I'm trying  but I am only one person and it needs all of us together to really stop all this, even a part of it hat I am trying to stop just so my family and I can live and the same thing is reportedly happening to others but the man media never covers abuses of power any more by govt officials and their contractors unless its some one using a gun and lots of graphic blood letting.
Not to demean what has happened to day, but every day we are letting people die in this Nation and around the world in real ;death panels' and no one seems to want to do anything to help stop it. Too often they are mesmerized in t just pray about it and He will take care of it all. My Faith book , the Bible does not say we are to accept injustice and condone horrible things that are done. And it does not take violence to stop it. It takes being smart. As St Paul said, who was a lawyer; use the law.
Doyle went to pick up my compounding medication and they can't get it and are searching for another company to buy it from. This is one of the kinds that wsa in the recall out of the company in Mass where some many died and were made ill. I understood mine did not come form that source. But maybe them being shut down did cause a shortage. I'm not out yet, but will in due course. Care mark 'wants' pateints to go to CVS and get one already mixed and I went to the stand alone pharmacy ( as doctor told me to do) in my area in OK and they mixed it.
 Pharmacist did sign the form that I had paid all the claims and will be sending on in to owcp for the unreimbursed balance and to have them reimburse caremark, Fed Blues. But they wo';t pay or process as they will process and refer to the million dollars they say I have and did not get that they show on their system and no one is investigating the 'embezzlement' at the highest levels of the govt or inside their contractors of the set aside money for injured federal workers. All because the mysterious Mr. or MS "OPM" said to. Injsutice no one cares about as if it would never happen to them and then they will be told pray about it and die and go to Heaven as if that is what one is really called to do ? I don;t believe it is. Gandhi understood the philosophy of Christ, peaceful Resistance. That's using non violence to expose the corruption to bring lawfulness and justice and fairness for all back into the system
All my claims back to 2002 when Illinois Blues, Health Care Services took over and Affiliated Computer Services took over at US Dept of Labor needs to have all claims paid by Medicare sent to Medicare secondary recovery unit and letters sent out to recover the monies paid that belong to the primaries. They will not do so and only Cigna Medicare did and now they are owned by South Carolina Blues which they and their subsidiaries began stealing claims and paying 17 times and debiting the Medicare trust fund. The patie owes the money back and waivers requests, filed without giving financial info as its against equity and good conscience ' are not anaswered as Commisisioner Astrue at SSA has reneged on his signed agreement with HHS to do so.. All I want and ever wanted is to label a conditional payment and do this which is the law. Why did everyone, but OWCP, think they were the decider of OWCP. The permanent medical benefits is passed and that's all they are supposed to know. They know we are at an impasse and the liable parties are not  payng; and that means the law is to be followed and label as conditional payment.  They are not to interject hemseolves into being part of the problme and altering recrds that are fobidden legally to be changed and the medcial form OWCP can't be as its secured. It puts the recovery unit (the govt) and I in partnership to get the monies back.Then I don't have to file appeals and have hearings and spend all my time with sinuses irritated and bleeding from getting into so much photocopied papers and having to have others help with the copying and formaldehyded ink. JUST FOLLOW THE LAW!
Trailblaezrs lost theiricontract to Novatis who bought out Highmark of Pittsburg PA who got the contract to process claims first then got bought out. I called them today as they should have everything pretty much in order from the switch now. I got hung up on a few times and called back as they are ordered not to talk to patient except 1-800 medicare will not answer a phone call from our two home phone lines and they do';t call me back either as They got caught violating their contract and not forwarding the fruad reports (500 on the $4milion dollar theft of my claim and id and 17 Medicare numbers they created) and after exposing and getting the Deputy Sec of HHS involved who checked to see if they had been forwarded into CMS; they werent and then General Dynamics bought out Vangent and now 1-800- Medicare is to ignore fraud and not see it when they are bound to file fraud reports if they see it. They are to be blind and let injustice continue. And I get  on -going retalaition for exposing the corruption to this very day.Remember the liablity is the patient's according to the medicare judges'  as since 1994, Sec of HHS Donna Shalala ordered no enforcement of collections any more under the conditional payment law.  So medicare is not borke it is bing robbed and Congress approved the robbery! That;s the law they need to change back to when the Govt stopped theft of the public monies.
The time changed and a different lady answered in PA and she was helpful and toook name and number and info on this. She cheked under numbers and apparently the illegal offline system has been taken down, or PA has no access to it. ) I;d been told that there was no ideication of Highmark in PA involved in the prior thefts now owned by  Novatis, so the GOOD news, when ever I get Part B back, there should not be multiple claims made out of one and monies stolen? Unless its hapeieng elsewhere. She said that Florida claims are now under Novatis and weren't we were docuimenting all this and I was told whoever had the procesisng theri was doing the same thing as trailblazers in or region. COngress would confirm Dr Berwick over pro choice issues which he was not the maker of laws anyway. i think the 'crooks' wanted him out! But it appears he did shut down some of the theft.?.
AMAZING! She was aware of conditional payments and how to advise billing personnel from medical providers to do them. I told her that no one in the Dallas region knew how and were advising medical providers ( over 200) in my family's case and ensnaring them into committing billing fraud and telling them to use phony Medicare numbers and its been horrible what has occurred here.  She said they would never do such a thing that had been on going here.Then some of theiri top people at Trailblazer got hired at Novatis so hope its not some of the crooks. She didn't locate anything pending and I said, they aren't going to send all this over as it would expose what has occurred.
  Even the redeterminations form wisconsin Physicians thatwere transferred to Trailblaers form 2007 and 2008 have never been done and are not shown. And that went thorughthe Vice presidnet of Wisconsin Physicians, too.  The higest levelslseem always to be involed in a cover up of corruption?Thanks to J. in Dallas regional office of CMS for arranging some internal records to get printed out from Trailblazers as it does show multiple claim numbers and phonies on some then abruptly halted mid way in the process, by who?..?.Thanks to the good people that do help in small ways as it gets the evidence out. So I pray that next week we can wrap this  up[.But don;t think can get Novatis to waive the overpayment  for past present and\future as no authority to do so.But they should send all claims of family and me to recovery for letters., and never do this on my family's claims,again. Then help document what was paid and get it in to CMS then I won't have to do anything more, but I do have civil rights damages for the decade of financial and physical loss from  'fight' to live and there is still that botched and faudulment national health insurance data base used for medical history that is full of altered diagnosis to circumvent OWCP that has to be corrected. its ptentially life threateing any time its accessed for medical history.
Now you know why they want to destry all medical records after 10 years. As in my case ,the govt and their contractors can drag this out for almost 25 years. All lthey have to do is continue unfettered criminal activity , and after 10 years they go free and the patient is still liaile and still at risk when obtaining medical care from the corrupted IT files created by chinking what the doctor sent in. These are not going away, are they?
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; A family member said he had read online that Obama Sr was in England for awhile before coming to USA. If his is true then when I say my Dad arraigned the marriage, its true but not the only party in the arranging. Another source alleged my Cousin Daniel Wayne Pope, aka Stanley Dunham( stolen ID) knew Obama Sr an married Ann form his knowing him from working on getting some Africans out of a disaster. It was arranged, and iIwitnessed part of the arranging. in Topeka where they were married a couple of months before birth..
Its horrendous that gossip and self righteousness can discriminate so badly that a young woman had to get a marriage license to be acceptable in society after the baby's Dad died. This is not caring and loving one another and it is part of the process that led to where we are now dealing with law suits and all kind of monies raised and millions spent on searching for a birth certificate that's  back in Ks at Forbes air force base hospital..
All because it was decided he was not to be told the truth.TRUTH sets us free. we have to face our past to overcome and sometimes its not that bad and we can rejoice in what we learn. Real Fear and real murders did occur. and real racial hated existed 50 years ago and I pray we never revert to the terror of those times when bodies disappeared and no one investigated. But its still happening in his world, and maybe its because we try to forget and cover up crimes as if it will all go away. Injustice never goes away until justice is served in some way and we face evil head on and say OUT!

The US Senate takes the charges brought by the House of Representatives and decides the 'punishemnt' which is removal from the office. This could be the President or it could be federal judges or others as referred to later on. The power to actually get rid of the President is given to a body that is not majority rule. The US Senate is weighted by representation to give the smaller and lesser states greaetr power in the matter. At time, mob rule can take over as it had in nations like France and as it can do in more local matters as as it did in Topeka,  Ks in the racial attack on the parents of the President. and he, unborn. So those who already are among 'the least of these.' is given greater influence in the matter To date not one Presidnet has been removed and few of any  judges or officials over  two hundred years of living under this document. Rather its left to the people to vote out the incumbent or recall the judges. Says a lot for the stability created by our forebears in creating a system to live by and peacefully co exist even in a nation created by the most diverse group of humans ever put under one nation.
