Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 1/12/17 MEDICARE MELTDOWN! COORDINATOR CONTRACTOR IN THE DARK TO NOT KNOW THAT CYBER CLOUD IS POSTING THE REAL INFO AND THE FAKE HACK..
This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare records in complete meltdown worse than the routine illegal hacking since the COUP of 2002. Congress has begun the process to fix healthcare but if the real government is not able to do an internal audit not criminal investigations of government contracts since the COUP OC 2002 what difference will it make? as the thieves help themselves to the public treasury in skims and scams etc.
The data any new plan is based on facts and data that is unverifiable just as the fiasco of the last one was. and Medicare is being looted daily by those who have been contracted to make sure its not ... Our very lives and health are at stake here for each and every one of us. We cannot let the swamp go undrained with bad contractors barring the gate into it to begin the drainage. of real corruption. There are companies that would welcome the chance to serve the people with integrity... but some things dealing with law enforcement should never be contracted out, is my opinion... and why the recovery of monies has to be brought back in house at some point... When insurers are able to make illegal deals with the contractors to do an illegal dump onto Medicare we have put the enforcer of the law, like a 'fox in the hen house' to prey on the victims which is the people, us..
This must be the reason that the call centers at BCRC are kept in the dark of what is really going on at their corporate headquarters in NY and makes MOCKERY OF ANY SEMBLANCE OF COORDINATION. Let alone recovery of monies owed back from primary payers they let get out of paying.. even blocking attempts by their own employee from even trying to do their jobs..
We have facilitation of blatant theft, and not recovery of monies going on. they know full well at corporate they ate not to alter the posting from ones employer and have continued to do so for any that wish to not pay their bills since the COUP of 2002. Even Medicare judges' rulings are ignored. etc. as our medical community has paid billions from clearing houses for accurate info and get garbage. for their efforts.. let alone any support to get the primary payers to pay which is often the higher payment due.
HEALTH UPDATE.
Amazing what chicken soup can do for a viral infection.. and my pneumonia is better...plus elderberry drops every four hours and my standby of a HINT OF GINGER IN A CAYENNE PEPPER TEA.. THAT ONE CAN BREATHE the steam THEN DRINK . Do check with your doctor before trying home remedies as what is good for one may not be for another and might interfere with ones prescribed regimen of medications,.

no change today .. system is still hacked with three phony Blues policies and ID number showing and not the real one. at all. System does seem to have some security on it, but only if they enter the real legal description on and id number for Blues and FECA MORE INTENT TO STEAL.. AS THE INSURERS DO KNOW WHAT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION IS OF THE POLICIES.
NO NEW CLAIMS PAID TODAY shown. The employer post does not seem to get to this system at all. but only what is manually entered. as its only updated monthly some have said.
BCRC
Phone verification indicates that Blues is hacked and flipped to secondary but that FECA is on their. This has never changed This is another system that does not get the employer post.. unknown when its updated.
After calling 1-800 Medicare and finding a real breakdown of the system today I called back and they showed my Blues as a phone policy an did number but terminated back on 2/28/10
FECA is on there as open case as of 1/10/89 which is not from the real system as it uses the date one gets Part A Medicare. so the FECA is a manual post by them? But the medical community is not getting anything any more about one having an open workers comp case though Lynn Blodgett as info giver to clearing houses or his personal one . and updated as of 10/7/16.. whereas on 10/6/16 they deleted the open FECA from the screen..
THEY REALLY ARE IN THE DARK IN THEIR CALL CENTERS AT BCRC AND ITS NOT GOOD FOR ME TO HAVE TO POINT OUT THE REAL CRIMINAL ACTIVITY GOING ON FROM THEIR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS. I do not accuse anyone lightly , but the overwhelming evidence is just too great since the COUP of 2002.
At least the new real cyber system is doing its best to post some kind of Blues..even if its in breakdown trying to fix things.,
1-800 Medicare
This is the call centers of General Dynamics that has the most complete info ... and in differing areas of the country today and at various times they have differing info ..
For the prior two days there is been two postings ... one the real one with Medicare secondary to the two real primaries and the hacked one with fake policies and id numbers.
Today in the SW USA we had a fake post for FECA using my SSN as Id number which they have never used.. and the termination date that came out of the mouth of Lynn Blodgett saying I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and there was nothing to do on my cases. As he withheld the US Dept of Labor judges orders from the regional offices as they can only get their info from Lynn Blodgett. His orders to post my file and get things processed and paid, etc. affirming my approval to benefits which is already permanent and 100% for the medical for the last 23 years. He has continued to defy them and 35 other agency federal judges on my cases in multiple agencies.
THERE IS NO WAY TO FIX HEALTH CARE IN THE US WITH SUCH LAWLESSNESS GOING ON ALL OVER THE USA AND THIS NOT JUST ON ME.. BUT IS TYPICAL OF WHAT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO GO ON SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. Why the regional offices cannot have the real info like the heads do is beyond me.. As the real system knows that there as been no schedule award and no permanent disability done yet.. both were pending when Lynn Blodgett took over the USA in the COUP of 2002.
Who is the owner of the regional offices systems in the USA ... This cabal to make sure they are kept in the dark?
In the SW USA 1-800 Medicare center today , they had a phony Blues policy and fake ID number effective of 8/1/2004 making Medicare primacy to steal ..
I call back and got a different phone menu, so different area.. and they had FECA OPEN WITH THE REAL ID NUMBER BUT THE SCREEN DELETED AS OF 10/6/16. Blues was hacked and flipped to secondary to Medicare but a different fake policy wording and ID number as of 8/1/2004. So the date was the same but the other info differed.. The system is trying to correct things but not doing too well today.. ITS SPLITTING THE POLICY AND ID INFO IN TWO FROM THE EFFECTIVE DATE TO TRY AND MAKE SOME SENSE IN THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITY HACK WHICH IS NEVER GOING TO MAKE ANY LOGICAL SENSE.
THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AT EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL FOR BCRC HAS TO END THIS HACKING AFTER THE EMPLOYER POSTS. ITS ILLEGAL AND VIOLATES YOUR CONTRACT WITH CMS TO NOT ALTER WHAT ONES EMPLOYER POSTS. and Lynn Blodgett et al ;s company being given your contract for the new cloud system is not working as it has all the fake info in there you have entered over the years. get the recovery letters out on those on my Blues policy and I to get the monies recovered..
Wasn't that the reason you were given this contracts in 1999 or was it an illegal bail out of the insurance industry and why we are in a mess now.. as Congress cannot fix health care if they have no idea the financial wherewithal of the insurance industry. Health care plans passed based on lies... of what the real data is..
