This is a series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare files and data in worse hacked shape than ever since the COUP of 2002. when Congress removed the 'restrainer of law" and turned this nation over to an international cabal of unaccountable contractors to loot our public monies and do as they please with loss of life and livelihoods in numbers now being revealed as so massive too many are unwilling to accept that in a nation where "we the people are to rule" we and our elected leaders let this happen to us and ITS STILL GOING ON.. as congress still will not do one simple thing... Put the right of agencies to us existing budget to again do internal audits of government contractors and criminal investigations when our legal system demands it.
And it affects every one in more ways than one realizes with private industry now having to contract with this cabal to deal with their government contracts. in a extortion scheme that has trillions of our monies missing and yet Congress will not act to restore the' restrainer ' of laws and rules so that each and every one can be treated with dignity and human rights and have equal protection of the law as there is a government in place to see that those protections exist, which have not since the COUP of 2002. as my personal case well documents.
Evil and the temptation for humans to commit grievous wrongs has not been removed from this world.. and until it occurs as Yahusha , whom we call Christ Jesus will one day occur, we do need those in place to 'police ' and stop those who blatantly do harm to others and commit crimes against one and all. In the USA, we have a few basic laws in place so that our 'police' are able to stop those doing harm. to us and our nation... The rest of our lives we can live about however we choose even if some do not think its a best choice to do so. especially when one become an adult. .
Under our governing document, the US Constitution as amended, we are to give respect to each one as all can have free will to choose their live path.. with a minimal of laws that are illegal to do .. as they are the few things that harm and stop others from their own free will happiness like theft and murder. and what has gone on unfettered by those our elected leaders turning this nation and people over to and unfettered and too often unknown cabal to do as they please to us that has too often devolved in to real evil intent with monies missing and lives and health lost and general happiness diminished. in nearly every area of our daily lives and he security of our nation itself at risk from it .

no change today , still hacked with four fake Blues polices n order to created the bogus template to make Medicare primary in defiance of the law, employer posts , Medicare judges who ruled my employers* bi weekly post is legally accurate and the terms of the CMS contract by BCRC of the former Group health Inc NY corporate who is to make sure this stealing and hacking does not occur and has done just the illegal opposite since the COUP of 2002 . with what the US attys' called a RICCO CASE, (organized crime)THE LARGEST IN US HISTORY THAT CONTINUES TO THIS DAY .. ..as our precious life saving health care dollars disappear and not used for medical care at Medicare or any other publicly funded health care plan.
My employer post comes from a very secured system at the US Department of Labor personnel office and is in house and not contracted out. . Injured federal workers are formerly transferred to them just like one who took a job in another agency . all the parties have those papers too and disregard them as THE RESTRAINER OF LAW HAS NOT EXISTED AT ALL SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 and it had begun to be increasingly worse before someone changed words and phrases n the e-governing bills of 2002 and overthrew the government formally with most having no idea that is what they were voting on .. and still will not reverse it as the nation and people suffer and the whole world too as what happens here in the USA affects the whole world as we are everywhere. with the same cabal now in control most everywhere also.
. They keep track of personal matters and official status and not what may or may not be going on with ones individual workers comp case issues.. They keep track of the formal awards of benefits that can not be taken away by theft of files and skullduggery.. and illegal acts. And only alter the post when those might change by death for my permanent medical or when Lynn Blodgett finally obeys the judges orders or is replaced as total controller of FECA since the COUP Of 2002 and much of the USA now.. and posts my file so the local regional office has access to what they need to do to start process the request for permanent disability which would then change my status to retired..
The papers were filed for the lengthy process to be done when he TOOK CONTROL OF THE USA BY ACT OF CONGRESS as named by high level officials and even his own manager who are orders to commit illegal acts as there is no government help for them to even go to ... either. for support or protection.
fiving the illegal orders that all follow and lies all believe as truth and the real law, and never go find out for themselves but would not be able to follow the truth and real laws. since there is no real restrainer of a real government to help them be able to obey them and act legally and with justice for each and all.

1-800 Medicare. *General Dynamics and no ne has said that Lynn Blodgett's company is now managing that contract now and maybe why I have been getting resistant for info on my own records, that in part years did not. Its ore the now in the USA to have them and they do not identify themselves as working for him and not the company others work for who work among them.
It took 6 phone calls and a lot of real resistance and phone hung up on me as if none has the right to know why the medical care is being obstructed and they and their heirs inherit over payments to Medicare in a real security breach/ . WHERE THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY HAS PAID AND STILL IS PAYING BILLIONS FOR BOGUS INFORMATION CREATED AS AN ILLEGAL BAIL OUR OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND WHATEVER OVER MOTIVES. FOR HACKING AND HAVING MEDICARE PAY WHEN ITS NOT TO .
Their contract says they are to let CMS know of any breaches of security and illegal matters detected and for some time they are being forbidden to do so . .and that means THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND CONGRESS HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON. This is the contractor that really does have the most info .. available in the system they are able to see.
And in my case they are able to see the history of hacking and the real TEMPLATE FROM THE EMPLOYER POSTING AS MEDICARE SECONDARY TO THE TWO PRIMARIES AND THE BOGUS ONE THEY HACK AND CREATE WITH A BOGUS BLUES AS THE REAL ONE CANNOT BE HACKED .. AND THEN SELL THE BOGUS TO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AND CAUSE HAVOC AND OBSTRUCTION OF CARE AND INNUMERABLE HARMS ALL OVER. Including the financial stability of the Medicare trust fund. Once upon a time before the COUP of 2002 the legal system would have stopped this years ago. CMS DOES NOT 'OFFICIALLY' KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM.. ... and believe and follow anything Lynn Blodgett et all tells them as truth with no verification it is accurate at all. and is not. has occurred way too often in the Dallas regional office with no real help for the medical community or patients. its a horrible experience to even try to get them to help or listen or even know what the laws and rules are.. as hey seem to be oblivious to the processes and such. as Congress passed health care laws based on bogus info and data and facts and then the plans and systems collapse and billions and even trillions of dollars gone as insiders have estimated how massive it has become all over the government..

There are bank robbers in jail that would like that 'equal justice' that never got near that much n the hold up. . The bank robbers are not government contractors. is the only difference .. as they did not know one has to become a government contractor , then they can rob the bank and not go to jail in the COUP of 2002 ).

"employment" is and why this sounds like law according to Blodgett as its become recognizable all over that all believe is truth he has control of all workers cm p in the USA now and basically nearly ended and has succeeding in to dumping most of all workers comp bills onto Medicare.. ITS WHAT ONE IS ABLE TO DO WHEN ONE CONTROL IS ALL any.. yet private employers are getting their premiums increased for his good work as their contractors of the workers comp carries now. .
If he wants Medicare for all then Congress pass it and lets have no fault health care... and have employer pay a Medicare tax surcharge ??? Maybe all could get health care for injuries with no hassle?? But with his company now management the insurance council l that comes and inspects the work site for possible safety hazards. employers are still going to have to pay him???

I know supervisors can access more info that some others cannot.. and review of yesterday Daily recap they were on there open but screen deleted.

I would guess that those on state regulated workers comp may have his shell company address and not thee real insurance carrier also for the same reason.
The real template for WORKING AGED which is the one for primary employer group health plan had the real Blues on there and real id and open etc..
WHY WOULD I NOT BE ALLOWED TO KNOW THIS? And pray this person does get a hard copy print out and send it to CMS IT or even the new Sec of HHS Price... before one can 'fix; any health care plan.. one has to know what is really going on that is need of 'fixing.' Health care is something all humans need to keep healthy and when one is sick and injured. Common sense needs to lead the way and our good doctors etc. need to be asked for leadership as to what works and gets pay for delivering it.. No matter what , the cost is basically going to be the same if monies re not skimmed and scammed.. And that is really secondary issue and we jump to that first with the cart before the horse. using antiquated *models of health care that is locked in and cannot change with innovations figured out. and new science that often is not more costly at all .. if there is a vehicle to adopt things our medical community that has figured out that work as well or better and often cheaper .. and should be paid for..
* when appeals were done by the real government , these changes could be made and reviewed and adopted as a policy change.
