DAILY RECAP 1/18/17; MEDICARE MELTDOWN "D" MEANS DUPLICATE SCREEN TO CON THE USA AND MEDICAL PROFESSION?

     This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data filed in worse hacked shape than ever before since the COUP OF 2002. When Congress passed the law that took away the authority of the real government to spend even existing budget for internal audits of government contracts let alone criminal investigations of one. as the USA got overthrown into the virtual control of an international cabal whom all at the top say is headed by Lynn Blodgett whose verbal words are their gospel of new laws and rules and thee way to do things so that the public treasury is blatantly being and has been stolen. IN A NEW WORLD WHERE LAWS, JUDGES, CONTRACT TERMS ARE SET ASIDE FOR THEFT AND HARM TO OTHERS EVEN LOSS OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOODS OF THE MASSES IS A GIVEN NOT TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT,

                Yesterday was the bi -weekly post of my employer.... shortly before 12 AM I began calling 1-800 Medicare as to what was showing.   The past posting came in shortly after midnight and within and hour the system had been hacked. by BCRC corporate headquarters in NYC which owns the new system under Lynn Blodgett's control .

      Over the last couple of weeks and more I have been getting all kinds of varying info as to what D means after a health plan.. especially the real one and real ID number. 

     For weeks all were being told ( they seems to have no written chart of what codes mean on the screen as we always had so all knew who had to access it.) all told it meant that the plan was open but that it was deleted from the screen.. Some began to be told it was deleted as if poof it no longer existed for coverage as the date ended.. Some were told it meant terminated although no date of termination existed on the screen except in a few instances. .

  Then some began to be told, as all indicate the words and meanings were coming from BCRC (Emblem Health International the parent company of Benefits coordination and Recovery Contractors. which is former Group Health Inc of NY.. who was given the scam contract in 1999 as in practice it became corporate  which is Lynn Blodgett as its his virtual con. An illegal bail out of the insurance industry .... which has become blatant and worse and worse over the years.  and RECOVERY EFFORTS AND THE ABILITY TO LEGALLY FILE A CLAM AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENTS BECAME MORE AND MORE BLOCKED BY THE SYSTEM AND MISINFORMATION GIVEN TO THE CALL CENTERS WAS THAT  "the system has  been updated and to just use the system as is."   AND TO IGNORE WHAT THE PATIENT SAYS , WRITES OR INSURANCE INFO THEY PROVIDE.. AND ALL  IN THE ULTIMATE CON..    AS THE CROOKS PUT NOTHING IN WRITING TO PROTECT THEMSELVES.. AND ABLE TO DENY ALL.
      THE REAL CMS MANUALS , LAWS AND REGULATIONS ETC.  ARE ALL ONLINE IF ANYONE WOULD CARE TO OBEY THE REAL LAW OF THE LAND NOT THE LAW OF BLODGETT ET AL??

     MOST OF THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE OF THIS CABAL ARE INNOCENTLY DUPED.. AS THEY BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY ARE TOLD TO DO ... AS THEY HAVE NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS EITHER, ON PAPER OR EVEN ON LINE.

   .   AN ELABORATED CON TO STEAL WITH THE MEDICAL PROFESSION SUBJECT TO FINES AND PENALTIES  AND THE PATIENTS' HEIRS IN HERIT THE OVERPAYMENT'S.   As over at SSA. Lynn Blodgett will not process one easy wavier of overpayment for a patients. which is much like one gets on a stolen credit card.. Congress DOES NOT WANT TO KNOW WHAT SOME DID AND DUPED THEM AND THE ONES BOUGHT AND PAID FOR ARE SWIMMING  IN THE SWAMP WITH THE CROOK WITH CONGRESSIONAL IMMUNITY SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. AS GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS.

      Congress then passed a major fiasco of the Affordable care act based on false data of the health of the insurance industry .. and we are just about ready to pass another form that is doomed to fail if based on the same false data. All any one knows is what this cabal wishes them to know. That is not verifiable data. at all.

            So we now have all the meanings of 'D" after a policy with all kinds of rumor and gossip being passed around as to what is means... AND IT NOW IS BECOMING APPARENT THAT IS MEANS 'DUPLICATE SCREENS."  

      The cyber cloud is not going to allow a real hacking to go on, so they have come up with 'DUPLICATE SCREEN"     The real one, that only 1-800 Medicare is able to see.. and the one that the medical profession has paid billions of dollars to Lynn Blodgett et al through clearing houses that is fake.... And no longer even shows an open workers comp case at all. so they can call and get a confirmation number that they did try to check it out.. and Lynn Blodgett et all lies and says file inactive..  he has everyone's workers comp contract to pay OR NOT PAY with all the insurers now...  and little is being paid in Medical as he has all convinced that Medicare is now paying the workers com p medical in the USA. as if a new law was passed by Congress... HE HAS EVERY ONE CONNED TO NEVER CHECK OUT THE REAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS AT ALL.

     real black mail and extortion as companies just like the medical profession's corporations are liable for what their sub contractors. their billing services do in their name. some even owned by Lynn Blodgett et al and his partners. etc. . and they have to get involved before they go bankrupt.. most are being told not to even forward what the patient turns in for insurance at all and just use this hacked system which is now a con artist DUPLICATE AND FAKE SCREEN THEY ARE BEING SOLD AS THE REAL INFORMATION    I have even been threatened wit denial of medical care by a few over the years, and actually have been by a few. for even trying to get the claims legally filed.  ITS BEEN ME , THE OLD, DISABLED WOMAN WHO  IS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST JUST TRYING TO GET THEM TO READ THE REAL LAWS AND RULES AND OBEY THE JUDGES ON MY CASES ; UP AGAINST THE INTERNATIONAL Cabal in charge of the USA and most of the world now. who have the power to cause all kinds of financial trouble for any medical professional today to the point of loss of financial wherewithal to stay in business and care for patients.

                               Right after midnight last night duplicate postings began to be seen..

As f the system is now designed to split at the time of the post info the real and fake.. And only  1-800 Medicare can see it. As hey are told all kinds of meaning of what 'D' means

  I kept getting hung up on over and over many times. and no one would tell me anything  and finally the system went down and the online message from CMS said until 6 AM

         I set my alarm to get up then and did.  and the first call was a fake Blues secondary to Medicare and the real FECA open but UPDATED FOR HER MEANING OF 'D" on 10/6/16. And this went on for a couple of  hours. and once in a while I would get a fake Blues or a real FECA  Even another fake Blues policy surfaced  too.  No one seemed to have the same info at all as the screen must have been melting down in front of them... as they m as individuals were having a 'meltdown?'

    My assumption is that the real posting came in after the systems maintenance.. and went into complete meltdown.. General Dynamics would  have no stake in covering up for BCRC as if they lost their contract that logical party to pick up the work is them at 1-800 Medicare. ? ?  Form one Dallas company to another???

          Finally at 8:15 AM the system seemed to calm down into DUPLICATE POSTINGS.

  THE REAL FECA AND THE REAL EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN.. FED BLUES. SHOWN AS WORKING AGED WHICH IS THE LEGAL SYSTEM TERM FOR ONES PRIMARY EMPLOYER PLAN  YET IT WAS POSTED ON THE SCREEN ABOVE ALL THIS THAT MEDICARE WAS PRIMARY BUT SHOWED TWO PRIMARY PAYERS BEFORE Medicare.

                  I then rested and was shaking from the exertion of just trying to get the info on my won records and dealing with some who were shaken themselves for what they were seeing??? Some have sad they did not wish to work at a job where they were involved in any kind of crimes , even as being among those trying to stop it and I have informed then that there is nothing so corrupt as they bunch running health care now.. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY GENERAL DYNAMICS  HAVE CONVINCE THEMSELVES TO VIOLATE THEIR OWN CONTRACT  TO REPORT WRONG DOINGS AND NOT GET THIS IMPORTANT INFO OF THE MELT DOWN OF THE SYSTEM TO CMS  IT DEPARTMENT DIRECTLY IN WASHINGTON,  DC..  They have the best evidence to save Medicare and seem to have been 'conned' themselves ???? Maybe they do not trust the ones in office there??? I wonder whom will be appointed as CMS director under President Trump..  That will have to follow the confirmation of the Sec of HHS.

      I had to run some business errands and when I got home needed to rest from the exertion as still recuperating from pneumonia  and resultant bacterial infection.. and antibiotics always makes me weak too. I stayed out of stores this time. and let Doyle go in.. but one place I had to go in had a lot of formaldehyde cleaning products smell. I rested and drank purified water. etc.

   no change , 4 fake Blues policies all flipped to secondary to Medicare.. No new claims paid.. but when I tried to order one summary notice on one. , it says the system was updating on that.  and would put the order through later.. Some still not paid at all from this summer when system was not hacked as homeland security was monitoring for foreign hackers.. when the real issue was our won home grown ones who whet right back to illegal acts as soon as they 'left?.'

   call 1  Rude hang up as if I had no right to know what was being done to me. and my records. and harms and life threatening medical situation I am put in and many have died in similar  situations as reports have surfaced   etc.   GOT NO INFO .

        call 2...  DUPLICATE POSTINGS  ONE REAL FOR FECA AND BLUES AND SHOWING WORKING AGED AS PRIMARY ... TERM AND A FAKE SET ALSO .. AND BOTH SHOWING A 'D'    I asked this agent as she said all terminated and I said what is the termination date./ and got from her that is what she had been told that 'D' was terminated. or closed. is what they were all being told it meant now.

            DUPLICATE SCREENS?

. AND 1-800 MEDICARE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER CLAIMS QUESTIONS IF THEY DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THE INFO .. AS THEY HAVE TO KNOW WHICH PLANS ONE HAS   AT THE DATE OF SERVICE AND THEY HAVE ACCESS BACK 36 MONTHS AND ANOTHER UNIT CAN GO BACK EVEN LONGER THAN THAT..  They are crucial to helping the public and have done a good job for many years for more non controversial matters. But the access to real and accurate info is gating pretty bad now.

               I got to the call center and got nothing but a transfer to R.F supervisor who acted surprised that I had not given up calling ... I VALUE MY LIFE AND THIS IS A FIGHT FOR SURVIVAL. AND HE DOES NOT SEEM TO REALIZE HIS LIFE IS JUST AS VULNERABLE AS EVERYONE ELSE'S IS.. IN THIS AMERICAN HOLOCAUST WITH NEEDLESS HARMS BEING DONE BECAUSE CONGRESS WILL NOT PERMIT EXISTING MONIES BE USED BY THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO  STOP REA L HARM TO THE PEOPLE  AND SECURITY OF THE NATION BREACHED AS THE PUBLIC TREASURY  IS LOOTED BY THOSE WHO KEEP GOING RIGHT BACK TO CONGRESS FOR MORE BLANK CHECKS TO BE GIVEN TO CONTRACTORS OF AN INTERNATIONAL Cabal that has overthrown  the USA  until the ones we elect decide to
       TAKE BACK AMERICA FOR THE PEOPLE AS THE FIRST STEP IN MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN AND NON EVER BE HARMED AGAIN BY A FEW BAD GUYS/gals  ALLOWED TO BAR THE GATE TO THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION. BARRED BY CONGRESS ITSELF  TO NOT ALLOW ANY ONE IN TO DRAIN IT. Most conned by a few who tricked them ..  in the COUP of 2002.

      FOR A PEACEFUL INAUGURATION AND FOR PRAYERS FOR A POSITIVE NEXT FOUR YEARS. WE ALL KNOW WE HAVE A LOT TO DO.. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM IS NEEDED ALWAYS.   CHAOS AND DESTRUCTION HELPS NO ONE BUT THE EVIL ONE.. AND WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THAT IN THIS WORLD ALREADY SINCE THE ORIGINAL FALL OF HUMANITY FROM THE GARDEN OF EDEN WHEN FREE WILL GOT US IN TROUBLE OF MAKING HARMFUL CHOICES.
     . MAY WE BE SMARTER NOW THAN TO REPEAT SUCH BAD CHOICES EVERY AGAIN.  BE AN OVER COMER NOT A COVER UPPER! AMEN!
