very busy filing papers and now the phones are having problems into the Recover/coordination center at emblem health where each patient is now able to self report and get out from under the overpayment liabilities that company created. we always could do so, but their records were destroyed per orders of CEO Blodgett? on me after al the good and hard work they had done when they were in Detroit and ACS just ignored the collections requests and kept on advising? for altering the Common Working File so entire family's medical bills got paid by Medicare first creating over payments against us if not coded for recovery . And never let any one at US Dept. of Labor know the letters were sent and since there is no internal audits done, Sec of Labor Perez and those before him ' know nothing'. Just what do the Cabinet secretaries do from decade to decade as monies disappear and people suffer from it? ASK CONGRESS TO CUT PAYMENTS TO THE POOREST AMONG US INSTEAD OF STOPPING THE THEFTS BY THE RICHER AMONG US? I am not speaking of wealth redistribution at all... but stopping illegal actions. If anything our tax dollars need to go to those we say it was suppose to go to in the first place and one pay per medical bill, not 17 and those other 16 went to / Ask the federal reserve. The amount the 500 estimated who helped on this, seems to be about the same amount as the TARP Money that the 'banksters' in Europe got... but I have no idea ... as for almost a hundred years, this nation has not seen fit to look at the books over at the federal reserve to see what goes on when any payment authorized by the US Treasury to be sent to any entity or person or between agencies goes to the Fed and they then send it out and have the ability to divert it, too. DID THEY AND THEN WANT TO SEIZE THE PROPERTY AND ESTATES OF THE ONES IN WHOM NAMES IT WAS STOLEN? I HAVE SEEN SUCH EVIL BY SOME, THAT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.... ITS TIME FOR A REAL CHANGE FOR REAL THIS TIME. REGISTER AND VOTE IN ALL ELECTIONS AND KEEP IT UP FOR A DECADE UNTIL THE ONES IN ALL ELECTED OFFICES UNDERSTAND THAT WE, THE PEOPLE, STILL HOLD THE POWER TO HIRE ND FIRE YOU.
Talked to Vonage and they are working on it. Was getting messages that our calls were trying to be routed over seas... We have had a lot of insurance companies involved as Part D plans as well as all of the claims paying partners of Medicare that have created these over payments against us and ignore our protests and filings as the went along with the illegally altered common working file
yes, the filings go to the company do the illegal acts for years and now HR 1063 needs to be enforced to save my life, let alone livelihoods.
We are in terrible times for many and what little one can leave their heirs may be all they have for a roof over their head until the people of this world decide to take charge of their govts and stop the high level thieves from stealing even our precious tax dollars.
NEVER GIVE UP HOPE
There is new research on going on stem cells from ones own body on hearts for some time and now some is starting on the lungs. But CEO LYNN BLOGGETT OF ACS in total control of federal workers comp would need to OK anything where I might be a suitable patients for. He has resigned as VP at Xerox, but nothing has changed for me in any agency he is in control of So far, its may not be, but I did speak to some medical people to day in Tampa and in Texas.
So with all the legal filings to do, is filling out possible forms for that.
I am cautious as would want to know a lot about it first. But No one has said I fit anything being done right now.
I am not a scientist but if the liver can regenerate it self, then maybe there is something else in us that can be triggered to renew the rest of us. After all, I read my Bible very literally and some of those ancient people lived a long time for some reason. and I do not think it was a myth in any way. If our focus could turn to love and caring for one another as Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus asked us to do, then maybe our efforts could be used for life and not for death and destruction as it seems we are getting ourselves back into more wars.
Wanted to touch base with all of you. Now back to the mountain of paper.
Everywhere we have checked into things in recent years, we find more people and more of our tax dollars blatantly stolen by those in the higher ranks of this world and they turn around and want to cut help for the poor whose small amounts to be received are far less than the thefts and corporate bailouts for billionaires. Nothing wrong with great wealth is ones heart makes one use it for good. I do not begrudge the wealthy for a nicer car(s), larger house(s), etc.
But when the wealth is 'stolen' wealth that was diverted for the intended purpose in all the various govt programs and projects, then that is the worse sin of all against humanity. Scrooge got saved and pray this bunch will too. "Help others help themselves" quite of Linda Joy (Hardy)Adams in 1948 when said "We need a Peace Corps as a 1000 young people helping others help themselves would be like a 1000 points of light."' I still believe in the goodness of people with the free will to make this place a heaven on earth. It is going to take every one of us with each of our unique gifts to make it happen, is my sincere belief and hope that it will occur.
At 18 months I saw a cross burned in our yard and the fear of my Dad's employee with one burned in her yard all because my Dad let her run the cash register in his restaurant and then he let those of the same darker race eat at the restaurant in McPherson Kansas. So I have seen the best and the worse that people can do. But, few have ever seemed to be so evil that the light of love can not reach them in any way. As a Christian, we teach salvation is open to all. And pray that in some way, the path to a better life can be cleared of the obstructions in our way to follow it.
Continued prayers for Carmen Chilson's Dad and health. One can go to her face book to read about a medical horror story all to common that can happen to our loved ones is we do not be vigilant when they need care. We pray will now continue for a better out come.
