This is a linked series of DAILY RECAPS BACK TO 10/25/17 when I found my Medicare records in a complete meltdown worse than the ongoing hacking since the COUP of 2002.. Its owners at BCRC of the former Group Health Inc as government contractor thought they could outsmart the new cyber cloud and keep on hacking with fake info altering the verified as legal posting from my personnel office at the US Department of Labor since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to overthrow the control of the USA into an international cabal of linked and self owned shell companies and illegal secret deal partners..
As the real government is not permitted by Congress to spend one penny to do an internal audit nor criminal investigation to stop illegal acts and worse it the wrong information that is being spewed out to entrap contract call center employee into giving our wrong info to allow the thefts to go on undetected.

phone verification system is the same today .. refers to he FECA but has he Blues illegally flipped to secondary from the primary as my employer posted last week and has done duplicate postings several times since of the real and the fake one called in over the years by the primary payers not wishing to pay their bills.
I called their call center later in the day and the system was down , and called back and could not get anyone to tell me anything at all. except there was no FECA on the record they could see. (Fed Workers comp)
One did say that they have seen where others have the permanent medical as I do already .
THE COORDINATORS HAVE LESS INFO THAT ANYONE TO COORDINATE... as the call centers seem to be kept in the dark of the process.. Why? to hide what their own corporate headquarters is involved in of partnering in the theft of Medicare and someone might become a whistle blower and get some evidence and the press actually cover it for once of the theft of the USA??
Later I had gotten sick very fast and did not try and call back later to see if their system was back up...

There has been the duplicate posting of the FECA at times. One open and the other with the fake info of either deleted. or a termination date that came the creation mind? of Lynn Blodgett telling every one that on that day I got a workers comp settlement and retries and his call centers telling the medical community I had gotten a million dollars to pay for my medical bill. ALL False AND he did this after I finally got the judges orders to get my file posted which he did not do when he took over... HE EVEN DEFIED A FORMER SEC OF LABOR WHO MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET MY FILE RECONSTRUCTED AND HE REFUSED TO POST IT.
So who is in control of the USA?..

with at least 200 companies.. and few in the media take the time to find out who is doing this or that that turns out to be an atrocity .. WHO IS HIS Boss? Not one we elected..???
He told several heads of agencies offices and his own management, too. that there was nothing to do on my case.. when a lot is pending for years that is legally alive and waiting to be paid and processed. and even Lincare my oxygen supplier who dropped me for not paying them...
THERE IS NO SUCH PROVISION IN THE FECA LAW TO GIVE US A LUMP SUM OF MONEY FOR MEDICAL.. AND WITHOUT THE FILE POSTED NO NE IN THE FECA OFFICE HAS ACCESS TO ANYTHING OF THE PENDING REQUESTS FOR SCHEDULE AWARD AND PERMANENT DISABILITY WHEN HE TOOK OVER IN 2002 . THEY CANNOT PROCESS SO I CAN BE RETIRE. His orders" let her die"
These orders clearing indicted that we have a contractors for FECA out of control and should have been given due process which is what the judges orders really were or lose the contract.

So today there was the real and the fake FECA on the system.. but a real primary and legal terms used with real id number for the Fed Blues Blues, also a fake one and id number... and fake retirement dare..
I have two Blues policies. The real one as primary and fake one as secondary.. yet there screen that says who is primary says that Medicare is.. as it says that I am working aged for the Blues. I found the definition from CMS own instructions on this and it does say that its the term or when ones employer group health plan is primary ..
This is another one of nearly daily having to print this out to the call center people that what they are seeing makes no logical sense.. .let alone legal since and pleads for them to get a print out and send it to CMS so they can know we are losing the Medicare system with one Economic publications found out that monies going out has spiked in 4 agencies over a billion dollars a day.. including Medicare.. being offline may be a massive theft going on right now.. as occurred a few years ago.. And the screen to be able to see it - not be visible on the screen as they can now take the screen off line.. as a 'delete' the screen.
more than making sure the medical community is not able to know a patients has an open workers comp case to get the claims legally filed as a conditional payment to gee the money recovered back to Medicare.

I ONLY HAVE TO PAY ONE PREMIUM PER.. POLICY .. BUT AM STILL OVERPAYING MEDICARE PREMIUMS DUE TO THEM LOOKING AT THE ALTERED SCREEN AND NOT THE REAL FACTS OR EVEN PRIOR JUDGES RULINGS AT Medicare which is another due process to BCRC CORPORATE to stop their illegal hack... as their CMS contract says and its been the law of the land since 1994 not to alter the employer post... One is to dispute with them if wrong.. and its accurate..
NOW WITH TWO BLUES AND TWO FECAS; CAN I GET DUPLICATE MEDICAL CARE?.. THE OPPOSITE IS THE REAL WORLD .. ITS SUCH A LEGAL CROOKED MESS THAT LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICAL CARE IS BEING OBSTRUCTED OVER IT AS OVER PAYMENTS GET INCURRED THAT ONES HEIRS INHERIT AND WHAT DOES ONE DO WHEN ONES OWN GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACT TO STOP THE STEALING OF THE USA AND THE DEATH OF EVEN ONE IS JUSTICE DENIED ALL OF US
