another thing that has led to the chaos is the doing away with mental health treatment for those more seriously ill. The president declreed and states were affected through the medicaid and Title 20 budget cuts for what we all were led to believe was just eliminatting some 'living skills servcies.' What got elimenated was the partial hospital program where patients go  1 to 5 days a week in a specialized program to assist those with more esvere chronic illensses to live in sociiety and not get themselves homeless, off their mediation regimens and help with needed  support for  social skills to aid them  inhe modern chaotic world which can be overwhelming for one with some of these mental illnesses. And avoid trying to self medicate with illegal drugs, which can be a mojor outcome problem.. Everyone that has any contact with those now being with out treatment, should 'go the extra mile' to see they understand how to get a rpescirption fileld, and do all those other things that the rest of us usually have no problem in accomplishing or dealing with if there is complicaitons in the processes of life. .
Many of these patients are not going to harm others, but they can be the more vulneable people in socieiy and needs asisistance in functioning so they do not become a problem for others in society. Some have family, but many do not have that support net work. These programs provided that outside of an instiutional setting which was declared uconstiutional in 1985 for all but a few who can be harmful to others and the US Supreme Court ruled that community serivces were to be provided as the alternative to not need the kind of wharehousing, inhumane treatments of the past. Most only need  a few week of hospitalization at the most until medicat ions are foundand doasages determined. ( I AM NOT A DOCTOR) but have worked around the mentally ill  for several decades and amtoo familiar how it is so easy for a piece of paper not gettitng filed with the proper agency leads to a check stopped and the rent not paid and homelessness when no one takes the little extra time to see these things are done to help the more vulnerale among us..
In 1985, it took sme time for the govt to follow through and set up the necessary out patient programs. that these  partial hospital programs were a big part of . THESE ARE MORE THAN SEEING A COUNSELOR IN A ONE ON ONE SESSION. Experts can learn and observe a lot to help seiing the pateint in grourp setting and assisting with thee living skills. Its also what is needed to help the doctor plan the best treatment possible.
 In more rural areas,  and other, too;transportation is provided or was before they were all shut down with a signing of an order by the president and Congress has done nothing to find funding for them. Instead of just cutting back on allowable time, it got eliminated while on the other side, the few who are more capable   got out of control , as has been reported. and turned into deadly violence.
 Its chaos , when one budget does't seem to know what the other budget is trying to do. So Homeland Security is buying up all the bullets with the money?
 All the studies show, few harmed by the eliminates budgets are dangerous to others, but when the streets are filled with homeless mentally ill because they lost the skilla to pay their rent on time and buy food, etc. the kind of support these programs provide; then all kinds of problems come up and the people cry out for help for the needy when the programs that have workd for 30 years at a high success rate just got eliminated.
Maybe no one read or understood exactly what got cut. A MAJOR PROGRAM. tHose that work in these programs are specially trained; its not somehting any one can just decide to do.
GOVERNMENT CREATED CHAOS!
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE I SECTION 10 ( PHRASE BY PHRASE ANALYSIS)
" enter into an Agreement or Compact  with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
 A lot of the Constitution can be set aside when there is imminent danger. Why its so important that the three branches of govt not let this kind of chaos to happen when the actions of govt can cause it. or prevent it.
The Confederation of Southern States was illegal under this provision of the Constitution because: it was not an individual state seceding, it was a group of states that then formed another nation and had a military, etc. Our Constitution is what some call a living document and as humanity matures can be amended as we increase our human undrestanding of what is the best things for govt to do or not to do. It was a dark day when slavery did not end in 1776 nor in 1789. I have not located in any history, but more may be out there of any one ever suggesting that those born after 9/17/1789 would be born free which would have ended a terrible blot on history with a generation or two and avoided a civil war.
Personally it should have never begun, but ended in the struggle for Independence The faith sect I was raised in and still am a member of  never recognized slavery and was often refereed to historically as the German Branch of the Underground railroad. I did part of my seminary internship in a church in Philadelphia which was a station on that. And the parsonage is a historical site and housed in the 1700s a high school for Girls of color. Its a heretic that too often is not appreciated and shows that even in the darkest moments of humanity's history, some group or another shines a beacon in he darkness that there is another and better way to do things. And when these ways are found and they work, then why are they being eliminated? Don;t tell me the death panels are already being put in place. First, many that qualify medically for oxygen are not getting it as suppliers are allowed to deny service to those who qualify and have the health insurance or govt health plan that the rules say they qualify but are allowed to be ignored by those in charge. Then we eliminate a program that keeps another vulnerable group from ending up on the streets and creating other kinds of burdens to society. We are not being very SMART about how we do things. Maybe 535 in Congress are not enough to get al lthe work done of oversight and conducting hearings?  And maybe we need to create a system where in order to stay in office the time of a person in Congress is not spent raising money, but on the work we sent them to do for us/ And that means 95% need to vote and ignore the flashy ads and name calling and vote based on job performance just like we do in our places of business. Do the work successfully and we will re elect you!
