Daily recap: 10/11/12: Pres. Obama's Great Ggrandmother: PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; Another beautiful day.Only ads in the mail.  And so much and so many appeals and bills to file and none of this should be happing if everyone would obey the laws and Judges and do what they are supposed to do. Why do we have so many corrupt officials in high level positions that stay there administration after administration causing so much harm to people and to the constitutional rights of so many and no one does anything to make them obey the law or arrest them if they don't I say arrest as they are  commiting felonies. As I watch the election,  is anyone , on any side addressing they stealing of America;s by these entrenched crooks/ no . they argue over budgets and cuts in spending and wring their hands over what do we do? " First thing you do is stop the thieves! but some  of your buddies and maybe Even you may be on your way to jail if you succumbed to the temptation to take a bribe or  goodies and then go pass laws to allow more theft to occur. The law isn't  often the problem.  But when laws are passed that leave wide open gaps in oversight, then the thieves can just help themselves to what ever they want atnd steal as they please. Audit the Fed, as I left in message to Glenn Beck today, as there is a data traill of who is or has diverted the monies to unautorized places; or if it happening inside the fed, the arrests can be made based on the evidence. Few understand that when a govt agency or contractor authorizes a payment to an individual or company ,etc, that is an authorization that goes with bank account info or address, etc on it with other id info . But if that is altered , as there are a lot of offliine illegal computer systems in play in many agencies where this can happen. Then what is given to the federal reserve may not reflect what the rank and file worker is seeing on many of their computer screens or authorized. That's the data trail that shows who  did it, who altered it. Its the federal reserve that decide if  you get your social security check as they say OK to send it. etc. Now if this diversion is happening in collusion with or inside the federal reserve than that  is gong to be exposed. Even monies that transfer between agencies goes back through the Federal reserve for them to OK. Simple: there has to be funds to cover payments sent. The US Treasury isn't really in charge?

 Was watching Glenn Beck the afternoon and got very irritated with him He is usually careful about fact checking his stories in the past. But he has gone along with the lies about where the President was born and the circumstances of his birth.  He lapsed into a diatribe about the birthers, etc. Yes, too many seem only intent and paid? to prove a non USA birth when the truth is very opposite. Then he called his real Daddy Satan.. Said it in jest as that would be name on birth certificate. Since I know his 'real Dad 'was Chirstian who died saving his life and mother's, I  couldn't stop myself from calling in and saying so. I looked for a number on line and called and got hung up on. Then I called back and left a recorded message. I said I enjoyed watching his program and respected his viewpoints, etc. but he didin't get this right and did a brief recap. I said ; when you find out just who the family is of the 'real Dad ' is;many of you are going to be very ashamed. This has trned into a gossip frenzy recently just before the election. All kinds of things are being spewn around. The encourageing thing is there sees to be a few more eye witnesses coming forward. But one has to read very closely to distinguish what they saw and heard was said frrom speculaltion and embellisments. Itstso easy to try and fill out the story.News media wants you to, so they don't have to do research, etc.  One can make reasoned and logical assumptions, but one needs to be craeful to say a few words like It appears, or possibly this means, etc. That clues the reader or watcher in to knowing we are going from eye witness to supposition, etc. It may all be true, bu may not.  Since the president either does not really know his history and so far I have no proof he does; then we , the people  are now doing what should have been done 5 years ago.Put it togethertfor him. If we had, then we may have seen very different policies and outcomes in his leadership decisions., assuming he had been elected. May have won with even bigger margin as the Kenyan birth nonsence would have been debunked. He is the age when many often search for their roots and their personal beliefs are better solidified. The age when many enter faith leadership  and an age when their own children are asking questions of heritage and history. Later in the day, Glenn Beck began trying to do an assessment of the president's demeanor, etc. TRUTH is what is needed for all of us. That is basis of one's self assurance and confidence , Knowing there is an Almighty who cares for us, helps, too. In seminary, I had a professor in church evangelism explain something that made a lot of sense. Too often Christians, in a nation that has been predominantly Christian for hundreds of years forget that non Christians and  those who have never been in church , etc. may not understand the ' language'. We talk of a loving father as Christ did. But if one never had a loving father, then that is not gong to mean much to that person. If one had no father and no one ever said why?  It may  not be known  that they did care,etc. but died and are in Heaven , etc. Then ones evangelistic words of invitation may need to explain what that kind of unconditional love means to a Christian. Just like in the early days of Christianity, others thought Christians were practicing cannibalism because they were drinking blood, not realizing it juice or wine and was arepresentation, or spiritual manifestation, not real blood.  Words can be construed so many ways. A lot of talk is going on by an eye witness saying President Obama was saying as a child that his Dad was a prince. In Indonesia. take it in context!  Did any one ever ask him for more specifics, probably not. Its been reported he did live in a palace there.Tthat Mr Soetoro was in some kind of leadership position in the country. Glenn Beck is right he wanted to fit in. But he didin't know? Where his heritage roots were, back in Topeka ,KS? Our social scientists and related fields do know a lot more today about what to tell children and how. Those  of the President;'s generationa and  older didin't always know about these things. Too often, nothing was said and never realized just  how much a small baby or child knows and remembers. Not always in the same way as one who is older who knows about dates and place names, and times by a clock or calendar. but they know what it looked like and whether it was cold or wam outside and the looks of the people around, if not the names of those people. What one is told as they grow up has to agree with those memories or there is confusion.There has to be an openness for discussing and questions. And if that isn't done , then that's not always good.
Yesterday, I was writing about the trip to Colorado when i was 8 years old and meeting some of my Dad's family for the first time since we lived in KS since before I was born. Family, I only knew from letters and pictures. and family tellings. We stayed overnight at Aunt Grace's  and never got the chance to sneak out to the loft of the barn and look in that 'treasure trunk'. I do remember Dad asking once, later on, about the family Bible; and was told it was in that trunk.
The next day, my Aunt Helen came over from near Holyoke, Colorado. She said she wanted to make sure Mom knew how to get to their ranch. My Mom looked a little dismayed, as she had been there many times over the years when they lived there. I had heard and seen Aunt Grace on the phone earlier in the day and think it was a discussion with Aunt Helen We visited and shared and I got to play their piano and cousins shared , too. I don't know where Mom was for sure? Thoughts she was in the Kitchen with my aunts. Aunt Helen Pope is the great grandmother of President Obama on his Dad's side.  I got up and decided to walk into their kitchen. Mom was not there and they were joking and kidding about something and laughing about some memories. Aunt Helen siad to Aunt Grace, "Do you remember when we girls all shaved our heads?" They had not seen me until I said: You shaved your heads? I'd never know of a woman doing that.  They turned around and seemed to be in great shock and discomfort that I had heard them. I could hear my cousins in the living room which was around a corner and not visible from the kitchen and they must of thought I was still in there. I still don't know where my mother was all this time. The look and shock shut me up and I turned around and went back to the living room. So when I say; I said nothing and did nothing to prevent the gosisp frenzy and intervene to stop three dead in 1961; then did nothing when the lying started in Fall of 1963 with the false bio of the president being created by his paternal grandmother ?and then in 1/71 not speaking up and letting the president know of his origins; it didn't start then. It started over the years with loved ones being in such distress and shock and  guilt? that I had heard or I was asking quesitons.(REAL FEAR, too.) It shut me down. Too much so. and it shut down others. This is not uique to our family . This is what happens when sharing of the basics is not done. it was only in recent years, I saw a picture on line of the four sisters with shaved heads as a protest action. They had the spunk to stand up for something, but their actions,now, was stiffling the next generations is how I read this. When I say we have to over come our past and confront it before we can move forward its meant  in this context. One has to be allowed to be a full person. In our sociiety , we have gov't secrets, family secrets,etc. So much of this that it sitffles us. We don't have to know everything but we need to know the basics and if somehting is confidential we need to understand why that should be that makes logical and reasoned sense. Embarraassment and shock and fear is not good enough. Fear of of harm was real, but the ones they had to fear the most, seemed to already know and they didn't seem to realize that;  my honest opinion in looking back. So after lunch, we followed Aunt Helen to thier ranch.near Holyoke, Colorado. Tomorrow, I meet Dick Cheney's grandfather. Linda Joy Adams 10/11/12
