      My motivation has not been about politics, but the injustice that went on and ended in real racially motivated murder.  THE COVER UP  has been atrocious and history  has only partly been made matter of formal record of the struggle for integration and equality that went  where it was portrayed that  everything going well after Brown vs the Board o education in 1964. A few did not have that ideal in mind at all and  a young couple who began dating suffered terrible harassment off school property for nearly two years, before they got themselves pregnant. you will find all details back  in the later half of 2012 as I began sharing all about them, my whole family history with many of highest leadership in the USA on both sides of the family tree over the last several decades and often I get caught in the crossfire as I am right now on this.  TRUTH IS THE ONLY WAY OUT OF THIS and we have to face it, over come it and go forward and OVERCOME IT  and covering up the horrors of the past, means we forget and doom ourselves to repeating the same mistakes and horrors our ancestors, did.

    Its led to an overthrown of the USA into the control of an international cabal as of 2002, with Congress then and since refusing to allow any over sight budget or government contractors, which has become many companies all interlocked with each other and we are seeing more and more horrors and atrocities going on in the USA in all areas. Especially health care where our good doctors are being crushed under this cabal under the control of President Lynn Blodgett of Xerox Management Services in more conflicting ways then one cam even began to surmise as its a 'beast of a web of over a 100 companies and as many secret deal partnerships  and our tax dollars are stolen and skimmed and scammed in ways that should not be. hacking of the Common Working File billing system at Medicare is back again, through using another weak entry point.

 NO BUDGET ALLOWED FOR CRIMINAL OVER SIGHT AND THERE ARE NO INTERNAL AUDITS AND one of the reason that some candidates for president do not seem to be getting much support is THOSE IN CONGRESS HAVE ALLOWED THEMSELVES TO BE GAGGED TO NOT MENTION WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN HERE IN  blogs and  shared and linked mergers and take overs and attempts by even the SEC to stop it as much is blatantly illegal. SEC has not budget either to investigate or audit government contractors, The Defense Dept has some and has done some.
        Media keeps lying to us and saying NSA snoops, when its this cabal as government contractors who have the data  , not any government officials who can still be audited and prosecuted for misuse of data. I am under  'LET HER DIE' ORDER FROM  President Lynn Blodgett and systems hacked in all areas of y files and data.  I name him as high level officials have named him as the ones giving the orders to hack, and destroy records and DEFY 38 FEDERAL  AGENCY JUDGES ON MY CASES ALONE.
       He has basically control of every one's workers comp now, as he has had the federal since 2002 and that should scare every one in this nation to pay attention to vote and whom they chose to vote for. The campaign issue should be  will they rule of law under the US Constitution  be restored to the USA. He is just the 'hired hand' and pray for the one who has done us such harm, that he do what is right and begin exposing all. and obeying the judges in my cases as well as the laws, etc.
             Those who spend our monies and make most of the decisions at all levels of government now, GOVT CONTRACTORS,  to again be subject to review of what and how they process and do things, to make sure they are legal and  do not infringe on the legal rights of others, and IF CRIMINAL ACTS OCCUR ALLOW CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS  We have let the 'playground bullies' own  our SSA records, our medical records,   and even the FBI data base now 
      Our medical records , owned since 1999 by Group Health are not under the HIPPAA law and it skews medial research as well as lie threatens treatments when used   as its full of typos, errors and other patients records co mingled, and no way to get it corrected. More and more its being used and does not resemble what is on file at ones doctor or hospital is not always the same info, Congress has known of this for nearly a decade now. and no one. cares to know and that gag order means that CONGRESS HAS CONDUCTED  BUSINESS UNCONSTITUTIONALLY AS  no one are to be denied the right , as a member of Congress to say anything they wish to on the floor of Congress.
    Yet they have done this and we, as voters have seem some that we thought would speak out against injustice, allow them selves to be gagged in their campaigns as well. and we seem to be reacting to those who say what they think. and wish all would, SO MANY RUNNING HAVE A LOT TO SAY AND WE NEED TO HEAR THEM SAY IT. maybe we might have more confidence in voting for them if they would be completely open and honest with us on these matters.

  Instead we find ourselves swayed by hatreds and prejudices of the past that have reared its very ugly head.  As a Christian, Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, taught us to treat each with dignity and respect, and that each is a unique person.  We are not to over look when some  do harm, but we are not to say all are the same, from any group.

        I pray that the Topeka daily Capital news papers stop censoring its reporters and start telling the full truth of the past as that past, has had a direct affect on what is going on in the world today. "Everyone' seemed to be in Topeka, in those years in many areas, and many of our leadership in every field of  the last few decades came through the schools there.  Topeka HS was rated as one of the top 5 high schools  in the nation and national awards were common place. It was rated second only to the New York HS of fine arts in that area. also and beat out Beverly Hills HS in that area.
     I have shared all of this here . one can do a word search at the top of this site and find where I may have written about something.. BULLYING WAS STOPPED BEFORE IT STARTED AND ACADEMICS WAS IMPORTANT.  I think that had much to do with a lot. Intent may have begun to make sure integration happened smoothly, but the affect was a better educational climate.  THERE WERE NO RIOTS in Topeka back in 1954, was there? We students made it work.....BUT not every one liked integration and there was a back lash off the school property . And there were some other subtle things that did still go on. that gradually changed. All should have the freedom of education and be able to learn with out harassment .
     It seems that some are again trying to put one group against another in this nation and all of us are affected when this occurs. JUSTICE DENIED ONE, SETS THE PRECEDENT FOR ANY ONE TO BE DENIED JUSTICE. As we harden our hearts to basic human abuses of power we ignore the full meaning of the  ten commandments that  commands we not act as gods and abuse powers of authority when we have it. Nor are the rest of us to worship those in authority and permit them to abuse the powers they have over us.  Fire the ones who do not represent us. at the ballot box.
    Our founders who wrote the Declaration of Independence understood the full meaning of those ten rules of government that Moses came down off the mountain with. AND THERE WERE SHATTERING NEWS THAT PHARAOH WAS NOT A GOD AND NO OTHER LEADER IT EITHER. . We have to have a government with check and balances to stop abuses of power as our US Constitutional does.  But when Congress allows itself to be gagged  to not obeying it, they have become worshippers of a 'beast system 'and whatever human is permitted to hold total power. from it.

 We have forgotten out history  in this. But its only been the last few hundred years, we do not 'worship ;' those who  held the power of government over us , usually as an inherited authority , if not gained by brute force in wars.   Yet we too often are trying to find a human 'savior' in the candidate we vote for. We are voting for humans who cam make errors and we have to have means to make sure they do not destroy what they are to serve , US.  Since 2002,and too often before that, we have allowed ourselves to  have leadership that has not taken care of knowing what is going on and  making sure that injustice and illegal behavior are stopped. and we are not robbed of our precious t dollars.

 is coming up for a vote 1/12/16?. For over a hundred years, the USA has not checked it check book to see if items added up and if money is missing? WHERE IS OUR MONEY? the partial audit of a few years ago, reveled that 23 trillion could not be found.  ITS TIME TO FIND OUT.

    Every penny spent by the US Government is not given directly to the one the 'check ' is made out to .
   That digital check is only an authorized notice to the Federal reserve that this amount should go to another agency , or individual or entity.  We know that sometimes this does not happen and WHERE IS THE MONEY. THAT  was to be sent to some entity to do something and its 'gone??

     Tine to speak out and  find out. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT THE BIGGEST GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR OF ALL TIME IS DOING WITHE ALL OF OUR MONEY THAT IS SENT OUT BY THEM AFTER  various officials and contractors authorize it be sent. AND SOME APPEARS TO BE DIVERTED ELSEWHERE AS THE MASSIVE  THEFT OF MEDICARE 500 documented from 1/06-11/12  and   still going on right now one at a time, but multiples seemed to have stopped and now not even showing on the visible screens to most but its still in the archives.  . Debts against those  with a Medicare card  whose id and claims were stolen and turned in to multiples by the CMS partners. And that is an overpayment against the card holder and heirs and even proceeds of ones estate after probate.  None were notified of this at all. But its still against you. Its the law!. President Lynn Blodgett now has authority to collect debts and not use the laws of the land to do so  also.
     The law  also says that one should easily be granted a wavier of such an over payment, as its "against equity and good conscience" to expect the card holder or even medical providers or supplier to enforce laws, that  the government has not enforced since 1994, by executive order. BUT IN 2005, Social Security signed they would do them and to this day refuses to process one. of those filed.  most are never told to file form SSA 632 and give no financial info when this occurs. Ours are filed but NOT PROCESSED ON ORDERS OF WHO? Someone who worships the beast system head? Who can do and steal at will. and  ignore the rights of the people of the USA who elected a Congress and other leaders to make sure this does not go on....

           heard of another medical horror story today. As I understand it Medicaid approved a surgery that usually has one in the hospital for a couple of days. BUT ONE GETS THE SURGERY AND THEM LEAVES THE OPERATING ROOM AND GOES HOME STILL GROGGY FROM ANESTHESIA?   Recovery rooms, not covered anymore.  even when one has other medical problems/
       A few years ago, this was going to occur, with me, and I was so weak  and hospital let me stay over night,  I am still trying to get that bill fully paid for as they coding for the surgery was the wrong one and did not reflect what was really done.  A serious surgery . I have written  of the discovered miracle of bone that sealed my original injury in one sinus back on 1/10/89, here.
      Its as if discoveries and innovations are retaliated against when good doctors do what is right and good for the betterment of all health care. But I had been approved for the surgery by Federal Blues unit, that later Pres Blodgett's company? changed the code and illegally dumped on to Medicare to pay first by hacking the posting form the US Dept of Labor which he ignored that he was to pay it from them. as in total control of FECA since 2002 and will not input a single oxygen claim. and ode it as such. as s s their bills as they approved me for life for home liquid oxygen 21 one years ago. And I have the better plans, not the Medicaid for the poor.
     But Medicaid under total control of Pres Blodgett says one can have the surgery but go home and find someone else to take care of recovery room services. without any proper equipment. I guess if one had no one and was homeless it would be an illegal dump on to the street in front to the closest over full shelter? You think horrors are not going on? Hey are and our humanity is being stifled by not facing WE ARE BEING ROBBED OF THE MONEY THAT IS ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF PATIENTS  IN SOME BETTER WAY.
     Medicaid is an UNEQUAL MEDICAL CARE SYSTEM . anyway. And originally all were to have been put on Medicare through state buy ins if one did not have health insurance. Computer systems should be doing more, and less and less of these scams that have been set up to know push inputs around from one to another as we used to push paper and would at least try to figure out how to do less of that and  more. Doctors now usually have input all that systems need to pay a claim by the time one is through with the visit, So what is all the rest that is going on to get pay to them. Granted we do need some good systems review to make sure one patients does not turn in to multiples etc.  That would ,in itself stop some blatant theft inside the partners of the government , that the government knows nothing of officially as they cannot do these kinds of audits as congress defunded that.

THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE TODAY. WE HAVE TAXPAYER FUNDED AND GOVT CONTRACTOR RUN AND THEY DO IT AS IF THEY WERE THE GOVT AND WITH OUT OVER SIGHT AND THE ABUSES GO ON AND 'where is our money? We have no idea, as no one is permitted to do a real internal audit to know?  Thanks to Congresses since 2002 and in some areas since 1994,

            I only report what I heard today, but it seems what occurred.  Faith groups and others watch out for friends and relatives. And if you show up as a hospital visitation committee with  flower from your church and are told the patient is discharged when all expected the patients to be there a few days,  follow through as one may have seem a 'patient dump' and one may have no one at home to care for them when in the past they would have had some kind of professional care for a while. somewhere else. Then go out and vote for the candidate that is gong to stop the theft of those precious health care dollars so they can be used in common sense ways . for each and every one of us. We do need those doctor advisory groups to help in this. But they must not be shills for this cabal nor for certain medical equipment companies. either.

Doctors and others   have professional organizations, and I have had some excellent doctors retire in the last couple of years, that would be good to serve on something like this. They would be able to approve alternative method of care, if staying overnight in a full hospital is not going to be paid for. All those incentive payments, etc., to now have re admissions, is really not working as it should. at all, is it?? .THE DOCTORS ARE NOT IN CHARGE NOT EVEN IN AN OVERSIGHT ADVISORY COMMITTEE either??? The corruption is the death panels, not the doctors who would be allowed to advise using knowledge and wisdom and common sense to promote life and health. but CONGRESS HAS TO OVER SEE THIS...
     Again, I do not know all the details of this, story  from today; as  I only got it from non primary sources, but   the message of 'insurance company that had the Medicaid (for the poor)  was the reason... ' seemed to come through loud and clear.. And its under? same one.....?
     So prayers are being said for this person that nothing untoward occurs and if it does  care can be provided  fast.  We are not in the same world of health care we used to have in this nation , just a few years ago. Many have health care plans now, but that does not assure the best level of care at all. You may get your surgery , belatedly , but then you are on your own. and many do not have as much family around where they live and if one is dealing with a health care plan that only permits care to occur where you live, then  one cannot go visit relatives and have it done there and recuperate at a loved ones home where someone might be there to help out. for a few days.
One more thing to deal with in a mobile era , and health insurance payment systems that are decades out of date,
      Congress just cannot throw out what we have and not replace it with common sense and good care for each and every one. BUT IF ONE IS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR BY THIS CABAL THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO  WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE FOR BETTER LIFE AND HEALTH. Stop being gagged by a beast of a system and stand up to injustice.
