Daily Recap 12/3/12: 2 Year contracts: President Obama Born In Topeka Ks: Yesterday beat the heat record for our area. and today was also in the 80's
                                                                      " TALKING WINDS" 
Yesterday , I was sittingg in the Living room and heard a weird wind sound. Something I had not heard since a child in North East  Kansas. Kansas, among the hills has 'talking wind' as it is strong and winds in and out through the hills which are almost like a large reed musical instrument. I looked out and there was wind blowing through from the woods and through the porch.  Despite the heat, there is enough breeze to open the windows and get some air through the day. gets more bearable at night. We don't use our central A/C,too expensive, and have used window units in rooms we are in for years and cut costs considerably. We took them down for the winter. As it has had a hard freeze already. If I'd had any idea this warm weather was going to happen , would have planed a winter garden, but its too warm for kale and lettuce and very dry. Certainly too warm for fall peas.. Guess, being ill and not getting the regular Fall garden in was saving money.
If we have warm weather like this next year, my go to container gardening and we still have older garden hose that can be punched for a soaker hose as regular watering just would not work as its too dry. Its been almost a month since any real rain. We have just some misting last week once and that is all. many times it looks a if is getting ready to rain and then nothing.
Usually I plant Snow peas in January when Moon is right and have learned over the years that they always  germinate at 34 degrees. Only had once that it got down in the teens in February that crops were lost that can take some freezing, but not that much. Now we do have  garden covers to put out if it gets way too cold.

A couple of weeks ago I saw what some call chem trails in a rid over our area. we are not in  an area with jet traffic and jets would not fly criss cross. It seemed as if there was a magnetic force at work in the creation. Some say they are human made, but never heard any planes unless it occurred while all were sleeping, which is rare in our house as one person or another is usually up. My gut reaction was like a giant magnet.
If this is human made, I pray they know what they are doing and its to save the earth from a big solar flare or something else. Lots of opinions are out there.

Today , Doyle faxed some claimsto Aetna for couple of hours and this is step one of a process that is being forced on us by The Director of OPM according to all witnesses. John Berry has never answered my letters so have no idea is he is really saying to continue the orders of the prior directors Someone In OPM, and no one will name the individual , job title,business address,etc to name  person  involved in criminal activity as they have to knowingly be giving the illegal orders to cause all this havoc and make Medicare and   states  illegally made to pay medical bills that legally are and approved by federal OWCP and Fed Blues. All parties say OPM said. OPM is not a person and may be coming from their unaccountable govt contractor and AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES IS ONE AND SO IS FOR MEDICARE, OWCP, AND SSA and most  States,too..  This is what 2014 is going to look like as no one who is supposed to pay can be made to pay as past Congresses gave immunity from prosecution and  can't be internally audited. Everyone forced to go along to get along even though all are being ordered to steal from the programs designed for the poor and for those the elderly and disabled. Congress, our employees, are still whining over budgets and even suggesting PUTTING THE ;STOLEN' BUDGET DEFICITS BACK BY RAISING TAXES on home montages and charity deductions and that's middle class taxation. Nothing being said about reducing mortgage deduction on homes worth less than $250,000 ,etc. And its the reduction in charity giving that stopped a lot of philanthropy by the very wealthy just a few decades ago who built hospitals,  etc.put there name on it, and get a lower tax rate for their wealth. I remember the philosophy was: Govt was trying to control behavior. Govt has to control behavior when the "general welfare of the people" is being harmed. 40 hours a week of work, should pay for the basic necessities for life and a little extra education and small things that make life more pleasant. This insures liberty and happiness.
When the wealthy get welfare, as well as the poor, something is badly amiss.
Jessie Ventura's show was about the privatizing of our Space program and it sounds a if the govt has no idea what is going on above us. More govt contractors with no oversight and no internal audit control. Otherwise there would be reports and budgets, etc. even if  items were considered 'classified.'  He is very smart in that he presents issues in a way that will slip in some very truthful and serious facts mid  talk of 'aliens' and other 'mysteries.' So the mystery of all those UFO's is a few wealthy elite:  has gone to space and not the people who are supposed to be in charge of the govt. Guess there will be no 'FAIR HOUSING LAWS' ON MARS, or PLANET NIBIRU. We have to stay here and pay taxes to give them corporate welfare to go?
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS: been reported that now the State of Florida may hear a birther case. So may send them my affidavit. Why are the 'banksters
 trying to keep us sidestepped by this non issue when we need to have our focus on petitioning our elected officials to get laws and budgets passed that 'we' want? Like a smoke screen. The only issue is Did th president know he was born in Topeka Ks when did he know  and does he know now? Its posted 9/14/12 by me. I've been reposting all my original postings on this which I started on 7/26/12 and in Daily recaps since of my eyewitness account  of President Obama Born in Topeka. Orly Taitz needs to ask for the court order for the records out of the Shawnee county court and end this nonsense. If there are some that are alive and     the statue of limitations is not passed for forgery or filing fake documents with  Hawaii, etc. then they should be investigiated and referred for prosecution. So far, nothing like that has surfaced. This man was not told the truth and that's why I began sharing as its a account of how this could be.
Thom Hartmann made reference to H.L Hunt of Hunt oil today and President Eisenhower made a remark of them being ignorant.  That's my Mother's family and VP Dick Cheney , who does't seem to know who he is either; is son of my mother's cousin. He is not a Dickey, his mother's maiden name was Hunt, Dickey was 1stt husband's name. Its astounding the number of high level  persons on both ides of my family that are not whom they say they are or  don't know. That is being ignorant and its causing lots of problems. Pope John Paul II was in the family. That's in the sharing,too. one can't begin to understand unless one is in an eye witness position and like me, in the 'cross hairs.'  Going public is part of survival as what my family and I are going through and even my being injured 1/10/89 and too many of my co workers dead ; was and is not legally ever to have happened or be happening now. The people we send to represent us are doing a very good job, and the few that do stand up for us are not given the support that is needed as we get sidetracked and bamboozled by the very ones doing us great harm
USA CONSTITUTION: "ARTICLE I  SECTION 2.  The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature." [ this is the first sentence and the discussion point for today]  The people directly choose who will be in the Branch of government that is suppose to wield the greatest power of all three as further discussion will show. We are to rule! And if we make a mistake in placing our faith in the wrong person, then in two years,we can elect someone else. its what is called "THE SOCIAL CONTRACT."  We decide together, whom holds power and if they will retain that power. And  who can be elected from each state is determined by what the most numerous, the most representative of the people; Branch of govt in each state.
The only requirement which is listed later is age and some citizenship requirements Parentage is not a requirement.. No inherited position. Each runs on their own ability to convince the people they are the one to represent them.  TOMORROW: Got to live here! Linda Joy Adams 12/3/12
