I had been aware of the horrendous goings on a Wells Fargo banks and linked some articles to this site. But yesterday while watching Thom Hartmann on Free Speech TV I watched a clip of the hearing and them looked up some other articles linked AND THE WHOLE HEARING WAS ANOTHER ILLEGAL UNCONSTITUTIONAL CONGRESSIONAL GAG ORDER SHAM.
The hearing was nothing but a rehash of what was already out in the media
Unless you are a reader of this blog, or some others out there sharing the 'whole truth' you may not have caught what occurred.
The whistle blowers employees at Wells Fargo who were trying to get some attention to some wide spread illegal activity going on that has resulted in many people harmed with inflated stock prices and fines etc. plus many not losing their employment that worked there And nearly every household in the USA is in the stock market as many have 401K's and or the companies they work for are invested or they may have personal accounts.. Illegal activity that affects manipulation of the stock market AFFECTS EVERY ONE. WE HAVE LAWS SO EVERYONE IS PLAYING FAIRLY IN OUR SOCIETY AND TO PREVENT REAL HARM TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OR ENTITY .
One of Lynn Blodgett's illegal secret deal partners is subsidiaries, or shell companies of Goldman-Sachs. Do a word search on this blog and learn about the man who is in control of the USA, nearly. We may have one more election to put people in office that will take back America for all of us . Since the COUP OF 2002 there has been no real government in charge of much in the USA at every level as Congress took away the funding for internal audits or criminal investigations of government contractors at a time when whole mass contracting out of the business of government was happening. And all of our records and data now being in unaccountable control of systems contractors with resulting massive illegal manipulations of systems to steal and skim our precious tax dollars and now, no one to stop it; by act of Congress.in the COUP OF 2002.
With the SEC defunded also to not check into horrific conflicts of interests, etc. . One international cabal entity soon gained control of nearly all the contracts in every part of government from local to federal and we are living in an OCCUPIED COUNTRY unlike any in history as its invisible with the real government seated in places of power and authority yet having no power to do the duties they constitutionally are to be doing. We are not occupied by another nation, but an insidious secretive world wide 'beast' of a cabal that is murky at best to even unravel who they are and who is really at the top of the hierarchy. I have only documented by my own cases and experiences and research the one in charge of the USA and his companies and secret illegal deal partnerships are world wide. Illegal as they break many laws that are in place to have a FREE AND FAIR OPEN MARKET SYSTEM and a stock market where rules are in place so one can have confidence one is investing in companies being open and honest as to what or whom one is investing in.
George Soros is now claiming he is the master mind and 'god ' of the world, but at this point I can only share what I know up to Lynn Blodgett, but his companies re world wide. but his financing has not always been his along, but with the massive thefts of our tax dollars, i/e from the people.
It has taken me nearly 15 years to unravel what I know, and I have training and experience in these matters from inside the government since 1968 plus from the outside as patients and citizen

by another law passed as a rule in both houses of Congress not to mention , contact or have a contractor testify . Thus congress remains unable to verify any data or fact presented to it and we the people are kept unknowing and robbed of our self governing rights.
WHAT WAS THE SHAM?
A company engaged in illegal activities and eventually did get caught.
But the human rights issues has not and will not be exposed and dealt with and prevented from occurring in the next company that engages in something illegal also . The rights of those inside the government or a company is to have the right to 'blow the whistle' and have protections for doing so,
Internationally most companies and even major parts of governments, including the USA has now contracted out that duty to take the reports and filings and documentations and the horror stories continue as occurred at Wells Fargo when the ones who 'blew the whistle' to their own company ended up being fired for their legal and lawful duty to report illegal activity .
WHO DID THEY REPORT TO?
The sham of a hearing did not share that at all., did it? The ones harmed doing the right and legal things called a 'controlling' partner of Lynn Blodgett's and a shell or subsidiary of GOLDMAN-SACHS CALLED NAVEX GLOBAL On paper it all looks legal, and this is where the Securities and Exchange Commission is badly needed to help unravel and stop these conflicts of interest and if new laws are needed to help fairness and legality to occur then ask for them Navex Global is a 'client' of Global Compliance a subsidiary of Goldman-Sachs and its all been linked to this site over the last few years , This blog was begun to keep track of this murky horror that has engulfed the world and deprived us of our basic human rights of self governance and FREEDOMS.
Even worse is when one is reporting a crime, or civil wrong they are being tricked into thinking they are calling a number where they will have some protections and privacy in the matters at least until it becomes a formal charge and hey have to be revealed as a witness ..Something real law enforcers are to do as a matter of their process. PROTECT THEIR WITNESSES What one is calling is a 'CORPORATE COVER UPPER; and when one tells, one is now being a target of a TROUBLEMAKER TO BE GOTTEN RID OF Its why even the government whistle blower program that looks good on paper is not, as one is calling NAVEX GLOBAL IN MANY CASES AND ONE DOES NOT EVEN KNOW it. Back in 4/14 on this site is how we did a 'sting' operations' reporting stealing of Medicare by contractors and caught them in their corruption as hey took immediate action to cover p and got caught inputting the wrong info in error and rush to ever up the crimes still going in ,,,,, maybe stopped again hacking but far from over an will not be until Congress allows the real government to stop massive thefts ongoing
Check the EEO poster in your own company and or government agency and call the number and ask what company you are speaking to . At first they will say they 'work for' the one you thought you were calling , but ask a few more questions as to who are you employed by , who pays you, etc, and then you will either get an answer or be referred to a supervisor to tell you
After I saw the clip of Thom Hartmann I called the ethics line or whistle blower line at Wells Fargo. That is the same one the whistle blowers at Wells Fargo My first question is what company an I reaching ant they said they worked for Wells Fargo . I then repeated the info asking if that who pays them, etc and the person said NAVEX GLOBAL and then was forwarded to a supervisor.
I then called Tom Curry;s office and another party that was a witness and did not speak to the witnesses directly but to their staff and got a pat clear answer; THE WITNESSES ONLY ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS THEY WERE ASKED
And none were asked about the processes of who the whistle blower program works As far as the record of he US Congress is going to be is they called and spoke to an employee of Wells Fargo .
False! WELLS FARGO , like most entities to day and even governments is now under the control of Lynn Blodgett' s international cabal.
This hearing appeared to be about what laws to pass so that illegal activity in a company can be reported with protection of the witnesses. if those reporting a crime do not have some kind of protection to even report then crimes will only increase as the whole system is dependent on someone to report .
WE HAVE A SYSTEM THAT IS AN ILLUSION. THAT ONE CAN REPORT A CRIME AND HAVE WHISTLE BLOWER PROTECTIONS. WHEN THIS BEAST SYSTEM HAS PLAYED US AND THE 'CRIMINALS' / THEIR 'MINISONS' ARE THE ONES WHO ARE GETTING THE FIRST REPORT AND ONE IS IMMEDIATELY BECOMING A TARGET OF THE WRONGDOERS AS THEY KNOW FIRST WHO IS HAVING THE COURAGE GO STAND UP AGAINST REAL EVIL /
The scenario set up could not be the worse possible system of getting rid of whistle blowers. The same is true of reporting civil wrongs as they is the entity one calls first to report a civil rights violation as one is to go through a process in house first to see if those matters can be corrected here. before a formal EEOC complaint is filed if it can't be .
SO A SENATE HEARING WAS HELD THAT NEVER MENTIONED ANY OF THIS WHOLE TRUGTH AS EVERY SENATOR ASKING QUESTIONS, EVEN SENATOR ELIZABETH WARREN KNOWN TO BE AN OUTSPOKEN CRITIC OF THE 'rigged ' SYSTEM WAS GAGGED AND ALLOWED HERSELF TO BE UNCONSTITUTIOANLLY GAGGED TO ASK THE CRUCIAL QUESTIONS THAT HAD TO BE ASKED TO UNDERSTAND HOW BAD THE SYSTEM IS.. AND MAKE LAW TO CHANGE IT TO A BETTER ONE .
AND WHEN IS THE HEAD OF NAVEX -GLOBAL GONG TO TESTIFY AS CONTRACTOR OF THE US GOVERNMENT ? the one often reaching on those fraud and whistle blower government fraud lines if not One of Lynn Blodgett's own direct companies .
THE WHOLE TRUTH DID NOT COME OUT IN A 'SHAM'
SO CONGRESS CAN PASS LAWS TO GET THIS COUP OF 2002 UNDONE AND TAKE BACK AMERICA FOR , OF AND BY THE PEOPLE AS JUSTICE DENIED ONE, DENIES IT TO ALL OF US' (a settlement had already been reached and did it include a secret deal gag order to never mention Navex Global ,et al and the internal retaliation process that is common throughout/so it can continue unabated to do more harm throughout companies and governments/)
This is why some hearings have those who testify they are unable to speak or take the 5th as it makes a matter of record that something far more and worse is going on as the Hearing on Hillary's e mails and the one who ill not speak. Pagliano.... a contractor... of hers? .YOU DO HAVE TO GET NONE REPONSES ON RECORD ALSO. But none can be prosecuted if hey are a contractor unless Congress allows the money to be spent to do so for any of the government contractors as many wish he would become the whistle blower against Hillary ...... maybe if you wish to 'get' Hillary you will have to take back he government and ungag yourself first. not sure you van make it retroactive? Guess you can as its just he funding congress took away , not the laws of what is or is not illegal.?
While posting this a hearing on ethics violations t the national park service came on C-Span and DO I NEED TO MAKE A CALL TO THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND GET TO TALK TO THIS SAME SHELL OF GOLDMAN SACHS AGAIN? Maybe a reader can do that and share the findings
ARE YOU TIRED OF CONGRESS PLAYING AT BEING A REAL GOVERNMENT PRETENDING TO REPRESENT US? I am and I am voting for those whom I think will not allow continuation of an OCCUPATION OF THE USA BY A BEAST SYSTEM OF A MURKY CABAL. that may well be the one of the end times that engulfs the entire world and SATAN himself holds the power of as 'god' of this world, But not mine and not the one of all CREATION of whom Satan can only imitate and not create good. but in his jealously wishes to destroy all the good of the one who made us GOOD with the free will to choose the good.
