 This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when  I found my personal Medicare data files in worse hacked shape than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to overthrow the USA into the control of an international cabal of companies they  were allowing  to own  official records of the nation and personal data held in trust by our  government at all levels from local to federal....

 By removing the right of the real government to spend one penny to do an internal audit or  stop criminal activity  in a government contractor, they broke the trust between the people and the government  and the protection of our records, both personal and nation's was broken and our lives an livelihoods and the security of the nation was violated... BREAKING THEIR OATH OF OFFICE TO UPHOLD THE US CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE OF ACTING  "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation."

           Patients heirs inherit overpayment  and medical care is obstructed as the medical community is extorted by this cabal with no government legal system permitted to turn to for help to stop the ongoing abuses. and the public treasury is looted in blatant schemes and scams and outright illegal behaviors..

    Congress passes bad laws based on false, unverifiable data  since the one things the government is still permitted to do is cancel or not renew a contractors , But in our legal system its difficult to do with out official evident which truthful reports filed by this cabal would be grounds to cancel...   AS ANY MORE ETHICAL ENTITY IS UNABLE TO COMPETE  TO BE A CONTRACTOR AND ACT LEGALLY WHEN THE ILLEGAL ACTING ONES  CAN UNDER BID AS THEY HAVE ILLEGAL DEALS AND SECRETIVE PARTNERSHIPS IN PLACE TO DEAL ILLEGALLY AND GAIN ILLEGAL PROFIT IN UNETHICAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ILLEGAL MANNER,.  

                  What has gone on just since 10/25/16 could not and would not have occurred before the COUP of 2002 as the real government would have shut it down to protect the nation and people and the US Treasury.. And we already have a collapse of our entire health care system be passed the AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE LAW..  based on a lie as Congress did not officially know that an illegal BAIL OUR OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY HAD BEEN ONGOING SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 THAT IS SAID TO BE TRILLIONS STOLEN...  that was to have been paid by the insurers. which had made illegal deals with Benefit  Coordination and Recovery corporate level  of the former Group Health Inc which  got the contract from Sec HHS Donna Shalala in 1999.. now connected to the Clinton foundation   that in so doing was given to one with grave conflict of interest   to have one lone  major insurer be the watchdog over the rest of the insurance  industry.. ...  

THIS MAKES THE SECRECY GOING ON RIGHT NOW WITH THE HEALTH CARE BILL  A TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE.. AS THERE ARE TOO MANY OF THIS CABAL THAT HAVE VESTED INTERESTS TO KEEP ON STEALING AND ALREADY HAS UNDUE INFLUENCE IN WHAT CONGRESS IS FINALLY GIVEN TO VOTE ON.. Or Congress would have passed one simple sentence a long time ago and stopped the COUP of 2002 with no one more penny needed... " THAT AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT  CAN USE ITS EXISTING BUDGET TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS  AND PROSECUTIONS OF ITS ILLEGALLY ACTING  CONTRACTORS. 

       CONGRESS:. DO SOME KIND OF EMERGENCY  TRANSITION SO ALL CAN GET NEEDED HEALTH CARE but please for the sake of the nation and lives of every one, even Congress . CAREFULLY VET ALL SECTIONS OF ANY KIND OF FUTURE PLAN   as another fiasco based on unverifiable data.. may end with no health care available for any one  and the public treasury looted completely.  Our precious health care dollars are not a slush fund to be used for war efforts. by  the military industrial complex  that has crept in and now hold many of the controlling interests of the  contract for our social and health programs.

  HAS ANYONE ASKED THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY FOR THEIR ADVICE YET???   .

     While Congress and the nation had their attention diverted  to "a stained blue dress, "  the nation was being overthrown as Congress ignored what was going on inside the rest of the government we elected them to oversee the peoples; business and the foundation for the COUP of 2002 was underway...  One of the most difficult acts to achieve is   for the USA to cancel a  government contract  as these, often shell companies etc. of  major international  cabal of companies   have more legal rights  and the dream team of attorneys to fight back  then the average person.. who  only has the government's  legal system and WE DO NOT HAVE THAT AND HAVE NOT HAD IT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 .even when the grossest  of crimes, has been committed against masses and not just one person.. . Just at poisoning the water in Flint, Michigan is just one example and the terrible theft of our health care dollars going on daily at Medicare and other government  plans.. , made even more difficult...to stop until the ongoing atrocity become a 'HOLOCAUST" 

              Its not always needing  more money than being spent now.. but using it wastefully  and not letting skims and scams and schemes to shuffle data worse than any former government file clerk could shuffle paper.  being set up that steals the money needed  for  the intended purpose of health care  and fair payment to those who provide it. . And a delivery plan that utilized modern machines and systems  WHICH MEDICARE IS NOT DOING AND IS  UNPROTECTED AND BEING HACKED BY ITS OWN OWNERS. IN ILLEGAL DEALS TO STEAL AND THE WHOLE MELTING DOWN BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE  WHICH  FINDS HUMAN THIEVERY ILLOGICAL...   WE HAVE A SYSTEM THAT CANNOT EVEN PROCESS A CLAIM LEGALLY ELECTRONICALLY DUE TO THE INTENTIONAL SABOTAGE  OF IT  TO STEAL ...   and so easily down... that could be fixed back to work for us.

          We are back to paper clams and fax machines for legally filing of claims to get paid... due to what is really going on..  THAT CONGRESS DOES NOT KNOW OF... and neither does CMS as they have no official access to know.. This blog, and individuals auditing their own records  is all they are getting.. And in order to get that we have to call the very contractors mixed up on the collusion's to steal or have hired the management  companies of this cabal unaware?  and nice people who answer all these  government contracted out  phone lines of this cabal are being trained to continue the cover up.. not knowing they are being used and duped.

     I BEGAN TO REALIZE TODAY THAT MUCH OF THE  OBSTRUCTION OF GETTING THE INFO FROM MY OWN RECORDS. IS THAT THEY ARE BEING INSTRUCTED TO ONLY TELL ONE OF THE BOGUS SCREEN CREATED and they ,being basic honest people, are not told its a bogus one. from an illegal hack.. as mine and others comes from our employers  and its been illegal since 1994 to alter it.. Other legal processes exist to deal with the post if wrong and its dealt with at the employer and they will then alter the post. .  Its not legal to just go  in and cancel ones employer group  health plan with no notice etc. and if its not on the system , its like one does not have it when getting medial care. today .  and I have dealt with this since the COUP OF 2002 AND SINCE 4/2009 THEY DELETED THEM WITH AN ILLEGAL SOFT WARE PROGRAM SOON AFTER THEY ALL POSTED BI WEEKLY but until 10/16 the medical community  always  got the info of my permanent  medical I have had for 23 years at  Federal workers comp  event though they ignored  CMS 's memo after memo to extend the system capacity ? to show the real date of injury and not the date one got Part A Medicare That causes a lot of claims to get through and never get sent to recovery for a refund   and since 1/06 must be a paper claims as he system will not take the real date and generate a recovery letter... as it has to be legally correct as there are formal due process letters ..   And its comes through ones employer.. and I AM NOT EMPLOYED  BY BCRC ETC  AN FEW OF US BEING HACKED ARE IF ANY OF US ARE.. When they deleted (or hide) the real screens of info , that the RECOVERY UNIT OF BCRC IS UNABLE TO GET ANY RECOVERY LETTERS OUT.. AND HAVE TUBS OF BILLS TO GET REFUNDS ON AND OBSTRUCTED BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYER FROM DOING THE JOB THEY THOUGHT THEY'RE WERE BEING  HIRED TO DO ,.
    Mine is accurate and three Medicare  judges have verified it is and ordered that the money be recovered to Medicare In my case FECA under Lynn Blodgett's et al's total control as the whole USA is now virtually under his dictatorial control with the COUP of 2002..  and Fed Blues is to refund for those of my family on my policy   and BCRC has ignored this and continued to facilitate the theft of Medicare by their hacking. under his verbal orders. etc.  . after the bi weekly post form the US DEPARTMENT  OF LABOR PERSONNEL OFFICE    BCRC'S OWN CONTRACT FORBIDS THEM TO ALTER ANY EMPLOYER  POST.. and its ignored as in the COUP OF 2002 NO ONE 'OFFICIALLY  KNOWS'.,
    They have the recovery process under the conditional pay act of 1980 to pay the claims under Medicare conditionally and them all kinds of due process letters to go  out to the ones that are to have paid and answer or refund the money under the CONDITIONAL PAYMENT ACT OF 1980.. The letters go to an address of the cabal and no one gets it at the US Dept of Labor  etc.... check the address that is on  your records, which one has to call General Dynamics to find out.. at 1-800 Medicare. .
    ITS  ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL LAWS  THAT IS AN UNDERPINNING LAW THAT MAKES THE WHOLE INSURANCE INDUSTRY BEHAVE ITSELF... Passed when things like has been going on with my claims were "illegally dumped" onto Medicare by insures playing illegal deadly games and Congress acted to give the government authority  to stop it. ad I have signed orders that went to the US Attorney's offices on such. far less than what is going on since the COUP of 2002. . . and with criminal  charges if warranted  . against insurers .. Now  immune by the COUP of 2002 , due to them all being government , contractors under the Affordable Care Act.. or Hillary care. as she claims is and its been part of a step by step process since 1993.
   The artificial intelligence of the cloud systems  has created a meltdown of conflict of a cyber war. between the two opposing screens . As of 10/6/16 the owner (cabal of Lynn Blodgett et al) has been able to go offline with the antiquated insecure  system merged into a modern cloud? and is able to sell the bogus one to making  Medicare primary to  trick and entrap the medical community for billing Medicare illegally not labeled as a conditional payment   for extorted sums,, when it should be free  as the taxpayers have already paid for  the system .. even if a sub contract of BCRC etc.   It has not met the specs since the COUP of 2002 and hacking has been on going .. but never this bad.. to split the screens and try to hide the real one that has Medicare secondary to two primaries for my self and Medicare secondary to my Fed Blues family policy  for those on my policy with Medicare cards. 
                       I HAVE CLAIMS UNPAID AS WHILE HOMELAND SECURITY WAS MONITORING FOR FOREIGN HACKERS LAST SUMMER... THEY DID NOT HACK AND NO ONE AT CMS, OR AT THE MEDICARE CONTRACTORS KNEW HOW TO GET THE CLAIMS  PAID AS THE PRIMARIES DID NOT PAY ETC . AND NEEDED TO DO  A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND  NO ONE KNOW WHAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SHARE FOR YEARS... IT CAN'T BE DONE ..SINCE  1/06.. ELECTRONICALLY  HAS TO BE PAPER.
   they sent them to Medicare and they denied them also for it was not.. primary .. so today after getting hung up on etc.  I walked the person through the clams till unpaid that showed the reason for non payment as Medicare secondary and he then gave me the info from the history on the system.

   Still hacked to make Medicare primary from some kind of manual post with 4 fake Blues on there and no record of the real one. but does show FECA but most recovery effort's not there as Lynn Blodgett ordered them destroyed illegally but  they did his verbal orders.

     My last call was to their call center today and I for sent to the same supervisor as before with
no info and  got hung up on with a bad tone.  YESTERDAY THIS SUPERVISOR WHOM WI WILL GIVE TO EEOC AND CIVIL RIGHTS.  as he made a derogatory about  being on "my meds" and the intent  was not meant to be about my asthma or heart drugs as all... Its a common derision  and discriminatory comment made that is nasty and illegal discrimination  against those who do have those kinds of illnesses. and why so many are even more vulnerable with no one to support them when they have complicated issues of getting overpaid and illegal acts against them is often worse than others of us.. AS CHRIST  SAID THOSE WHO DO SUCH TO THE LEAST  AMONG  US IS GOING TO BE JUDGES ON A FINAL JUDGMENT WHERE THEY SPEND ETERNITY...
       I REPORTS TO THEM DAILY AS ITS A DUE PROCESS TO LET THEM KNOW THE RESULTS OF THEIR ILLEGAL HACKING.. and plead for them to stop the illegal acts.
         This is too come to treat an old disable woman as if we have no rights or know nothing about anything and can be handled to let them  go on stealing n our names and we be faced with loss of health care and lives and livelihoods.   WHAT KIND OF HIGHER POWER DO SUCH WORSHIP? not the one I do with much opposite teaching. It must be some kind of LOWER POWER ? OUR CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS ARE IN PLACE TO  COMBAT SUCH EVIL.. AND I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PLEAD FOR THE CRIMES AGAINST ME AND MINE TO CEASE AND JUDGES ORDERS BEHIND ME AND THE LAW AND THEIR CONTRACT TERMS..THEY ARE VIOLATIONS AGAINST THE WHOLE USA when the public treasury  is stolen from the Medicare trust fund and they are given the contract to go get the money back, not to do the opposite and facilitate the theft.!

So verified the same bogus number Blues had not changed in the last 1/2 hour getting back in and the real screen of FECA and primary employer plans post into the template of the WORKING AGED OF 3/1/10 the month I became 65 and they WERE BOTH OPEN NOT TERMINATED BUT DELETED AS OF, 10/6/16 .. as the hack date does not show its done bi weekly...
     I got this info  on the real screen being hidden from all that need it to bill legally after he looked one claim not paid yet as they are still waiting for  months from FECA and they do not show they have even begun to process it... for some reasons. ..as at times they have done some and say some other party should pay using a bogus dummy screen. More recently using the system for another workers comp carriers saying wrong one and FECA is self insured by the taxpayers of the USA.
     As Lynn Blodgett controls and processes all workers comp in the USA now with contracts with all the insurers . and its not getting paid by them as Medicare has been convinced they should pay 6 months after one gets a Medicare card..
       SO IF MEDICARE IS BEING DUMPED ON BY ALL, THEN WHY NOT HAVE NO FAULT HEALTH INSURANCE AND PASS MEDICARE for all AS THEY SEEM TO WANT THAT?
      Congress, if you are not going to permit this dumping to get stopped?? ITS up to you and whatever is in that SECRET BILL BEING PUT TOGETHER NOW.. which does not sound good in a transparent representative government where we the people and our elected leaders are to take care of things for us. with hearings from what is really needed for modern medical care etc. .input before the bill  is put together and little way to change the direction of it...
ISN'T THAT JUST WHAT GOT US IN THIS CURRENT MESS IN 2010. WITH THIS CABAL WRITING IT SO THEY COULD SKIM AND SCAM???
