Daily Recap 12/8/12: Vacancy! President Obama Born In Topeka KS: Cool but pleasant day.Got mail receipt back from the claims mailed to Fed Blues care mark for the compound prescription. also got a letter fro Fed Blues which had paid for my bactorban ointment name brand telling me they paid this once as name brand but wouldn't in the future as there is a generic. however, this is used nasally and there is concern over   petroleum products used in the nose. Those suffering form toxic or chemical xposures and the resultant treatments needed just have no standing in the protocols any more and FDA doesn't recognize 3 million of us exist and I suspect the number is much larger if one includes those affected some but not disabled from exposures. When will we be of concern to FDA? Toxins and chemicals can get in the wrong mix and harm people badly.    When  the companies that make them no longer have undue  influence?
 VERIZON HACKED?
 All day since about   11 AM  getting phone calls from 580-308- numbers that say Oklahoma City for ID. Like back on the 5TH, no one on the line and click for disconnect. The first call did generate an e-mail message that said "could not transcribe the call." This evening I called the numbers back. all were numbers either never activated yet, one was a phone to be sold at walmart and said I had to go get it activated and one was a disconnected number referring me to call Verizon. None of the numbers were listed as a telemarketer in the various on line sites which I have always found very helpful to know who called and I don't wish to answer the phone.   This is worse than  US Cellular situation.I called the local  sales office  to get a number to report the hacking or now I decided to call it theft of phone  numbers from Verizon, I was given a number to call for fraud, its not a 24/7 number but i reached them before they closed. the first man didn't seem to see any problem and finally I demanded to talk to his supervisor a Mr M.  He began . describing spoofing. To do this these two big companieses had to have their internal data stolen first. Some  how they, in the fraud office, couldn't grasp the importance of that little fact. I only got calls from    numbers the companies bought. I asked him that if I bought a phone from them, could I end up being given one of these numbers. He said yes! And would not be told that the number had been used in an illegal act and even stolen from Verizon? Yes! He would not take the  phone numbers stolen from Verizon and seemed unconcerned they were used to 'harass.' me. They were not used to telemarketer. Many others may have got calls and not checked it out. if a cell phone was called, wouldn't that count against their minutes if on a calling plan that was not unlimited? So three illegal acts!
 I called my Von age customer service tech people and we pretty well established this was not spoofing and had no connect to  them, but maybe someone was trying to hack into my computer through  my phone number that's connected to my e-mail.   I usually get an alert if my virus protections, etc as had to clean out something. It was refreshing to talk to someone that was trying to assist and not shut up a witness.
I called Cyb er crimes at Homeland Security and reported the Verizon problem to him and he said he take  Certainly hope so. But if the companies don't cooperate then the public will continue to be 'harrassed' and costs of our services increase and the thieves will never be caught. What if? A terrorist cell has figured out some way to communicate by using these unactivated numbers/ They might not even be detected in the surveillance that all of us are under now? All our privacy is invaded to catch the few bad guys who have already figured out how to circumvent it.We're behind again and Homeland is missing the 'call'to go do a terrorist attack command given to the one who will do the dastardly deed that harms and kills and destroys.'
Christ spoke of the sin of arrogance. Doesn't any one care what happens to them, their loved ones and nation? Corruption is so commonplace 'everyone is numb to it?' I was pretty emphatic this evening with  some. But if this is a method of circumventing the monitors to make horrific plans, then it was worth the effort if something bad is stopped. And those big corporations that should be protecting their companies'assets' can go get some more 'corproate welfare.' Sorry, not too pleased with all the trillions spent and simple organizing and administration never put in place to just get the info into a data base somewhere so if any one else calls with the same numbers a pattern of illegal activity is detected and stopped. We have all these systems in place to take and catalogue info and why don;t we use it? It saves time and effort if its just one anomaly, but if not; the info is there.ITS ONLY OUR HOMELAND SECURITY AT STAKE!
 I had to get switch repaired on computer and borrowing another's.  I do wish Orly Taitz would ask for the  from Shawnee County Kansas and end all this big money spent on non issues to distract us from major   problems that need to be solved for the 'general welfare of the people and nation.' The president was born in  US of AAmericans and all the records are in the custody of the State of Kansas. Ignore the speculations and truths from those who either don;t know or are making lots of money off of it. Any fraud done years ago by deceased relatives and no one has presented any proof that the president knew or committed any illegal act that can be prosecuted regarding the filings done before he was even able to read or write. Anything up then  deal with it. But Congress does not have to be bothered unless something is found. Its why I went public about not only the birth itself, but all the circumstances surrounding it that caused the fake bio to be put in place and motivations behind it but real and personal on the part of his maternal grandmother dealing with her own extended family.

The states have full authority as to how this is to be done. How did the federal govt get so powerful, when the states are to have had it? Our Constitution is written so if one level of power part abuses that power or usurps it, other branches or levels can intervene to  balance the rights back to the individual so that there is justice for all.
