Beautiful Sunny Day with a nip of chill in the air but warmer on the ground in the sun. Went out an dug in the mud from all the rain, but it has soaked the seeds in the ground and many of them are now growing.
Since the birds are home early and building their nests, I decided to plant an older packet of cucumber seeds that usually would not be planted for another month here in Southern Oklahoma. Also planted some more snow peas, and muscelan lettuce mix. . Its hard to for see what the summer will be like. Will it be cool enough for peas to still produce after May first? or will the last chance a crop that takes 60 days to grow have a last chance to plant them be this week?
 Sorted out and got containers ready for starting some Tomatoes and Peppers which are late getting started.. Doyle usually ends up buying some plants from a  local source that starts them even earlier and then supplements in his containers what I have grown. And then he has a plat of ground he uses  near a small drainage pool.of water that drains down a hill.  Got real muddy but that's what soap and water are for afterwards. usually about an hour sitting on the ground and exerting is about the most exertion tolerated then come in and rest for a couple of hours.

WHO SAID ASK ME FOR THE FACTS OF THE CASE AND RECONSTRUCT THE FILE FROM MY RECORDS. CEO Lynn BLODGETT SAID: THERE'S NOTHING MORE TO DO ON THE CASE. yet HE SITS ON 14 YEARS OF UNPROCESSED OXYGEN CLAIMS BECAUSE AS HIS MANAGER SAYS: they WOULD BE PAID AND THEN ALL YOUR BILLS WOULD BE PAID. As THEY WERE BEFORE.. ETC./\ SO SHE WAS TOLD "ALL THE CLAIMS ARE PAID.
 I wrote back to her and said she was probably dealing with Trailblazers, who had finagled and stole from Medicare and also processed Indian Health as well as VA and other kinds of payments One has to realize that most contacts are never with a real govt official any more and govt conractors lie and say they are employees of an agency and they are not and they have no authority to make final or legal decisions beyond certain limited decisions that are to be overseen but have not been for over a decade and part of the coup d'etat of the USA and the world.
 Secretary of State of Kansas has been on the political hot seat. allegedly for his political views on voting laws and immigration which have been the same for a several years, with no real attention directed his way: Not until his staff gets my affidavit and we spend over an hour locating death , marriage an birth certificate of the President at Forbes air Force Base Hospital in Topeka ks. Of course only the president and his mother can get it and she is deceased. So the president can get it or there is a need for a court order from a judge. I file the affidavit and the search is done 9/14/12 and on 9/22/12 after I had called Orly Taitz and said what had transpired and suggested she ask for the court order for the records, she goes into court in Topeka Ks and lets Kris Kobach say the president in elegible , which is not based on the Hawaii records and then she does not ask for the court order for the birth certificate which would expose the whole truth and the voters could have had a chance to decide if it was all pertinent. He might have won by more of a margin than he did, or not, We will never know. But soon after, attention is directed toward Sec Kobach and its never waned since..My contention is it has less to do with immigratoin or voting law views, than he holds the key to the truth that too many don't want revealed for whatever reason.
And three murders still go with out investigation and justice is delayed and we can't face our past and over come it until we face what occurred in this coutnry not so many years ago. and not 150 years ago. In our lifetimes it occurred or just before many were born. We laugh and deride those in other parts of the world who deny the holocaust, but we had our own terrible things done in the last struggle for equal rights for all in this country and we don;t want to admit it to ourselves that we have come through it. Problem is we are doomed to repeat atrocities toward others if we don't face the past and try and understand it and have some justice for closure so we can put the past failings of humanity behind us so we never so those kinds of things to others again. There are people in this world who are doing thee bad things to others, now and we can;t gloss over it that they are bad and evil people who do these things, who never faced their pasts either to understand that there is a Creator that loves all of us and the love is shared equally even if we don't always agree or like each other. We are too easily duped into wars and evils because we don't realize that our love for one another can over come what any few with their special agendas of control of the masses wants to have power and control over us, for what purpose.. to have more power and control?
THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE II SECTION 1(PHRASE BY PHRASE ANALYSIS)
"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as their Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in Congress: "
The principle of protection fo the weakest applies here just as it does when deciding how many shall be in Congress. One House is determined y population, but the other is determined by two for each state in the Senate. Those that advocate doing away with the Electoral College should remain cognizant that too often the majority  consolidated in a few states and in the cities have their interests that may differ with those in the rural or m small town areas that are a vital part of the USA but often have a differing perspective and interests. It was taught in grade school to me, that we have this system because the founders knew that our food supply came from the less populated rural areas and with out food, the cities could not survive as they have to eat what is grown in the rural areas.
Of course today, our farmers are competing with farmers  from all over the world for their product to be sold. Makes no sense for people not to be eating what is grown locally as wouldn;' it be cheaper to deliver locally to local stores. By the time our food gets to us it may have travel half way around the world and been boxed and repackaged and all kinds of chemicals and washes done to it and entity after entity gets paid to do this and that to it. and yet our local growers struggle to make ends meet and often the smaller farmer is gobbled up by conglomerates and it goes on and on. And if a city dweller want to grow food on their property instead of lawns that need all kinds of chemicals doused on it to make it look neat and pretty, when flowers and vegetables can be just as pretty growing and tended to; are being torn down and neighbors complaining how they want all those stressed out veggies and fruits from all over with chemicals and   all kind of entities handling them and getting sick from diseases carried from half way around the world to our tables. when we usually have immunity to those predominate in our lcoal areas? Better instead to have some general guidelines if people are so concerned. Why do lawns all have to look alike? Any way? In WWII it was thought patriotic to have a Victory Garden. That's what they called them when this nation was at a legal war and everyone did their part. Now we are not in one and haven't been since, Yet our military is all over the world and fighting  and have died in what? Police Actions? Don't other nations have their own police forces? Common sense seems gone. in our very language. Tell The Truth. We are At war and we are all involved because of it and once we face it then maybe we , the people can work together to end all war forever?
