This is a series of Daily Recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare official records in worse hacked shape than ever before since the COUP OF 2002. All under the total control of Government contractors which congress defunded any internal audits of and of criminal over sight of in thee COUP of 2002 when most did not read the bill they voted on and over threw the USA into a real organized crime cabal of international thieves.
And the first hurdle to put the USA back to better than before but at least as secure is for CONGRESS TO FACE THE FACTS OF WHAT OCCURRED BACK IN 2002 AND NO ONE HAS BEEN WILLING TO FACE IT SINCE. AS THEY PASS BAD LAWS BASED ON UNVERIFIED DATA.. AS NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT CAN KNOW FOR SURE WHAT THE CONTRACTORS AT ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT ARE GIVING THEM IN MOSTLY VERBAL BUT SOME PERIODIC FORMAL REPORTS.
Those in congress who are aware of this need all of us to help them convince them that we cannot open the doors of some of the biggest pools of public monies to be looted.. as many payment made are not legally being paid and some has been well documented as out right paying themselves and not just a few outside thieves which society always seems to have s few of them and with out real process are not even doing very well to catch them until its hundreds of millions of dollars which indicates INSIDE collusion.
Primary PAYERS NOT PAYING THEIR BILLS AND DUMPING ONTO Medicare IS NOT A HARMLESS CRIME. Patients heirs inherit the overpayment and medical care is obstructed when ones doctor has no idea who is to be the health plan to follow to pay the bills. Our medical professionals are being extorted with high costs by this cabal with regulations that have nothing to do with providing good direct medial care.. Designed to create more layers of shuffling of data to created more shell companies for more lucrative government contractors to be passed out.. And there is no FREE AND FAIR MARKET SYSTEM EVEN THERE AS THIS CABAL HAS THEIR ILLEGAL SECRET DEALS TO STEAL AND CAM UNDERBID ANY MORE ETHICAL COMPANIES . ETC
With the new systems under the total control f this cabal , they can go offline and loot the treasury with no visible records. It was done on a smaller scale a few years ago and that is when 16 phony Medicare numbers were created on me with a $4million theft in my name and the monies diverted either before the into was given to the Federal reserve to debit the Medicare trust fund or they diverted the money which was well reported happened to the Tarp money. is the reports that got out on the partial audit of the Federal reserves when it was found that some 23 trillion dollars disappeared and never arrived where some government official or contractor said to send the money to. And some who helped document the massive theft that began in 8/08 at Medicare thought that the TARP MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MEDICARE AND THE OVERPAYMENT'S PUT ON THE PATIENTS RECORDS FOR THEIR HEIRS TO INHERIT ND NO ONE KNOWS THEY HAVE THE SAME THINGS OCCUR TO THEM AS OCCURRED TO ME. No one got any notice of these multiple payments if they even knew that phony Medicare numbers were being used. That I was able to get entitlement letters on the 17 numbers. One legitimate and two that used to be a legit claim number at SSA, but in no way does one have more than one claim number to be used etc.
That theft through one parent company and subsidiaries only ended with non renewal of contract in the Dallas region. but they still now hold even more contracts and who knows what is going on . as Congress will not allow even existing budget be used to get inside and find out.. THE REAL GOVERNMENT DOES NOT EVEN KNOW THAT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS IN A MELT DOWN.. and as insecure as systems of over 30 years ago.. rigged to steal in many ways as I have shared here in this blog.
Now those phony numbers are no longer archived under my current real one at all. as they were earlier last year before the new system was started up.. That was done to make sure that no one used them to pay multiple claims using them,,,,,,, ARE THEY AND HOW MUCH MORE IS BEING STOLEN IN MY NAM,E AND OTHERS.. WHOSE ID IS BEING STOLEN BY THIS CABAL INSIDE WITH LESS CONTROLS THAN ANY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WOULD BE ALLOWED TO GET BY WITH. AS THOSE COMPANIES DO NOT HAVE DE FACTO CONGRESSIONAL IMMUNITY TO ROB THE PEOPLE OR THE PUBLIC TREASURY,
BEING DELETED.
Over at FECA (fed workers comp) is an on line list of bills paid before Lynn Blodgett got over and used an offline dummy system .. I found that oxygen bills paid that gave me my permanent medical there over 22 years ago were deleted off the system.. I DO HAVE HARD COPIES SENT ME BY FECA SEVERAL YEARS AGO . I got another print out yesterday as I found more deleting and its not just an earlier years dropping off the visible screens even at the contractor call centers . CLAIMS I AM AWARE THAT HAVE BEEN SENT IN MORE RECENTLY BY SOME MEDICAL PROVIDERS AREA NOT EVEN LISTED AS EVER RECEIVED. that means that they may be in trouble when they ask Medicare for a conditional payment.. THIS IS A REAL WAR FOR THE CONTROL OF THE PEOPLE OF THE USA NOW AND OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. THAT IS MUCH BIGGER THAN THIS ONE PATIENT.. AND ALL NEED TO HELP OUT ON THIS. AS IT AFFECTS EACH AND EVERY ONE NOW.
All I can do is compare print outs of illegal hackings of my records there. But I still am not able to get the print outs done each time I call from 1-800 Medicare to be sent in to CMS directly so they can convince Congress to get some one that represents the people inside and shut down those corrupting and secure the system..
ITS AN OFFLINE SCREEN GARBAGE altered again THAT THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS PAYING THIS CABAL BILLIONS OVER THE YEARS TO KNOW WHOM TO BILL. It should be free as the taxpayer has paid for it.. This system is like an antiquated over 30 year old no security system now merged into a modern cyber cloud which keeps trying to correct itself. hourly?
In it is all that fake retirement dates and other info called in by the primary payers over the years. to Emblem Health International parent company of Benefits Coordination and Recovery Contractor headquarters in NY? to alter what they are not allowed to alter as most who are employed have postings direct from our employer..
Mine come from the real US Department of Labor personnel office in DC. And shows my two primary payers for me and my employer group health plan. as primary for the two others on that policy who also have Medicare numbers.
For the first time since the COUP of 2002, the medical community is not being able to get any info that there is an open liability case like workers comp and that is horrendous as the need to at least make a call and get a confirmation number if they are being told its not to be paid. I N MY CASE Lynn Blodgett HAS REFUSED TO POST MY FILE EVEN DEFYING JUDGES ORDERS I GOT FOR HIM TO DO SO .. none at FECA is able to see my file, nor even the judges orders as he got the contract, for the reason given "government employees could not be trusted with the files." At least they obeyed the judges when files did get riffled and disappeared. and reconstructed them etc.
THE HACKED FECA ON LINE CONTRACTOR POST FILE NOW SHOWS NO RECORD OF ME EVER BEING ON HOME LIQUID OXYGEN AT ALL EXISTS. AT AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES WHICH TOOK TOTAL CONTROL OF ALL RECORDS AND DATA IN THE COUP OF 2002..
UNDER SEVERAL SHELL COMPANY NAMES, Lynn Blodgett NOW HAS CONTROL OF ALL? WORKERS COMP IN THE USA WITH CONTRACTS WITH INSURERS AND HE HAS REDUCED MEDICAL COSTS OVER A HALF IN ONE YEAR AS HE HAS CONVINCED THE MEDICARE CONTRACTOR THAT 6 MONTHS AFTER THEY GET A MEDICARE CARE THAT THERE IS NO MORE WORKERS COMP MEDICAL Paid anymore in the USA. and the workers heirs inherit the Medicare overpayment as the cyber cloud knows the whole truth of things.
WORKERS RIGHTS HAVE BEEN ENDED OVER THIS FOR THE MOST PART. YET COMPANIES ARE PAYING HIGHER PREMIUMS FOR THE COVERAGE.. THE USA IS BEING GOUGED AND ROBBED. BY THIS CABAL .. AND THE STOLEN MONIES USED TO LOBBY CONGRESS AND STATE LEGISLATURES TO GET MORE Immunity ?
Votes pay attention to all elections as some of our basic rights of life and livelihoods are being usurped at the local and state levels by this same cabal that is now running the nation... remember it was his immune cabal that actually poisoned the water in Flint Michigan and they have not been arrested have they? the one that 'pulled the trigger when ordered to do so is immune by act of Congress? THIS IS NOT HARMLESS LAW BREAKING!

shows he same hacked mess with no change since yesterday. Only 36 months of claims are visible and one month has now dropped off. Its a good thing I have a wireless printer a couple of rooms away in a vented area.. now if I can only convince 1-800 Medicare to start getting print outs daily as they are the prime eye witnesses and are not yet fully aware of yet, but there is progress. and its not making the thieves very happy about it. at LEAST MOST ARE NOW AWARE OF WHAT A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT IS . WHEN IT SHOULD BE BASIC TRAINING WHEN Hired. General Dynamics their parent company has to help in this.. and they do not even show the three Medicare judges orders posted nor that every claim is under appeal at some level either. as they once did on the system. to really be able to help one who calls in.

phone menu down to day to verify info on insurance and they are closed. There is no good reason to turn this off on the weekends and holidays.. but they do . Most in the call centers are not even aware it exists.. WHAT IS THE TRAINING THEY ARE GETTING.

SO NO ONE CAN KNOW THE WHOLE PICTURE? Medicare IS A PROGRAM THAT NEEDS TO BE RUN JUST THE OPPOSITE AS SO MUCH MONEY IS FLOWING IN AND OUT WITH SO MANY WITH ACCESS AND THE MOST WHO UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS THE BETTER ABE TO STOP A FEW BAD ACTOR THIEVES. EXCEPT THE WHOLE HAS BEEN SET UP TO BE A SCAM..
THEN HIRE NICE PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND NOT BE AWARE OF THE TOTAL AS THEY WOULD BE GOOD CITIZENS AND TAKE SOME ACTION EVENTUALLY if they had anyone to blow the whistle to .. they really do not.

The first call ended with a hang up and I got no information on what was on their for my insurance etc. . except that the screen was deleted like what the medial community gets now.. often getting nothing but Medicare and then at times Fed blue my other primary is shown and even worded like a Medicare supplement policy. as they are intentionally sent in circles and not even sending the claim to the correct place then. OBSTRUCTION OF MEDICAL CARE AND
INTENTIONAL BANKRUPTING OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION TO HAVE INDEPENDENT MEDICAL PRACTICES. Rural communities will be hard pressed to have local medical sources with this going on much longer.
THE EVIL ONE HATES FREE WILL AND INDEPENDENCE. AND WISHES TO CONTROL AND IN HEALTH CARE REAL EVIL IS BEING MANIFESTED AND EACH ONE OF US IT PUT AT RISK FROM WHAT IS GOING ON including our good doctor, and others who we count on to be there to keep us health and make us well when we get sick or injured.
I call back and she saw where two posts existed on my FECA as both deleted from the screen sent to the medical profession. but one not terminated and the other shows the date that Lynn Blodgett told every one a years ago when the US Department of labor Judges affirmed my benefits and ordered to get my file posted and ask me for the facts and use my records to reconstruct my files then get things processed and paid etc.
THEY DID NOT TELL HIM TO DELETE AND DESTROY ALL THE REST OF WHAT HAD SURVIVED SO FAR.. AT ALL He went from agency to agency and contractors and LIED SAYING THAT" I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED..AND THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASE." No one even questioned him that FECA processes do not even work that way..
Sometimes it seems as if I am watching one of those
LEFT BEHIND MOVIES WHERE EVER ONE IS MESMERIZED WHEN THE ANTI CHRIST SPEAKS AND LOSES ALL COMMON SENSE.. No one even begins to check out if what he says even makes legal sense and it does not the rank and file have no access to records or data of their agency and they are not even allowed to see their own agency judges orders as its up to him is he wishes them to have them .. as he is allowed to ignore them by Congress. Are they "mesmerized also?" WHO IS HIS REAL BOSS?
Fed Blues is flipped to secondary as of 8/1/2004 with an posted update of 7/17/14 even though the last change by BCTC was the hack of right after midnight on 12/21/16 as several at 1-800 Medicare witnessed as well as a doctor got it that afternoon on Doyle as Fed Blues primary to his Medicare as secondary.
I asked her to get a print out and give to her supervisor to send direct to CMS so they know what is going on .. she seemed more knowledgeable and did say she would notate on the screen what was on their today. Different that what the prior call center agency saw an hour earlier .
FECA WAS POSTED AS OPEN BUT THE WRONG DATE OF INJURY AS EVERY ONE IS INJURED ON THE DATE THEY BECAME ENTITLED TO PART A MEDICARE AND WHY PAPER CLAIMS HAVE TO BE FILED AS A CONDITIONAL FOR MEDICARE TO LEGALLY PAY AND GET THEM OVER TO THE RECOVERY UNIT AND THEY ARE GOING TO NEED TO GET SOME TYPEWRITERS.
THEY ARE NOT SENDING OUT RECOVERY LETTERS AS THEY ARE REJECTING ALSO ; Those have to be the correct injury date as they are legal due process letters. etc. ASKING FOR REFUNDS . no one at the real US DOL has ever got them on anyone? as they are sending them to Lynn Blodgett's company address instead. That is what he told them to use. Recovery unit manager said a few years ago and its not changed still sending him the letters to never show to the real US DOL for a refund. as he would not be paying it.. or should not.. . /
So the face of my record shows an open workers comp case being deleted from the screen as of 10/6/16 and the only reason is that "NON PAYMENT PAYMENT DENIED" If there is a dispute on payment of a single bill, that would never end ones permanent medical benefits. would they? THAT HAS BEEN ADDED IN AS ITS NOT THE OFFICIAL POSTING THAT COMES IN BI WEEKLY AS THE US DEPT OF LABOR PERSONNEL OFFICE HAS NO RECORD OF ANY INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS OR ANY WAGE LOSS DISPUTES. THEY JUST HAVE THE OFFICIAL PERMANENT MEDICAL THEY POST. AND EMPLOYER HEALTH PLAN AND FAMILY ON IT AND KNOWS THAT I AM STILL ALIVE. AND ACTIVE DUTY AS NO PERMANENT DISABILITY OR SCHEDULE AWARD HAS BEEN DONE YET..WHICH WAS READY TO BE APPROVED AT THE COUP OF 2002
That info re a claim etc. did not come from them and why NO ONE IS TO ALTER THE OFFICIAL POST. AND THE WHOLE THING IS MOSTLY ALTERATIONS .. AS THAT IS NOT EVEN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE FED BLUES POLICY ..
LOGIC SEEMS TO ELUDE ANYONE IN ALL OF THIS THAT LYNN BLODGETT IS IN CONTROL OF NOW. AND THAT IS THE USA at all levels?
