to those who are working hard. But its too bad you are not able to know the facts for all of your hard work to end with better laws and amendments to existing laws so all of us in the USA could be better off.

      Since 2002 what you are basing your efforts on is only what the government contractors oft he international cabal want you to know. You and your predecessors defunding any civil or criminal oversight of government contacts and this permeates on down to state and local levels of federally funding local and state matters and programs so that the WHOLE NATION HAS BEEN IN THE CONTROL OF THIS CABAL SINCE  then as nearly the whole government is now contracted out and that is our systems which ins=cues that data and records of the USA which is the files of all of the people held by the government on us from our social security files, to medical to anything else the people of the USA have held on us including out captures phone calls and e mails.

    All under ownership and control of ones who  ARE NOT ACCOUNTABLE TO ANY LAW AT ALL.   And CONGRESS CANNOT FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON .

There are no internal audits allowed by the real government officials and if crimes are committed as we have well documented is going on  with huge sums of our tax dollars being often blatantly stolen as well as the waste of scams set up of data being shuffled around with no common sense reason to do so means NO BUDGET CAN BE MADE THAT REFLECTS WHAT IS REALLY NEEDED TO KEEP THE GOVT AND NATION GOING .

           Members of Congress ate asked every day by the people to help them when they have issues with their business with the govt. In the past, real help was available to unravel something that had gotten fouled up in some way. and the outcome would be fair and lawful results. and if the law is revealed to be a bad law in some way, then Congress can know and pass amendments to make it a better law as they used to be able to do. .

THAT IS NO LONGER TRUE AND NON ONE CAN REALLY BE HELPED AND ITS  EVEN FRUSTRATING FOR THOSE WHO WORK FOR OUR MEMBERS OF CONGRESS and the answers are not helpful and  people find CONGRESS AS VERY UNPOPULAR AS THE POLLS REFLECT.

      This Senator has been berated and made fun of by the 'lying media' for some time. He is not my Senator but he is on a crucial oversight committee and  his name came up in some matters I linked earlier to day.  

      For years I have gotten vague answers to a crucial question which I have learned to ask immediately if I am going to ask for help. For if they say NO  then I know real help is not available and I do not get a straight answer and then I spend my precious time submitting things and only verifying that members of CONGRESS ARE NOT IN CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT AND ARE GETTING LIED TO ABOUT FACTS AND DATA FROM AGENCIES WHICH IN TURN HAVE OFFICIALS  PRETEND TO KNOW AND ARE ONLY GETTING FROM THEIR CONTRACTORS WHAT THEY WISH THEM TO KNOW. AND OFTEN NOT TRUTH AT ALL.

What crook is going to say ,I STOLE A TRILLION DOLLARS FROM THE TAX PAYER AND RISK EVERYONE FIND OUT?. As that would be a confession they should not have the contract in the first place. and the 2002 defunding of over sight promptly end!

Auditors can only review what they are sent and the miracle is they find anything at all. and its speaks to their astuteness they detect anomalies . And once in a while I call and tip them of where to look. Remember our neighbors work for these contractors and often kept 'ignorant; of what they are about at the top of their companies. and if they 'get smart; their own livelihoods are in real danger and there is no place to turn to blow the whistle as the ones they are to go to are FROM THE CABAL.
                                     PART D MEDICARE A RIP OFF BY THE  ' HIRED HEAD LYNN BLODGETT ET ALL  I Can name him as he has been named verbally and in writing by high level officials  of the one in charge. when they should have been and allowed to obey the judges and help me with my rights as already awarded legally to have.
         Its how in part D Medicare the auditors finally discovered and  found $0 sent to the recovery unit contractor to recover monies from another party that is or was to have paid the bills as primary or total bill. $0 since 2006. A STATISTICAL IMPOSSIBILITY TO DAY.

According to Lynn Blodgett's company that pats the bills and he is in control or owns all the other companies or his boss?? do  of the international  cabal. He reported to the government that NO ONE IN A DECADE EVER HAD MEDICARE PAY FOR A PRESCRIPTION THAT ANOTHER PLAN OR PARTY WAS TO PAY.

      NO ONE EVER GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND HAD PRESCRIPTIONS WRITTEN AND OR PAID FOR BY MEDICARE AND NEVER CODED AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND SENT IN TO RECOVERY FROM WHICH  AUTO  INSURER WAS LATER FOUND TO BE LIABLE FOR THE MEDICAL BILLS. and the same goes on through out. as systems area hacked and employer group health plans deleted to force an ILLEGAL DUMP on to Medicare by illegal secret deals the real government and CONGRESS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. but we have well documented on the outside. AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE AS THE REAL GOVERNMENT CANNOT OFFICIALLY KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND NEITHER CAN CONGRESS. As the US attorneys' say 'GOOD ENOUGH FOR A SEARCH WARRANT TO QUICKLY AFFIRM OFFICIALLY AS ITS FROM THOSE VERY SYSTEMS, But since 2002 Congress forbids it!

            So today I called Sen Blunt's Washington, DC office and found a receptive person , I was able to share with  those things I share her almost daily since 12/08.  The response was unusually professionals and seemed to be very much concerned to know. Then I did what  is very crucial I called his local office where they are on the front line helping the people,

    I, again,  received a favorable reception and asked the simple  crucial question: ARE YOU PERMITTED TO CONTACT THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR DIRECTLY?

      Right off she said NO and the way she said it was as if she had found the same inability to help as I have run into since 2002 with getting helped. But often resistance to even being truthful about it.

I shared some of my concerns with her and the simple laws that needs to be put back in place that any government should have .( I am sure she has files in their office now, from those, like me, needed the same kinds of help.)  To be able to find out what is being done with the public's money when given to a contractor and if crimes are being committed then investigations and prosecutions be allowed to stop the crimes, etc. And Again mentioned our medical records and data appear to soon be  being offshored , just sign the TPP and its done?  and they are not under HIPPPA laws now  to be protected any way since turned over to Group Health Inc in 1999 . That is every one's records and data, with NO PROTECTION  and a deadly mess of co mingled patients  records and typos where ones diagnosis may be changed and other maliciously intentional  things done as another came to light on my records just this last month which was not what the doctor had. put down as those were just analysis of data in medical terms and this was a comment that medical professions would not use.  and to locate that was not easy as THE PATIENT CAN NOT GET  A COPY FOR THEY COULD  then inform the  masses and all would be able to work together and get something done to stop the deaths and harm this data base has caused
    As a Congressional study done on wrongful deaths and malpractice suits documented as pointing to this data base as the cause back in 2007 yet, No action to bring this data base under the HIPPAA law as no government contractor is., which has been used twice for close calls with death and real harm myself and how I found out . Government official are also not under the HIPPAA law, but we are under other laws, that in some ways are more strict.

But other things in there from other patients are causing me real harm and obstruction  of medical care every day. Plus we now have the new software for all that only  has fields to input allergies and not other adverse life threatening reactions to things like chemicals and toxins that are considered safe levels for most but are not for over 11 million of us now.

That is not  'CLERICAL ERROR' BUT REAL CRIMINAL INTENT TO MANIPULATE DATA TO CAUSE HARM  which is illegal , but no one to arrest any one since 2002.

         So while those in the media continue to make fun of Senator Blunt for his opinion on matters  you need to know that he and his staff are ones  who DO KNOW THAT YOUR OWN LIVES AND HEALTH ARE AT STAKE OF WHAT IS GOING ON.  and if you would ask him about those things, and permit him to share maybe you could not have to carry your medical records with you in case you end up badly injured in an emergency room or with a doctor that does not know your case, well and you are unable to speak to share and no one who does know is with  you to tell.  Getting another patients treatment due to their medical records co mingled with yours can be harmful to ones survival. and since the medical profession is not strictly managed by this CABAL  we patients and medical profession  are the only ones at risk today. All the others are government contractors to do as they please and not have concern about health care and life threatening situations any one can end up in.
                           PROPHETS ARE NOT ALL PREACHERS
A very prophetic movie of nearly 20 years ago is very real and its much worse now. called THE NET. and note how the patients so easily got the wrong medication, by a real criminal hacking and understand that our systems are not protected any better now from such . and the data is now owned by those who often are the ones intentionally committing the crimes must because, some one wishes it or you may be a member of some class action law suits just beginning to be put together by someone thousands of miles away and you may never know you are in it until years from now when a judge says notify all the affected in the system who are in there as affected and the attorneys are then able to find every one to be paid, when the ones who will have to pay knew you were on their ;hit list from the very beginning an inkling of an attorney beginning to look into filing a law suit for someone else.  .
         We get on lists just because we live our lives and often do not know we are affected adversely in some way or may be a witness to some who are. in our own families.  We or they have  ate something and have had some discomfort that others may have been more severely affected or died and YOU ARE ON THE LIST. and may not even know why you had "a touch of the flu' a few years ago? Or a product was defective and you  only got a scratch that healed when others may have bee more severely injured.  THAT IS THE THINGS THAT THIS DATA BASE WAS SET UP FOR.  NOT FOR HELPING PATIENTS AND DOCTORS TREAT YOU MORE FAST AND BETTER. This means the government that is to prevent bad things being sold or existing have aided in the bad actors covering up by getting names of victims and all their personal data to misuse if they choose to do so.

The voters in his area, have elected him to represent them and I would say they know they are getting truth from his staff , even if they are still not able to really help as CONGRESS FORBIDS ITSELF TO FIND OUT  and go to those who do know to FIND OUT AND GET REAL BAD THINGS STOPPED THAT ARE REALLY ILLEGAL OCCURRING. Its hard for the voters to know at times who is representing you and who is sold out to the international cabal. I just know I got a refreshing positive response to day and its not always  very common to do so,

          One simple question answered truthfully. NO WE CANNOT CONTACT THE CONTRACTOR.  A simple answer I already had learned was the truth , but rarely given a straight answer by any one associated with Congress.  TRUTH IS REFRESHING TO HEAR, EVEN IF IT SHOWS HOW BAD A SITUATION THIS NATION IS IN WHEN ITS OVERTHROWN,

       MEDIA YOU HAVE TO START ASKING THE REAL QUESTION  AND LETTING EVERY ONE KNOW AS ITS YOUR OWN RIGHTS AS INDIVIDUALS AND LIVES OF YOUR OWN SELF AND LOVED ONES THAT HAVE BEEN USURPED BY OUR ELECTED LEADERS FOR VERY REAL IN 2002 AND IN HEALTH CARE BACK TO 1994  when real thievery of Medicare was allowed to begin and go unfettered since then as  memo and executive order said and HILLARY CLINTON OWNS AS HER HEALTH PLAN BEGUN TO BE PUT IN PLACE IN 1993. the memo said to all of us at HHS WHEN THE SUSPENSION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF ENFORCING ITS OWN LAWS WAS DONE. "the insurance industry can police itself." and the collapse of our health care began as monies began to be stolen from the people ;s programs and unethical companies unfairly pushed out the more ethical ones to TAKE OVER THE GOVERNMENT 

                                 NOW YOU HARD WORKING MEMBERS OF CONGRESS WHO GOT DUPED AND DID NOT KNOW YOU WERE. AND OTHERS AWARE AND NEED OTHERS TO HELP OUT.

PASS SIMPLE LAWS THAT SHOULD NEVER BEEN REMOVED TO BE ABLE TO REALLY DO YOUR JOB AND DO IT THE BEST POSSIBLE FOR THE PEOPLE AND NATION.

Be allowed to know the truth of data and facts as you should and be able to contact contractors to find out if there are illegal things going on in agencies of cover up and collusion as those officials still can be arrested and brought to justice if they are committed illegal acts of bribery or collusion.

BUT WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IS MOST OF THE REAL GOVT RANK AND FILE ARE HELPLESS IN SITUATIONS THAT YOU AND YOUR PREDECESSORS HAVE THEM IN .AND THEY ARE LEGITIMATELY SCARED TO BLOW THE WHISTLE AS THIS CABAL IS THE ONE THEY ARE TO GO TO FOR HELP FROM RETALIATION.

      I was able to share with this one member of Congress to day and they even asked for my contact information  and phone number, and I told them Sen. Lankford had my privacy release on file now should they wish to know anything from me or have sent fax or send them anything 'officially ' to help.
I have to help straighten out the whole government just to get a tank of liquid oxygen delivered even when approved for life by three government health plans all under CEO LYNN BLODGETT WHO HAS REPEATEDLY BEEN QUOTED AS ;LET HER DIE. AND DO NOT INPUT THE CLAIMS SINCE 2002 AS HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS AND THE 'GIG' WOULD BE UP. The gig? THE OVER THROW OF THE USA INTO HIS DICTATORIAL POWERS AS GIVEN HIM BY HIS BOSS?? 
        The input of oxygen claims on a workers comp case when one has an established case and approved for life years ago means the real government computer kicks in and exposes the corruption going on . So, since 2008, my family hauls 200lb tanks to the gas company to keep me alive and we pay to get filled. And Fed Blues was reimbursing us by paying some and Lynn Blodgett, their manager. found out and made them not process the claims there now.???? for two years. no responses and no refund.
     Even Medicare has me approved and  Lynn Blodgett is the 'hired' boss there and will not allow any cooperation and obedience to law and even three judges at Medicare including an appellate one  THAT affirmed  I was approved for life for liquid oxygen (concentrators allow ozone to be inhaled back into the lungs and life threatening for me even at low levels in minutes .)
  THREE MEDICARES JUDGES AFFIRMED THAT I HAD BEEN APPROVED FOR LIFE FOR LIQUID OXYGEN TO BE PAID BY MEDICARE AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT before the judges ruled on my request to SET ASIDE THE SUSPENSION OF THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LAWS. done in 1994  of  the law of 1980.that had stopped much illegal dumping onto Medicare over the past years. A LAW THAT MADE EVERY ONE BEHAVE  IN THE WHOLE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY AS AN UNDERPINNING LAW FOR ALL,
       ENFORCEMENT MEANS THE GOVERNMENT CAN   MAKE LYNN BLODGETT INPUT THE CLAIMS AT FEDERAL WORKERS COMPENSATION . THEY WILL NOT DO THIS AS ALL SAY THE CLAIMS WOULD BE PAID as they had been and was approved for life.or the system would not be posting to the Common Working billing system at Medicare bi weekly showing me employed and FECA and FED Blues as primaries to Medicare and they run illegal secret soft war to delete the Fed blues and use an injury day that is not the real one to trick the system to go ahead and pay the bills But oxygen will reject for primary payers as its the reason for the approval by FECA. And was set up in 1988 to SAVE LIVES  as who in 1988 every thought CONGRESS WOULD not permit government contractors to do this to any one whose life was now n more danger then ever and  lives have been reported as lost all over.  .  WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DONE SINCE 20O2 by AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, ONE OF OVER 150 COMPANIES SHELL AND INTERLOCKED, ETC. and he told oxygen suppliers I had a million dollars to pay for my care from the government and I DID NOT AS  HE? GOT THE MONEY AND WHERE IS  IT? And in no way is any settlement been done on other matters at workers comp and since he will not post my file so my claims examiner can officially have it to act. , I can not retire at age 71 as he law says workers compensation has to put me on permanent disability first, which the request   was pending before 2002 and several of the 38 judges defied are the US Department of Labor's who have referred to this and other matters that are to be processed and paid, etc. over the years in remand orders no one in the real government  is allowed to 'officially have.' from Lynn Blodgett, et al. and JUDGES DO NOT HAVE TO BE OBEYED AND THE LAW DOES NOT AS THERE IS NO ONE TO MAKE THEM IN THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT DUE TO A 'virtual ' OVERTHROW DONE BY CONGRESS. in 2002. .    
  I would be glad to receive a million  and pay for my care myself from it. and charges on the ATM card be monitored as medical and not trips to Paris, etc. .  You got it on all of us older established cases with the permanent medical already due to the oxygen and other life threatening  needs. all say and your own people saw it n the system and told every one and you will not obey the judges as there is other tings sill not processed and paid , too.   as approved for etc.
                           AND WHAT DID YOU OR YOUR OWNERS DO WITH IT? Hundreds of millions of dollars at  million a piece?? That OPM OIG says is a 'suspected embezzlement ring; they have never had permission to investigate of stop per CONGRESS defunding their ability to act.

      EVERY TWO WEEKS THE SYSTEM POSTS THAT THE JUDGES SAY IS ACCURATE AND MY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN, FED BLUES, IS DELETED; 'CANCELLED' FOR MY SELF AND THOSE OF MY FAMILY ON THE POLICY PAID FOR BY SELF AND TAXPAYERS, THAT ALSO HAVE MEDICARE  CARDS, AND WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED AND NO DOCTOR , ETC KNOWS  THAT THIS PLAN IS THE ONE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR A TREATMENT PLAN, AND WHEN MEDICARE PAYS AND NOT CODED AS CONDITIONAL PATIENTS AND DOCTOR, ETC. IS OVER PAID. AND CONGRESS DOES NOT KNOW UPWARDS OF A FEW TRILLIONS DOLLARS IS OWED BACK TO MEDICARE AND MAYBE SOME BUDGET TO GO GET IT MIGHT MAKE SENSE
   THEN TWO WEEK  LATER FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS,, ONES HEALTH PLAN IS REINSTATED FOR ALL TO SEE AND NO ONE NOTIFIED AS THERE IS NO US S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF DUE PROCESS TO BE OBEYED BY A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR.  
      CONGRESS CANNOT OFFICIALLY KNOW ANY OF THIS THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 2002, I knew as when I would go to the doctor, etc. and they could access directly then, it was constantly being altered as I knew was illegal and contacted officials at the highest levels as knew whom to contact and he was shocked and said. "they can not do this their contract prohibits any alterations of an employer's posting. How can they do this, as the system is supposed to block any attempt? THE TAXPAYER DID NOT GET THE SYSTEM PAID FOR AND ITS COSTS THE TAXPAYERS WHAT INSIDERS SAY IS TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS. and given illegal bail outs since 1994 to insolvent insurers ripping us off and wonder why premiums sky rocketing next year,? THEY ARE NOT SOLVENT TO BE IN THIS KIND OF PLAN IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND CONGRESS PASSED A HEALTH CARE LAW, HILLARY SAYS IS HERS, INSTEAD OF SOME OTHER KIND OF PLAN . WHEN CONGRESS IS LIED TO AND ALLOWS ITSELF TO BE LIED TO  THAN WE ALL SUFFER FOR IT.

I know I do not have to agree with every member's philosophy on things if we agree that the people should not be robbed and our constitutional rights should be uphold and the security of the nation , both  physical  and cyber must be protected if even from its own 'over throwers'. now in charge that never should have been allowed to be removed from our own 'government of, by and for the people.'

        THANKS FOR A POSITIVE RECEPTION TODAY, AS I OFTEN DO NOT GET THIS FROM MEMBERS OF CONGRESS I HAVE CONTACTED OVER THE YEARS ON MATTERS WHERE I HAVE INFO THAT IS CRUCIAL  THEY HAVE TO MAKE CHANGES TO HELP  STOP REAL CRIMES. 

As for me, I already have 38 judges being defied and if they are obeyed the legal process that should be allowed to proceed should resolve issues of life and death and livelihood for me and many others  since I am in a class of patients that conservative estimates is no 11 million being discriminated about by the health care system run by an international cabal that does not wish to pay for our medical care no have treatments available any more that the medical community has know it the proper and best care for nearly 30 years now and extends life for decades from the 1 to 5 years of the past that we have now returned to when one has a toxic or chemical exposure and if severe  lifetime is now criminally being shortened, And its not that higher a cost to treat as medical standards say, either. often its less expensive when  one  is allowed to be properly diagnosed.
