    This is  a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data more hacked than ever since the COUP of 2002 when congress ended internal audits of government contracts and forbid criminal investigation of them.. and  illegal bail out of the insurance industry began and got worse facilitated  by the company that got the contract to stop such illegal behavior.

My sources are the law, contract terms, high level government officials in writing and verbally and three Medicare judges  and the contractor management themselves. etc. plus my personal experience and training with in the government helping enforce the laws that are not since the COUP of 2002.

   My personal motivate is the threat to life due to obstruction of life sustaining medical scare and too many have already died in similar situations as min.. Plus the over payments that my heirs in inherit  due to the legal process not being allowed to be done by the medical community in filing claims to Medicare when it is not the legal primary payers as a conditional payment which sends it to recovery which the contractor is blocked from being done as they are the facilitators  of the 'illegal dump.' 

     And the medical community is being extorted and blatantly  and intentionally lied to and  having to pay  huge sums for hacked info and systems that block any electronic  payment to be done legally .. and the call centers they contracts have false info and so do regional CMS offices to not help them do paper claims and get this corrected.

       Congress then passed health care laws based on unverifiable false and inaccurate data and facts and the whole health care system to keep all of us healthy and alive when sick or injured is in a downward spiral into the real swamp of corruption of blatant disregard for human rights, and stolen in the process from the public treasury and the people...   Its really premature to say WHAT IND OF HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AND PLAN WE SHOULD HAVE FOR ALL OF US TO HAVE HEALTH CARE WHEN NO ONE REALLY KNOWS WHAT THE CURRENT FACTS ARE. And a realistic budget and whole truth of the real status of health care if the thieves and disregard for life itself is not allowed to continue.  Even the British parliament is speaking out against the influence of our bad contractors taking over their health care system and destroying it also.

      The free labor of machines and systems is being robbed from us to be turned into contracts to shuffle data over and over needlessly  when direct care and fair and just payment for services rendered is what is needed in whatever system is is delivered that those in elected office MUST HAVE THE WHOLE TRUTH TO DECIDE THE BEST WAYS.

     THEY DO NOT KNOW THAT THE MEDICARE SYSTEM IS NOW IN MELTDOWN AND LOST THE WAY OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE  EXCHANGE OVER HIS NEGLECT OF OVERSIGHT BY THE REAL GOVERNMENT ON BEHALF OF THE  PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION.

     My daily tracking of my own records is revealing more and more illegal activity going on that the real government is unable to know of or act on due to no existing budget can be spent to stop it by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002. And we have no Sec of HHS to even try to get it stopped so we can then get the whole truth to our leaders  and experts to figure out the best way to proceed so NO ONE DIES THAT CAN LIVE WITH HEALTH CARE ACCESSIBLE ..

    still hacked with Medicare flipped to primary by BCRC corporate headquarters  in NY  government contractor owned by the former Group health Inn since 1999.   still showing 4 fake Blues policies and ID numbers to be able to bypass the security of the US Dept of Labor personnel office that make the bi weekly posts to the Medicare system they sub contract out..  and hacking violates their contract to not alter when ones employer is making the bi weekly post... .

    FECA is on there but Lynn Blodgett had them destroy all the recovery letters and he will not let one be seen by the party that s to repay at the US DOL. or the various liability  insurers either.  taxpayer money is being given to do this watch dog duty and very little is occurring ,, when one already has primary payers and they are the ones making the illegal deals to get out of paying and having the system illegally hacked to help them do so..  THIS IS NOT JUST ME AND MINE  and some insides have estimated it at over 3 trillion dollars stolen  so far. and still not stopped  as my records show.

PHONE VERIFICATION SHOWS THE HACK WITH A FAKE BLUES USED TO BE ABLE TO BREACH THE SECURITY AND MAKE MEDICARE PRIMARY AND FECA IS ON THERE BUT  NO ONE TO ENFORCE THE LAW OF THE LAND AND MOST WORKERS CO MP RIGHTS ARE GONE NOW FOR ALL UNDER LYNN BLODGETT IN THE USA .. AS HE PERFECTED ON US  FEDS. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE THE   CURRENT BENEFITS. AND are to pay.. NO ONE AT THE REAL GOVERNMENT KNOWS AS NO AUDITS TO FIND OUT. OFFICIALLY .. AND WE ARE HEADED BACK INTO A LOT OF HEAVY INDUSTRY ETC AND NO SAFETY AND WORKERS RIGHTS ....  as we had before the COUP of 2002 and for the private industry since about 2014 when the insurers contracted out to a new group of shell companies of Lynn Blodgett's.

                        MY LAST CALL TODAY WAS TO THEIR CALL CENTER

  and again was not being given any info on my records.  A  supervisor I have spoken to several times sine 10/16 said that once the corporate makes Medicare primary they are not allowed to help at all. and given no info .. although many have and its MY RECORDS IN THEIR COMPANY BEING ILLEGALLY BREACHED...   He did not hang up right away today and did listen to the seriousness of what his company in NY was doing   As since yesterday the US DOL GOT DELETED. SO THAT THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS GOING TO GET FALSE INFO AGAIN... AND BE BLOCKED FROM ANY TYPE OF LEGAL PAYMENT OR TIMELY PAYMENT WITH FAKE BLUES BEING HACKED  INTO AND PUT ON  THE SYSTEM  about 10 or more or combination have ;melted down from the cyber space at times almost hourly trying to comply with the security of the real post from my employer until they go  in and hack and set up an offline screen.  and then the coordination center never gets the real think is what I got told today ...
 NO COORDINATION ABLE TO BE DONE AT THE COORDINATION CENTER contractors and recovery of monies back to Medicare is blocked by a rigged system .. as I was told they have 'tubs' of my claims to recover as I have resent them at times over the years.. and each year is gets higher and higher amounts stole in our names and no one to stop it. as I now have two on my primary employer plan that have cards and all of us getting overpaid and so are our good people in the medical community being lied to that they are in the clear.    AND ARE LEGALLY NOT.

All I have asked since the COUP of 2002 is for the claims to be done conditionally so that I am not liable and neither  is the medical community . If CONGRESS WANTS MEDICARE TO BE DOING AN ILLEGAL BAIL OUT OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND THE VOTERS GO ALONG WITH IT AND LOSING  MEDICARE AND LIFE SAVING HEALTH CARE  OVER IT.. THEN ITS THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE.. BUT THE VOTERS MAY NOT AGREE WITH THIS AND WANT SOME NEW PEOPLE IN CONGRESS.IF THE WHOLE TRUTH IS KNOWN..
     I have dealt with the whose kind of ;brainwashing of mostly good people who work in these call centers... as they believe anything they are told and no one is given any real laws, rules or CMS info to have and its listen to the word of their 'human god' and do as he says... that is in the business of illegal activity and profit and what ever else is the ulterior motives of power and wealth and whatever else makes some humans harm others in this world. when most would never act like this to others.

      As shared here , often I have a lot of difficulty getting any info from some of the agents there... and some are very helpful etc.. SHOCKING MYSTERY WAS REVEALED TO DAY BY ONE WHO DID SHARE THE INFO ON THE SCREEN..   AND THEN REVEALED 

         Many of the people who are doing the same work across the country at the 1-800 Medicare ate not all employee of the company ,, but are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. .Legally impossible??

         This is another illegal activity that has been going on and getting worse and worse over the last couple of decades.  OVER THE YEARS I HAVE LOST COUNT OF HOW MAY EMPLOYER /EMPLOYEE DECISIONS I HAVE PERSONALLY MADE THAT WENT ON AND WERE SIGNED OFF ON OTHERS UP THE LINE.   Even IRS; now mostly contracted out; is not doing these either or are overwhelmed as its been indicated its really bad on this.. as we have devolved into a state of lawlessness at every turn. and the injustices and loss of the public treasury is horrific... and pure evil in its scope of the human misery that has and is ongoing. . when they find a situation and most are not even detecting them anymore do to lack of training.. etc. and contractors do not have the authority as the real government has to act on such matters
        In recent years the US Department of Labor has had to get involved in the mess.. of employers calling those who met the criteria for being employees as independent  contractors.  A lot of legal things come into play as this is why some have been so reticent in helping and not wishing to get involved when they are witnessing criminal activity on the screen.. JUST A NUMBER OF OTHER WORKERS LOST THEIR RIGHTS IN THE USA OF FAIRNESS AND JUSTICE  and needs to be checking out and would have been if real internal audits of government contractors was going on.  I called the phone none for 1-800 Medicare and found those answering this phone who are not of that company as employees at all and WHERE IS THE REAL GOVERNMENT PROTECTING  THE RIGHTS OF ALL OF US.?? Of course independent contractors cannot get an employer group health plan , can they ???
    I had become suspicious of maybe some of the newer call centers being a sub contract.. but this is a shocker.. and CONGRESS WHERE ARE YOU TO FIND OUT FOR SURE. AND JUST ANOTHER FAKE DATA YOU ARE BASING LAWS ON ???

 POST FINALLY SUCCUMBED TO THE HACKING.. AND IT seems this may now be an intentional manual act at BCRC corporate.    It took me three calls to genially get the info from 10800 Medicare after a couple of hang ups.
    FECA and Fed Blues are on there and not terminated... but are showing as deleted or duplicate screen or some call centers are told it means updated. But this one person, independent contractor said the screen said deleted. as of 10/6/16 when it happened n the last day. etc. 
    The security of the US Department of labor personnel office post to be used by the medical community and others working to get bills paid legally has been completely  overcome.
        Overcome for the first time since the COUP of 2002,  by the new system  as it can go offline and created a duplicate and sell the bogus info to the medial community..  The are not getting that there is an open worker comp case at all. even though the real date of injury is not shown but the date one gets Part A Medicare which blocks an electronic conditional  payments that then gone on to recovery .. and the primary asked to repay.. etc., even generating the first recovery letter to the primary payer .

AND A FAKE BLUES ON THERE AS OF 8/1/2004 NOW SHOWING  A COMBINATION OF TWO OF THE FAKE ID POLICY NUMBER  AND NEITHER IS THE FULL AND CORRECT ONE. at all.  as the cyber cloud tries to correct the illogical humans trying to steal Medicare when the real info is still in place and not terminated at all.. SO US DOL YOUR SYSTEM IS STILL SECURE BUT BEING BY PASSED BY LYNN BLODGETT ET AL

   I called and left a message with them as to what they know of this shocker of the same job duties being done by employee and independent  contractor. etc.  .  I would guess, based on past practice that Lynn Blodgett may have taken over management at General Dynamics now and pretty soon he rises in control of their parent company also.. has been a prevailing trend over the years as even the business media has covered this  
     To a cyber cloud, illegal hacking  seems illogical and it is upsetting the harmony of the world as bad is not good.
and then called Sen Lankford's office to bring them up to date on this and the MELTDOWN OF MEDICARE. ETC. 
                  and my call to BCRC is already covered above. 
   IN the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may justice be restored and be for each and all. My prayers for our Congress and President Trump to be able to uphold he constitutional mandate of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." One more person. and others seem to have been added to those being treated unjustly ... today .. Justice denied one denies to all of us. May fairness and justice and human rights be had by each and every one. Amen !
