Linda Joy Adams This is a series of links back wards of a brief submitted to Medicare Judge who was not permitted to rule on but one issue that had been resolved although ACS et al discovered and sent on other hearing that had disappeared as far back as 2009 and SSA and Medicare systems hacked to delete them . And since ts not on the system , SSA is not acting to resolve outstanding issues and they are in defiance of the judges also who have ruled that reconsiderations were not done and still are not done as if the system is hacked and deleted than they do not exist in the modern era of only the system knows and the brainwashing of all that govt files are secure is a lie as nothing is owned by the govt of our data and files anymore. AND NONE OF MINE HAVE BEEN SECURE AS EVIDENCE SHOWS. Congress has let no money be spent to stop those who hold contracts and steal and break laws and defy the judges and the law and basic human rights of survival as my case clearly shows as the struggle for life goes on. in spite of ACS et al's order to "let her die" on me and CEO Lynn Blodgett is the one named by high level officials as being the one in control of all of the govt in more ways than any can surmise ins real coup de etat that Congress let occur over the last 30 some years.
Most govt phone numbers are answered by ACS et al and not those in insurance companies are in the govt yet they are allowed to break the law and impersonate others, And if one asks who they work for they say, they are not permitted to say. As if its all 'black budget 'CIA type" operations to deal with the public about their own records at SSA, Medicare Health Insurance, Traffic Cam and even Snowden hides in Russia from ACS et al whom he worked for and is the snooper and not the govt officials in charge of much of anything anymore.
If any few are, then why are they not being criminally investigated for illegal deeds?
The procedures to enforce the conditional pay law of 1980 resurrected back with the govt to enforce the laws again since 1994 now has some written instruction and it starts with a Redetermination filed and we have been doing this for years. now and begging for the law to be obeyed so we are not subject to govt over payments over the hacked in system that deletes the postings from employers and agency's primary employer group health plan for all in an automated system set up illegally in 4/09 and before that system was hacked on orders of ACS et al through Prime Therapeutics one of their companies every time a claim was to be paid and got illegally dumped on to Medicare.
Now ones own doctor, etc are at risk of fines and penalties as ACS et al says to go ahead and use the hacked into system . And refuses to train their employees about conditional payments and how its legal for Medicare to pay but the must be sent on to recovery unit which it the contractor hacking into the system and facilitating the theft
But its the process set up now and OFTEN THOSE INSIDE ACS ET AL ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND WILL GO AHEAD AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION IF THEY ARE GIVEN THEM AND OFTEN ARE NOT . BUT NO ONE KNOWS AS THERE IS NO BUDGET FOR YEARS FOR INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS EITHER OF GOVT CONTRACTORS TO KNOW IF THE LAW AND RULES ARE BEING FOLLOWED AS CONGRESS INTENDED MONEY TO BE SPENT.
Our own decent neighbors get jobs at ACS et al and then find themselves caught in an international web and there is no whistle blower protections when ACS et al and partners at Goldman Sachs are processing those complaints now.
Pray that Congress will address this and vote in all elections as ACS et al is in charge at every level of govt now and in private industry. But they are made of our people and people can make change if they just act ethically and do what they can to make things right. Help those of us, like me who is trying to save our own lives and your right to life , too by cooperating and offering info as you are able to do so. Every little bit can help as this has been so secret in setting up that many in the govt and in congress have no idea who or what it is. They know there is some kind of ;shadow govt' but have no idea what is is or how it operates and who set it up.
OR HOW TO STOP IT.
You stop it, Congress, by allowing some budget to federal law enforcement entities to deal with crimes being committed. just as any police entity is supposed to have under the US Constitution. And budget for internal oversight as to whether the laws you passed are being carried out by the govt contractors hired to spend the money and process items in all the agencies of the govt. AND START COUNTING EMPLOYEES OF THESE INTO THE NUMBERS FOR THE FEDERAL WORK FORCE FOR THEY ARE DOING THE WORK SO THEY ARE GETTING THE MONEY FROM THE TAXPAYERS TO SPEND . AND START SAYING THE NAMES OF THE COMPANIES AND WHO THEY ARE OWNED BY SO THAT THE REAL TRUTH OF THINGS IS KNOWN FOR THE VOTERS TO KNOW IF YOU ARE DOING THE JOBS WE ELECTED YOU TO DO OF UPHOLDING THE CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE OF : "FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION."
Our own personal data in the custody of the govt , has been privatized and turned over to companies with no over site and no HIPPAA laws, etc. We are all at risk for our lives and livelihoods when this occurs and our public monies stolen and scammed away when so many are in need and our bridges are falling down with the money missing. Ethical companies cannot compete when illegal activity goes on like this. THIS IS NOT THE FREE MARKET SYSTEM WHERE THE GOVT SEES THAT LAWS IN PLACE ARE UPHELD. SO ALL HAVE A CHANCE.

Also, there is a misleading and inflammatory remark on Linda's MBR
( master beneficiary record system all use)*
from SSA when She was only trying to find out where missing files were and while trying find out very valid appeals were being deleted off the MBR record. -Master Beneficiary Record. Which the Deputy Commissioner of SSA Ted Horan at SSA-my file has been repeatedly hacked into and has tried to get the Office of Inspector General and SSA to investigate and secure the system.
One more retaliation against Linda who has been persistent because she does not have a badge- Gov can not obey it owns laws and no control over the contractor who's taken control of the government..
Its an untrue defamation of Linda's character intended to prevent her from having a fair, impartial hearing with Judge Engleman so the merits of the case &

legal issue(s) presented. And it may be why Linda has had case after case ignored. and excuse to violate Linda's rights to have decisions render on legal issues and the merits of the cases.

Also, this is a clear violation of the EEOC settlement with SSA which is in Medicare pe(u)rview,
I am requesting we start from day one when the issue of the Part B Premiums first became an issue when Linda filed for spouse benefits on Doyle's record in 2006 and a transfer from OPM from SSA to withhold the part B Premiums from her spousal check. And she was assure it was being per law until April of 2009.
There were numerous contacts with SSA and Medicare from 2006 -2009 to follow up on unprocessed pending matters. Linda call SSA bi- weekly to remind them or follow up on pending reconsideration(s) as the SSA insisted the system was secure and that

evidence (system)* showed that she had no appeal pending or ever even filed appeals-obviously not true and evidence is in the Aug '09 Hearing submission which you were not sent.
(we did send it to Judge Engleman as he was only sent the hearing request of '09 and a remand on the disability insurance portion only done without the file in 2010 as the rest sent to? Medicare for premium issues which ended up being went in the latest 2015 hearing request.)*
This necessitated the extra cost of certified mail and to get stamped receipt from office directly causing repeated trip to offices.

and to ask Linda for FACTS OF THE CASE.
Let her (re) construct files from her records. Illegal rifling of her file that le(a)d to her to having to file for reinstatement of of her wage loss from FECA and led to her filing for temp (orary)* OPM payment as she had to prove she returned to work at SSA in 1990. And led to EEOC sanctions against SSA(HHS)* as employing agency.
Today all the hours spent filing redeterminations with Aetna and last week it was another insurer Humana and Xpress Scripts needs some filed to day and AARP has some pending for years too. for another loved one and it seemed to end up at ACS et al and disappeared again and then called and got sent back to them so IS THERE ANY HEALTH INSURER IN CHARGE OF THEIR OWN COMPANY ANY MORE? No there is seems to be none as all have to be under ACS ET AL. SO WHY THE PRETENSE OF THEIR BEING HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES AT ALL? STOCK MARKET IS A SHAM WHEN ITS ALL THE SAME COMPANY ONE IS BUYING STOCK IN AND SO MANY NAMES?
THIS IS NOT A FREE MARKET SYSTEM WHERE WE HAVE SOME BASIC RULES SO ALL CAN COMPETE FAIRLY.
