The regional offices of agencies do not even have access as they get their unverifiable info direct from Lynn Blodgett who has emerged from the 'miry swamp' as head of the USA. with unfettered powers by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002.

He is the one and named in writing and verbally by many high level officials and even his own employees as the one they must obey even his illegal orders. as they have no one to go to .. as there is no law enforcement at the federal level down to local and state federal funded programs which is almost every part of one lives not affected.. Even private industry now has to hire his management services to deal with his too often blatantly illegal and unethical government contractors.
The lazy media will not report anything but the government did this or that bad thing and not that usually its a government contract and name that leads back to him and his. Public monies missing all over ad how much of the 20 trillion debt is THEFT and waste as contracts are created to shuffle data that modern systems should be designed to handle and can.. and not the insecure mess we now have merged into a modern cloud that "knows all' and tries to correct the illogical human thievery hacks.

BCRC of the former GROUP HEALTH OF NY WHICH IS DEFYING THE LAW, CMS CONTRACT AND THREE MEDICARE JUDGES AND MY PERSONNEL OFFICE BI WEEKLY POSTING FROM THE US DEPT OF LABOR TO ILLEGALLY HACK AND FACILITATE A RICCO CASE of ON-GOING THEFT OF MEDICARE FOR THOSE WITH PRIMARY PAYERS WHO DO NOT WISH TO PAY THEIR LEGALLY OBLIGATED AND APPROVED MEDICAL BILLS. Its been illegal since 1994 to go in and later what ones employer posts bi weekly. In 1999 they got the watchdog contract and by the COUP Of 2002 the ongoing hacking and thefts of their illegal secret deal partners from the primary payers went full blown and got worse over the years.
Even the prior, new, system in 1/06 was rigged so that when the primary payers would not pay, the legally filed claims to Medicare as a conditional payment could not be done electronically an still have to be on this newer system. This pays legally so that the medical community and patient have no legal risk and then is to send to their recovery unit was blocked by them as not designed as the taxpayer paid for. Using and still are not using the real date injury in the system but the date one got Part a Medicare so few claims get to recovery and then the address they are sent to are the companies of Lynn Blodgett et al. and ignored. now the call centers are intentionally mistrained to make them think they do not need to as "its all been updated. etc." and its been illegally hacked and tricking all into committing Medicare fraud subject to fines and penalties and the patients and heirs get overpayments.
So subtle is this done that I had some asking me today if I was working or going to work which is irrelevant as the legal term is 'employed.' And how nearly all workers comp bills are now getting paid by Medicare which Lynn Blodgett with new shell companies now controls and sub contractors of the insurers. and no final settlements ever occur and many will find it harder to get legal help as state regulated have been ale to do in the past A real propaganda war is out about all the fraud being stopped. by him.
BUT WHEN ONE IS STILL DISABLED AFTER THE 25 MONTHS TO GET MEDICARE ONE HAS HAD MANY AGENCIES AND OTHERS FROM VA, STATE DISABILITY PROGRAMS PRIVATE DISABILITY POLICIES , PENSION PLANS, AND STUDENT LOANS HE CONTROLS , ETC. GOING THROUGH THE INJURED WORKERS MEDICAL RECORDS . AND ANY REAL FRAUD WOULD BE DETECTED.BY ONE OR ALL AND OTHERS.
Unless one is very wealthy and can walk away ..., when one gets injured on the job. one is caught in the middle of a 'real death panel" with no mercy caught in a real battle for life sustaining medical care. especially if its a more serious life time injury etc. as mine is and established long ago injured on 1/10/89 and with permanent medical for 23 years when I was put on home liquid oxygen for line. but the permanent disability was ready to begin a lengthy process when Affiliated Computer Service.
He took over total control in the COUP of 2002. and contract given by one now convicted in the Abramoff bribery scandal which the investigations at SSA, HHS ,DOL and who knows how many other agencies never got completed as it RAN INTO THE IMMUNITY FROM CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF 2002?? I had found my self speaking to he same parties the FBI was investigating just trying to find my files and data and judges orders obeyed. etc.
In my case he verbally told BCRC corporate and ordered the system recovery unit records destroyed illegally with the US Department of Labor never seen one as they would have to be answered and monies repaid from the US Department of labor and its come to light by the ;all seeing cloud?" recently that he has been sharing? he has been paying our bills from a missing 'suspected embezzlement " of a million dollars a head for about 200 of us. all this time and since no internal audits he had all convinced not to listen to all of us Federal employees as if we know nothing. THE WORSE KIND OF DISCRIMINATION of age..
Those letters would be grounds to cancel his contract with FECA years ago.. Even able to withhold 38 federal agency judges orders from multiple agencies on my cases as he gets them first to digitize them etc .... as medical care is obstructed and patents heirs inherit overpayments to Medicare as he will not process any easy waivers over at Social Security "against equity and good conscience as we are helpless to stop it when there is no government to do so .. officially . he has control of now.. and their official published letter to Congress three years ago , as SSA officials are denied access to check the system which all know have been hacked over there. and very plausible monies being stolen over there.
CONGRESS HAS THE GATE TO THE SWAMP LOCKED AND IS NOT BUDGETING TO OPEN IT. WHY? AND THEY HAVE A SELF IMPOSED UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER ON THEMSELVES NOT TO MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY SO THEY PASS LAWS BASED TOO OFTEN ON FALSE DATA AND FACTS AND NOTHING VERIFIABLE.. as our nation collapses under a real dictatorship that is not to exist. And they cannot help us on individual cases as usually the issue is with the contracts doing the actual work or in control of the systems.
Most government phone numbers are not answered by this cabal's companies and illegal secret deal partnerships. They hire nice people from among us and intentionally mistrain them to pass on misinformation from one entity to another through the cabal so that as the US Department of Labor Judges orders said when ordering him to get things posted and processed, affirming my benefits, etc. he has not done. "rumor and gossip has run amok and no one knows what is going on and to ask Ms Adams for the facts of the case. and to reconstruct my files using my records. " All defied as he is in control ..using a dummy off line system over there since the COUP of 2002.
Since he and his are the ones snooping on all of us and elected officials, with no criminal oversight for misuse of info gathered as real government employees could be.. under strict laws to do so . JUST HOW IS EMBARRASSING INFO ON SOME IS BEING USED TO KEEP IN POWER is a basic question of how this has gone on for 15 years/and now its been a month since the OIG directors went to congress asking for the right to issue subpoenas of the contractors and nothing yet. Congress has the gate to the swamp locked... and those of both parties that wish to unlock it are shoved into silence. with the illegal gag order all have on themselves.
One simple law with no additional money needed.. the right to us existing agency money to do internal audits as well as criminal investigation. .
Agencies HAVE STACKS OF CASES AND MANY WITH ADEQUATE DOCUMENTATION OF ILLEGAL ACTINY AND NO ONE ALLOWED TO STOP THE ROBBING OF THE USA AND LOSS OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOODS FROM THE ILLEGAL ACTS.
I have conducted criminal investigations. and have training of what is needed etc. and have a good idea what is needed and the pictures of my screens on the system that only 1-800 Medicare owned by General Dynamics is the only entity one can access that is able to see all but the hack done bi weekly soon after the posting from the employers does not show up with a date hacked .. but all have seen the changes. as I call and should be documenting and sending to CMS and are not doing so .as contracted to do when these illegal things are detected and they have the primary proof.
.. this and other matters being said, make me suspect that one of Lynn Blodgett's companies has now been hired to manage the call center people and I have shared some of he bizarre things they are being told to know and say.. grave wrong info . They can get all the triaging info and memos from CMS just as any one can via e mail and are being told opposite info at times.
Their contract says to send copies to CMS of info just like mine that shows the massive security breach even if only one patients file. Its typical for all. with injury cases as the medical community is now being an offline bogus system created by the BCRC corporate in collusion with this cabal and for the first time since the COUP of 2002. they are able to not show an open workers comp case existing to any .... as they are buying the bogus screen fro his cabal when the taxpayer has already paid for it and used to be free. and now ,since 10/6/16 they hide or delete the real one that comes form our employers. via the US Department of Labor personnel office for me. and the cyber cloud that know all contains both and goes to war trying to repost the real screen etc.
Since the COUP of 2002 Congress has a law in effect from the e governing bills of 2002, an affirmed by Michael Horowitz OIG DIRECTOR FOR US DEPT OF JUSTICE TO ME and many directors of OIG's that they are not allowed to spend one penny of existing budget to do any criminal investigations of government contracts of any non DOD budget agencies. for internal audits to really know what is going on nor for criminal investigations.
The new cyber cloud system, now under the same party that has gotten total control of all health care in the USA and much in other nations.. has basically ended workers comp in the USA in the last three years with contracts with insuring carriers based on the model he perfected with our injured federal workers be being able to illegal dump us onto Medicare.
Please read more in the linked Daily Recaps as this has been a horrific physically exhausting day and need to report a terrible meltdown of the with US Depart of labor nearly winning the battle but down for the day but not terminated yet.. and many hung up on me absolutely refusing to let me know what was happening to my own records during the meltdown.
About noon , there was three primary payers on the screen and one Medicare primary and one secondary and impossible and illogical to be.. and the system went into a meltdown of trying to post one after another of the 23 fake blues since the real one is my employer plan as a primary from the US Department of Labor .. and by 4:30 had one person on line an hour that started out with this and all open and then by 5:30 the real screen showed as deleted as of 10/6/16. ad I would say the woman on the phone went into "panic .mode of not wishing to see it." if one does not wish to witness a crime committed by this cabal, then do not get anywhere near medical billing as you are going to witness it and everyone associated with health care are connected to getting paid. and in the middle of it all.
In a middle of a real war against horrible crimes with no one in the real government to help them out. as they are not allowed to do so . by congress in the COUP of 2002 and General Dynamics is to get the evidence and send to CMS and no one agreed to do this at all the Us Department of Labor almost won the battle for truth and justice today but succumbed to the Medicare hackers but alive to fight another day.. and all we have is the info on the screens of those like me with primary payers and a fight for survival as we audit our own personal records and get the info to CMS even if its secondary and not best... the info is POWERFUL AS INFO AND TRUTH ALWAYS IS.

WORKING AGED IS THE TEMPLATE FOR ONES PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN THAT THREE ON MY CARE HAD AS PRIMARY AND I AM ONE OF THEM WITH FECA AS HE ONES THAT IS PRIMARY FOR ALL MY CLAIMS , OR 23 YEARS DUE TO FECA PUTTING ME ON HOME LIQUID OXYGEN AND OXYGEN GIVES ONE PERMANENT AND TOTAL CARE. she also said that Disability blues was on there as open and primary as of 3/1/10 also the month I turned 65 which is the one for pre 65.. that usually shows terminated or ended as of 2/28/10 and the system is obviously in a real meltdown and FULL MOON HAS TAKEN OVER THE CYBER CLOUD OR THOSE WHO ARE INTO WATCHING THOSE KIND OF SIGNS TO ME TS JUST PLAN ANTIQUATED SYSTEM IS IN A MELTDOWN FROM A MODERN CLOUD THAT IS TRYING TO CORRECT ITSELF.
and the real ID number is on there. SO DO WE NOW HAVE PARTIAL REAL.PLUS FAKE BLUES THAT IS TRYING TO MAKE ME YOUNGER ... that would be a nice miracle.to be young again.. but y grey hair turning white. is still here.

ALL THREE OPEN AS YESTERDAY AND THE SYSTEM WENT INTO A MELTDOWN FROM THERE. as impossible to have Medicare primary to two primary payers. and nothing secondary but in the space for the secondary ... .. she was seeing the primary Blues posted in the space for a supplement and its working aged .. and that ended the call as could not find out more of what is going on and hung up on me. Many are not happy about seeing this occurs. in front of them,, is my opinion of how thing go on from there down hill as she kept repeated its the primary but it the supplement also. and impossible as her common sense tells her it is.. THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR ALMOST WINS THE BATTLE OR TRUTH AND JUSTICE AGAIN. call 5. said Medicare primary and BCBS of OK secondary ND HUNG UP ON ME. and that is a partial from the bogus screen and where it the real one? They do not know how valuable this info is to save he whole system as my screen is not uncommon for what is going on right now.
call 6. back to all the real primaries on there , FECA and Blues but Medicare primary also , so three and impossible and the real primary Blue as 'working aged' posted in the space for a supplement policy but did not get the id numbers before she hung up on me with no more info I feel certain she got it right as much as I got. before she hung up on me also.
call 7. she said she could not get in on the real screen from my employer and gave me the bogus info for Medicare primary and now is showing the same as earlier fake blues of HCSC-BCBS OF OK effective 8/1/2004 and a fake id of OFEPOK0102
she said she had worked there several years and could not pull up thee real screen and hung up on me.

call 9. only got the info on the bogus screen before she hung up on me and its changed. it now has mediocre primary and the fake blues of BCBS OF OK effective 8/1/2004 and a fake id of three zeroes before my real id number for the real primary one and leaving off the last two digits. an attempt to make it 9 numbers?

call 11. said Medicare primary and would give me no more info and I asked her to check on my clam not yet paid from least summer when Homeland Security was monitoring and BCBR not hacking as that would have been grounds to cancel their contract for illegal acts. . as they also hid from them that they had the duplicate offline screen ready to go as soon as they left. She said the claims screen was down and could not pull up any of them to check .. as they have field with FECA and waiting and not even showing pending on there dummy screen now.. and I do not want them slipping through and not being treated as a conditional payment . the provider call centers have been told it OK to bill and corrected now as of 10/6/16 and in one month about $30,000 of overpayment against our family and heirs over the intentional lying to the call center employees . she laughed at me and hung up me. real hurtful discrimination. .

BUT ALSO MEDICARE AS PRIMARY ..I did questions her intensely to make sure she had all and no deletion or removal or updated etc. on there and she was certain of it. she sounded as if she was not a new employee.
but had another fake Blues show up. of one of the identified 23 combining info from about the original 6-10... that were being used a few months ago..
It is HCSC -BCBS OF OK effective 8/1/2004 with the fake id of the three zeroes in front of all but the last two number of my real id number for the Blues which she saw on the real one for "working aged, ?

when she looked at the real one to check it was almost the real id number she said THEY HAVE BEEN DELETED. referring to the real Blues and FECA and tried to handle what had occurred. she was witnessing a crime in progress of hacking of the system and the hiding of the real screen.to sell the bogus one to the medical community for big money so they can send in a claim illegally being tricked into doing so . by all in control of this cabal and no one knowing any one has an open works comp case and no recovery can get done with the real screen deleted as the recovery unit has tubs of our claims to send out on me and my family members on my Blues policy and others. also since 10/6/16
Finally I got the date it showed and she full well knows this is not 10/6/16 as it had just occurred. AND I COULD NOT GET HER TO GET A PICTURE OR PRINT OUT AND SEND ALL OF THIS TO CMS. so they know. AND OIG CAN USE TO LOBBY CONGRESS.. AS THEIR CONTRACT SAYS THEY MUST DO .. and management is telling them not to report at all
I finally was the one that hung up on begging her to send the info to CMS.
8/1/2004 is when CMS allowed the contractor to have a system that can go off line for maintenance and has been sued for hacking and stealing ever since.. and soon led creating phony Medicare claims numbers at SC Blues subsidiaries which are a major several that pay claims for much of Medicare to by pass doing a conditional payment and CMS regional in on knowing this at the time and all very illegal that eventually led to multiples of claims etc. in the Dallas region, diverting to other than the medical primaries. and in my case 16 phonies and a million dollar theft on my records alone detected as I was tracking daily on my records of the one phone and then another when I got proof of that and sent it in and CMS knew full well in Dallas regional office. etc.. and 1-800 Medicare, then owned by Vangent, documented all and ..eventually contract not renewed in 11/12 after the multiples were debited for over 6 years here. from 8/08 back to 1/06 and not renewed to get it stopped that some internally said could be a trillion dollars and many in the Dallas region have Medicare liens on their property or inherited as its the debt laws of the USA.
Few have no idea these debts exist from this and an easy waiver bur Lynn Blodgett will not process one of them over a t Social Security his cabal in now hacking that system for several years and what else is being stolen there is unknown and no one got any notice on multiples that their id and claims had been turned in to multiple thefts and another $4 million for BCRC recovery to recover.. as intentionally its known where the money was diverted to that was debited from the Medicare trust fund. Leaving overpayments on the property of those in the Dallas region Some suggested the TARP money was stolen out of Medicare and diverted by the Federal reserve and BCRC would be helping to do an audit of the Federal Reserve as to where the money went when the screen at Medicare showed every medical person got 17 payments and only got one.
Only the federal reserve knows where the money really was sent. and again NO OIG put on the TARP money as former Pres. Obama did get into the Stimulus money budget.
All monies authorize by the real government or contractors are only an order or check and the actually act of sending is done by the Federal Reserve on all monies from the US Treasury... The agencies etc. only know whom they said was to get it. Who would do this to us..??? A fee in control in Congress that did not want to let any investigations occur?? or is this just plain thieves who took advantage of no security and heed themselves to one of the biggest posts of money In the US treasury .. all either paying into or receiving and expect to have some day. etc.
