Daily Recap 12/9/12: "Grand Jury": President Obama Born In Topeka KS:
Cool day and cloudy but where is the rain? Had some help form others to move some tubs and desk into a better position to work. Thanks to the helpers and one is truly blessed to have family and friends. its what humans are   to be; part of a family and community. We don't always agree and certainly some of us don;t like each other, but we are bound together by something called love and caring and when that is broken suffering just gets worse and so does society and the world.

defense of Marriage act will be heard by US Supreme Court and there is a real split among states on who can get married. Something that surfaced in the political discussion was the libertarian view of only places of faith would be the ones to decide and perform a marriage.
Most of our federal or federally funded in partnership entitlement programs are written about a two person marriage and the Law says man and woman marriage.
However, Medicare is a single payer entitlement program. Each person gets their coverage independent of other parties in the marriage. When some of these programs first began most people entered into a marriage and stayed married for life. Then there came the 50% divorce rate and things could rally get complex figuring who got what from what marriage and length of marriage and all the other legalities in the matter. same went for children on natural parent, step parents, adoptive, etc. and as more women went to work and paid into Social seuirty, they would receive payments on their own earrings. If they became a widow, then it used to be that was the higher payment and they might apply for the additional amount at certain ages, etc. But even that has started to change as more women earn more and payments for each are more similar
Maybe its time for  a new look , Congress, and go with single payer health insurance and other programs. Food stamps is based on household of "who eats there". concept. We have changed and some may not think it is for the better, but we are still forming ;fmailies' they just may not look like the ones of our ancestors. And these families are not always about marriage or being 'couples.' Children's benefits in some case already are under a separate health plan for those in more need.  Allone does is have the parent with custody be the primary  person for benefits to be given under or as some court approved arrangement in case of divorce. This puts the decision back to the local community through the statecourts if there is a disagreement.
Many laws            would still be needed , but a drastic change might better reflect what people are really doing by their actions. They vote by their actions as what is best for the 'general welfare of the people.'
I personally believe in traditional marriage of man and woman, but in the USA, we have freedom to create our families and if there is love and caring, I may not agree but I have no constitutional right to make them change. I do have the right to share my concerns, but they don't have to listen and have the right to say , don't bother me.

I make no money from this site.  I started the blogger.com site to have an online place to link corporate mergers and international take over of gov ts by them as part of my personal struggle to insure life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness and the on going terrible abuses of govt power that has occurred against my files and benefits and struggle for medical care since injured at work  on 1/10 /189 and the initial decision from the highest levels of our govt was to obstruct medical care for 90 Health ad Human Srvices employees, employed by social security which was under them,  before we ever got to the hospitals for initial care and treatment. Both, got denied except for me. as  last registerd in at one hospital the wrong employer got put on the chart by those competing the forms at admissions for me. I got separated from the group , got all the initial diagnosis tests and some treatment was started in the ER as I was being prepped for admission to mitigate the toxic fumes damage as much as possible. Instead they learned I worked for socials security an was sent home to die with no care as the orders had come down.
 That's the health care plan that those in 2014 will be receiving. No rights! as the same entities will be in charge. One can read through the  law and not find "Death Panels' listed. Its the personal , unaccountable corruption and criminal actions that are the death panels And govt contractors are mostly in charge now with NO accountabllity as passed by various Congresses over the years.Entrenched corupted heads and upper personnel in some agencies  can't be investigated by any law inforcememnt and can stop any investigations. The Professions Conducts Section of the US Justice Dpt has been a 'corrupted mess' for many years. I have read that AG Holder is trying to 'clean house' but there is resistance. I personally know just how horrible they are and have written about it here. And I have and others have helped document this extensively. Dissatisfaciton with govt 's too often caused by this kid of corruption that denies fiarness and jsutice meted out equally to all.
No one, alone, hasthe right to overturn lws, judges orders and the govt contract terms if  they personally don't like them or the law.  Nor steal the public monies. The Constitutional right of the individual to effect change is denied as appeals on legal issues are obstructed. Then only the very wealthy have access to the courts and can effect changes that their  interests and not the 'general welfare of the people.' Its is not always money. It may be about life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, etc.
FORMAT has evolved into a
1.General daily recap of events of the day which is personal journal which can be used for civil rights complaints and for a sharing with those who may be assisting me in any kind of litigating It reflectst on-going struggles due to govt corruption that cause pain and suffereing and struggle for life and livelihood of all.
2. Then I began sharing my personal eye witness account of how one could be president and not have his documents in order.
3. A discourse on first the Ten Commandments and then the Bill of Rights and now a sentence by sentence discussion of the Constitution of the USA. and some personal accounts that illustrate how it is  not being obeyed and some personal input as how the ;balance of powers' has become 'unbalanced.'  Like for instance;  Should Federal govt revert back to collection of income tax to the states and let them deal with Washington as they send in the states share for Federal use. A much stornger indluence than what each individual has withno real lobbying power as the bigger interests have. and more.
I do have some physical disabilities that cause some typos and I have tired to get my physical place I use to type in better shape. iActually am propped upon pillows and use the plastic top of a plastic tub laid on my lap to type. and the monitor is a few feet away and even further is the printer that has fans going to vent the fumes away from the room. and its a smaller one that uses less offensive ink, but none is perfectly unhrarful for me. At this point medical care is more important than wireless in another vented room and the fan does pretty well as there is little that needs printed out when I can save on line. Doyle helps for a lot of this, too.
Postings are then linked back to my face book, and twitter and I have a list that gets an e-mail  daily, too of those that have filings and complaints pending and /or are helping in some way.. An e-mail is a lot less time consuming than lengthy phone calls which take much recuperating from.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; I  have become quite concerned at the hatred that is getting aroused against the President. It is legitimate to have a disagreement with political decisions and policies and ones Congressional delegation need to know of  concerns as they are the ones to stop the money spent or pass laws to stop any executive order or amend any law or pass new ones. As long as we complain about the president and not hold our elected Representatives to tasks, a President can pretty much do as he or she pleases. The more gridlocked Congress gets, the more we fall into a Constitutional state of crisis and a president is bound by it to take  action.
I wrote a letter of apology to one face book friend. ( I have many from many different political viewpoints- its a rich and informative group.) One thing in common is they all care deeply about faith, and the 'general welfare' of all.
For 50+ years, deep within me has been regrets for not being able to face down a gossip frenzied mob at 15/ I realize that there was probably llittle I could have done by the time things had gotten so far out of hand. But I walked away and I remember doing that so well. The fact that I did not go along and say how terrible it was for a white girl and black student to be in interracial relationship just made them madder. They wanted  approval for their hatred" when the girls tried to draw me in. I said So what? to the statement that he had a white girlfriend. That still would have been my opinion. So what business is it of yours/ or mine? But I learned soon, it was my business and my family involved,. Ann and I did not know we were second cousins, yet.
Then In 1/71, I let the President's maternal grandmother stop me from saying anything re Topeka KS. STOPPED BY  RACIAL TIRADE OF "N" WORDS AND OTHER SCURRILOUS REMARKS. She could and I am of the opinion that she stopped anyone foro doing something she didn't want them to do or say by it. I can fully understand her past and extended family and how she was facing a grandson that she both loved and feared\retribution from her own family for his being a child of color born by her daughter that had gone through a lot before he was born. Experts could write books about this and once the whole truth comes out, probably will.
The biggest story of these two campaigns may be aboutt how a  media could have known about the basics of the TRUTH  and not said anything. Let's go back to asking those experts in human behavior, how the main media followed the lead of a maternal grandmother and stopped discusison from the highest levels of them.
One has to then remember three unsolved murders exist from the time with one being the real Dad. Justice served could be the news media delving into to a 'who dun it" which they are great about in the modern era. Turning missing girls and children into that. Granted rather intrusive,but they have helped find missing childen or their remains and brought criminals to justice who did  the fatal crimes.Closure of a sort did occur. There has been no closure of this for 50+ years and I noticed that once the three bodies went under the water, the gossip came to a ominous and amnesiac stop. It went underground into the souls of those that knew something and some had guilt form gossiping, some had regrets, like me,for not doing something, and a few  have escaped a jail cell.
The whole fake bio had more to do with the murders and retribution and the long arm of the KKK in this country in those years, more than a pregnant teenager nor even the interracial relationship. Moving away from the area and the arranged marriage to Obama Sr reduced any social stigma of the day so that Ann and her son could have a more normal life and hve that promise of life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness. One of the reasons I have never shared publicly the name of the real dad is that I do not know if his extended family knew of the pregnancy to this day. I did share it with Eric Holder in my written letter by mail and with Sec of St Kris Kobach's staff in KS to enable  search for the records of birth, death and marriage, etc. to accompany my affidavit of his being eleigible for  the ballot for President. This all resulted in the staff saying : We don't think he knows" after checking Forbes Air force base and with the various name I could provide. Birhers: your ire maybe should be against a former Ks Sec of state for not logigng on to the Forbes data base for the records if his attorneys had checked and the Ste of KS replied in the negative and didn't locate them for him.A bureaucratic snafu?! started the Birther movement??

"The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole power of Impeachment."
The first part is glossed over in the modern era. But once upon a time in This world in past centuries there might be ac committee of the people, but the King  of the Nation might take control of the proceeding through his appointees over them or be conducting the meeting himself.
The House is an autonomous and very powerful unit in our govt. It chooses who will be in charge and the rulss of that body. and rules upon rules have been added over the past 200+ years. Maybe a few too many as rules can gridlock actions?
There are appointed positions and approved positions in our govt at the very top and these are influential people and wield great power. That includes the office of the President. Its in the House that can call  the committees and meetings to decide if one of these persons have committed such grave acts that need to be removed from office. Later the Constitution refers to HIGH crimes and not just any crime. One might say House is the Grand Jury and the letters of Impeachment is the indictment that is later given to the Senate to decide the punishment or removal.  Its rarely been done. Prs Nixon resigned before completion of that process. Pres Johnson in the 1800;s was not impeached by one vote. Pres Clinton was the first. But the Senate decided it was not a high crime to cause removal from office. They judged the offense. The House only brings indictement that an offense has been committed.
What I experienced during the Clinton one was that the entire good and diligent work going on the in theHouse to reform govt and clean out corruption came to a halt and we have suffered for 15 years as the work of the people never got done and the corruption got worse and led us into wars and economic down turns.(Personal experience is a microcosm of the whole of how bad its gotten.)
I personally knew it would never happen as a lie about an affair and a Democratic Senate of his own party was not going to remove him. My personal opinion: the crooks who didn't want to be caught did a smoke screen and bamboozled the public. Worse of all was the  graphic and tawdry lessons taught to our youth who now thought certain personal behavior among themselves was now OK as it wasn't really the act of procreation ( I try to keep this rated G for General audiences.)
