ONE IN CHARGE THAT FEW KNOW HIS NAME , EVEN IN CONGRESS ....DONE IN BY A FEW AMONG THEM WHO HAVE SOLD OUT THE USA.

SOCIAL SECURITY FRAUD DEPARTMENT UNDER CABAL
Most fraud hot lines in the US Government take phone calls and do the initial screening of what reports get through and digitized for those who are real agency 'police' are ever going to know what reports have come in. At the federal agency level which also has been the lead for federally funded state ant local programs. which is about everything for many years...
Most of these lines are answered and inputs screened by this cabal under Lynn Blodgett's control or one of his illegal secretive deal Partners.. when one has control of the systems and info , then one has control and his word has to be followed as none knows or can verify what he has and lets get through
Cicero in ancient Rome said Whoever controls the flow of information in a government controls the nation and government .... Easier to do now with modern systems and all of our records digitized then ever in known human history and gradually allowed to be held by one entity and one has emerged as the leader of all of this.. even in private industry which turns to him for management. The temptation to do evil and steal from the people has become thee way of life for the USA an much of the world in a "real state of lawlessness" that describes the 'beast system that is mentioned in thee book of Revelation about the end times.
If THIS IS NOT IT, IT SURELY IS THE PROTOTYPE OF MUCH WORSE COMING THAT THIS PREFACE WILL ALLOW TO BECOME MUCH WORSE. .AND THIS IS ALREADY BAD WITH MOST NOT REALIZING THAT MILLIONS HAVE ALREADY DIED BEFORE THEIR EXPECTED OR NATURAL TIME IN THE USA DUE TO THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS OF THIS CABAL . The government, which is blamed, is usually only at fault for not overseeing what this cabal of contractors is doing and stopping them as if the lazy media would do a minimal amount of checking would find the evil done by their contractors. they did not speak out and let do the evil deeds.

Cicero was speaking about a similar over thrown which took place in another great empire/nation where the leaders of the nation stopped governing. and turned over control to government contracts who soon became corrupt and stole from the people ,,, and ROME FELL as the people rose up for being gouged for more than a fair tax for services that Rome was to provide.. such as roads etc. The most innocent became the victims in such and nearly 2000 years ago one of he most innocent was crucified by this corruption.. The one we Christians call our Savior , who was the face of our deity in the flesh, etc. Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus.. Even non Christians still consider HIM as good and consider HIS teachings as the best for humans to follow to treat each other...and has become the accepted common wisdom for most of the world who now follow as the basis of individual human rights to care about those who are in need to help them help themselves.
The "WRATH OF EVIL " is more about our own free will as individuals and nations to allow evil to overcome us.. as we choose evil over good. We cover up evil deeds of others as if we DO NOT 'SEE' IT AND IGNORE IT rather than face evil and over come it. Justice denied one, denies it to all as its the breeding ground of evil to do even more evil. Those of faith , are taught to rely on the power of the Divine good to face and overcome the evil before it OVERCOMES US. The courage to face evil comes from that inner or Divine power of good and we Christians have the spirit of Christ to embolden and guide us.. the power of Divine Love.. vs the one of hate and death and destruction which is always trying to get a weakness to use to trick and ensnare us and societies into loss of knowledge of right and wrong so we allow evil doings to occur that destroys one and festers until its the way of life of a nation, people and world . We are seeing this now and all is terrorists of a bad section of Islam But it has occurred among Christin in name only KKK, Spanish inquisitions. and Nazism based on Darwin and occultism. Always with the teaching that only a few elite who follow 'their' evil way , are the only ones who should be allowed to even have life or have any values to society or the deity we worship. and also has little regard for the lives of followers as we have in suicide bombers who take their own lives as EVIL TAUGHT TO BE GOOD.. The evil ones WORSHIP is to take out as much life and terrify all with the destruction as possible with taking of their own life.
WHEN OUT TAX DOLLARS FOR MEDICARE AND OTHER HEALTH PROGRAMS ARE ALLOWED TO BE STOLEN , THEN PEOPLE GO WITHOUT HEALTH CARE AND THAT IS LOSS OF OLIVE KEPT HIDDEN BUT THE HORROR IS JUST AS EVIL TO ALLOW THIS TO GO ON. BUT NOT MAKING SURE THAT EVIL IS NOT ALLOWED TO GET IN AND STEAL.
ETC. Temptation is real and if our nation and leaders are not diligent to make sure a few with the key to the public treasury are not tempted and steal and must be stopped by our legal system we have to prevent it and stop it when it happens. yet for 15 years its been allowed by us , who are the ultimate power in the USA by our votes. and we have never had the statistical 95% voting and we are suffering for our non governing. Rarely is it WHO WE VOTE FOR BUT THAT WE DO SHOWS THE POWER OF GOOD OVER EVIL AS IT DEMONSTRATED THAT THE GOOD IN NEARLY ALL OF US ARE INVOLVED AND TO BE OVERSEEING THAT THOSE WE ELECT ACT WITH THE INNER SPIRIT OF GOODNESS AND JUSTICE AND MERCY RATHER THAN KNEELING TO THE EVIL ONE. even the immigration issues of being over run by all kinds. is our own fault for not other making those who come legal in the common laws of 7 years or sending them back to their own homes and seeing what we could do as a world community so they are able to live there without fear etc. Its the same innate property rights. No one should be forced to leave their own home for survival but temporarily in a natural disaster. and all help get them back home as soon as possible. with the money spent on the evils of war.. it would be done and far less expense to the world community . as the next disaster would have those we helped joining the ones helping .
We have unique cultures and ways of living and as long as those adults who choose to live can do so and live another way that is not an evil of that harms other and society as much of the world is going through a real 'culture shock of trying to make us adopt their way of living in most societies who have an ideal of freedom where everyone can have differing ways of life but respect each other to be able to follow and choose with a few laws to stop acts that harm others or society at large . its call the first amendment under the US Constitution.. We are really a secular society based on the foundations of the ancient wisdom of the 10 commandment where our leader is not a god and we are not to worship one as a god.. and not to abuse power when one is in authority .. *(covet, check the original Hebrew of what the 10th commandment means and realize its EVIL LEADERS WHO WISH THE TEN COMMANDMENTS TAKEN DOWN AS THOSE 10 RULES HAVE LITTLE TO DO WITH RELIGION BUT PREVENTS US FROM ALLOWING US TO BE RULED BY ONE OF EVIL WHO CARES LITTLE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS OF EACH AND EVERY ONE ETC. AS MUCH OF THE ANCIENT WORLD DID AND CURRENT GROUPS WHOM WE IDENTIFY AS TERRORIST JIHADIST WHO ARE CREATED BY SUCH AN EVIL MASTER. ..
USA had founders with knowledge of all of history as if one was educated in those years, they often had a better education of things, than most of our own young people are getting today .. without studying belief and religion as how beliefs become action., there is no history to put in history books or E-books They gave us he USA Constitution and Bill of rights. etc. for our governing document that puts checks and balances on evils a human can do or a leader can lead a nation to do .if we began to follow as one follows a god..
WE ARE ABLE to peacefully stop it.. BUT IS ONLY WORKS IF THE REAL RULERS PARTICIPATE AND THAT IS US AND VOTING IS THE FIRST STEP AND PETITIONS TO OUR GOVERNMENT WITH OUR CONSTRUCTIVE OPINIONS AND CONCERNS AND IDEAS TO MAKE THINGS BETTER IS THE NEXT AND ONE IS CALLED TO RUN FOR OFFICE ONE IS TO BECOME A SERVANT OF ALL.NOT A god.
And remember that governing document is designed so that the majority does not fall into forcing their will on every one (mob rule)The least among us has their CIVIL RIGHTS PROTECTED FROM such a temptation. its in the ten commandment of those rules that do not mention god .. like honoring our elderly... etc. STEALING FROM THE MONIES WE HAVE FOR THE ELDERLY , DISABLED AND HUNGRY AND CHILDREN in need are about the most heinous acts one can do ... We can rules of how we do it. but the shared monies through our taxes. Its the easier way to do massive number but its also means huge sums of money w have to make sure are protected from unscrupulous government contractors or any other person or party with the access to the money not stealing and abusing the access. Those given access to spend by our elected leaders . are given the duty to protect it as well as decide how best to spend it.
And too often we have passed programs for the ones need that enslave them and do not do enough at the beginning by "going the extra mile" to allow those able to get out of the poverty or needy position to be self sufficient so they will be able to help others in the near future. .
WE NOW HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY FRAUD LINE AND INTAKE SCREENING? CONTRACTED OUT.. TO THIS UNACCOUNTABLE BUNCH TO COVER UP THEIR OWN CRIMES AS I FOUND OUT TO DAY... AS SOON AS I MENTIONED LYNN BLODGETT I GOT A NASTY REACTION.. AND KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG RIGHT OFF, ANYWAY , WHEN I DID NOT GET A 'BADGE ' NUMBER RATHER THAN A FIRST NAME WHICH IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. OF THE ONE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE. AND WHEN I ASKED IF THEY WORKED FOR SSA, I GOT A VAGUE ANSWER AND ASKED WHAT COMPANY HE WORKED FOR AND GOT MORE VAGUENESS AND THEN ASKED WHAT IS THE ENTITY ON YOUR W2 AND WOULD NOT SAY AND FINALLY ASKED IF HE PAID INTO FEDERAL CIVIL SERVICE AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. all an illegal reaction and in no way would pass muster for any criminal charges to be brought as he is like a 911 operator and might be called to testify by either side in a trial.. SSA CRIMES ARE NOW 'ETHICAL VIOLATIONS.?". I called as this massive theft of millions from me now, against is also MISUSE OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER FOR THEFT AS IT USED MINE AND DOYLE'S AS HIS SPOUSE. ANYONE THEY CREATED AN OFFLINE RECORD ON , MAY BE VULNERABLE.. and until SSA's contractor Lynn Blodgett processes a simple waiver, you and heirs inherit the overpayment .. ours have never been processed from a few years ago or periodic filings as ours have been one overpayment per claim due to the ongoing hacking since Congress in the COUP of 2002 took away the restrainer of law enforcing from protecting the system and public treasury from the contractors of one entity who cannot be internally audited nor criminally investigated
I got transferred to a supervisor and he would not answer me either and hung up on me.. SSA HAS FALLEN ?TO THE THIEVES. and not sure how long ago as its been almost a year since I last called,
My guess is that the former administration political heads contracted it out on their way out the door??? . as they were the last? one still handled professionally as taking complaints of crimes and not treating crimes as ethics violations.
STEALING IS A CRIME AND SO IS PERJURY AND MURDER WHICH I CONSIDER AN ILLEGAL ACT THAT CAUSES ONE TO DIE OR GET SICKER AND DIE SOONER EVEN IF SEVERAL YEARS DOWN THE LINE OF LIFE. Stealing from the health care dollars so that one dies with out care, is aiding and abetting murder.. and we all hold guilt when we allow our health care system to collapse by greed and skims and scams and our tight thefts so that the direct care is not there when one needs it. which could be any one of us.at anytime. one might have plenty of health insurance, but if there is no place to get the care. what good is the money or insurance to pay for it. ?

THEY OWN THE MEDICARE SYSTEM AND ALL OF OUR FILES AND DATA and are to uphold the integrity of the process so those who are to pay do not get by in an illegal dump onto Medicare but have colluded to steal by altering the employer posts that are illegal to alter since 1994 and in heir CMS contract they are not to alter. at all. but do so from any primary payer that wishes to not pay since the COUP of 2002 .
They were given the contract BY SEC OF HHS. DONNA SHALALA NOW OF THE CLINTON FOUNDATION IN 1999. The corporate headquarters in NY facilitates the thefts and Lynn Blodgett now has the new system that goes off line since 10/6/16 and hides the employer post and creates an unsecured data base and sells a bogus screen of used to bill to the medical community to trick them into theft. and has the bogus screen the one that comes up so that the contractors call centers to trick them into passing on the bogus info .. unaware that is their own company heads have tricked them into aiding an abetting theft. Evil cares little for his own employees.
PHONE VERIFICATION IS STILL HACKED FOR ALL OF US ON MY EMPLOYER PLAN WITH MEDICARE CARD BUT MY FECA* FEDERAL WORKERS COMP IS INDICATED. SINCE 10/6/16 HIDING OR DELETING THE REAL SCREEN MEANS THEY CAN NOT SEND OUT RECOVERY LETTERS TO ANY ONES PRIMARY PAYERS WHICH IS WHY THE CONTRACT WAS GIVEN FOR IN 1999 OFFICIALLY..
BUT THIS CABAL CONNECTED AND CONTROLLED COMPANY BLOCKS GOOD PEOPLE HIRED FOR THE OFFICIAL JOBS FROM DOING THEM AND RECOVERY THE MONEY AND MAKING SUE THE INTEGRITY OF THE INFO IS ACCURATE AND LEGAL.
BUT THEIR CORPORATE IN NY ENGAGES IN RICCO ACTIVITY AND COLLUDING TO HACK THE SYSTEM OF OUR EMPLOYER BI WEEKLY POSTS TO FACILITATE MASSIVE THEFTS.. and now has activated even bigger thefts that one source inside has been reported as saying its a BILLION dollars a day.. the one with the illegal offline system can easily do this is you are also the same one as contractors over in other areas who has signed up the medical community to participate in being paid by Medicare and HAS THEIR BANK ACCOUNT INFO AND IF IN THEIR OWN BANK THAT ALSO multiple times many of us easily sent to the doctor etc. bank account and diverted to thieves own and where is the money that agents confirmed as going out and being received as we found for all claims for 1/06 through 11/12 when the Trailblazer contract was not renewed in Dallas region.. I checked last year when I got multiples of preventative care tests could have for the year. and they had not been paid in multiples at that time. which was last Spring sometime.. Now one entity has all the nation's records as system owned(controlled by ) as well as all the bank accounts and the cyber cloud has all the history of my deactivated 16 phony numbers and has resurrected them now and all claims back to 12/12 now paid and payment received in multiples of an additional 17 recently When one payment is theft if not labeled a conditional. payment and ANOTHER MORE SINISTER REASON TO BLOCK CONDITIONAL PAYMENTS AS THE SYSTEM WOULD MAKE ALL MULTIPLES AND MANY HONEST DECENT FOLK THERE WOULD SEE IT.. IF ALL GOT SENT TO RECOVERY

Has BCRC corporate been tricked into a much larger theft than one claim per service being dumped on to Medicare and has now aided and abetted huge multiples to be stolen BCRC call centers have never seen any phony Medicare claims numbers on their screens as 1-800 Medicare does. .as they get the claims info .. also
With no security cross checking with SSA on the Offline, system many of those with the bogus offline screen may have had this done. that were not the group done to a few years ago.. and the summary notice can be suppressed ... UNLESS THE NEW SYSTEM UNDER LYNN BLODGETT IS NOW CREATEING MANY POSSIBLES they have used possible suffixes that are used at SSA but not ones own as part of the ones used.. As a spouse a hundred possible could exist.. as if multiple spouses file on one we can assign a number to each until its formally decided with appeal rights who is the legal one. I have not found any more. and have checked.

There are only four possible suffixes on ones own SSN A, M, T, TA and the ones used on me. on Doyle's SSN are B,B2, B6, D ,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6.
Older systems we once had only could handle 17... and we have never found more than 17,,, Males have some variations. and one may be able to find those online. etc., THERE IS NOTHING STOPPING THIEVES FROM CREATING NEW VICTIMS TO STEAL WITH NOW.?
1-800 Medicare claims phone menu can be used to find out. You will need your Medicare card for needed into and follow the payment as it will id you.. Have a few claims dates to check from summary notices also when you get to an agent then you can ask if the payment went our and if they show it as received on the phony number Please do not check for another person unless you have a signed release to be a non attorney rep form 1690 filled out or if you set up mymediare.gov one can list the people you will allow to have your info .. which you can download and fill out or have the beneficiary on the phone also I have fond that the phone menu for claims can differ from one call center to another and one does not know which you are accessing.
THIS IS NOT MAKING ONE A REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE OR GUARDIAN OR CONSERVATOR AT ALL. ITS LIKE ONE HAS AN ATTORNEY , BUT ONE CAN DESIGNATE ANOTHER TO ACT LIKE AN ATTORNEY , EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT, THEY JUST HAVE TO ACT FOR FREE. FOR YOU .. It helps to have a witness .....

Before I spoke to a person to check the insurance and dual screens today . I called 17 times + and verified that all 17 numbers were active. and they were.. But someone had gone in on the 4 using my own SSN's and showed no claims paid that were there when I spoke to the person who verified all had been paid. on those numbers. But the others indicated claims still showed as being paid using the 13 spouse /widow categories. OFFLINE ANYTHING CAN DISAPPEAR... AND PAYMENTS WENT OUT USING THAT SYSTEM FOR DECADES..since we had Direct Deposit for government payments of any kind. this system is that old merged into the modern cyber cloud. and knows all.
I had to make three calls to verify to day

call 1.. got that Medicare was primary and would not given any more info and transferred and call did not go through.
call 2 THANK YOU FOR YOUR COURTESY ..
bogus screen has Medicare primary and the fake Blues as a supplement of HCSC-BCBS OF OK FEP A ONLY AND ANOTHER OF FEP B ONLY (NO D)
today only one fake id as three zeroes before my real one of my primary Blues and hey left off he last two numbers making it the right amount of spaces for a number for an SSN plus a suffix..
WHY BOTHER WITH FAKE ID NUMBERS?
if the real one was there then the system would issue multiples co pays and if one has a real supplement policy doctors , etc. would be getting multiple of 17 directly as they would get sent on to he insurance companies to pay and they might catch it and could report the crimes as not all are crooks selling policies in the USA and the supplements are regulated by states unlike we feds who have no one to go to . but the thieves call centers. and even those who take the report will have it go nowhere for the real OIG to see. ??? THIS HAS BEEN A WELL THOUGHT OUT PLAN TO STEAL THE USA. put in place over several years and we have no 'police' at the federal level by act of CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF 2002

I had one tell me some time back they had a note of 10/7/16 which I am thinking is the date 'ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE' AT MEDICARE AND NOT FIGURATIVELY,. BUT FOR REAL.. AND CLAIMS BACK TO 12/12 GOT PAID IN MULTIPLES OF 16 AND DIVERTED TO THE THIEVES. IN THEIR OWN BANK?? and are you in the group ??

I THEN WENT BACK IN ON ONE OF THE PHONY ONES ON Doyle's SSN and verified all and that one, recent claims was paid. on that phony of and all the dual ,screens info was the same as above. but hung up when I asked her to check the real claim number.. I am aware they are told to only check one claims number per call as often before we were on the phone for up to 4 hours documenting all 17....as they then filed a fraud reports with OIG.. but none ever got to DC to docket in.. two years of hard work by a lot of good people and they had sent them to the contractors and never made it in..

CALL 4 I then made the call to SSA AS REPORTED ABOVE. BUT THE LOCAL REGIONAL DIRECTOR HAS BEEN SENT THIS INFO . misuses of SSN to steal
CALL 5. call to OIG at FTC as its also an identity theft while on hold I filled out online report and got a number. But the contractor person who answered had no idea why it was an ID thefts. MILLIONS OF GOVERNMENT DOLLARS STOLEN IN MY NAME. More badly trained call center hot lines to aid and abet their real bosses of this cabal .one of the company Lynn Blodgett now had one of a defense contractor it used to be.. I did not ask this time. sound like the ones who answered at SSA. and maybe so . as they have the same phone menu for several on some menus. HE DID NOT EVEN TAKE THE COMPLAINT BUT HAD ENTERED IT BY THEN ONLINE US DOJ had them involved also with HHS , SSA and FTC as the FTC is involved. as its number and id both stolen
call 6 called OIG at DOJ to leave a message for Michael Horowitz and got rebuffed as it was not a crime by a DOJ OFFICIAL the dots are there as shared here in this blog of the blatant? ties not yet proven by me of the links to the CLINTON FOUNDATION. SO NO DOJ PARTY INVOLVED. ???

THE MEDICARE BILLING SYSTEM CONTRACT IS NOT A CMS CONTRACT BUT A SUB CONTRACT OF BCRC, Benefits and recovery but really facilitator of illegally dumping at the corporate levels
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may justice flow like clear purifying waters through the swamp of corruption. and may all know that all life is precious and even an old disabled woman who gets pushy at times for civil rights . cares for others as well as her own...loved ones and personal rights of life. Anyone may have a small piece of info that aids in making the world a better place for one and all and help have a heaven on earth as we are on the verge of real total hell and too many are already living in it.
Pray for President Trump and all of our elected officials as we have had real sabotage of this nation occur recently to blocking attempt to stop the theft of the USA treasury on going This is not one party or another or none.
