HEAT HAS BEEN OPPRESSIVE EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT REACHED 100 YET HERE AND THIS YEAR EVEN THE HEALTHIER AMONG US FIND EVEN AIR CONDITIONING JUST DOES NOT LIFT THE OPPRESSIVENESS OF THE ATMOSPHERE. SOME BLAME CHEM TRAILS.... OR GLOBAL WARMING BUT NOT BEING A SCIENTIST I CAN'T ARGUE SUCH WITH ANY SCIENTIFIC CERTAINTY..
And have been sorting though 26 !/2 years of files to find those needed for the upcoming Medicare Hearing where someone has disappeared much of the files and that there was even a hearing pending since 8/09 on these SSA issues disappeared in 9/09 and a remand from the SSA APPELLATE JUDGE HAS NOT HAD ANY ACTION TO HOLD THE HEARING SINCE EITHER.
THIS IS THE WORSE THING TO DO CONGRESS FOR ME AND OTHER VICTIM WHO ONLY WENT TO WORK ONE DAY AND HAD TO TAKE ON GOLIATH BILLIONAIRES EVEN TO HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND GET MEDICAL CARE AND THAT IS A STRUGGLE TO THIS DAY ALTHOUGH APPROVED FOR LIFE EVEN BY MEDICARE FOR LIQUID OXYGEN AND NO SUPPLER ALLOWED TO COME AND BILL THREE HEALTH PLANS ALL APPROVED AND THE ORDER OF THE RULER OF THE USA, WHOM FEW KNOW IS THE CEO OF ACS ET AL HAS SAID; let her die and do nothing. and YET IF ANY ONE ELSE PUT OUT SUCH A 'CONTRACT HIT ONE ONE; THEY COULD BE INVESTIGATED AND ARRESTED ,BUT GOVT CONTRACTORS CAN NOT.
SO MY FAMILY HAULS 200 POUND TANKS OT THE GAS COMPANY SO I CAN LIVE AND WE PAY SO I CAN BREATHE. AS CEO LYNN BLODGETT HAS CONTROL OF ALL THREE OF MY HEALTH PLANS WHO HAVE ME APPROVED FOR LIFE FOR THE OXYGEN, BUT PLAYS GAMES WITH MY VERY LIFE.
I read that ACS has lost some contracts for Medicaid call centers. But those are not the more powerful contracts that determine policy and who gets to live.as they still have control of the medical professions, and monies and unfettered access to the public Treasury and that is still not being over seen that law and rights of all are upheld which we have document is not and none of the systems are secure and that includes SSA which all should be concerned about as all have interest in that as taxpayer or current or future recipient of benefits. THIS SHOULD BE THE NUMBER ONE CAMPAIGN ISSUE AS IT AFFECTS ONES RIGHT OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD RIGHT NOW.

right to know what I have found out over the last 15 years that has gone so wrong in govt since 1/10/89 when things were not good and before that when I became an active duty employee of the federal govt in 6/68 out of college. and would like to retire but cannot do so as an injured federal workers until my request is worked and that means setting up my file form my records as ordered , CEO Blodgett of ACS.

DO NOT BE TRICKED AS MOT OF US ARE DAILY THAT YOU HAVE CONTACTED OR SPOKEN TO ANY REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL OR THAT THE REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL IS TELLING YOU THE WHOLE STORY OF WHO IS REALLY IN CHARGE OF WHAT IS GOING ON.
This article mentioned some health insurers who have plans in the program. BUT IT DOES NOT MENTION THAT BETWEEN THE GOVT AND THE HEALTH INSURER IS OTHER ENTITIES FROM AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AND THEIR OVER 100 COMPANIES AND PARTNERS WITH SECRET , OFTEN CLEARLY ILLEGAL, DEALS THAT IS REALLY THE CONTROLLER OF ALL OF WHAT IS GOING ON.
NO WONDER 4 OF THE MAJOR COMPANIES ARE IN MERGER TALKS AS THEY HAVE BEEN SWALLOWED UP BY THIS INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT IS RUNNING THE USA WITHOUT INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS DUE TO DEFUNDING OF CIVIL OR CRIMINAL OVERSIGHT BY PAST CONGRESSES AND NONE SINCE HAVE ALLOWED IT TO BE RESTARTED AS IF THEY HAVE ALLOWED THIS NATION TO BE OVER THROWN.
JUST WHO IS THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE? Many other than a few who decide What is more violent than letting masses of people go with out the right to live as the monies for their health care and other basic rights of life are skimmed and scammed away by unethical entities that have grabbed control of the public monies.TOO MANY HAVE BECOME WEALTHY STEALING FROM THE PUBLIC TREASURY AT THE EXPENSE OF THE THOSE MOST VULNERABLE AMONG US IN REAL NEED. AND OUR COMPASSION AS A SOCIETY HAS PROVIDED ENOUGH FOR THEM IF IT WENT TO THEIR NEED.
GROUP HEALTH, NOW EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL HAS OWNED ALL OUR MEDICARE CARE DATA AND MEDIC LA RECORDS SINCE 1999 AND HORRORS HAVE OCCURRED THERE WITH NO OVER SIGHT. AND NOT BEING UNDER THE HIPPAA LAW, WHEN PATIENTS RECORDS GET CO MINGLED AND DATA CHANGED SUCH AS DIAGNOSIS CODES GET CHANGED AFTER IT LEAVES THE PROTECTIONS IN PLACE BY OUR GOOD DOCTORS AND MEDICAL PROVIDERS; THEN WRONG MEDICATIONS AND TREATMENT CAN BE GIVEN ESPECIALLY IN BUSY EMERGENCY ROOMS . WHERE MEDICAL PERSONNEL ARE NOW EXPECTED TO USE THESE INSECURE AND HACKED INTO DATA BASES TO ASSESS WHAT MEDICAL TREATMENT TO GIVE.
A prophetic movie called THE NET came out about 1999 and is still shown on tv and this is exactly what can and does occur when govt is taken over by private industry and none in authority make sure that ethical entities are given the contracts and that they remain conducting their business with the govt in an ethical and legal and constitutional manner.
EVERY GOVT DATA BASE MY INFO IS IN HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED AS HAVING BEEN HACKED AND IF ITS INSECURE FOR ONE, IT CAN BE FOR ANY ONE THAT GETS ON THIS CABAL' BLACK LIST; AND ONE MY NEVER KNOW THEY ARE. JUST BECAUSE THEY MIGHT BE A PARTY IN SOME CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT DUE TO WHERE THEY WORKED OR GOT SICK FROM SOME PRODUCT, ETC AND NOT KNOW SOMEONE HAS BEGUN THE FIGHT FOR JUSTICE. PLUS ANY ONE ELSE WITH NEFARIOUS MOTIVES TO GAIN ACCESS AND ILLEGALLY ALTER IT PR DELETE IT FOR SOME PERSONAL AGENDA.
'THEY KNOW WHO YOU ARE' even if you do not know why or how you might be.

Spent much of the day just catching up on e mails and answering some online friend requests that had waited for weeks for me to say yes to. I rarely refuse anyone as long as its not porn or someone advocating illegal activity, I welcome even those who disagree on matters. for open debate and dialogue, I do ask , be respectful,, please. . I had wanted to sew some new curtains for a couple of rooms, but that must wait as the struggle for life comes first.

Obey the judges. you have made so much money off of us that surely you have ;entity now to live a comfortable life. I and my loved ones are not perfect humans, but nothing we have ever done justifies what has been done to us and what is going on now. I pray that from now on justice and judges and rights be upheld and the obvious is before you. I got injured and no miracle cure has happened, except for one small bone growth that is not to be there that may well have let me live back on 1/10/89 to be here to stand up to these Goliaths. Little David had 5 stones.and the skill to use them.
All I have is the Internet and my voice and its not enough. As the Goliath is more than one person, but an international cabal of unities that I have yet to identify the parties although some say its these people or that ones. A CEO IS JUST THE HIRED HAND OF?
My prayers for him to do what is right and let his people obey the Judges and reconstruct the files from my records and respect my facts as the Judges have said you should and stop the rumor and gossip being strewn around as if they were the facts and what you have said is quite the opposite.
Our eternal souls are at stake in all of this and not just the short time each of us spends in this realm on planet EARTH.
