Daily Recap 12/16/12: Westboro Baptist: President Obama Born In Topeka Ks:

For those just joining this "Daily Recap" and eye witness sharing of President Obama's birth and circumstances in Topeka KS; there is a format that has evolved. This whole newsletter has been an evolution. I make NO  monies from it. at times I might link an article that offers a service or product or ask for a donation. whether one buys or donates is up to each individual and please do use discretion when doing so.
1.I began posting mergers of major companies that were involved with causing my family and I so much problems and endangering life and livelihoods. and I do post letters that are actually filed or sent, but often do not include full names or personal identifying info such as ssn's etc. These are filled in later  after signing so they can be mailed or faxed to the parties or agencies. Since no criminal investigations have been allowed of these entities and public monies and lives have been lost already from the actions of them, We had no choice but to conduct such as we could. Rather than print out every link or piece of info , I began this newsletter to piece the investigation together. Legal advice was no choice but to go public as a whistle blower which is what I became on 1/10/89 when I was the only one in my office not turned away from the hospitals (before any real diagonsis or treatment) in Jersey City on orders of the highest levels of  govt with no regard for the health and general welfare of its own employees. So what one sees is a glimpse into what has been on going.. Its not intended to be the most professional and glittzt of postings as its part of an on onging investigation, done with little money; and struggle for life and its led to the highest levels of an entrenched real  corrupted morass that has cost this Nation too much in life and public monies and prayerfully our elected leaders will take some action. So far only a few have even tried and usually been met with a complete 'shut up' from both parties.
2.  The next part is about the President 's birth in Topeka (Forbes Air force base Hospital area is now inside the city limits)  and details of it and surrounding the whole back ground as to why we have a president that was not told of his origins and the whole world is tying to find what exists back in Topeka KS. There is also updates of who is doing what that involves the issues currently and what I have been doing about it. I am not a birther and the President is eligible to be president. We just have the wrong state and although I have shared all  postings since I began this in 7/26/12 on blogger, face book and twitter (all linked)  I have no evidence that he knows the turth or seen any of my e-mails to the campaign or white house. I've not shared the real dad'sname for that reason on line and also the  extended family  of the real dad may not know.  Plus my nowledge is not based on DNA but My mother told me after Ann had  told her. She was gdn of her at the time and got her enrolled at Topeka HS. For these  reasons, I have not posted this on line. I did give the info to the Sec of State of KS, 's staff as they searched for the records back on 9/14/12 and in my letter to Eric Holder Attorney general asking if any investigation could still occur  and justice for the three dead on the Banks of the Kansas river, after a racial hate crime attack against  the president's parents after a gosssip frenzy in the community and at Topeka HS. after 50+ years. Both these filings are posted back on 9/14/12 and the letter to AG Holder a few days later.
3: I did then began  an analysis of the Ten commandments over ten days as a secular document for governing. Followed daily by  an analysis of the Bill of Rights. Currently an analysis and comments are being done  sentence by sentence of the US Constitution. It is an eye opener to read and think about each separate sentence as too often we over look the fuller meaning of much of it. The US Constitution is all about faith. Its about the most diverse group of people ever to form a nation where the people rule through their votes and representatives they eleect. Historically these people that formed the USA had fought bloody wars over their diversity and beliefs and now had come together to co exist as a nation in peace. We are foretting that part o fall this as we have become so polarized over faith and moral issues that the other business of govt has suffered and those elite and powerful that have little regard for the general welfere of the peope seem to be robbing us as we dispute over the faith issues Somehow both sides have to understand we are not gong to agree and we don't have to like each other but  we do have to care about one another if we are to survive and we do need to do that because the alternative is not a good thing. Through caring, I do believe that we may find solutions to co exist on the moral issues as we all become more 'moral.'
 TODAY: Its unseasonably warm in the 60's and sun finally came out awhile. Spent day resting and catching up on e mails and being inspired by so many of my face book friends that hare very inspirational messages. Also am sorrowed by those in this world who have gon eover to the 'dark side' and committed acts of murder against some of the most innocent among us here and in China. The Evil one is doing his best to disrupt the peace in a season when so many are sharing their individual faith holidays by acts done through humans.
No matter how many restrictions and laws are passed, those that wish to do grave harm always seem to get the weapons to do the dastardly deeds. In USA it was guns, but in China, I read it was a knife..  My prayers for all those who have lost loved ones in the various masacares and in other unjust acts. Some day, as my faith book, the Bible says, there will be a time of no more pain or sorrow and when these things occur, it can't come soon enough. But we are taught to fight the good fight with the armour of our faith and not through violence that has never ended in peace throughout the history of humanity since the first shedding of blood in the first generation.
 All one hears is the world ending this week; but my faith book says it will never end and promises salvation and a future even in the midst of horror and evil and terrible natural disasters.  There is a promise of a better future coming. Just getting a little impatient.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS;  Blogged some on Western Journalism (LInked here) about the birth in Topeka Ks and still some are filled with so much hate that they don't realize they are being led into it by false motives of some who will not go after the whole Truth off the matter.
One can disagree with the politics and certaianly one needs to persuade their elected official sas to what they should or should not do poetically. We need to be smarter than those wanting to side track the masses. Too many bad laws have been passed over the last thirty or so years in this country. Laws hat seemed good on the surface, but the devil was in the details. Maybe am amendment here or there cold have made it a good law for the 'general welfare of the people'; which is the mandate or' prime directive 'of the US Constitution.

 The Westboro Baptist Church is  reportedly, planning to stage a protest in Sandy Hook as the community grieves over the loss of their loved ones. Not to go pray with them, just the opposite.
As I have written here, These are the president;s grandmother's  extended family and now do you understand a little better the hows and whys? His mother was sent to stay with Fred Phelps the pastor to go to Capper Jr HS and while in Topeka KS she met the real dad of the prsendent.  A young man of another race. and the gossip frenzy and attack, etc.  which  led to the whole world searching for the daddy and the birth records, but no one will go back to Topeka Ks and face Westboro Baptist Church and get protested? Or  be sued as many of the children grew up and became lawyers as Fred Phelps did by 1963?
My mother and I went one Sunday morning to get the gdnshp papers on Ann, the president 's mother;-my second cousin, from Fred Phelps and I bolted from the church shaking and sickened by the racist sermon he preached. Never before or since have I ever experienced that kind of hated toward other human beings preached in a church that professed to be Christian.
Many do not understand this about the up bringing of the Phelps family. There is a posting on line of Baptist ministers and one is entitled Fred Phelps and it can't be linked but others have copied it off. One should read that before passing judgement on the president and his mother.
How ironic that out of this racism, comes our first president of color. YAHUSHA, YHWH, YAHUAH or as Christians say 'Christ Jesus' surely has a sense of humor even in the darker moments. But cover up and forgetting injustice does not overcome it.  Too often, those who know little about Christianity can have the wrong opinion of what the teachings are about when groups like Westboro Baptist show up spewing hatred at the very moment when love for one another needs to be shared.
I don't like war and violence, but "there is a time and a place for everything under the sun" and a funeral is not the place for some of the things that have been said and done by them.  These actions are not spreading the Good News of Christ at all. So as they protest, I pray for their souls as the innocent and brave that lost their lives surely must be in a better place already. 
President Obama signed a law earlier this year limiting the distance they can protest at a soldiers funeral. But not for other funerals and services. How many laws restricting our civil rights have to be passed because of the actions of one extended family? And I wonder, if there had been justice for the three dead back in Topeka KS 50+ years ago, all the info about the inneer workings and dealings of this one family in Topeka KS would have come out as background to the causes of the attack. I've shared some perosnal eye witness accounts in the "Daily Recaps".
Those HS students didn't get into such an enraged frenxy without adults goading it on, did they?  And the world is still being goaded on and our monies are missing , too!? We have to be smarter than the Devil. Those who worship a Deity of love and mercy, surely have the power of discernment to be smarter about these things.  The Devil wants to divide and conquer as he is jealous of what our Creator made when He made us and this Universe. And pronounced then 'good.'

They need to be confronted about President Obama and what happend to Ann and her ending up having to go to work and support herself at 14, when she didn't know how to find any relalives of her dad's as the family name was Pope and not Dunham and she didn't know this.
There was a lot of emotional baggage and fear that his maternal grandmother had from her family background and it  helps explain a lot about the false bio and fears that were justified. But a child has to be told the basics in a world where one needs to have their papers and ID in order. in the modern era. The child just might decide to run for President!

"When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the members present."
Impeachments have been a rarity in the USA When its not the president than the US Senate can do this in house. But if its the President there is an extra precaution to make sure the US Supreme court is present through the Chief Judge presiding. Ther is no appeal to that branch of govt of conviction which is removal from office And it will take a 2/3 vote of those present.  The amount is set and cant be finagled at the moment by those in power. Its a very serious business to remove a president and it has never happened. yet,by this process.
I think many could have been over the last 50 years, but too often those voting on removal might hold guilt themselves for giving tacit approval to illegal political acts of the president. Congress never raised the issues when the president was signing executive orders or doing things that should not have occurred and might be considered treasonous if there had been a presentation in an impeachment process.
Christ said to the accusers of the woman caught in adultery; "ye without sin cast the first stone.' " and they all sneaked away. Maybe that's exactly why no president has ever been impeached  and removed on treasonous or High crime  matters. Those bringing  the charges are complicit in the acts.  So when all the hatred against this president is spewn about, and Congress does nothing, maybe both parties and others before 2009 have some guilt in the matter they do not want exposed.
As  I have been tracking on this site and linking articles and presenting info. Much  has been ongoing  for decades and has culminated into an almost complete coup d'etat of our nation and it seems those elected to any office have little control of what is ocurring as the polarization and hatred splits them  too apart to tkae the needed actions that are very simple. All are equal before the law and all have to account for the public monies they receive to use. Neither is in effect right now for govt contracors who have usurped the authorities of the civil service.  And the US Justice dept has been corrupted  so over  time so that oversight of  any high level corrupt officials is not occurring, either.
The last impeachment ( but not removal) was of President Clinton and  it stopped the good work going on in Congress that would have put laws back in place to clean out corruption at the highest levels and restore Justice  for all and equality before the law and real audit and oversight of our public monies..All that ended over a lie about a man 'caught in the act of adultry'  and he was not removed from office after the charges were brought. But not brought about  more serious offenses that could have ended with many being removed from high offices.
And I've seen one president after another of both parties commit and do things and other high level officials that met the definition of HIGH crimes. (not jut any crime). Congress got  'side tracked' and we never got the good work completed and we have suffered as a Nation for over a decade and ended up in wars and deaths and evils and stolen public monies that the total is staggering how high it is.  The CROOKS  will do everything they can to stop the peopl'es business that is in the ';general welfare of the people.' We have to be smart and get smart about this and learn to co exist as our founders intended for such a diverse group of citizens to accomplish. We fought one bloody civil war because we did not face the  inequalities that existed and did not get resolved. We should be smarter than that !
