Daily recap 12/20/12: TOMORROW: President Obama Born In Topeka KS; Re watching Jesse Ventura's show from 2010 of how by tomorrow all the elite plan to be underground safe fro the end of ? I have only my Book of Faith, the Bible and A Promise from my Deity, Yahusha, 'I AM WHO SAVES" whom Christians call Chris Jesus to save me form whatever my be coming if it is. I do not know how to translate Mayan so have no idea if it is translated correctly or if it means end or beginning. The promise is no end! But terrible things are occurring some human made and some are natural disasters that seem to be part of the natural processes of this planet.
Went to doctor today and then stopped by walmart to finish up Christmas shopping as they have carts to ride. I was shocked at prices. I usually go online and shop for specials and do pretty well as often companies that have a few odd sizes, etc. will put on line and sell therm rather than sending out to stores. It seems prices are 10 to 20% higher on many things than last year. I did find some sales and got those things.And will put that with what already set aside through the year.
With all that is occurring in Sandy Hook Ct, one would  think the govt would  not seem fit to cut back on mental health services, but I learned to day from someone that next year the county facility program is closing and no one seems to know what will happen to patients. pray they are wrong. They patients will still be able to come in every 90 days and see a doctor and get their meds, but that is not good mental health care and a lot can happen in 90 days.
Over my 67 years and all my work  experience with social security, volunteer work and Church triaing, I've seen too much and know that there are some patients that need to be seem more often  than that by professionals. Society is going to pay the price for this. Some patients have family and friends to look after them, but its not the same as the professional mental health worker,at all.  I pray something else can be worked out.
We are starting to see health care dollars being used more and more for private govt contractors CEO's salaries and less and less for the direct care of patients in all fields of medicine. I've seen everything from state hospitals turning out patients as cured so the state voc rehab would not have to provide services and then they would have to file appeals to get their social security or SSI, and overworked county facilities where the poor can go without health care. Getting parity for pay at the same rate as regular medical care has turned into reductions of care as Health insurers don't seem to want to pay the bills, either. And the mentally ill are one of the more vulnerable in our society. I've seen govt workers care little that someone did not get their yearly papers turned in and cut off their checks when a simple phone call and doing the form via phone and have them bring it in would be enough to get them in to drop it off, etc.  Its all about going the second mile to alleviate horrible disasters. Those who do not care, are going to be accountable some day according to my Faith book and its beyond any human to make the kind of decision about such behavior when eternal life is at stake. 
Got into some formaldehyde fumes and not feeling so great.Had some chest pains and angina as flid got into repiratory areas. Rest and purified water seem to be the answer as well as oxygen and other medications. I have never had any doctor suggest any thing else except increase the steroids until it passes. All the bleeding from the last couple of months showed in my blood work some. So the best thing to do is stay away from the fumes/chemicals that bother me at parts per billion. not million which is considered safe by FDA
My stand alone pharmacy is unable to get any more of the steroid compound so Doyle did find another phramcy in TX that had some, so should be able to get it tomorrow. Still can't say for sure what got me in 10/12,  but have no proof to date it was any contaminated compounds as mine didn't;t come from the one with the problems. But what did they get to use? from where? With all the litigation already going on we may never know for sure. Thanks to me doctors that have me have antibiotics on hand so that as soon as the swelling started I could start on them.
Had been taking Black Cherry supplements in last month and that seems to be helping so will stay on them.Doyle is taikng them too. can't take resveratrol nor picnogenals  and those kinds as it seems to work adversely, but not acutely so for short time I tried them. . When one is chemically sensiitive , often what works for us is opposite of ahat is good for most others. Wee are4 all unique and lot alike, just have equal rights for life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; limited  media coverage on the president's relatives  from Westboro Baptist church and theie protests at the funerals in Sandy Hook. These are the maternal grandmother's relatiives and their racism has seemed to turn into other forms of hate expression. Its free speech but is dispicable as its done. One does not have to approve of another's life style or agree with them and have the right to say why, but at a funeral of teachers that obviously did not live that life style, what are they doing there? Christ has called us to love one another first and foremost. I've never known any one to be convinced of a faith or moral issue when confronted with hatefulness and not love. Commented some on line on some sites and asked the Bikers that show up to defend the funeral goers that maybe they should ask them : What do they know about the murder of the President's dad 50+ years ago in Topeka where he was born and started this whole fake bio and him not being told the truth of his origin Don't they realize the fear of them had a part in all this happening on him maternal grandmother's part?

"Each House  shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns, and the Qualifications of its own Members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a Quorum to do Business; but a smaller number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the Attendance of absent  Members, in such Manner, and under  such Penalties  as each  House may provide."
A lot in this. Each house of Congress has the final right to d\judge if the elections were fair and the person elected is such and should be seated after Sworm\n into office.  And if the elected person meets the qualifications for office as already listed.  Rarely has this ever been exercised to exclude someone. But its said that after the Civil war many form the south of color were denied the right to be seated and one can research the reasons. Students are often taught in general that the elections were deemed not fair and controlled by those form the Northern States. Things never are that simple in politics and governing and the struggle for who has power.
Congress can't decide to not show up or not show up in enough numbers to have less than a majority so that  a quorum of 50% is present when called for a vote or whatever the house or Senate decides.. Often when one watches c-Span few are present in the Chambers but they are called when its time to vote and given time to arrive from their offices and hearing rooms. All these rules.are each House's right to decide. If 50% are not in the room, then the few are calling the more than 50% to get there and vote.
It can also be used if there is a walk out and then a few can decide how to get them to the floor to vote and make a decision on something. Its rare and a breakdown in government when this occurs. Like in the Civil war of the 1860's when the Nation could not co exist any more over issues that had to be faced and had not been since 1789 when the Nation began governing itself under the Constitution. All people have to be equal before the law and have equal individual rights. without that we are not better than some of the govts of the past that failed. its what makes us special on the world scene.
Congresses two houses can decide what penalties will be assessed if members don't show up when called.
They are a body that 'policies' itself in the matters of the House of Representatives and Senate. But not elsewhere. In recent times members convicted of crimes have been asked to resign or be kicked out as the penalty for criimnal behavior. No King decides how they are to meet and what they are to meet about, Its up to them. A self autonomous group. But on their own time, they are to be equal before the law and subject to the law as others are.or face the same penalties that society has determined as punishments.They are not gods deemed to be able to do as they please.
