   This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data in worse hacked shape than ever since the COUP of 2002.  Now they cyber cloud knows the real data from my employer post that the law of the land has said must never be altered by another but them and three Medicare judges said its accurate...  and the contractor allowed to hack and facilitator  the theft of Medicare by making Medicare  illegally primary and creating overpayment the patients heirs inherit and the medical community subject to fines and penalties as they are sold bogus info and tricked into using it.. and not filing  the bill as a conditional payment to relieve us of any liability and then the primary payer is asked to repay with lots of due process letters.
    NO WONDER THIS CABAL DOES NOT WANT THE CONDITIONAL PAYMENTS DONE WHICH IS THE LEGAL WAY.. AS THE RECOVERY PROCESS WOULD DETECT THAT FECA HAD ALREADY PAID THE BILLS AND REPORTED IT TO THE US DEPT OF LABOR FOR REIMBURSEMENT , AND THEN MEDICARE 'S CONTRACTORS IS TYING TO GET REIMBURSED FOR THE SAME PAYMENT AND THE SAME AT MY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN BEING STOPPED FROM THEIR RECOVERY... This is and has been that evil with loss of life, health and livelihoods and its not just Medicare but all over that this cabal has taken over the USA. and put u[ obstacles all over for all of us to work together to get the whole facts...
   I had never thought this missing 200 millions may still be accessed to pay  a double payment that Medicare had paid And is this a fund that is constantly being replenished by the taxpayer and its now a billion or more missing over the years. since the COUP of 2002??  The hearings last week  indicated that zeroes may have been  be added to some real bills. when there are turned in to the real government above what the pharmacy might be getting. So IS THE USA REALLY IN DEBT AT ALL, BUT HAS BEEN ROBBED OF 20 TRILLION DOLLARS AND WHERE' S OUR  MONEY ???     We have no idea and no wonder they want subpoena powers  This bad s beyond some internal audits and processes and making sure all our trained right.. THIS IS MAJOR INTENTIONAL THEFT BY A FEW IN CONTROL OF THE WHOLE  and being allowed to get by with it for years. SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
        Knowing how this operation is acting... and doing things its not beyond the realm of real possibility ..  and why my efforts to get the conditional payment law enforcement  has caused attention to a program that has to be kept well hidden , and systems rigged to block them and call centers and info given out be false to fool all to not file the claims legally as if the recovery contractors unit due process  letters got to the real government which none of mine ever have since the COUP of 2002t etc. to repay, it would be detected  and exposed. or them kind of massive theft to continue. (Recovery contractor unit is part of the contractor that is hacking the system and facilitating the theft and they own the Medicare system that is now able to go offline and sell bogus info to the medical community wore that ever as since 10/16 they are not getting info that one has an o[en workers comp claims even if they will not show the real injury date but use the date one got Part A Medicare so that the system cannot be used to do an electronic payment since 1/06  an automatically generate the recovery letter when the claim is paid as a conditional payment. .)
    The estimate from inside of trillions stolen from Medicare seems very real and plausible to me.. when takes in the whole real possibilities of what has been shared here and others seem to have put together elsewhere.
              Someone else must have put more of the pieces together on this.. and possible form the inside. Its whey in human society it takes each and every one of us to 'BIND UP EVIL" AS NO ONE SEEMS TO EVER HAVE THE WHOLE PIECES OF THE TOTAL.   

    Now the issue has been raised by others that besides the illegal Medicare payment made in my name... there may also be the real payment being paid by FECA but the doctors. etc are not getting those but going to ????  Claims have been filed, but never processed. and are my oxygen invoices for over 16 years also been paid and Lynn Blodgett et al stole the money ??? from the 200 million dollar fund for about 200 of us.???  ALL MY RESEARCH HAD NOT DISCOVERED THE EVEN WORSE CRIMES BEING DONE THAT MAY BE ON GOING.. No wonder this cabal tries to convince all parties not to cooperate with each other to get bills paid// and we get handled and manipulated to never find out the whole truth of what is going on . I have just reported what I know for sure  and could testify to if need be.
    A process that if, legally followed would have discovered the illegal bail out of the insurance industry and other primary payers years ago and been grounds to cancel the contracts of  the cabal now under he dictatorial powers of Lynn Blodgett as named by high officials and others.  Since the COUP of 2002 Congress will not any government agency spend one penny to do an internal audit and find out the truth of the horrors that are really going  on , nor are they allowed to spend any existing budget on criminal investigations 
       FIXING HEALTH CARE IS GOING TO EXPOSE THE HIDDEN CROOKS HIDING IN THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION . 

     This must be so bad now, that OIG's have now been in  Congressional Hearing last week asking for the law to allow them to subpoena the contractors  records, and by pass the internal audits... as the crimes reported must be far more than I have even detected over the years. FIXING HEALTH CARE MUST FIRST STOP THE THEFT OF ANY AND ALL HEALTH CARE DOLLARS THE GOVERNMENT IS TO BE SPENDING AND ONE REPORTS FROM INSIDE SAYS A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY IS MISSING FROM MEDICARE..  and four other agencies.   Anything is possible with the insecurity and unfettered access to the taxpayer's money ...

      I have no way to know this as the system is designed  to go off line of the real info and we know when that is done that the Medicare trust fund can be accesses with no security and payments made... to ??? as occurred a few years ago and $4 million stolen by stealing my claims and ID, etc.

       Worse now, is the 10/25/16 bogus screen sold to my medical provider shows that they do not even have to have a real clams or policy or real ssn of any kind... as much of this was used to manipulate a few years ago when  one claims payers and subsidiary created 16  phony Medicare claim numbers  but did use my and Doyle's real SSN's plus  my real claims and turned them into multiples.. to debit Medicare... and sent to ?? Only the Federal Reserve knows where the money went to .... and then implicates them in blatant theft of the USA Treasury as they are not to divert monies that  some one in the real government or a  contractors says is to go some place as the visible records show..

                       Still hacked to flip Medicare to primary and 4 fake blues on there and real one missing. FECA is on there but no recovery letters sent are missing back to  2002 ...  No new claims, but as reported before the reduction from charge to Medicare approved amount for those clams more directly connected to my accepted conditional seem to be reduce over 50% and has led me to suspect that something more is going on illegally besides Medicare not to pay  first or at all and certainly that is more than budget cuts to Medicare..   I HAVE BEEN INSIDE WITH THIS PROGRAM SINCE 1968 SINCE I GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE. AND SOMETHING IS JUST NOT RIGHT BEYOND JUST WHO PAYS FIRST.  Its why the duplicate from Medicare and from FECA but never shown on any visible screen to me or anyone else.. makes common sense n light of all I know.

        THE PHONE VERIFICATION IS STILL HACKED FOR MYSELF AND THOSE ON MY EMPLOYER PLAN THAT HAVE MEDICARE CARDS TO MAKE A FAKE BLUES SECONDARY  TO MEDICARE , BUT IT DOES INDICATE THAT FECA IS THERE FOR ME.

  It took two calls today to get all the info as the first one refused to tell me what it showed for my two primary payers. when I called back the info she had given me on the fake Blues was the same for both.      
                   FECA and the Real Blues are on there and open but deleted from the screen and Blues is primary template used.  with the fake Blues of Blue Cross Blue Shield of OK and using some wording from the Federal plans but not anywhere near the real ID number.  OBVIOUS INTENT TO DEFRAUD HAS GONE ON TO DO TIHS TO BE ABLE TO HACK THE SYSTEM AND HAVE ALL BILL MEDICARE WITHOUT ANY LEGAL CONDITIONAL PAYMENT DONE.to protect all parties involved. from overpayments.
     BUT THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY GETS THE BOGUS SCREEN and we get collection letters for the co pays as he fake blues will not go through and allow automatic co pays to be made and why I had to pay full price for my diabetic strips as  with the Federal blues , the yearly deductible  is paid by the other so we never get caught having to pay it no matter which is primary or not..  NOW I HAVE TO FILE A CLAIMS MYSELF AND WILL IT BE PAID AS THEY HAVE NOT PROCESSED THINGS AT FED BLUES FOR OVER TWO YEARS ON ME AND MEDICARE HAS SOME CLAIMS I FILED AND NO ANSWER OVER THERE. EITHER   FOR OVER TWO YEARS. . PATIENTS  HAVE BEEN RUBBED OUT OF HEALTH CARE.. AND WHO IS THE ONE TO GET THE TREATMENT WITHOUT US THERE IS NO NEED FOR HEALTH CARE as there is no patients to take care of.  .. (This is about the time Lynn Blodgett et al got control of the real Medicare system and began the programming..  and took over all workers comp in the USA and has reduced payment on that over 50% already as able to illegally dump them on Medicare now. ??)

   I called them and got hung up on a few times as PATIENTS HAVE NO RIGHTS AND THEY ARE STILL NOT PAYING MY CLAMS AS CONDITIONAL PAYMENT WILL NOT ANSWER ANY APPEALS OVER THERE FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS EITHER.  I sent  an e mail.. but the last one was never answered. AGAIN NO PATIENT IS TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MEDICAL CARE.. as if we do not exist..
    GUESS WE DO NOT HAVE TO EXIST FOR CLAIMS TO BE PAID.. AS ITS ALL FAKE AND THEFT?? . AT THE CABAL AS PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR ARE PAID FOR OUR REAL CARE AND STOLEN FROM  THE WRONG FUND.
    This is just one intermediary , Medicare claims payer that is illegally ignoring the conditional payment law.. and THEY ARE HE ONES WHO HAVE THE FINAL RESPONSIBILITY TO CATCH IT BEING NEEDED AND NOT PAY UNLESS ITS DONE AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT. but there info and management info all comes from Lynn Blodgett et al and if there is trillions being stolen on going.. t WHAT IS THIS MONEY BEING USED FOR?? THE ENEMY OF THE USA ???  IN WARS??? 
       In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may justice be found for each an done and all evil be bound up... We can created a heaven on earth or hell. and for too many we the people, have allowed a real hell to be created.   We are the government in the USA , and its up to us to be involved and know what is going on and share the info and vote for those we think will serve us the best they can with our prayers and support. .  My prayers for President Trump and our elected leaders at every level of government as they all have a serous job to do as hey are all up against this cabal at all levels now in  near total control .. Those of us with faith, have a Divine to help guide us to do the better way.. but all humans have  the free will to choose good over evil and may it be done. AMEN!
