ITS WHY I ONLY ADD A PARTIAL DASH TO MY CAYENNE PEPPER TEA, WHICH HAS MEANT I HAVE NOT USED ANY OVER THE COUNTER PAIN KILLERS IN YEARS, They do not get to the root cause of inflammation as the natural solutions do.
What I have found is to use the natural as soon as the pain of the swelling begins or one is exposed to 'inflammers' which for me is the common in everything formaldehyde. I carry some organic cayenne pepper and ginger spice with me as one might carry aspirin.
