I do not know if yet knows the truth. Orly Taitz should have asked for the court order for the records from Kris Kobach Secretary of State of Ks and ended all the emotional buttons that some of these birthers are pushing,rasing monies and still not following the truth of his birth in Shawnee County Ks.  
The  only issues:
 I see as one who has conducted federal fraud investigations is does or did he know and when did he know it? Big monies have been made over speculations and lies and our nations elected leaders need to work together from all political persuasions to solve them. The president's eligibility isn't one and see no way an impeachment action would do anything but stop  business of the people as happened back in the Clinton era over a lie about an affair.

The why of the fake bio is the issue. I have linked a copy of my affidavit to this e-mail. I did not incude real name of the Dad in this as it is a published document, but did give it to Kis Kobach's and Eric Holder when I wrote to ask if a 50 year old racial hate crime in KS  could still be investigated .  My mother, was told by Ann and she had gdnshp of her at the time. And I don't know if that family ever knew of the pregnancy. I will state it in the appropriate setting  and to whom It would be handled with discretion.
I don't know if  Pres. Obama knows,but I did e-,mail my postings  from 7/26/12 and in Daly recaps since to the wWhite House & campaign hoping someone would tell him . No one ever asked me not to publish what I did.  I do know Obama Sr was not the Dad as some try to say ineligible re it. That marriage was arranged by my Dad, Rev Tracy Hardy  when Ann was several months pregnant and he married them at mcVicar chapel on the campus of Washbutn University in Topeka KS with members of the Alpha Soroity ub attendance. It was the Black Sorority at the time. Please let me know what I CAN DO TO GET THIS ALL RESOLVED SO THE BUSINESS OF GOVT BY OUR ELECTED PEOPLE CAN GET DONE AND NOT HAVE THESE ISSUES DISTRACTING  US FROM THE SERIOUS ISSUES OUR NATION NEEDS TO SOLVE. THE ELECTION IS OVER AND THE PEOPLE SPOKE AND MY PRAYERS GO FOR THEM TO WORK TOGETHER FOR THE 'GENERALWELFARE OF THE PEOPLE.'
If justice can be for the three dead from 50 years ago, from all this, then all the better for it.Justice for all is important. We can't continue to forget things that have happened or we may be doomed to repeat them and not learn to never do such hateful acts against another human being ever again.
