Daily recap 10/1/12: Dad helps James Meredith: President Obama Born in Topeka KS

Daily Recap 10/1/12: Dad helps James Meredith: President Obama Born In Topeka KS:
Ground is getting a little drier so may still be able to get in some Fall garden. Doyle needs to see a doctor about a medical matter that is treatable. No problem? have two health plans to pay at 100%? No! There will be litigation, appeals to file and overpayment waivers to file as Federal Blue's contracting franchise in our areas is still having our Blues deleted off the Medicare computer owned by emblem health as their illegal proprietary agreement override laws, judges rulings and RICCO statues according to laws passed by Congress according  the Mike Stapleton who is the assigned Office of Inspector general Investigator who said his hands are tied until Congress acts and that was a couple of years ago and he is sent  a copy of these postings daily so if anything could be done it would as US attys say this is a RICCO case as more than one entity is involved in theft of the Medicare trust fund. its on going and according to the 500 witnesses that have helped docuemt all this is widespread. so as budget cuts take place to Medicare remember its because Congress is allowing theft to occur inside the govt's own contractors and which is now helping run the Medicare fraud office. So don't count on any real fraud being stopped by this administration or whomever is in charge next year.  This has been entrenched for over a decade.  Insider say its over a trillion dollar theft. Seems to be amount of the budget cuts to Medicare. when public monies are stolen, then people go with out medical care and people die sooner so why aren't these felonies considered murder as they would be in any other area where an intentional felony causes premature death. One may not die immediately but every illness , every injury not treated quickly with what is known medically to be the best care causes one to not live as long in almost any manner known to date. So Doyle will go to the Doctor they will bill Blues, and he will have to tell them to check separately and that may or may not get passed on to the billing service who seems to ignore anything they are told and go with what can get through the govt's contractors as fast as possible. Then Blues will send it back saying Medicare is primary for active duty employees because they say they changed the law and not congress. So Medicare will have to pay first and in a lower amount over all. If Blues did pay they would see to it it was paid at the retired rate. But Doyle is on my fed Blues and I can't legally retire until OWCP gets me on permanent disability and that has been pending since 1996 and Lynn Blodgett CEO of Affiliated Computer services is in a cover up mode over the Jack abramoff bribery scandal and today I had to hear Horace M Cooper on Thom Hartmann debating an ultra view that his actions to tell me that since I was Old he would not let my file be posted and it disappeared along with the Judges orders. Then US dept of labor abolished his job and when i wrote a letter to Lynn Blodgett CEO of affiliated computer services a Xerox company in 2009 he did a misdemeanor plea bargain for not reporting some meals and sports tickets Jack Abramoff gave him on his financial disclosure form, but the million dollars for me and others acocoring to OPM's OIG; for my Set aside is still missing and OWCP's contractor's  CEO will not let anything be paid as ACS is implicated and human life is irreelevant when big corporations that run this world have all the power over govts and people.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS: I've been sharing some back ground of how the fake bio and deaths and gossip frenzy and 50 year cover up could occur. Dad, Rev. Tracy Hardy, worked campus security at washburtn University for many years. He was fired for no reason just months before he could have received a city pension in 1963.. Like so many others there and in the USA before laws were passed preserving pension rights  There are reasons laws have been passed and some wnat us to forget our past so it can be repeated. He was deputized as law enforcement and went every year to City hall for a ceremony.  My Dad was so punctual and had set times he would be certain places. I grew up always knowing there would be a paycheck coming in for the family, even if it was not a big one. That the farm chores would get done twice daily  whether he had help or not and every day would arrive home from work at a set time. Through most of the 50's he had two full time jobs. Farmer and working at washburn University. It was sometime in @1954 in a colder part of the year, he did n't arrive home. Mom was very concerned. She also worked until I began Boswell Jr HS. I was what one called a 'latch key ' kid' at a young age. There were neignbors that I knew I could contact in case of emergency and one time I relalized they were watching out for me more than I realized and called my Dad when a relaitive by maraige , I knew, showed up and came in the house and Dad was called and came home form work. It was a good thing, as later on I learned some things about this person that wern't so good.  Mom had arrived from work and Dad would come by and pick up food and go on down to the farm we had at Dover 14 miles from town where  we had cattle and horses, mules and crops which he took care of on his day off from washburn.  There is only so much daylight and getting chores done  after dark is much more difficult. Water in the pasture was a block from the barn where we had a pump that ran by human power. Then hay and alfalfa bales my Dad put up each year in the loft to get down. Milking cows in dim light, not so great, and then we had Grade C milk customers we delivered to. In those years, laws were more reasonable. If the customers provided their own containers and the jars were labeled Grade C milk (straight from the cow and in an uninspected barn) we could sell it and this check was often what was used for my school expenses. Then there were chickens to take care of and make sure they were locked in for the night.  It was getting closer to 6 pm and Mom called Dad's work and they said he had left at the regular time. What had happened ? Of course Mom and I were thinking the worst. But Mom having been raised on farms and a farm wife her entire life , knew no matter what there were animals that depended on us and if something had happened to Dad our livelihood was at the farm. I could see Mom was really worried. Things were tense and as I wrote some weeks ago racial wars were gong on and in 1954 Brown Vs the Board of education  was being passed by the US supreme Court and I Had been a part of answering the quesiton the US SUpreme Court had asked and delayed the case another eyar for an answer; of whether children of color and white would play together if put together . and the circus that took place to run the experiment might not have succeeded i but when all ther reporters and camers and even movie camera came plus some kids of color etc. to our summer recreation program; I played hostess that day and David Kay, UN Nuclear  inspector, 40 years later; assisted in making it all work and that's when I coined the phrase 'Affirmative action' after demonstrating  it in a game of 4 square by giving up my place at the head of the line to a child of color and went to the end of the line. Picture in paper. along with some others, etc. ( never could stay out of the light) So  Mom asked me do you know what chores need to be done and where the feed is. I had gone many times to help and in the summer would be at the farm with Dad on his days off. So I was sure we could figure it out so the animals would be OK and then milking needed to occur. Dad never liked milking machines as he said it often irritated the udders of the cows, etc. We only had a few that needed to be milked usually 4 to 6 at the most. She said get your barn clothes on and she went and changed, too. She had fixed us a quick sandwich and some fruit and we were just about ready to leave when Dad walked in and said. Someone needed help and we stayed and he went on. I look back and realized I should have helped more, but so often I had activities and Dad had a deep seated belief that women should not have to do the heavy outdoor farm work.   The next day he shared the story of James Meredith with  crossing those invisible boundaries that existed in Topeka Ks through the civil rights era. I did not know the name of the man until in 1962. Dad was reading the newspaper account of him At U Of Mississippi  and said That's the man.. Our family has walked through history and few know who we are or whatt has been done by and around us. A family that lost all power and wealth almost a hundred years ago and for what propose? Each year something else happens that we do not expect nor plan. Its as if we are constantly being given choices to make and are expected to make the ones for good and not for evil. As a Christian, it surely must be part of the road to salvation beyond just having belief. The Book of James tells us that faith without works is nothing. One can't earn their way to Heaven, but one can lose it. So much evil in this world to stand up to. These Daily recaps are the truth that the news media is not gong to write about as its Good over coming evil and the human journey and path we are all placed on to achieve a time when evil is bound forever. it seems as if humanity is to be a participant in that binding since Humans are created with free will and even with an Almighty deity in charge, He is unchanging. I don't foresee a time when He will make the choices for us. if we follow Him then we can collectively bind the evil one and his dominions and entities with the aid of Him. The Bible says we are all to be Kings and Priests in both Daniel in the Old Testament and Revelation in the New.  We have Him to rely on and guide us but doesn't that imply we are to do it! Tomorrow is the 50th anniversary of James Mereidith arriving at OLE MISS. Will share what happened at washburn U.  a few years earlier. Linda Joy Adams  10/1/12
