Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP ADDED 12/19/17 VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS PAGE 59 EXHIBIT III :M-16-30: 1-322-5833-488   THIS IS A LINKED SERIES OF AN ACTUAL FILING WITH THE GOVT.

                                                              EXHIBIT III

                                                               (continued)

                                                                 PAGE 5

"Federal Employees Compensation Act."   And at SSA there are hearings pending and appeals pending since 2000.  And an appellate judge's remand (ignored)  which has caused  Linda irreparable harm because because information in the national data bases which is (are)  not accurate caused by criminal interference and or illegal / violations of her civil rights (Doyle has similar matters pending like these also) which violates any signed agreement of a civil rights case. (s) This is why one appeal can have thousands of pages. (and never gets posted or disappeared by the offender which is often the contractor. and no civil or criminal oversight  to enforce compliance permitted by current law since 2002.)

MEDICAL REASONS FOR DELAYS AND EXTRA TIME NEEDED

Linda needs to be able to function and has been able to function for over three years because of exposures and interactions (of  chemicals accepted by FECA to cause  physical harm to her to the DNA level)  in foods and medications that were lessor but continuous exposures that did not have as a severe reactions as occurred in 2014 and again (twice)  in the last month which were severe and caused a flare up of extreme sensitivity which is life threatening and  really (causes) super sensitivity(proven by FECA in 1994)  which aware of the ongoing effects of foods and medications ( which she has had low levels affecting her and not labeled in wide use in foods and other medications for the last few years.)

THEOPHYLLINE  does work as an inflammatory at the DNA level (and when  Linda gets these  more minute , often daily, exposures in the last few years as those regulated by FDA  uses these chemicals more and more.  The THEOPHYLLINE  works and masks the symptoms of why she has been less functional. due to the FDA policies to ignore the safety issues  for those like Linda.  And do not have adequate  warning labels on foods and medications as they do for other groups who need them for safety reasons  in order to be able to avoid them. This discriminates against those who are only a few million now  and used to be a few thousand.  )

                                                            PAGE 6

In 2014 Linda was diagnosed and began therapy for parathyroidism which had gone untreated since her 1/10/1989 injury ( which apparently got harmed  also in the full body burning of mucous membranes.)  And her doctor in 1994 ran medical tests that indicated it needed to be treated then.  BUT THE  old standards said it was normal.

In 1994, Dr. Mascaro never explained what parathyroid disease was ( apart from thyroid disease) She thought she was being checked for her immune system.  Routine blood work checks for thyroid but not parathyroid...She made an appointment with an endocrinologist since she had not been tested for long term side effects of long term (cortisone) steroid use; which Dr (Leslie)  Rose in 1994 said  (wrote) that she was already suffering from side effects then which treats the permanent injury of 1/10/1989.

Due to no safe asthma inhalers made for those like Linda since 2008; she had been switched to using  a compounded demexathosone,  an artificial cortisone steroid and got prescribed an initial overdose,  and caused severe potassium depletion. ( as well as severe hormonal changes.   Her Nephrologist on routine blood work discovered this severity  as her former pulmonologist had been put  under the management control of a Lynn Blodgett  company at University of  Texas  and Linda had not found another pulmonologist yet.  FECA has had legal responsibility  for her permanently approved medical care and the doctor should have been under FECA's management control. But FECA HAS BEEN UNDER A LYNN BLODGETT COMPANY  WITH NO OVERSIGHT BY LAW SINCE 2002...  AND REFUSES TO PROVIDE CARE IN DEFIANCE OF THE LAWS AND JUDGES.  FECA'S LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY IS NOT JUST PAYING THE BILLS.)

                                                       AND

her kidney doctor found that her kidneys began to fail gradually since the permanent injury of 1/10/1989.

                                                         PAGE 7

Attempts by Dr Mascaro recognized the progression  in 1994 but not until 2004 that her family (doctor) got her into see a Kidney doctor.

There is a major problem with non allergic reactions since the early 1990's.  And we do not have

warnings on foods and medicines like those with common allergies do .  Recent studies indicate  that we (Linda's group) is 40% of asthmatics or about 20 million patients who are being discriminated against by the FDA because have no ways of preventing life threatening situations in our foods and drugs.

Currently there is no safe theophylline made for Linda but for one generic brand for many years.  ( and that brand Teva (Pliva)  has  been blocked from manufacturing due to work site issues for almost 3 years to this day. and is waiting  FDA approval on the latest choice for a  manufacturing site.. And pharmacies are now out of stock all over and on back order. for Pliva brand. . And stand alone  compounding pharmacies are on back order for the theophylline powder now. with Linda soon to run out of her main medicine, theophylline which synthesizes her total treatment plan even helps her liquid oxygen assimilate. to the DNA level.)

This (shortage of  TEVA'S Pliva theophylline) had led to compounding theophylline

                                                          PAGE 8

Earlier in 11/2017, we were unable to find any drug store with theophylline brand Pliva- Teva pharmaceutical of Israel as they have been out of production for several years.  while trying to get approval from the FDA or a new work site.    Hopefully in a year they will be back in production.. Theophylline is a synthesizer that helps her liquid oxygen assimilate in the molecular level as well as her other medications .

The only choice for her survival is compounding .Pharmacies do not have a software that includes that includes non allergic reactions  to chemicals.  It can be done and keep the 'trade secrets' by doing what Linda was able to do before 2014.   When a doctor would  give Linda the prescription first to call the pharmaceutical company FIRST and asked  if was safe to take the medication if I (she) had reaction to  formaldehyde , ethanol alcohol and phenol sulfides.  And she would be put through to the technical department; they would say yes or no.

They understood with certainty as they knew the variety of classes of chemicals that are in the group that might cause reactions or would break down into the group once in the body.

                                                            PAGE 9.

Because Linda knows the chemicals;  she was able to ask and get a professional 'yes ' or 'no.'

And she has gotten a 'no' from the other companies which make theophylline , but not why not.

A doctor has been allowed to know what is added to a medication for decades. So only a patient or their estate can find out. Fortunately , Linda knows (the chemicals to avoid) because she was diagnosed in the early 90's by testing which now is not available (to most patients.)  So Linda has had a time released pill from Teva that has had (an off gassed)  lactose in it .but compounders are not able to use for time release..

So the doctor (wrote) a prescription for a  compounded (time release)  theophylline and Linda asked what else would be in it ? (from the pharmacy)     She said cellulose .  Linda asked do you mean like Metumucil which is psyllium seed which Linda has used on occasion without issue.  She informed them of the chemicals she knew to avoid.  It was (then) bonded with a product made by Dow chemical which she has yet to get a full safety  data sheet but was informed   ( after life threatening severe reaction) that it did contain alcohol ethanol group.

                                                 PAGE 10

In 2006, the FDA allowed wide spread use in our food and drugs and its not clearly labeled.  Unlike the food industry that seems to neutralize with citric acid and something else unknown to Linda.

Poison control (centers) got a grant from FDA,  had no idea how to neutralize it. As the 150 million dollar was not spent to update the data bank for  a product that was only 'generally safe' as well as other products in our environment . (food and drugs)

So many are unsafe for many when breathed into or ingested once taken into  the body.. What this did  (to Linda) was severe,  violent and (immediate)  dehydration   of any tissue it touched as it passed through the body  and the time release broke down    (tongue swelled up nearly double)

But the theophylline kept the lungs stable and the  methane gas (different from what our bodies make; produced from the product ) worked as a rescue inhaler  like her MAXAIR does but no longer made because of the CFC's hurts the Ozone layer.- (and is  the or similar methane gas)

On our poverty level income it cost $269 for a 60 day supply of pills. (capsules) NO MONEY /

Finally Linda was told (found out)  that that is what is in Citrucel , not METAMUCIL  and they add citric acid.
