CELERIAN GROUP LETTER POSTED a couple of days ago was attempted to be faxed last night to the fax number sent me in letters from them. It did not work . And then I tried to use the regular one previously used and it would not go through either. So today I tried again and no luck. I am broke paying for own medical care and my family is also from this. when approved for life
Cigna Government Services does not exist any more, having been 'gobbled' up by S Carolina Blue Cross blue shield which some of their employees have been caught in the past doing things with others records that are illegal and by government entities. They are the parent company of Trailblazers and our investigations of them and the 4 million dollar theft that did not end until Novatis took over the contract in 12/12 , on just my records by turning one claim into 1 7 and money diverted? means that some may not happy with our documentation and me?. They now have the Medicare oxygen claims in our area through their buying of the one company who had paid the claim as a conditional payment legally under Medicare and approved me for life and SENT THE PAID CLAIMS TO BE RECOVERED FROM THE US DEPT OF LABOR, WHO NEVER KNEW ANY LETTERS HAD EVER BEEN SENT AS PRESIDENT LYNN BLODGETT'S COMPANY GOT THEM IMPERSONATING A FEDERAL OFFICE AND FEW UNDERSTAND HE IS NOT AND NEITHER IS THE ADDRESS A CONTRACTOR.
Cigna Government Services would talk to me as the patient does have the legal right to file a claim and have it processed when the system breaks down as it has for me. Its their responsibility to help see the system works and all claims get legally filed and processed legally.. But Celerian group has not and although individuals there have been ok over all its not been pleasant. they are strictly forbidden to speak to the patients and its imperative they do so in cases like, mine. They have nor posted the claims, nor past approvals nor even the judges rulings are not on the system to be seen by those at 1-800 Medicare who training is not always at the level one needs answers to.
And I did fax everything in recent weeks to the right fax number. as has been done over and over over the years, with even a judges remand ignored. fax numbers always worked before. As often , the info got sent to 1-800 Medicare to pay and process the claims.
But it got spread among at least 4 entities and it had the forms with it., etc. We are referring to a judge's remand to get the claims back to 8/1/00 processed, and paid and I had to file as Lincare and Rhema got 'scared' into not filing with either FECA nor Medicare and Blues got paid for part of the time by Blues and then the rest taken back with NO DUE PROCESS President Blodgett and 100+ companies did the illegal dump onto Medicare as they did not want me to be employed. nor even have the Blues as primary and in recent years at all. and did not get paid, when there is no reason they weren't at least by Medicare, and by now have been paid the full amount legally due at the Fed Blues employed rate by FECA and then as additional amount due. .( There are very few FEHB plans next year, when we used to have dozens to pick from.)
Illinois Blues had come into our area in OK and TX and took back all that Arkansas Blues had paid Lincare and did an illegal dump on to Medicare and them SC Blues subsidiary , which is now also part of the Celeiran Group refused ,, some how blacked OIncare from sending the needed form to my doctor and then colluded to not transfer the medical necessity file from Blues. Blues ad FECA had both paid and that did not get discovered until recent years when tat got on the bill portal from ACS the contractor of Pres. Blodgett.
Another felony rifling of my FECA claims and OPM files had put my in danger of death but this time when the judges went the file back to be worked and things paid as before, PRESIDENT LYNN BLODGETT HAD TAKEN OVER THROUGH AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES, ,
Of course the transfer of who was to pay first, when FECA was the only one to pay 100% is required by law but laws have been ignored in all of this.
This began the investigation , by me, of who is breaking the law and eventually led to President Lynn Blodgett and his congressional immunity to be the dictator of the USA in more areas than health care. If he . or any other contracting company cannot be audited for work product, and process and no budget from Congress allowed either to investigate and stop blatant criminal activity, then WE HAVE HAD NO GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE FOR NEARLY 17 YEARS WHICH IS WHEN REAL ISSUES BEGAN TO COME TO LIGHT THAT AFFECTED MY OWN RIGHT TO LIVE.
I have been unable to call 1-800 Medicare from our two home phone lines since 4/09 as when they pull up my records they have to start filling out fraud reports and that is not wanted to be detected?
But one did transfer me over and the woman that pulled up my files kind of 'gasped'as she said the fed Blues was on there as one of my primary payers and FECA , Federal workers comp was the other.
HOW DID THIS HAPPEN FRO THE FIRST TIME SINCE 4/09 FOR IT TO BE ACCURATE MORE THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR POSTS FROM THEIR OFFICIAL RECORDS, and the Medicare judges ruled was accurate.
I wish I could get a copy of that. And its difficult to get the hard copies. of much of any of this. I pray that the hacking has ended and it was not just a fluke of systems being updated this week and the hacking system did not get run while that was going on. WOULD HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED? But they had no records of any of the claims pending for years, nor of the remand from the judges to get them and THAT MEANS THEY HAVE TO ASK LINCARE AND RHEMA FOR THEM TO SIGN A 1500 ETC AND SIGN AND GIVE THEIR ID CODES, ETC. My part, only protects the filing date for them from my invoices and 1490s AND YEARS OF FOLLOW UPS AND DISAPPEARANCES. 1-800 MEDICARE DOES NONE OF THIS at all.
!-800 Medicare affirmed that they do not process and pay claims, And that the life time approval for oxygen was not posted to the system either,, Something vital to any supplier to know and readily take one as a patient. None of the judges rulings and pending matters on their either.
If this system stays unhacked then I am due a refund of having to over pay my part B Premiums and then the only issue is getting all of our bills paid legally by Medicare first as a conditional payment , since they were not sent on to recovery except the few years of oxygen claims paid by Cigna Government Services. , The Medicare billing system known as the COMMON WORKING FILE us owned by Group Health, now Emblem Health International. and has owned all the data and our medical records for any who had had a health plan or insurance of any kind since 1999 when set up by Clinton Administration while Congress was running after a stained blue dress' the nation was coming under an international dictatorship and our rights leaving us that came to fullness after 9/11-01, which I tried for 2 years to stop that as I had never doubted he was going to bring down the twin towers after he declared jihad on this nation. as he obsessed? over them in 7/88 staring out the window at work. I have written of this every 9/11 anniversary. The whole truth of much of the history of the 20th century is hidden from view of all and it may be another hundred before all know of it. If we survive that long with so much hidden that affects us all so badly.
I have carried a pre paid phone card for years, in case of need to make a phone call. I do not and never have had a cell phone. Others in family do. But pay phones are now scarce, but I had 248 minutes on it.
I began to suspect that maybe the fax lines at Celerian might have been blocked after the immense filing I had sent them and only pieces of it all got answered and wanting same info already submitted.
So I used the same fax machine and used the calling card and just finished a big submission to them that involved the letter published here . a couple of days ago.
I now have less than a 100 minutes left. This is after a dozen hang ups saying to call 1-800 Medicare and not understanding THEY DO NOT PAY CLAIMS AND THIS IS DEADLY DISCRIMINATION OF THE WORSE SORT, PLUS ILLEGAL AS WHY DID THEY NOT KEEP ALL THE ORIGINAL TOGETHER AND ANSWER ALL OVER THE YEARS, AND THE MORE RECENT.
Some of this got sent to 1-800 Medicare and this must be what got sent to the Medicare hearing on the amount of the premiums. AN OLD DISABLED WOMAN HAS NO CONSTITUTIONAL OR CIVIL RIGHTS TO EVEN CARE IF ONE LIVES?
The fax number, sent me in the letters received recently did not work , even with the prepaid phone card. But I did send all to the one listed and some there affirmed it was the right one for REDETERMINATIONS which is the DUE PROCESS PART OF THE SMART LAW THAT THE CLAIMS PAYING CONTRACTORS, HAVE DONE THEIR THINGS RIGHT. Other wise they are not going to look as if they should be having their contract renewed if they care nothing about patients rights, nor getting money back owed Medicare. They really do not understand the time has come to obey the rules and protect every one's rights in this.. The missing million per head of injured federal employees with older established cases has been missing a long time now and its continually costing life and health and livelihood for all of us and for the taxpayer. President Lynn Blodgett people and OIG for OPM know and not allowed to do anything as we may have been robbed of 100's of millions of dollars in 2002.
Come 1/1/16 the new SMART LAW DOES HAVE NEW RULES. and this missing million that coast me the loss of Lincare as a supplier, back in 1/06 by President Blodgett's people saying their system showed I HAD A MILLION DOLLARS TO PAY FOR MY CARE AND OTHER INJURED FEDERAL WORKERS HAD THE SAME THING SAID, ALSO? meant that all of us got dumped illegally onto Medicare and worse, as this obstructs life sustaining medical care.
I was late finding a;l of this out after the judges remanded the case and things were to be paid., etc. and reconstruction of files over and over after disappearing over and over and now 38 federal agency judges defied by him. in multiple agencies.
I was just another case, to add to the ones already piled up by the OIG unable to do anything. as no budget from Congress. It seems I was never to be under him at all, at least not through FECA, but claims paid by one of his companies over at Fed Blues as part of the FEHB health plans. And one at OPM said 50% of the co pays on me now are paid by them , not be FED Blues?. WHY?
None allowed to find out. If just 100 of us older established cases had a million dollars put in a type of set aside fund for us, that would be THEFT OF 100 MILLION DOLLARS. for medical care that ends up stolen from Medicare and even Medicaid for some. We wish to live and get health care and who pays?
I have no knowledge of any law, that would give me an ATM card with a limit of a million dollars on it to use for medical care and CONGRESS surely would never have agreed to that? WITH NO OVER SIGHT TO SEE WE DO NOT SPEND IT ON NON MEDICAL CARE? My type of disability and injures may never cost a million dollars. As home oxygen and meds that are cheaper than many take plus doctor visits and tests, etc. has ended with only one over night hospital visit needed in nearly 22 years. One ER visit for a heart and lung patients can pay for years of oxygen even at the higher rate paid to Lincare or Rhema. Many pills cost more today.
I never got any money and there is a lot of money owed me for put of pocket expenses some of which goes clear back to 1/10/ 89 when injured and still legally pending and several judges have mentioned these in the remands over the years.
As this is not the first disappearance of parts of all of my files that caused near deadly results; but always in the past, Judges were obeyed by the Federal employees and things paid, etc. until the next felonies committed against a file that should have had extra security , since our incident and injuries were made a matter of " national security" by President Bush 41 according to Linda Tripp back in 1996, when our son went to Washington DC to try and find out more, and met her and Monica Lewinsky and Ms Tripp bought the tape recorder and her way home from speaking to our son. and the rest is history and a failed attempt by some, and distraction from what was really beginning to really occur as all of our rights disappeared and NO GOVT IN CHARGE. Remember, the media fails often to mention that Snowden did not work for NSA, but for contractor of them , guess who? One has a semblance of accountability , the other does not. if info gleaned from snooping on all of us is misused. Little is private any more I do not like it, either.
But know that one lives in a 'fish bowl; in this era, and more important is that all the info out there be truthful and not some one's gossip and rumor and intent to do harm lies. are stopped , and that ones medical records, be only ones own and what ones doctor sent in and not many patients co mingled so that wrong treatment does not get received., etc. . But to misuse the info to do harm is criminal, even for NSA, etc. None of this is being addressed by Congress and governments and its what is needed to be safe and secure in the new world we live. in with the all knowing machine, needs to have accurate info on us at least..
1-800-Medicare person did say they are still using the wrong date for the injury dates as still not programmed the system right to catch these and get them to recovery on every one. They use the date of entitlement to part A Medicare which is usually at least 30 months later and for me several years later as I tried to work off and on and although there is a claims pending for an earlier date for me, we still do not know if I was even legally entitled before age 65 and my date is long after 1/10/89.
All these were to be programmed by the software contractors and were not. The code for a conditional payment was left out also. EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT EASY FOR MEDICARE TO GET ITS MONEY BACK FROM OTHERS THAT WERE TO PAY FIRST OR ALL, was not done. and NO SECURITY ON THE SYSTEM , WHEN PHONY MEDICARE CLAIM NUMBERS CAN BE USED TO PAY A CLAIM that means the systems are not secure at Medicare nor at SSA for this to be done. And President Lynn Blodgett has never set up computer file at FECA as none even can see judges orders and my own claim examiner has to take President Lynn Blodgett's verbal word for any facts as they have no files to read for themselves. or at least only what he wants them to see?
ALL OXYGEN IS HIDDEN ON THE SYSTEM SO NO ONE OFFICIALLY KNOWS I HAVE BEEN ON IT CONTINUALLY FOR NEARLY 22 YEARS. and paid for by FECA. and much of that is not processed either. No oxygen claims processed through the real system connected to the official one that posts to the COMMON WORKING FILE since 2002. But an offline system can get things paid if they choose too. and that breaches security also. Much of the items posted there and around other agencies are going missing before 2003. GET A PRINTER AND KEEP HARD COPIES OF THINGS, a plastic tub can keep them clean and dry.
Over a billion dollars or more squandered by the new health care systems under the new health care law, that I called the Clinton one, not the Obama one as that is when much of this began to be put in place and Congresses went along with it. With all of this conflicting info coming in on just what health insurance or health plans one has is going to end up with a 'crash' as computers can add, and they have to have info that 'adds up.? WE HAVE ALLOWED OURSELVES TO BE ROBBED AS WE GO WITH OUT AND SUFFER AND THE NATION COLLAPSED UNDER ITS CORRUPTION THAT CONGRESS HAS SEEN FIT TO GIVE NO BUDGET TO STOP.
WHEN MACHINES TAKE OVER
who gains the profits from it? One sentence came out of the Republican debate this week that should have been more fully discussed. I am 70 years old, and decades ago we were taught in school that in the future we would only have to work about 3 days a week as the machines would work for us.
Somehow the machines are working for the few rich who had grabbed control of them and still want us to work 5 or even 6 or 7 days a week and have prices so high that few make a living wage any more.
If the machines worked for us, we would all have our basics free. We have already had a guaranteed income for the aged , blind and disabled since 1974. And for adults with a child, there is a guaranteed minimum , too. For a while, that has been eroded and left many young children with in adequate supervision long before they should be. Even teenagers can benefit with an adult presence more of the time. And those groups , get a free phone, or nearly so also.
Why don't the machines work for all of us to have this same basics. Think of the control this cabal has over us now running all of our social programs. If we all had health care that was good and best for each of us, and all had a basic amount of electricity, and other services, no one would be enslaved to this cabal trying to get claims paid by this or that party.
This is not to mean all should live in luxury free of charge, with out working to contribute to society, But it does mean one should not freeze in winter or suffocate from heat exhaustion in the summer. Its the tiny house, versus homeless.
If one wants to have more that a poverty level amount, then one works for that or shares expenses with others in a household. It becomes a birth right to have this basic right of human needs with the machines working for US and not we enslaved to those who own the machines and reap the profits from the work they do. in excess of what is reasonable and fair to all.
THE MINIMUM WAGE BEING RAISED IS GOING TO HURT SMALL BUSINESSES, AND ANY ONE WHO NEEDS TO HIRE ONE OR TWO PERSONS TO EVEN HELP OUT IN ONES HOME WHEN ONE NEEDS HELP TO STAY IN THEIR HOME. If all had an amount of all the basics and that includes food, too. food stamps is replaced by a set amount per person credit per month. Then that might be a more fair way of all having enough to live with the basics met. What ever one makes beyond the basic, is a bigger home, more and better things to have and do. And yes, education should be free or near free also. If one wishes to go to an exclusive school by paying or with a scholarship, so be it. But for most the machines would take over.
They already are with many taking courses on line, now. And those in high school have access to progress in fields they are better in or have more interest in right on through as far as they can go by age 18.
This may be shocking for I am very independent and not in favor of big government. BUT WHAT WE EVOLVED INTO WAS HUGE GOVERNMENT AND ALL KINDS OF PROGRAMS AND CLAIMS TO BE PROCESSED AND THEN IT ALL GOT TAKEN OVER BY an international cabal and more schemes and scams to create more levels of 'red tape/ than one can imagine, when the machines are to do the work. And they would if they were programmed to do what is needed to be done. What has occurred is ROBBING OF OUR PRECIOUS TAX DOLLARS and more and more money being printed and budgets inhumanely cut. to feed the cabal that control the machines the people have allowed to have total control of us through them.
Its not about 'free stuff" for the machines have made it possible for all to have enough to be free.
Freedom is when we, the people, control the machines, and not an international cabal. The USA government doesn't even own much of its own records any more and that means we lose our rights and what benefits one may have worked for or be entitled to and be able to sustain life and livelihood,
the profits from the work the machines do for us is far beyond a $15.00 minimum wage for each of us. which is not going to change much as more machines are made that do more and more profits taken by a few and not shared with all.
FREEDOM IS PRECIOUS AND PART OF OUR HUMAN NATURE TO CHOOSE IT. Machines can give us what we need and then freely do and have more. A better way for all, even the rich, and more than makes up for a few extra dollars in a minimum wage increase. The free part of the electric bill for the rich might air condition only one room of their mansion. but the whole small apartment of the poor man and family. But the freedom of not having to worry about basic survival is there. The incentive to do more and have more is there. It is called SHARING and this is putting the power back with the voters and not a few who have turned the freedom machines were to give us all into more profits for them and much of that from the public treasuries of the world.
From one of the disappeared 84,000 federal employees who did not get an OPM hack letter from President Lynn Blodgett. to get free credit monitoring form one of his partnered companies. at the cost of a couple of hundred million more of our tax dollars. Pray for think good thought for President Lynn Blodgett Xerox Management services that he free himself to do what is right and good for the human family which each of us is a member of. HE IS THE KEY WITNESS TO KNOW ALL AND CHANGE A LOT FOR GOOD. May he do it!. YAHUSHA, WHOM WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS BE PRAISED THAT WE ALL VOTE AND ELECT THOSE WHO WILL THINK FOR THE FUTURE. AND THE FREEDOMS ALL OF US CAN HAVE TO CARE FOR ONE ANOTHER AND NOT BE ENSLAVED TO THE MACHINE OWNERS. One does not have to be of my faith or any faith to wish freedom for all and no one go hungry or freeze to death in winter.
