GAO Report Describes Medicaid Improper Payments - Press Releases - Tom Coburn, M.D., United States Senator from Oklahoma This article refers to another law signed by Pres Obama and never carried out with regard to major over payments in the Medicaid program. Sen Coburn has not addressed these major thefts, either that has come to light. and he has never helped me at all. That's the one for the poor among us which has been expanded to include those who are not among the poorest among us but many on very limited income as I and members of my family are and the states have lost control to do anything about stopping it with the federal take over. First in the part D prescription drugs under Medicare which many get Medicaid subsidies under and now many in states where they can get Medicaid but supposedly have no other insurance to be primary.
As I've explained many times, we've been filing letters and appeals with our part D Medicare plans to no avail to stop having Medicare pay primary as it legally isn't but we can do nothing as even mighty Walmart has to go along with the new world order cabal that goes in and illegal alters the official posting from the Us Dept of labor to my common working file owned by Emblem health International as HHS contractor, and those of the ones on my employer group health plan who have it as a primary due m to the federal workers comp law making me active duty until the CEO of ACS Lynn Blodgett obeys the appellate Judges orders to post my file using my records as they shredded mine, twice and process, pay as the law requires for one with accepted medical conditions and permanent medical but no one at the US Dept of Labor has any control any more and even the judges have to send thee orders to ACS first and they can choose not to share them with any one who would be carrying out the orders.
I'm in some chat rooms on Linked In with some attorneys and even Judges who are sharing horror stories all the way around on lack of lawlessness through out and no one has any rights,
With regard to Medicare their is a legal waiver process through social security where one can file Form SSA 632 available on line and do not give personal financial info on this kind as "its against equity and good conscience" as how is a patient to enforce the law when the govt can't any more. So far SSA refuses to comply with their 2005 agreement to issue the wavier letters and in the Seattle region a few years ago letters started going out to estates and the attorneys caused a racket and they haven't done any more. but the over payments are there even though its criminal theft by others for altering the common working file and causing Medicare to pay first. But for those of us with Medicaid subsidies, its also Medicaid monies paying for all those prescriptions, when the primary payers should be paying. In my case federal workers comp who was paying for same or similar medication before.

SO ALL I HAVE HEARD FOR SEVERAL YEARS IS NO TO OBAMACARE WHILE THE TAKE OVER OF OUR HEALTH CARE GOIES FORWARD IN MANY WAYS AND THE LAST LAND GRAB OF ESTATES MAY WELL BE ON THIS OVERPAYMNTS OFMEDICARE AND MEDICAID MONIES OWED TO THE GOVT WHERE THE PATIENTS WERE ACTUALLY CRIME VICTIMS AS OUR GOVT FILES WERE ILLEGALLY MESSED WITH BY THE GOVT'S OWN PARTNERS WHOM CONGRESS HAS NOT SEEN FIT TO MAKE SURE CRIMES ARE INVESTIGATED AND PROSECUTIONS AND CONTRACTS WITH CRIMINAL CONTRACTORS CANCELLED AND GIVE ANOTHER COMPANY A CHANCE TO BE ETHICAL AND LEGAL AND STOP THE ILLEGAL BAIL OF OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE AND LIABILITY INSURANCE INDUSTRY IN THIS NATION.
we must not let this only be the VA , as its all the way through the govt now. Its not an easy fix and some may and should go to jail. But thefts and lives endangered and lost has to stop.
Congress has yet to pass no fault health insurance , and in the current stew of lawlessness, more of us might get medical care if Medicare was to pay everyone's bills, worker comp, auto injuries, third party liability, etc. but then there would be no need for all those insurance companies to collect premiums, either as they would not have to pay anything,?
SO INSTEAD OF GETIING INTO ALL THE FILINGS TODAY, , WE REALIZED THAT WE WERE DEALING WITH MEDICAID OVERPAYMENTS AND NO ONE HAD ANY IDEA IUNTIL A WEEK AGO; THAT ACS HAD FOR 8 YERAS PAID ALL THE CLAIMS IN THEIR NORTH CAROLINA SITE AND NONE THERE HAD ANY IDEA THAT IF MEDICARE WAS NOT THE PRIMARY THEY WERE TO BE SENDING THE CLAIMS OVER TO RECOVERY UNIT TO COLLECT BACK FROM THE PRIMARY. THAT'S NOW EMBLEM HEALTH INT, WHO CASUED THE OVERPAYMENT IN THE FIRST PALCE BY ALTERING RECRDS THEY AREN;T ALLWED TO ALTER AND CAUSE OVERPAYMENTS AND THEFT IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND CAN NOW ASSESS FINES AND PENALTIES AGAINST EVERYONE THEY TRICKED IN TO BILLING MEDCIARE FIRST INCLUDING MIGHTY WALMART WHICH IS HELPLESS IN THE MATTER JUST AS THE GOVT ITSELF IS RIGHT NOW....AMOST. ITS US TP CONGRESS.
I spoke to some nice people in Oklahoma City today, in the Attorney general;s office and at Health care and at Sooner care which is the Medicaid program for most in this state. No one has any idea who is supposed to be over seeing these Medicaid monies used... after 8 years am I the first to even ask the question? I missed it, although have appeals pending with various plans we all have and have had and they never let on until Aetna did, what was going on, that they were not paying the claims at all.
I ran into some flack at the Sooner care call center when I asked what company I was speaking to and they would not tell me. Hewlett Packard , financially interlocked with ACS; used, to , but that contract is now with Maximus and its a new company From Reston VA, and need to check them out further. Somewhere it seem I had located them as connected to ACS also, but if any one knows, they can share it. They all seem to have deals with each other, anyway so....
You understand that Medicaid is even paying the Part D premiums and we have no donut holes or deductibles other than small few dollars co pays, which Medicare is to pay those and our primary pay the other larger aprt, No wonder the health insrucne companies said nothing, for if they had not gotten out of paying and it 'smells' as if they knew this all along, they would have been negotiating prices as they already do if they pay primary.
How many trillions of dollars have been sent out on this and nothing done to recover it?
In 2010, Pres Obama signed a law to address all of the concerns, and yet no one at HHS has done anything about it and no one there seem to know anything or doesn't want to as political appointees come and go like a revolving door if any real hard issues have to be addressed.
I pray for the new Sec of HHS that she will address these issues. Many in congress on both sides seem to think she is very capable and pray she is for the good of our medical care and stop the blatant theft of our precious health care dollars by every entity that decides they don't want to pay their bills 'dumps them on to Medicare, and in the case of Part D Medicaid. Many months the amount paid for prescriptions is far more than any other medical bills. No wonder there is no incentive to negotiate prices as no one knows what the statistics are or what is going on and there are no internal audit controls any more of partners of the govt and Congress will not ask the ones inside the govt contractors what is going on? It only took me a few minutes to find out from the ones paying the claims in NC at ACS really did not seem to know they were involved in the ongoing theft of Medicaid and medicare at all. They had no idea! I do believe them and that's how ACS operates, they hire good people and their training omits some areas, like the process is incomplete in order for all to engage in stealing...
Conditional payments under Medicare means Medicare can go airhead and legally pay when its not Medicare's bill, but only only if its coded and sent on over for recovery and the new law HR 1063 assesses fines and penalties for this, now whom does one assess> Walmart , CVS, your local drug store... is forced to go by the fraudulent mess they pay thousands of dollars to a clearing house company to access the common working file which is not to be altered by any one when there are postings from employers and govt agencies directly to it as ours comes from the US Dept of Labor and Medicare appellate and lower judges said its accurate and said patient overpaid and patient has to go get the money back as the govt won't, but since M09-1406 decision was given and there has been no change in status even though ACS's CEO started running around and saying I'd gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and never happened. Love to see the money, his company says is a million dollars, but indications are ACS embezzled that amount per head on older established cases before he took over as CEO to cover up all the allegations of unethical and criminal behaviors going on before 2009 with no paper work and no law any know of that would let something like this be paid. he has never answered my letters to help find it either... but his word is the 'gospel' and all have to obey him and not the law, judges, or any one in authority in the govt'? HR 1063 got passed and now the govt won't go get the money back and neither will they stop the looting of Medicare and Medicaid . and we are in real limbo in another way.
So, whom do we file a waiver with? State or federal? and there seems to provision for these thefts to occur,when the states had total control, it was not happening like this? But now the Feds have taken over and no wonder some states will not go into the Medicaid subsidy program under Obamacare if its not gong to be over seen at all? It never seems to end this corruption that has been going on and getting worse in this coup d'etat put in place in 1983 and almost has over taken us as we get distracted by important issues but miss the fact we are being robbed in the meantime.

Others other s please think good thoughts and all of us need to find out how their own families have been affected in this. Sooner or later , it will as things are going now and no real changes are made. somebody needs to go to jail, and its the guys at the top that set this all up... should be leading the way to the 'pokey.' But if they would just stop and make things right, mercy might be easier to find.
