                   How could this be with all the medical evidence and the congressional testimony where the City of new York did not believe the EPA DIRECTOR CHRISTIE TODD WHITMAN  falsified  THE EPA data and  THE CITY did their own air studies that showed the air was toxic. Where are all the records? Shredded by a govt contractor, as mine have been multiple times and disappeared?

Felony disappearances means it did not happen? Will we one day deny that 9/11/01 happened?

 That is already gong on as its being changed very fast as who was responsible. we named the right guy, although the FBI used the name and birth date of a different man on the 10 most wanted poster.

Former Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld, said that he had doubles and of course that whole Al Queda was a CIA creation that apparently turned on their creator.

Are going to some day, say that Osama Bin Ladin was the 'good guy?' NO, he plotted and planned and had no regard  for any who got in his way of his method of revenge or vengeance or whatever evil motivation causes such a person to do heinous acts. We know some of his history and more would be known if all the witnesses would have been interviewed back in 1988 and 1989.  There are all kinds of medical tests that prove a toxic exposure and the resultant injures and diseases such as mine.

              In 1997, there was an estimated 700,000 like me in the USA who had suffered some sort of severe toxic exposure that left us with on ongoing medical problems. The common lung condition is called Reactive  airway dysfunction syndrome or occupational asthma. Neither term fully covers the full body injury that occurs when one is over come with a toxic cloud. and ones mucous membrane is damaged through out the body.

 I even  had changes on EKG and damage to mitral valve that was not there in the complete physicals HHS used to give us all every few years in the region I had transferred from before my injury of 1/10/89.

 DEATH PANELS AND BLACK LISTING HAPPENED TO 90 OF US IN 1/89 AND DOES NOT SURPRISE ME SOME WANT TO DENY MEDICAL ARE TO WHAT IS NOW ESTIMATED BY SOME STUDIES AS 2 MILLION INJURIES FROM THE TOXIC FIRES OF 9/11/01.

        As far as I know, we have never officially called 9.11.01 an act of war. And that mean all the injuries and damages got covered under various insurance liability policies. Often, insurance has a clause in it, that in case of an act of war, there is no coverage and then the people look to the federal treasury for money to help.

SO THIS IS INCONCEIVABLE FOR SUCH A DENIAL TO BE GOING ON IN THE FACE OF SUCH OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE  But maybe its all been destroyed?

                 We have a younger generation that thinks if something is input into a computer file, it will always be available, and that we all have those constitutional  rights yet, where the govt does not destroy or falsify records,  Well it may be somewhere, but even a hard drive can be cleaned and nothing backed up. And we all know, too well about altered govt files. Medicare's computers crashed?today and a memo went out and later on it was back up and Hewlett Packard , partner of Affiliated computer services and some stock owned By one company owns part of them, etc. So ACS is an official partner in multiple ways as well as turning over the workers compensation processing for all the claims of the first responders or their partnered companies and is this coup the reasons for the denial of the already approved?

Saw a brief report late today that the Sec has filed on a long list of companies doing this kind of buying and  into one and then on to another and not reporting it. Have not seen a full list or a report yet. to know if any I and others are up against got caught in the filings?

Many do not even bother to buy a printer today for that very reason of not understanding the need. I got a wireless one I can sit 30 feet from me so I do not get the fumes from it and what I publish and important items  have a hard copy kept.  And copies in divers places is even better if really important and need to be preserved.

 CEO LYNN Blodgett of ACS has been ordered by three federal judges  to reconstruct my files from my records and he ignores them and no one can make him carry out agency appellate judges orders. And he and his cohorts  have been involved in destruction of my records and not posting my federal workers compensation file, which many have said at high levels that my case is some sort of precedent case, even for the  2 million injured on 9/11/01.    Destroy all the precedent cases and the people;s own records and THE HOLOCAUST NEVER HAPPENED AND NETHER DID 9/11/01 OR ANY OTHER ATROCITY OR ANY OTHER CRIME someone wants to escape justice from committing.

       I have some grave concerns about all that is going on trying to blame various groups on it And why, my wish was to have an open trial of OBL so that  the whole truth could come out and all those complicit would be exposed and they too could see justice served for or against them., But his death, ended that exposure from occurring. Think of the suffering that would have been saved if we had let Somalia? as I recall was the country, or another that is well known to  offered him up and we did not accept the offer. Wish they had just done it themselves and  turned him over to the WORLD COURT. WHO WAS AFRAID OF THE TRUTH?

     If you could have seen the look on his face and in his eye back on 7/88.. staring at the World Trade Center and then later on find out what his job with the CIA really was, a form of creation to be a leader to form a coalition of groups.  ( see my Daily Recap of yesterday for more ) \

SOMETHING HAPPENED IN JERSEY CITY THAT SUMMER THAT CHANGED FROM A GOOD CIA employee?, TO SOMETHING ENTIRELY DIFFERENT IS MY PERSONAL  OPINION BASED ON MY EYE WITNESS ACCOUNT.

 What his obvious  part in the injuries and deaths of myself and co workers in 1/89  and successful tactics to cover it all up by the international cabal who may not wish to be known that they have had apart in any way in any of that and other atrocities and causing wars, is now going to be used to  cover up 9/11/01 and the atrocities of the day and the cover ups afterwards? HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE CORRUPTION THAT ALREADY EXISTED IN OUR GOVT THAT WE REFUSED TO UNCOVER AND RID OURSELVES OF.

       When I say Building 7 go down later on that day on 9/11/01;, I never doubted it was a demolition as assumed the building was unsafe to save and might as well do it.  But being in OK, far away, I had no idea  that what we saw as dust was much more and had toxic particulates and toxic fumes and those fires never got put our for months.  I also say many leaders come to the Ground Zero running around with no gas masks on  too  while the fires ere till smoldering,.  And wondered why they would do that so close to fires not yet out as the stories were already coming out how bad the air was to breathe. It was as if they were acting as if they  invincible  like gods that would not be affected. and wonder how many of them are now dealing with respiratory diseases and heart conditions, et al?

   These kinds of diseases are progressive and one might have some briefer  exposure and be able to function to some extent for awhile, but it soon   progresses.

I AM NOT A DOCTOR BUT WAS A PATIENT OF MANY OF THE DOCTORS NOW CARING FOR THE 2 MILLION IN NEW YORK CITY AND SURROUNDING AREA. They treated me and diagnose  me as having toxic fume inhalation and the other medical conditions that come with such, and the federal govt accepted this on a non controverted case.

   To this date, no one has said there is any cure to reverse the diseases one gets. One clinic in Florida. says they can do stem cell, but others say no they can't really cure anyone yet that way. There has been some help with other body parts and the heart with stem cells.

ONE OF THE WORST THINGS THAT THE OBSTRUCTION OF THE WORKER COMPENSATION CASES AND OTHER LIABILITY CASES IS THAT THESE ARE THE VERY ONES WHERE SOME FORMS OF EXPERIMENTAL TYPE TREATMENT MIGHT BE PAID FOR TO SEE IF IT HELPS AND WITH SOME STRICT OVER SIGHT TO SEE ITS SAFE AND IF IT MIGHT WORK.

 Most insurances and Medicare will not pay for anything experimental at all. and why we are in a stalemate of not being able to go forward and find new treatments when the world is full of toxins and too often someone gets a severe injury whether an accident, or intentional acts by others.  We all lose when  massive number are similarly injured and no real studies are done to know what is the best medical care and for what genetic or other type.

Son picked up the liquid oxygen tank from the gas company  and its  filled to last another 10 days if the glue and gorilla tape holds my life together. It can not be replaced as  due to the 9/11/01 back lash ( I consider this a major reason but not the only one in my case) against any one now that has suffered such an injury , we are not wanted to be alive and why?  SURELY SOME IN THIS WORLD ARE NOT THINKING SUCH EVIL AS TO DO SOME KIND OF CHEMICAL WARFARE AND THEN TRY TO SAY NO ONE GOT INJURED FROM IT?

Knowing the evil as I  have personally witnessed too many times in my almost 70 years, nothing a few humans do in denying their humanity surprises me although most in this world would never stoop to such atrocities and is why my faith in humanity itself has never faltered.  I pray to YAHUSHA WHOM WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS THAT EVIL GETS BOUND UP VERY SOON. VOTE, ITS THE HUMAN EFFORT TO TAKE THE PATH TO PUTTING ASIDE EVIL AND SHARING OUR HUMANITY WITH EACH OTHER IN THE ACTIONS OF OUR GOVERNMENTS.
