Medicaid is a partially funded state and federal plan and many states have now realized that the federal govt has not done the job to over see what the Medicaid contractors are doing and in many cases actually committing crimes. Affiliated Computer Services runs (misruns) most nationwide for the feds and states.
Some have gotten the Securities and Exchange to look into Affiliated computer services et al and others have sued, like Texas. Mn tried tocancel the contract to process Medicaid claims and ACS sued and won and they could not get them off the program.
The Feds have been lying for years that they were taking care of audits and criminal investigations of wrong doing by this cabal of partnerships of ACS WHEN NOTHING WAS BEING DONE AS CONGRESS WOULD NOT ALLOW ANY MONEY TO BE SPENT ON IT. And some executive decisions done, some as long ago as 20 years ago to NOT DO THE JOB WE THE PEOPLE EXPECTED.
So States are starting to try and look into things as people get caught in death panels and the monies don't seem to be getting used for health care or any other of the programs that are state and federally shared, either, and the Feds have now come out with a press release saying in this memo that the STATES MUST OBEY THE GOVT CONTRACTORS. COMMITITNG THE CRIMES? YES!
They try to say the sates can hire their own contractors, but that is not a realistic proposal as much of this is forced down the neck of the states already with it being a federally controlled but partially funded by the states.\ State employees are gone, replaced by this cabal's employees, so employees can not be asked to change jobs to over the new duties. Govt employees who were subject to the law and audits of their work product. its so bad the federal auditors published a press release as to how they 'MINE DATA FROM WHAT THEY ARE GIVEN TO REVIEW BY THE CABAL CONTRACTORS AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO REAL AUDIT CONTROLS AND THEY HAVE CAUGHT SOME ANOMALIES TO THEIR CREDIT, but they have missed what I was able to find out by what occurred on my records and others.
They knew that millions of summary notices never went out to patients of what Medicare paid in one periods of time s the payments made were millions more than the notices. ( THIS CABAL SENDS NO NOTICES WHEN MEDICAID PAYS SO FEW THEFTS ARE GOING TO BE DETECTED BY PATIENTS ON THOSE.) And it takes all of us at every level to stop crimes in this nation.
I had already told them and given them the evidence over 5 years ago that when the Medicare claims and id were stolen a by the Medicare partner and 17 pays went out on each claim and the Medicare trust fund authorization debit authorization given to the federal reserve, the LETTERS WERE SUPPRESSED AND NOT SENT OUT. AND WE STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO AUDIT THE FEDERAL RESERVE FOR A HUNDRED YEARS TO KNOW IF THE AUTHORIZATIONS FOR PAYMENTS OF ANYTHING WENT TO WHERE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GO TO INDIVIDUALS, ENTITIES OR TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER AGENCY FOR AN APPROVED USE.
NO medical provider of mine got the 17 pays issued in their name the federal reserve was to send to them and the total theft was about $4million. The amount of the notices not sent out would seem to add up to a trillion dollar theft as all evidence indicated that the 500 named witnesses documented at Vangent and thousands of fraud reports disappeared in that contractor and never sent to DC as required by their contract, General Dynamics bought them out and covered it all up?
THIS IS WHAT THE STATES ARE TO COME UP AGAINST WIITH THE PROGRAM THAT DOESN'TT EVEN HAVE THE INTERNAL CONTROLS OR AUDITS PROCESSES AT ALL EVEN THOUGH NOT ENOUGH AT THE FEDEFAL LEVEL? Its how we used to do these, a few patients would give us some info and it would lead right to the problems as WE KNEW AND UNDERSTOOD THE PROCESS, THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THE PROVESS IS INSIDE THIS CABAL.
STATES ARE NOW BEING TOLD THEY HAVE NO SAY IN THE MATTER?
Another memo I linked to day, is now telling the states they have to set up a fraud unit to take reports on Medicaid fraud. STATES HAVE NOTHING SET UP AND MONIES ARE NOT APPROPRIATED TO TAKE OVER WHAT THE FEDERAL GOVT CANNOT DO.
I tried several years ago to find out whom to ask or even give our evidence to at the states level when we found ACS ripping off he state of OK in more than one program. Some needed changes made to save 'wasted money' that ACS was getting a big cut of. I got phones slammed in my ear then.
Today, I followed up on these memos from the federal govt to find out if anything was going to be done or was in the process. I got phones slammed in my ear, also today. NO ONE WANTED TO TALK ABOUT IT AT ALL.
If one has questions about their Sooner care program, which is what most call the Medicaid benefits they have, they now call a 'partner ' of ACS and I spoke to them a few days ago and they would not even say who they were but I found out by other means. Then the more I spoke of what was going on the madder they seemed to get as 'I'm speaking of their dear partnership 'deals?'
I even called the Governor's phone line and the same person answered who had said she was a state employee, but if she represents the state of OK, she is not being either concerned nor professional about. it. SHE ALSO ANSWERED FOR THE ATTORNEY general and hung up on me.
Other states are just not set up to take over at all. Most states have now expanded the Medicaid program and do not have to pay for it for a few years, but now they are to take over fraud investigations against an international cabal that the federal govt has found TOO BIG TO ARREST? when documented crimes are going on?
Another problem in OK is that the head office of the Medicare unit that is facilitating most of the federal crimes is now in Oklahoma City and many probably have friends or relatives who work there and the conflict is over whelming in that city of the major problems over all. Not that all the workers are criminal, for they hire good people and they lie in their training of what is to be done or is. THEY KNOW NOT TO ASK Questions. THIS CABAL DOES NOT LIKE ONE LIKE ME WHO IS ABLE TO EXPLAIN THNGS TO THER OWN EMPLOYEES THAT EXPOSES WHAT THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF AND MOST HAD NO IDEA. Then they r ordered to hang up or block the phone line for they want to keep their nice people ho answered the phone 'ignorant' of what they are really doing,
IIS IT TIME FOR THE STATES TO BAND TOGETHER AS THEY DID AGAINST THE TOBACCO COMPANIES AND GET THE PROGRAMS THEY HAVE TO PUT STATE MONIES INTO UNDER REAL INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROL AND SUBJECT TO REAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS IF SUCH OCCURS AND IT IS AS OUR EVIDENCE SHOWS,
And giving a contract to a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs as the Federal govt has is not going to help as they did nothing in 4/14 but cover up for the crimes committed and retaliated against me by blockeing my phone lines and ordering me not to file a complaint ever again. EVEN IN WROINTG THAT BLATANT THEFT OF MEDICARE WAS NOT GOING TO BE INVESTIGATIED'" OUR EVIDENCE WILL NEVER BE SENT TO ANY US ATTORNEY NOR EVEN ANY REAL FEDERAL AGENT TO SEE. And has not for years, as thefts were on going.
I have conducted Medicare fraud investigations and do know what theft is. pretty simple. Medicare is paying bills that do not legally belong to them and Emblem Health is not asking for the money to be paid back by the primaries and even setting it all up by altering federal records provided to the medical billing persons.. The number of felonies on going is a mountain of them. I AM NOT 17 PEOPLE EITHER with the same name and vitals. NEITHER IS ANY ONE ELSE THIS HAPPENS TO AND MAY STILL NOT KNOW IT OCCRRED AND THE OVERPAYMENT IS AGAINST THEM AND THEIR ESTATE OF BLATANT THEFT OF THEIR RECORDS BY THE PARTNERS OF Medicare.
Read these memos in light of what any one who has read my blogs now knows and realize that the FEDS HAVE GIVEN UP AND DUMPED THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FEDERAL LAW ENFORCMENT BACK ONTO THE STATES to take on an international cabal that ACS is running around the world in many areas through all the multitude of partnerships and subsidiaries.
How will the states have the resources to even know what is going on for Feds do not as their employees are not even allowed to surf the web and Google any company or file to even find out what is going on in the real world.
On Linked IN I am in a group with those who help those with federal benefits and workers comp, A WORSE HORROR STORY IS SURFACING OF INJURED WORKERS NOT BEING ABLE TO GET MEDICARE TO PAY THE BILLS WHEN WORKERS COMP WON'T. Or will not process he claims to obstruct the process. JR 1063 would speed this process up, but no one in charge to take care of that, yet.
As I shared there and here, it can be a year for any supplier or provider to get paid, as one has to bill the primaries first, and then on to Medicare and what is occurring is NO ONE IS BEING ABLE TO GET MEDICAL CARE? The states medical schools, used to be an option for those unable to find doctors, but most states have turned management of them over to CEO Lynn Blodgett of ACS, too.
HOW DID ALL THESE STATES GET DUPED INTO TURNING OVER THE SOVEREIGN RIGHT OF STATES TO THE FEDS PARTNERS THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ANYMORE?
After 9/11/01, the full over throw of this govt was effectuated while the media and most were concerned with war and the Patriot Act and our personal rights, but behind the scenes hidden from view was the right of life being taken from us through the international take over of our medical care and health insurers and programs. And most State Insurance Commissioners never raised any 'red flags; nor any one else at the state level as it had become too easy to LET THE FEDS HANDLE THINGS AND THEY FAILED US.
In other words, this memo says that the secret deals among the partners of the federal govnt have to be obeyed even if the law, state and federal , the federal Judges and the federal govt contracts say what they are ordering and doing is wrong, illegal, and blatantly criminal.
THE FEDS ARE ORDERING FRAUD TO BE ALLOWED TO OCCUR BY THEIR PARTNERS. AND THE STATES ARE TO ACCEPT IT AND PAY THE STATES MONIES INTO THE COFFERS OF THIS INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT CARES LITTLE FOR ANY ONES RIGHTS OF EVEN LIFE.
Its's that bad folks. VOTE! YOUR LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD DEPEND ON ELECTING THOSE AT ALL LEVELS OF WHO HAVE THE COURAGE TO STAND UP FOR US AND WE NEED TO SUPPORT THOSE WHO DO EVEN IF WE DO NOT AGREE WITH EVERY SINGLE PHILOSOPHY AS OUR RIGHT FOR LIFE AND PROTECTIONS OF OUR MONIES AND PROPERTY IS CONSTITUTIONAL.

Now being told to accept it by the Feds or take care of the criminal investigations themselves and they are to set something up to do so. Goldman-Sachs's company is waiting to gobble up the rest of the taxpayers money and our rights to take over and cover up even more, is what I have observed for several years as they are the fraud and complaint company for most corporations and govts round the world now. HOW IS THE WORLD DOING? NOT VERY WELL!
STATES! THE FEDS DON'T LIKE YOU TAKING ON THEIR PARTNERS AND IF YOU WANT TO DO IT, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE BILLS OR OBEY THE ILLEGAL ACTS AND HARM YOUR PEOPLE AND LET YOUR STATE MONIES BE STOLEN? THE STATES SEEM TO BE GETTING THEIR PHONES SLAMMED IN THEIR EARS NOW, AS I HAVE BEEN FOR SO MANY YEARS TRYING TO STAY ALIVE.
Son got liquid oxygen tank filled yesterday so my life should continue for 10 days more. Gauge not working so can't tell how full it is, but after 20 years can tell by the weight. Maybe when it gets more empty it will start working again. How much longer can this go on? Until JUSTICE FOR ALL PREVAILS AND RIGHT NOW WE ARE LOSING IT VERY FAST. IF YOU GET THE RIGHT OF LIFE, I WILL GET IT, TOO. There is nothing wrong with the US Constitution if we obey it and elect those who will obey it too. Now is not time to 'over throw' it as some want who have let this over throw take place already. what are they going to give us. The NORTH AMERICAN UNION? THE NEW WORLD ORDER LEGALIZED? NO THANK YOU!
