The new law to make him; HR 1063 has been turned over to the worse offender so Medicare is asked by Lynn Blodgett to pay all my bills and not code them a conditional payment(don't ask for the money BACK FROM THE HEALTH PLANS HE CONTROLS., our PRIMARIES) which puts an over payment liability against me , my family on my Federal Blues Cross Blue Shield policy and . or our estates over paid to the govt and he has the power to come take anyone's property he wants without due process, etc. He's also the CPS that ALEX JONES KEEPS SPEAKING OF BUT NEVER NAMING HIM AND ADULT PROECTIVE SERVICES WHO CAN;ET PROTECT US FROM HIM, HIS myriad of interlocked companies with many names on them. I DON'T KNOW THE MAN , OR IF I DID IN THE PAST AND DID SOMETHING BAD TO HIM I AM SORRY BUT I NEVER MEANT TO EVER DO ANY ONE HARM AND DON'T THINK I DID TO HIM IN ANY WAY? SO HE IS A HEAD THAT IF IT DOES NOT OBEY HIS 'BOSSES' IS REPLACEABLE, SO he must be the one with the most to fear, loss of eternal soul. He tricks the medical community into billing Medicare giving false info that all govt partner entities follow to alter the official govt files to make it look as if Medicare should be paying in defiance and disregard for appellate federal judges rulings in multiple agencies, even after getting appellate Judges ruling at Medicare which affirmed the lower one who got the internal documents from the real US Dept of LabOr records, But to know avail as Judges, the law and even govt contract terms do not have to be obeyed any more since the final phases of the coup d'etat of the USA took place after 9/11/01/

Appears this may be the case and with OBAMACARE NOW IN THE TOTAL CONTROL OF THE UNACCOUNTABLE GOVT CONTRACTORS, ACS IS NOW MAKING THEIR FINAL OVER TAKING ACTIONS.
Due to increased internal corruption among the govt contractors running the govt health programs and lack of enforcement of the insurance industry for 20 years now, ACS with the documented track records has eased its way into being the authority over ones private medical providers.
They already have management control of most State university medical health systems and have set up other management firms,/ including billing services to 'bill themselves?"
For many years , ones own doctor or other medical provider has not been able to hire a billing person in their office nor even team in hospital but have been forced to contract this out and that reduces the amount one provider is even able to glean from the dwindling payments for medical care I have the EOBS and its going down , not up, in most instances.
. So hospitals and doctors, etc. have contracted out to a management billing service for help to combat the corruption that are forced to try and care for patients the best they can in, and then THEIR SERVICE IS NOW CONTRACTING OUT TO ACS AS THEIR TOTAL SOURCE OF INFORMATION., Which we well know is lies and subterfuge and cover up of crimes and embezzlements and what ever else has been documented that no one in any federal law enforcement has been able to get permission to stop for over a decade now. PRAY FOR OUR MEDICAL PERSONNEL BEING PUT IN A REAL ETHICAL 'SQUEEZE PLAY. ' DEATH PANELS?'
We have gone from the doctors being t the top of the hierarchy OF WHAT IS GOOD MEDICAL CARE FOR THE PATIENTS TO having almost no authority at all as some numbers cruncher for a stock market company says what must be done. We have gone form best care in the world, to third world and doctors are at the bottom of the 'pecking order?' Good luck getting out of one of those contracts with a company that sold out to ACS, et al If federal judges orders can be thrown away and disregarded as mine have, then their is no constitutional way to fight back without Congressional action and Congress still seems to be ignoring all of this or are too many of them "in on it?" ANY one of them tries to speak out, they 'get it good.' Mine sure did soon after he got into office,
CALIFORNIA HAS JUST TURNED THEIR HUMONGOUS MEDICAID PROGRAM OVER TO THEM AND THEY ALREADY RUN MOST OF THEM IN OTHER STATES WITH SOME STATES TRYING TO GET RID OF THEM AND BEING TAKING INTO LONG AND EXPEINSIVE COURT TRIALS AND IN MINNESOTA THEY WON AND STILL ARE THERE, Others have hired them to be the auditors of ' themselves? and now California? Guess their NSA contracting snooping has got slander on almost every one to use?
I have been trying to recover from infections and exertions in doing the seemingly only criminal investigation being done for 12 years on this and I do not have a badge. I do this as ACS has orders to let me die and they have almost succeeded more than once and my life is still being held together by glues and Gorilla tape on the oxygen tank that can't be replaced as the two oxygen suppliers in the area have been ordered by ACS not to send them a claim as they are their sub contractors, and Medicare requires they do so first and wait four months and then they will never get an answer, to go on to Fed Blues with some more time to wait and then ask Medicare to pay as conditional and Cigna Govt Services who did this legally has been ''gobbled up by SC Blues who stole the 4 million dollars by stealing my id and claims and creating 17 Medicare numbers, before CMS did not renew the contract with them, And then Congress didn't want Dr Berwick to remain as the director-wonder why? Stopping the stealing? Now that HR 1063 is the law, HHS is bound to enforce it and make ACS input those claims and see if they will be paid as all of their people say it will and those convicted in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal said and up to ACS and NGS and OPM past director whom all say gave the order back in the Clinton Adm, and no one revisits such a criminal order? Guess they expanded it over to VA and where else we have yet to know of?and its because of life time approval for liquid oxygen by federal workers comp before ACS took total control I was given permanent medical benefits with federal workers compensation under the 1988 law passed to stop the abuse of power taking lives of injured federal employees, with established cases . A law designed to stop one like CEO Blodgett, but who knew then how bad it would get and govt contractors are not subject to the laws of the land. There isn't even a REAL FRAUD LINE ANY MORE, BUT ANOTHER ACS entity answers the phone there and treats it as an ethics complaint, and in trying to cover up a month ago got caught messing with the common working file, again, That what ones doctor pays thousands of dollars to get access to find out whom to bill and then gets fraudulent info from EMB;EMS HEALTH International on so many of us, as Medicare is already the payer for all for any primary that wants to get out of paying and now we know it is really about none of the having to pay for prescription drugs any one in the insurance industry. with so many getting special help through the federally funded Medicaid supplement, That means the money for the poorest among us is getting stolen for 8 years by CS for all of them and no one knew it in Congress? at least no one who could speak out and take action,? took me a lot to find out.
ACS is now taking over more of the state workers comp benefits took and as my case demonstrates, you don't want this and you may find it harder to even get legal help as its hopeless when the govt federal or states will not enforce the laws. I'm not speaking of civil ones, but down right criminal ones.
BUT IF ONE CHOOSES TO LIVE AS I DO; ONE MUST KEEP ON TRYING AND PRAYING, FOR THEIR REPENTENCE OF THER SINS and they will go and sin no more as Christ said to the sinners in his days whom many of then were Roman govt contractors. This temptation for abuse of powers has been around a long time sand how we let this Nation devolve into this morass is beyond me. While waiting for a doctor apt this week, a lady mentioned that the conditions in the Dallas VA are deplorable and that the staff is no longer federal employees at all but are 'govt contractors; and often just come in for 2 or 3 days a week. I couldn't believe it
Wonder if ACs has another front company set up for medical staff to pick up part time work at the VA on their days off from other medical jobs? Gone are the days when a nurse got out of nursing school, and went to work at the VA as a career and retired 30 years later with pride and job satisfaction for caring for our vets a long the way and the camaraderie that comes with working with the same staff for years as a team. Team work is something missing in much of the business world today, also.
I THEN SHARED WHAT I HAD JUST LEARNED EARLIER THIS WEEK
Under Part D Medicare ( presciption drugs) the various insurance companies are not processing their own claims and this is why our appeals to them to get our paid bills over to recovery from the primary payers have gone no where as ACS doesn't respond if they don't want to. They sent them to ACS in NC and ACS has no idea what a conditional payment is or how to do one. I SPOKE TO SEVERAL THERE INCLUDING MANAGER AS AETNA GOT ME OVER TO THEM, AND I THANK THEM FOR THAT. they really seem to have no idea that they are paying bills that need to be recovered from other primary payers now or be coded for future recovery for new injuries or car accidents, et. And I'm sure if they start they will want millions more to stop paying the bills out of Medicare for all the primary payers and sending them over to recovery to get the money back. For 8 years this has been a free for all looting of Medicare and its all the bills as there's no 'donut hole' when one has special help and many do also, Today Doyle got one of mine filled and ACS paid Almost $500 and I PAID $() AS FED BLUES PAID A SMALL PORTION TOO, AND ITS WORKERS COMP BILL. Fed Blues was told by CEO Blodgett not to recover form federal workers comp and guess he is in power to see ACS pays for the poor fund for ones like me rather than the lesser among us in bigger need.
WHATEVER PRESCRITPTIONS WERE WRITTEN ARE NOT TO BE RECOVERED AND THE INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE 'OFF THE HOOK' THANKS TO ACS? No wonder all the insurance companies like them so well, ACS MAKES IT SO MEDICARE/MEDICAID PAYS THEIR BILLS FOR THEM? I'M DONW RIGHT DISGUSTED AND DISMAYED....
Somehow, the words theft and crime is unknown to them.
Abuse of a very liberal Medicare policy to pay when the primaries don't or before the case is accepted, etc. is good. UNTIL THERE IS NO MONEY FOR ANYONE, But the general looting of the Medicare trust fund for over 20 years in some cases was to have stopped with the law signed on 1/11/13. But no one has been trained on it inside and nothing done to implement it. In fact since its been 20 years since the conditional pay law of 1981 was enforced, few even know what it is.
So when you go for medical care, now, your life is put into the care of the good doctors in a real squeeze with ACS at the top of their hierarchical TOTEM POLL in most instances.
ACS is also your student loan program, the traffic cam people, and one after another in a financially interlocked cabal that has t5aken control of nations over the last 30 years as they expanded,
and now the question is which came first? Xerox or ACS?
All I know is that we have done everything possible to pursue the legal routes and judges rule in our favor and they ignore them and crimes are committed, and now ones own doctor can be fined and penalized for billing Medicare and not coding it as a conditional payment when ACS gave them the false info and said it didn't have to. With the facilitator of trillions of dollars of theft since 1999 , according to the 500 named witnesses that helped document this at General Dynamics which now has orderd 1-800 Medicare people to never see fraud again as reports are not docketed in in DC against the partners of the govt and no monies is allowed to be spent on them and Congress seems oblivious to just who is running things for the last decade or so as they have heads of agencies appear in hearings that have no control over much of anything and have little idea what is going on at all in the programs they just seem to give blank check to a govt contractor then do what? Give speeches and pose for pictures?
The Bible speaks of a horrible time coming and through this new health care with doctors having little say and they caught under sometime out right vicious criminals. please pray that Congress will wake up and start asking some govt contractors to appear at hearings and make some referrals for prosecutions.
We have insurance companies already scamming the people and not paying much bills under the new health care law and in many states there is no subsidy and people are paying high premiums and ,maybe would have been better able to just pay the medical bills in many cases. ALL SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIFE AND THAT MEANS HEALTH CARE IN THIS ERA, BUT THE SYSTEM IS SO BROKEN, IT NEEDS FIXED FOR ANYTHING TO WORK, I;VE TRIED AND TRIED TO WANT EVERYONE AND BEG FOR IT TO BE DONE AND NO ONE WANTS TO LISTEN,....
THANKS TO CMS FOR PULLING THE REGS TO GIVE RECOVERY /COORDINATION UNIT THE ABILITY TO GO IN AND ALTER ONES DIAGNOSIS CODES ON THE COMMON WORKING FILE BY PLANNING TO INCLUDE THEM ON THAT
THERE ARE ENOUGH DEATHS, INJURIES AND MEDICAL MALPRACTICE SUITS CAUSED ALREADY FROM EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE DATA BASE WHICH ALL USE FOR MEDICAL HISTORY, MORE AND MORE ESPECIILLY AT HOSPTAL ER'S.
This is not what is at your doctor's/ Its what ends up there after claims get paid and in some cases diagnosis codes altered to get around making one liability company pay or to down play severity and in my case other patients records have been mixed in and its not under HIPPAA so not even ones doctor can straighten it out, And Emblem Health , formerly Group Health has not made any way to prevent horrible tragedies on their own either, I almost died in 2007 and then got the wrong medicine in 2009 and started to bleed out from it being used over this.. and Congress has known about the risk to every one of us for almost a decade now and done nothing to pass one simple law and put it under HIPPAA. Dr Berwick tired to, but Congress didn't want him to remain as Director of CMS over not being pro life. Again, those claims processing entities govt contractors should be prosecuted for intentionally altering and errors should be easily corrected if its a typo, etc. But to even do this is to have to pay millions more to the contractor, when all govt employees have it in their job descriptions, "and other duties as assigned" and are given the job to do it, Its why contracting out clerical and administrative type jobs in this era makes no common sense money wise or any other reason. We lost the flexibility to do it differently and save lives and stop the theft of public monies, too. Jobs returning vets used to get preferential treatment to get,
RIGHT TO LIFE FOR ANYONE IS NOT IMPORTANT? And seemingly not to THOSE IN CHARGE EITHER FOR THEIR OWN AS ANYONE CAN BE A VICTIM OF THIS.
THIS IS WHAT A DEATH PANEL LOOKS LIKE, ITS ENTRENCED CORRUPTION AND NO POLICE TO STOP IT AND SILENCE ALL OVER WASHINGTON DC ABOUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AS THE PEOPLE SUFFER AND PAY AND PAY AND PAY IF NOT DIRECTLY, INDIRECTLY .
NO wonder they want to take down the Ten Commandments, One says not to steal and the other not to murder and the 10th one summarizes all the rest DO NOT ABUSE POWER WHEN ONE HAS AUTHORITY, ONE IS NOT GOD! and the one I worship Yahusha, whom Christians call Christ Jesus said we are to heal the sick and feed the hungry or we go to the bad place AND NOT TO HEAVEN AFTER OUR SHORT STAY IN THIS REALM ON PLANET EARTH/ All of our medical personnel need to be thanked for caring for us and saving our lives and they don't need that interfered with and we don't want them to be.
