American Thoracic Society - What Is Theophylline/Theofylline?
Yesterday I updated my medication Violations page 39 part 2 and mentioned how my lungs were in distress as a different generic was sent home for my prescription and found on line that TEVA formerly Plivia brand was in a shortage.
Coffee is a similar ingredient but not the same and all the side effects of caffeine can occur also. But I did have one cup of more organic style coffee and it gave some relief for about a 1/2 hour and now back with constricted bronchial tubes, etc. All one can do is rest.
So I called Walmart to see if they have some of he other brand or can get it and found out they cannot . Unfortunately the tech did not know about asthma and being different kinds and we got in an impasses over it.
I called another Walmart and this woman said that theophylline was being discontinued and no one was going to be able to get it. NOTHING WORKS LIKE IT AND AFTER 9/11/01 WHEN THE MILLION OF US IN THE USA GOT THE BACK LASH OF THE 2 MILLION NEW PATIENTS IN NYC AND THEY TRIED TO PULL OUR MEDICATIONS THEN AND WERE HAVING DOCTORS REDUCE DOSAGES.
I ended up in the ER and had difficulty getting blood level for theophylline even run even after their big concern over what was happening with the EKG etc. and $11,000 worth of tests etc. and still not even checking the root cause. Finally the ER doctor went to the lab and ran the test himself and I barely had any level of medication in me and he immediately have me take the full dose which is considered one of the higher levels of is . 300 mg ER twice a day. My new pulmonologist had to run blood levels for a month to prove that I needed that high a dose.
There was a new 24 hour pill that came out but I had reacted to it back on 9.11.01 of all days and the pharmaceutical company doctor said I SHOULD NOT BE TAKING IT WITH MY OCCUPATIONAL ASTHMA AS IS WAS NOT THE RIGHT KINDS. Those are bonded with a petroleum product.
The COUP of 2002 has left no medical professionals in total control of health care in the USA. and those 11 million of us like me are being discriminated against and the HHS civil rights office will not even put a docket number on many complaints over the years nor review and answer the civil rights complaints filed against he FDA THAT REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE WE EXIST EVEN THOUGH MEDICALLY WE DO AND HAVE AND TREATMENT STANDARDS HAVE BEEN THE SAME FOR DECADES NOW.
WE ARE THE NON ALLERGIC KIND AND A MINORITY GROUP OR USED TO BE.
When Lynn Blodgett took over management control of the University of Texas Health care system , all of a sudden my diagnosis was being put down as COPD and I learned this have been going on all over. also under the same one in charge of all of our health care as unaccountable one entity of many corporate names, contractors of CMS .Soon I was unable to be a patient there over the conflict of a medical precedent case disproving his own medical opinion that has no basis in medicine at all.
All COPD is a broad term that one is chronically obstructed is what my doctors, prior to Lynn Blodgett et al taking over control of medical care in the USA have listed as a secondary issue of scarring and particulates call granulomas in the lungs. One doctor insisted it was carbon as said I had Black Lung disease as OSHA said the copy machine chemicals got in the mix when I the toxic cloud got to our area the last group and all kinds of toxic things in it as no gas detectors on and a real deadly mix. And Lynn Blodgett through the training of the billing and payment contractors has now thrown all 4 distinct asthma types as well as other lung diseases in one big category as if we all should be having the same medications and we are often in potential life threatening situations over it. Any doctor knows that is the worse kind of medical malpractice, but NO DOCTOR IS IN CHARGE OF HEALTH CARE IN THE LAND ANYMORE .
And we 11 million or more. as some conservative studies say exist, already have no safe asthma inhalers. My doctors have gone to compounded preservative drops. And doctors cannot even get the tests run to diagnose which kind one has anymore as insurers will not pay for the Methacholine challenge tests. and another test for which chemicals is valid but never been paid for by insures either. not even for the IGE blood test. THIS IS INTENTIONAL DISCRIMINATION AND YET WE CAN NOT GET THE KIND OF LEGAL HELP EVEN FROM THE GOVERNMENT TO TAKE THIS ON TO SAVE OUR OWN LIVES AND OTHERS WHO ARE ADDED TO THE ROLES WHEN THE WRONG CHEMICALS AND TOXINS GET IN THE MIX AND HARM.
Medical treatment has been turned backwards 30 years for us.
I was injured 1/10/89 and mucous membrane burned off and my light to brown colored moles turned black that day just as is done when one goes and the doctor burns them off to remove them.
Plus the bronchial tubes were weakened also . and left me with the diagnosis of INHALATION OF TOXIC FUMES WITH BRONCHIAL SPASMS. I become the problem patients and then we now have 11 million of us and the numbers are going up and not down until death overcomes us before our time and at the hands of others in charge of this world who have no concern for human life. Its a kind of mentality where they do not even have self worth. as the rest of us usually have to appeal to for mercy.
I found one pharmacy that has one bottle of the medication I have been taking for years of the theophylline and am trying to get the script transferred over. But I looked at my bottle and it looks as if I am out of refills so I left a message with doctor's office and may need to go see him and probably should before I take it to get a blood level run to prove to the world. or if this is something else then that needs to be diagnosed, But the pain is the bronchial spasms and after being well treated for years , its very painful to have and deal with. I do not know how I worked early on with this pain but I was younger and the rest of the body stronger then.
I do not take pain killers as that just masks the medical problems and the treatment is what is needed. I was on straight codeine for a year after injured but then was not.
Congress et al is overwhelmed on people addicted to opioids and I wrote of my opinion some time back here that patients are not getting diagnosed and treated and pain persists from various treatable medical conditions and they go out and try to get rid of the pain to survive and get in more medical trouble. But it still does not treat the medical issue, so why go there? I will not do so. as the body is still dealing with the pain issue of the case of the lack of theophylline which our body should have enough naturally but we cannot get it that way. .
But if I can get that one bottle which will have to pay for as insurance is not going to pay when they think I got the same thing 2 weeks ago and then began using several days ago and just when I wanted to get out and plant the Fall garden , AMERICAN GENOCIDE HITS.
but since every one is now a COPD PATIENTS ON THE NATIONAL DATA BASE NOW UNDER THE HIPPAA LAW AND NO WAY TO CORRECT IT AND ALL THE MICROMANAGED MEDICAL PROFESSION HAS TO USE IT, it looks as if 11miion of more of us are just part of a group we never were a part of medically.
The AFL-CIO said years ago there were of us nationwide who were like a type of medical precedent cases who got some type of benefit based on our diagnoses and when the first GULF WAR VETERANS CAME home with their variety of toxic exposures we 6 had o be gotten rid of or they would have been paid. Plus since the National Institutes of Health on toxic and chemical exposures was done as part of the tobacco research grants we were up against that giant lobby group also.
The NIH , and the doctor who headed up that research Rebecca Bascom MD was also a doctor of mine for awhile identified 39 chemicals in a cigarette and then proved what they did to the body.
Thus any one who got a benefits based on a toxic or chemical injury was proving how bad a cigarette was even if they were never near one or a puff of smoke in their lives A legal conundrum that did not get broke until 2009 when FDA began a little regulation of tobacco. By then Lynn Blodgett was successfully obstructing my case from view of all.
But to say every one with a disease of the lungs is COPD means only those who really have that diagnoses can get treated and the rest of us are in AMERICAN GENOCIDE that began when 2 million who breathed toxic fumes from GROUND ZERO for months in NYC were left to die and air studies criminally altered by EPA Director Christie Todd Whitman as revealed in a congressional hearing over a decade ago and never criminally investigated . The terrorists have taken advantage of our own internal corruption in the USA.
A former doctor of mine testified as he is not in charge of public health in NYC and they tested the air and found them toxic and EPA DIRECTOR GOT CAUGHT AND IT CAME OUT SHER ALTERED THE REPORTS THAT SHOWED IT TOO.
Liquid oxygen is standard treatment from day one now and few got it or get it now, until the last three years when their other internal organs like heart and kidneys are destroyed. Medicare does not treat left ventricle health failure until near death as its the part that is more directly affected by the lungs not working as they should. Medicare is very bad in discriminating against this kind of injury and something that has to be addressed if its offered as a heath care choice with so many insurers stopping . Its why I cannot afford to go to a cheaper Federal employee plan as at least I can get in the door and get care. I thank the taxpayer for paying for 3/4ths but FECA is to be paying the bills.
Lynn Blodgett has every one workers comp now and he is not inputting oxygen claims to the real system as it gives one total coverage for all bills when it oxygen for life when one is input coded or life. under a 1988 labor law to save lives as mine when the case has too many wishing it to disappear. is in the info on theophylline I just linked above and had forgotten this. I knew one is not to drink alcohol and I became chemically sensitive to ethanol alcohol when injured anyway
I now take a very expensive Tirocent for hypothyroidism as others are not safe for me.
And Sandoz had put ethanol alcohol in their generic and DID NOT PUT IT ON THE LABEL AND IN THE INFO ON THEOPHYLLINE FROM AMERICAN THORACIC SOCIETY IS INFO NIT CAN CAUSE SEVERE REACTIONS TO MIX ALCOHOL WITH THEOPHYLLINE ; AND IT DID and really did double wise on me. \
SO ARE THEY TAKING AWAY THEOPHYLLINE FROM EVERYONE JUST IN CASE SOMEONE GOES OUT AND HAS A DRINK? as its being stuck in all kind food and medications and not labeled?
How about telling everyone what is in something and let us take personal responsibility for our own lives and KEEP THE RIGHT TO LIVE.
After so many years not suffering form the pain of bronchiospasms , I do not know how I ever tried to work in such pain and did it for nearly 4 years as I worked less and less as my files got felony riffling of files at FECA until they got security and woke up and got me back home to save my life and EEOC sanctions against Sec of HHS Donna Shalala and now they continue on to discriminate big time. And my breathing studies show I was in a continual asthma attack wearing a respirator gas mask and riding a motorized cart that still did not do the job needed to be non exertional and in air FECA was promised by HHS I would not be put in. until I got my files put back together and judges orders got followed as real government employees followed them as Lynn Blodgett ignore them to even post my file to be worked. since the COUP OF 2002.

Its called equal rights and if one is denied Justice then all are denied it.
We have had little support from the legal profession no any other group but if it happens to you , you are in for a fight for your very life, worse than its ever been before since the COUP OF 2002. as the FDA SAYS 11 MILLION PLUS PATIENTS DO NOT EXIST AND SOME OF MY DOCTORS HAVE SAID IT MANY MORE THAN THAT ....

The Advisory boards of doctors has yet to be appointed or meet to put medically trained back in charge of medicine as they are the ones to know . As long as we do not get some shills from this international cabal running the world and care less bout human suffering and health care as they skim and scam and steal out of the medical funds to shuffle data around with t more government contacts and no one able to know what they are doing since the COUP of 2002. We need the professional organizations of doctors to make the recommendations for each specialty and I know of 5 excellent doctor who have retired recently that would be excellent members to look our for the health care of the nation.

And this is considered one of the "hard sayings" of Christ and its very real and one does not have to believe in HIM to understand the wisdom of the meaning,. No one should die at the hands of another and should live their long lives until the normal span of life ends and we begin our eternal lives with out the flesh of this world.

And am I mad at the injustice Yes and others need to help in this as anyone can be overcome with a toxic cloud in this era of carelessness and irresponsibility by those in charge of things which is not a government of, by and for the people at all

The show was about phrases and words changed in a huge bill and one whole office staff gore it apart to find out what was really being passed and not obvious Dennis Hastert was Speaker of the House, now in jail for covering up his perversions.
I name him as he was in charge and its in the HOUSE where budget bills originate but almost any one can go in and change things and that needs to be dealt with. I just think that we all got conned and its taken me nearly 15 years to get the evidence I have and still can not say for certain who Lynn Blodgett's boss really is. George Soros says he is the mastermind of evil. and 'god' but he needs to confirm it as he was not in Congress in 2002 to change phrases and words in E budget bills in the middle of the night before they got voted on the next day and no one knew they were voting to over throw the USA. Trump said a few weeks ago Hillary was known to do a lot of this altering but she is not the only one as I have heard
Then 'gag' order rules that are unconstitutional put on themselves to not mention , contact nor let a contractor testify as we go to the pits of destruction over it. and robbed..
As the entire government at all levels got contracted out to the same international entity using differing corporate names with as many illegal secret deal partnerships .. And most did not know then nor do now that they are not in charge of the government as they cannot verify anything that comes from them as there is no budget for internal audits to do so. Governing is an illusion as this international cabal is in charge to do as they please and they have not done as much as soon until they have more total control. Some of us got caught in their evil much sooner than others, and some just lost their lives before their time in the struggle.
