It was a very narrow issue that had been resolved by SSA already, but miraculously the hacked in SSA master system had a missing 8/09 hearing request that has year to be heard appear on the system just before this hearing that had been hacked into and deleted back in 9/09 when the entire field disappeared and later hearing requests disappeared and never heard on the issue of the Part B Premiums and how the math is done which no instructions exist any more as to whether the systems contractor is applying the math correctly and is in conflict with original training as an employee t 30 years ago and none has questioned it from the original is what seems to have occurred. Plus am still being assess a penalty as if I had retired and have not. But personnel records are missing and system hacked into also and apparently the 85,000 who did not get the OPM hack letters are mostly those under US Dept of Labor jurisdiction of federal workers comp and we are the most vulnerable to much of this hacking going on for often our injuries have exposed something badly corrupted inside the govt. On a more personal note I plead with medical billing services not to rely on the common working file which is privately owned and used for Medicare billing in the USA as its is hacked biweekly to delete one primary employer group health plan from it under orders from ACS ET AL. which is over 100 companies not subject to the civil or criminal laws of the USA due to congresses over the last 15 years defunding any over sight and secret? congressional hearings must be held to even discuss the massive thefts on going by the govt's own contractors they have gagged themselves not to mention. I AM WAITING FOR ONE CANDIDATE TO any office to speak out as to what they are going to do about the looting of the USA'S TREASURY AND OUR PERSONAL RIGHTS TRASHED IN THE MIX.
But yesterday, an executive order form the President of the USA seems to indicate that next month ACS ET AL AS UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTORS WILL BE WALKING IN TO OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND BE SEATED ALONG WITH REAL GOVT EMPLOYEES WHO ARE STILL SUBJECT TO AUDIT OF THEIR WORK AND STILL CAN E ARRESTED IF THEY BREAK THE LAW. This is a more complete over throw id this is carried out as indicated of the USA AND WHEN WILL CONGRESS ACT.?
We will need a voter's revolution to end this and this should be the campaign issues. for if there is no money to even buy the ink to print money, to be stolen then there will be no money for congress to even debate how our money should be spent.\
I name CEO Lynn Blodgett affiliated computer services and his over 100 companies now in control of much of the USA at all levels as he is named in writing and verbally by high level govt official as the one who is in control of data and files and often the highest officials have no access to even know anything. Those who bluff and cover up for this over thrown are harming all of us and our nation and rights and aiding and abetting an illegal over thrown of our govt. by an international cabal of monied interests which is NOT A WORLD GOVERNMENT WHERE EACH HAS HUMAN RIGHTS AND NATION STATES HAVE RIGHTS LIKE THE US CONSTITUTION WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT MODEL FOR SUCH A WORLD GOVERNMENT.
Instead, a few have taken advantage of the new world of computer systems and taken control of the flow of information in govts of the world and now own our data and us through this. And our govts have not seen to it they have oversight of what is going on and laws to intervene when laws are broken and monies stolen from the people . For it is our money and our laws and our govt being trashed. IT OUR VERY IVES AND LIVELIHOODS AND SOVEREIGNTY AS A NATION THAT IS BEING TRASHED.

BUT CEO BLODGETT IS NOW IN DEFIANCE OF 18 FEDERAL APPELLATE AGENCY JUDGES ON MY CASES AND AS MANY LOWER HEARING OFFICERS AND JUDGES WHO HAVE ORDERED THINGS DONE ON MY CASES IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES AND YET THE RESULT IS A SPEWING OF FALSE INFORMATION THAT I GOT WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND THERE IS NOTHING TO DO ON MY FILES FOR THE REASON THEY WILL NOT POST , PROCESS AND PAY, ETC. ANY GOVT OFFICIALS GOING ALONG WITH THIS MISINFORMATION FROM HIM OR ANY OTHER SOURCE IS ALSO IN DEFIANCE.
This prevents any real government employees from doing their job and processing a long pending request for permanent disability from federal workers comp . But next months with one of CS EMPLOYEES SITTING IN GOVT OFFICES. WILL THERE BE ANY ONE LEFT IN CHARGE IN THE GOVT THAT IS A REAL GOVT EMPLOYEE WHO CAN BEG CONGRESS FOR SUPPORT TO CARRY OUT THE LAWS OF THE LAND THAT CONGRESS PASSED AND PROCESS AND PAY THE BENEFITS THAT CONGRESS HAS SAID SHOULD BE MADE TO THOSE WHO HAVE QUALIFIED FOR SUCH?

This is an obvious defiance of the Medicare appellate judge on case M09-1406 which affirmed the lower judges rulings which was upheld. That the official posting from the US Dept of Labor was accurate as no change in status can occur due to obstructions by ACS (et al) which is defying the US Dept of Labor judges to post my file using my records so the case can be worked including a request for permanent disability so I can retire.
This is why my first request to your honor is enforcement of HR1063 to enforce the Conditional Payment Law and force the input of the oxygen claims to repay Medicare as this is a system trigger for the official system

to be made available to all who need access to work the case and to pay medical bills on Linda. Enforcement of the Conditional Payment law creates a domino effect which also makers her retirement spouse payment back to her date of entitlement on Doyle's record. And the issue of the Medicare payments being paid is moot because there would be no issue of coverage and whether SSA did the math in how or what manor they collected the Medicare payments is moot.
And Linda should receive a refund from having to pay any surcharge penalty for a break in coverage which had never occurred since am on active duty with the US Government under FECA.

All bills paid by Medicare should be recovered from FECA. Everything is currently pending because continuous follow up has been done on all initial request (s) and all appeals. Anything that has not been properly done is on appeal with all agencies involved an dost are going unanswered. We thank you today for holding a hearing on a few of the pending hearings. as you can see chaos is created when appeals are ignored then subsequent appeals must be done on the same or similar related issues. Linda is in a life threatening situation because there is no way to replace an oxygen tank without a supplier. We are talking about a tank that weighs nearly 200 lbs when full and there are few and fewer gas companies who will fill for an individual patient.
