This is a link to a series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare system in a real Meltdown... this is no security for one or millions as Congress is worried about foreign entities influencing an election that the people made their own minds up about whom to vote for,. and did. While the biggest public funds of SSA and Medicare are in the hands of unaccountable contractors with the off line ability to write checks out of undetected.. Worse mess than a few years ago when one created 16 phony medicare numbers on me and stole my id and claims and where is the $ 4 million they took and all the other monies taken?
     Since the COUP of 2002 the real government is not able to spend one penny of existing budget to find out and prosecute the crooks, let alone just do an internal audit and stop all the misinformation given to the contractor call centers which entraps the medical community into filing claims to Medicare that are not labeled as a conditional payment so that the owner of the unsecured system, which is not the taxpayer, is able to pay claims illegally and do an illegal 'bail out' of the insurance industry and whom ever else does not wish to pay their claims for what ever nefarious reasons. that is convoluted.. but real
      How can even workable health care system be voted on by Congress without the current situation being able to be verified.. Do we need another fiasco based on bad data? because Congress leaves the COUP OF 2002 IN PLACE YET??
We may not know the real amount of the thefts of the new Medicare system until the Trustees report of 2017 comes out in 2018 and that may be too late when no health care dollars are left. Insiders say its trillions from Medicare and already billions from the Affordable Care Act.. ITS NOT ALWAYS THE PLAN,, BUT WHO IS RUNNING IT AND ALLOWED TO STEAL FROM IT.. AND THAT MEANS CONGRESS IS RESPONSIBLE WHEN ITS ALL UNDER UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTORS..
         Remember since 2010, even insurers are now among those unaccountable contractors and not even the HIPPA law applies as it once did.
           Thefts done in patients names is over payments against us that our heirs inherit as no one has process a simple waiver request since 2005 when SSA, now also under Lynn Blodgett et al control has processed one..
Where one goves no personal financial info and states "against equity and good conscience." If the real government is not allowed to stop the theft of the public treasury , then how can a patient.
A recent US Supreme court decision does not give immunity to our good medical profession for hiring a billing service and having nothing to do with billing either . (Some of these billing services are some of Lynn Blodgett's 'shell companies' etc.
    Our good doctors etc.  are now subject to fines and penalties and overpayment for their services listening to the misinformation being spewed out by the people hired in these contractor call centers and just sharing what they were told that if false "they updated the system and its all right to bill Medicare NOW AND NO WAVIER TO DO A PAPER CLAIM IS NEEDED.."
Those decent call center people are not told that they are entrapping the medical profession into committing fraud as the UPDATE IS A HACKING TO ALTER WHAT ONES EMPLOYER POSTED SO THAT PRIMARY PAYERS CAN GET OUR OF PAYING THEIR BILLS.

Sometimes I am just shaking after the horrendous non cooperation as I track the daily meltdown of my own records.. I thank all those who are very professional and give the info needed to do an audit and share with CMS and all of you .. praying to
      Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus that someone somewhere will help save the last vestige of health care in the USA. and this is not the only nation at the mercy of this international cabal allowed to over throw the USA back in the COUP of 2002 when Congress did not know they even voted to allow it to occur.. but has not put the real government back in control to do the needed internal audits and prosecute those who are real law breakers
              THE SWAMP NEEDS TO BE DRAINED. BUT MANY OF THE CROOKS CANNOT BE DRAINED OUR OF IT UNTIL WE HAVE A REAL LEGAL SYSTEM AGAIN THAT FAIRLY APPLIES TO ALL. EVEN IF IT HAS ALWAYS HAD ISSUES, AT LEAST PROBABLE CAUSE WOULD WARRANT AN INVESTIGATION..
            Internal audits can prevent thieves from ever getting access to steal and harm but when detected can stop it.. Social Security officials wrote publicly to congress 3 years ago as we know its been hacked in info deleted and altered and no response. . WE ARE SPEAKING OF THE TWO BIGGEST POTS OF PUBLIC MONEY TO BE LOOTED IN THE USA THAT AFFECTS EVERY ONE.. EITHER AS TAXPAYERS OR BEING ABLE TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS SOME DAY..
             Any worker who does not already have 2 dependents getting checks on their number for real. may wish to call in and find out if there are some factious children getting payment.. as all a contractors has to do is add them on and send themselves a check. and within the last couple of years they are trying to put those overpayment on the backs of the worker and his or her heirs. also. And you may have no idea this theft has on your account.
You may not wish to leave a widow trying to get full benefits and she or he find out that there is fictitious children on there having to share in what the heir is to get.. and not even a real person. Something that may never come to light with no internal audits allowed to occur now of the same bunch in control in on of their cabal companies.
          Then I detect these criminal activities on my own records, and its a real crime. and in auditing my own records, its the info that could end the contract if the real government gets inside ever, and that CONTRACTOR IS TOLD. "You're fired." THE ALL KNOWING CYBER CLOUD SYSTEM IS CATCHING YOU , NOT REALLY ME.. AS THEIR IS REAL RESISTANCE FROM EVEN GENERAL DYNAMICS WHICH OWNS 1-800 MEDICARE FROM GETTING A PRINT OUT OF MY SCREEN AND SENDING IT TO CMS DIRECTLY SO THEY KNOW THE BEST AND FIRST HAND EVIDENCE..
This report and me is second hand and hearsay at best. even if its backed up by three Medicare judges who ruled and verified that the employer bi weekly post is accurate.. and is as its the law. which the owner of Benefits Coordination and recovery contractors owns as far as I know as its not even a direct CMS contract... to even try to cancel .. so its a convoluted murky swamp in the SWAMP OF DC to even get to ..

no change from the altered and hacked info of yesterday... and no new over payments today.. the one claim posted yesterday was not treated as a conditional payment so the billing service for that medical providers really did us all in by listening to the call centers... THEY ARE 'COERCED' INTO DOING SO .. It really is like a real organized crime ring and the patient and our good doctors. etc. are the real victims in all of this trying to have good health care in the midst of a real mob rule with complete lawlessness in control.

THE PHONE VERIFICATION SYSTEM IS THE SAME.. indicting that Blues flipped to secondary but FECA (federal workers comp) is on there. I called the call center last.. as they are the ones who really leave me shaking from the confrontation with the real source of the crimes at times when I am transferred to management as the customer service people are being ordered to do now..STOP HACKING MY EMPLOYER POSTS TO THE SYSTEM AND OBEY YOUR CONTRACT NOT DO IT AND I WILL NOT HAVE TO INVESTIGATE AS MEDICAL CARE IS AND HAS BEING OBSTRUCTED OVER IT.. AND RECOVER THE MONIES. .. ETC..

2:20pm As soon as they pulled up my file and she verified that the recent claim was not paid legally as a conditional payment she said there is nothing on your records by Medicare.. she hung up on me. worse than usual treatment there. WHAT IS ON THERE??

            EMPLOYER POST AS ACTUALLY MELTED  DOWN FROM THE CYBER CLOUD..
                 I call back and at 2:33 PM ITS WAS AND THE POST FOR FECA AND FOR Blues SHOWED PRIMARY AND MEDICARE SECONDARY AND the real legal description of the plans and the real claim numbers.. The real employer post is the only time those are visible.. the only issue is that the date of injury is the date one gets part A Medicare and that is why claims cannot be filed electronically as they have to be and can't be ... CMS has still not put our a press release to get easy waivers to do paper claims and why when they billing service call to get one THEY ARE BEING TALKED INTO COMMITTING MEDICARE FRAUD. by agents who do not even realize the reason they are being told to say that is entrapment to commit fraud. ..
"GOSSIP AND RUMOR" RUNS THE USA.
An hour later, I call back and CYBER CLOUD HAS HACKED ITSELF OR IS SOMEONE AT CORPORATE at BCRC in New York siting there and running a hack unit to counter the correct posting as it occurs? AT WAR WITH THE TRUTH AND WHO IS WINNING?
FECA IS STILL ON THERE BUT THE SCREEN UPDATED TO NOT ALLOW THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY SO HAVE THE INFO AS THEY ALWAYS HAVE GOT IT.. DATE AS OF 10/6/16, AND NOT AN HOUR EARLIER. hacking does not show a date...
Blues is now flipped to secondary and shows a fake retirement date of 8/1/2004

Immediate hang up on me.. when I repeated what had just occurred.. Looks like coordination unit would wish to know? or did they ??
I called back and got switched to a supervisor. and it was rough and answered in a derisional manner by my first name. I do not object to that. but it was the tone!  and said there was no FECA on the record at all. would not say about the Blues.
I call back and again switched to a supervisor and this one said they showed the Blues as secondary as *"WORKING AGED" AS OF 3/1/10 the month I turned 65.. I wanted to know how to get the new overpayment to them and the rest that I faxed all of tubs of them on all of us a year ago.. and no one every got the letters out.. or posted them to the file. I can access. at mymedicare .gov if they were done. All that is there is a few that survived Lynn Blodgett's orders to destroy all the records on me and he never sent the due process letters he got onto the real US Depart of Labor personnel office to answer as that WOULD HAVE BEEN GROUND TO CANCEL HIS Contract as proof he was not paying my bills as he is to do until my life on this earthly existence ends and I no longer need health care..
The one writing a refund check also is in the same office that has access to what they post bi weekly...
I call back and get another person in the recovery unit but it may be that the same call center is now handling both. as the supervisor said to send a letter. and I do not have thee postage for tubs of files to be mailed but one certified letter could protect the filing date and there is a form letter already posted her in VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS PAGES. Until they get some typewriters, what good will it do: as they throw them away yearly anyway. and keep on hacking..

*As has been shared here before.. "WORKING AGED" MEANS THAT EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN IS PRIMARY .. no wonder the system is in meltdown.... AND THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW THIS AT THE COORDINATION CALL CENTER. THE BASIC CATEGORIES??? and what they mean..? And they say I am not working and am retired when I am doing the only training some of these call center people seem to ever had??
Work is a misleading term.. employed is the legal term and workers rights have almost totally been ended. When one goes out on workers comp they are still employed until worker comp gets them on permanent disability then they no longer have a job to return to ..should they ever recover to do some kind of work again. Now we do not even have a real government to uphold those basic human rights that our laws provide .. these are horrible
