Week ahead: GOP targets Medicare fraud | TheHill I missed that a hearing took place until yesterday and I spoke to the aid for Congressman Kevin Brady who chairs the committee and spoke of all the items in the violations of civil rights which were re posted with the up dates on 6/15/14. So there is still no theft if done by a Medicare partner as we the people have to take care of the matter ourselves with the few civil laws around and agency judges orders are ignored too.
Have been spending recent days filing papers for this. but some insurers, etc. have been receptive in some of the insurance companies and a few seem to act like 'suspects.'
OPM CONTRACTORS UNDER ACS RIPPED US OFF AGAIN,
When Part D Medicare started 8 years ago,, those of us with federal employer health plans were told in our policies. which are contracts, that there would be coordination with Part D if we chose to sign up for it, Many of us with lower incomes did so as we could get special help, Its considered a comparable plan so we were not required to do so,
Of course, in our case our applications were ignored that said Medicare was not a primary as the illegally altered common working file caused those who did not know as well as those who did to not want to know to steal get out of paying primary,
The one to pay for me was ACS-Xerox in total CONTROL OF at federal workers comp, but they were in the whole scam from the beginning as they got to pay the claims for everyone, to as they control almost all of our health care now and the Feds for a long time now>Yet Congress has never asked any one from there to testify, who knows what is going on.
CEO LYNN BLODGETT has resigned at the end of the years as a VP for Xerox, but he is still running things at ACS AND HIS BROTHER/ TOM IS RUNNING EUROPEAN HEALTH CARE ETC. And we have all heard the horrors starting to come out of England and other places now. So their govts are getting hoodwinked big time, too. TO BE FAIR CONG BRADY'S AIDE SAID THEY WERE INVESTIGATING THINGS. SO MAYBE THEY WILL READ MY SITES AND GET THIS STOPPED WHILE LIFE IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR MANY OF US. ITS DOCUMENTED.
Of course there is all those millions of dollars missing from the health care for inured federal workers last 'seen' at ACS. that can be 'spread round' to help them 'stay dumb' if they choose to do so. Others just don't know, Its not easy for me to have garnered all of the web of intricate interlocked financing in all of this and I have had training in the past when govt investigators did get trained to ferret it all out.
And when I started I was not online either.
So we feds and many military families also have dual coverages, too; have been ripped off and lied to big time as we have been forced to pay co pays when the total should have been $ o for our prescriptions which just started happening this years and at times it can get missed at the pharmacy as our Federal Health plan is deleted off the common working file by Emblem Health international who owns it that we the people have paid for and ones pharmacy and medical providers are paying billions to, access. Why they are not allowed to have free access to it in exchange for seeing a number of Medicaid and Medicare patients in exchange is beyond common sense approach to get all of us access to health care we need to stay alive and be in best health possible.
THOSE WITHOUT SPECIAL HELP HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR THAT BIG DONUT HOLE WHEN THE MONEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID BY THE OTHER HEALTH PLAN. SOME OF YOU OUT THERE ARE DUE A LOT MORE MONEY BACK THAN WE ARE.
So where is all the missing money and WAS THIS 4/09 ILLEGAL PROGRAM CREATED ON ALL OF US FOR ALTERATION OF THE COMMON WORKING FILE DONE TO STEAL ALL THE CO PAYS FROM ALL OF US FEDS/MILITARY FAMILIES? and any others with an employer group health plan? SEC Help, broaden you investigation of ACS or some states to include us,
Which is what has occurred along with all the other thefts that the insiders says is upwards of a trillion dollars and the overpayment liability is on the Medicare card holder even though we can't stop it,
I have been filing papers and appeals and so has Doyle and we have active requests going back 8 years on this to get all this back money back, NOW WILL SOME LAWYERS TAKE THIS AS A CLASS ACTION? ONE WAY TO EXPOSE THE TOTAL CORRUPTION? EVEN AARP HAS NO LAWYERS LISTED IN ANY CATEGORY FOR FALSE CLAIMS AND ITS THE NEW FIELD OF LAW ALL WILL NEED AS AGENCY DECISIONS AND JUDGES ORDERS ARE IGNORED BY THESE CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE TOTAL CONTROL. THE MAIN ONES STEALING THE MONEY,THE GOVT HAS TURNED HR-1063 OVER TO , BUT ITS NOT THEFT WHEN THEY DO IT, ITS A CIVIL MATTER, HUMANS ARE DOING THIS, SO THEY ARE NOT EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW?
So maybe there will be enough to get back to buy a new oxygen tank and then go after CEO Lynn Blodgett to repay and to process those 16+ years of oxygen claims he is hiding from the world as HE IS under orders to let me die and I choose to live. I want all to have the right to live.
Is Congress going to continue to be hoodwinked on this,?I pray not. The aide took my phone number, but no one called me back today.. why spend the money on hearings if its nothing but t smokescreen to hide that the ones put in charge have stopped being in charge a long time ago.
while the media is looking for some missing e mails out of the White House, we got robbed again big time. That's important what may or may not have gone ,on; but its not the only thing.... This is real money being stolen from the people.'biggest Ricco case in the history of the USA per my US Attys'" who can do nothing as there is no federal law enforcement allowed to do anything but let us get robbed and our lives be endangered over it.
PLEASE DO YOUR JOBS AND GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS AND I AN WILLING TO HELP I ANY WAY POSSIBLE FOR IF YOU GET THE RIGHT TO LIVE, I WILL GET IT TO AND NOT BE ROBBED EITHER AS ALL OF US ARE RIGHT NOW, WITH OUR VERY LIVES AT STAKE IN ALL OF THIS, AS HEALTH CARE ACCESS GIVES US ACCESS TO LIFE FOR ANYONE WHO IS SICK OR INJURED.
