Daily recap 10/5/12: Nuclear Topeka: President Obama Born in Topeka Ks: Getting cooler; hope I feel well enough to put in some garden soon. Usually Turnips, etc should be in by mid Oct here for to over winter till next spring. Still have a very sore sinus and some bleeding yet. Taking antibiotics which is helping keeping the swelling down so can drain. Then sipping hot water and Ginger for nausea form the draining. . Thanks to FDA for discriminating  against 3 million of us with Chemical sensitivities and food labels that don't warn us what is in or food, especially formaldehyde and all the products that break down into that in the body like MSG or all the other pseudo names that they allow to be used to hide what the product has in it. I empathize with those with a peanut or some milk allergies, I realize you can get very sick, too. But why is it that those things that harm some are clearly marked and if they aen't, major recalls occur. Yet, FDA permits those products that cause terrible harm, too, to people like me; are allowed to be spewed out on the public with no warnings and even false info to hide that its in the product? Some say the Drug companiess are in charge. I say no , the chemical and toxin companies are in charge.
Mail came and thee Explanation of benefits form Federal Blues . Two were for a family member and bills were illegally dumped on to state medicaid. I tried to peruse ad appeal and ran into a secret? deal made with the medical provider, state and Fed Blues and Medicare. Again the Patients have no right to know what their coverage is and if one questions, then the danger is in losing medial care as one has to go along to have care. This has been gong on , too; for almost a decade. I don't want to hear any more about Medicare being broke as Congress has permitted it to happen and with Blues now partnering the fraud unit, its never gong to be corrected? I just want those waiver requests granted so patients are not held liable and Social Security wont answer them as the Commisisoner of SSA must have a secret deal with someone to ignore an official agreement between SSA and HHS made in 2005 to take these and answer them? Patients do not have to give income and resources info as it beyond what a patient can do to stop this when even the govt can't. The govt is racking up over payments against patients and their estates and will they grab everyone's property some day? That's why I filed the waver requests. Mine are filed certified mail and many follow ups done. Each judge has been asked to waive and the request is ignored. Are there secret instructions to judges to not mention waivers. Has the whole constitution been thrown away over the last couple of decades? This is not socialism, its not even horrible Communism; its pure fascism where an elite wealthy , have taken full control and decided to do as they please. We the people have almost completely lost control of our country and our individual rights.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS: yesterday I wrote about Topeka as Psychiatric capital of the world. It was also A NASA enter. Not for space exploration but for war. In the area of the city where Ann moved to to go to school and where I grew up , there were those that lived there throughout the years from grade school through high school . We also had many other class mates that would come for a few years and move away. Often their parent(s) were highly trained scientists, doctors, and those who were in residency and later would be well known in their fields.. [Children of very bright parents]. We had an inside joke among us. The least disciplined kids seemed to be the psychiatrist's kids. They seemed to be the curious ones always getting into some ind of trouble Not usually criminal but just stepping over the bounds. A couple of years before we started high school, there was a major problem at Topeka HS. Some stated experimenting with hypnosis and got other kids hypnotized. They had to call in a team from Mennninger' to dehypnotize some students.  Expereiments were being conducted in basements and garages and full tables were being used to builld a mammoth radio. That person is now a well know figure in the computer industry. It a wonder kids didn't blow up the whole city. Future political leaders and writers and  so forth. I never could excel to the level of some of them in math and science but did hold my own the iest I could Fine Arts is where I found my niche and Social Science  where I really excelled,too; even being picked as the one to go hear a lecture when Dr Margaret Mead came to town.. History  wasn't very interesting as an option until I got into college and realized those textbooks we used had a political and historical slant to them. The educational powers that be in each state had the option of deciding what history would be learned. We got the basics but it didn't reveal the three dimensional figures of history and the real social interactions that caused things and events to happen. This I got in college and caused me to switch majors .
Some students , when we were in HS. had everyone in the city calling in about UFO's when they sent up a rocket with a mouse in it. I understand it did not survive. This ended up winning the National Scien fair. Three worked on it and only one could enter and they drew 'straws.' All ended up with scholarships. One got full ride with Westinghouse.  One ended up later designing the Crown Victoria. So emphasis was really on science and math. Topeka Ks ended up ringed with missle silos. Now antiquated, they are being turned into an underground city for  those who believe that some day disaster is going to hit and will move underground. Some even believe it will happen in a few months. If there are gong to be earthquakes as the Bible says will happen in the final days, then I don't think I want to be underground. I'm glad I have a Biblical faith in a Creator that has promised it may get bad but He will stop this from complete annihilation and somehow sometime we will get out or through it all. Some try to give the definitive answers, I don't. Its called faith, but until that time comes whenever, we are to fight the good fight  of goodness against evil. Terrible evil is happening now and many in authority seem oblivious as to how horrible they are making it for others.  Why would any one throw away judges orders and lie and  do the things that have happened and to many others including deny murders have occurred 50 years ago or more recenttly when feloney actions have ended in people dying. no cocern? The Pledge of allegiance is being forgotten that ends JUSTICE FOR ALL. Don't we believe it any more? That it should be?Sounded  like a progressive, modern society was existing back 50 years ago; and very exciting with all that was going on. Yet, there were some that would not release the hatred of the past. And that was sad and sometimes very harmful and deadly . We can't let bullies get control over our society and lead us into that kind of hatred  again.  Linda Joy Adams 10/5/12
